You rang.
SPEAKER_02Uh yeah. Uh I'm a little worried about um if the whole thing, if the whole routine changes, it's not 8 a.m. It's not it's eight minutes still, but if it's not eight a.m. I think we do. Then I worry, then I worry, huh? Then well let me finish. Then I worry about um you know, like not being able to know when and if what's going on. Like I don't know when you're calling, and then you don't answer when I call, and I have a minute, and so then I and and I'm and I've got the whole Bluetooth problem, which I never even got to tell you about. What's the what's the Bluetooth problem? I I have Bluetooth headphones that are like I wear around my neck, have little wires go to my earbuds. They last about six months, which is why I like them without having to be charged, so I don't have to charge them every day and they're hard to lose. And then in my car, my I have two old cars, and so in my cars I have these things that plug into the lighter, and when I get into the car, it automatically Bluetooth to that for a radio. And then when I get out of the car, it goes back to my headphones. But then if I turn off the headphones and I get near the car, then it automatically thinks I'm at the car and then it hooks to the car. So this is uh so I can't get and so when if I'm talking on the phone and I'm trying to record, I need to not be near my make sure my headphones are off and I'm not near my car because these are gonna be interruptions which are ongoing, which can be frustrating because and so there's that.
SPEAKER_01You're saying my you're saying that these phone calls are frustrating?
SPEAKER_02No, what I'm saying is it I really liked the regularity of 8 a.m. for me, and I know that we can't always do that, but I like knowing, like, oh, I'm gonna turn off my headphones, he's gonna call any minute, bada bang, bada bang. Right. Whereas now you don't call at 8 a.m. I don't know when you're gonna call. Then I get it a few minutes, I try to call you. I've never I think you've only answered once in 20 times that I've called you, so that's five percent. And so I'm like, and then I put my headphones back on, I start listening to my podcast, I start working again, and then you call me. Now I gotta make sure my headphones off. And I'm just saying, like, I don't, it's fine, it's all good and fine, but we need to like we need to make some ground rules. Like, are we gonna talk at any time during the day when you call me or I call you? Are we gonna have a certain time that we try to do, and if we can't do it, it's fine. We do it later, or we is it or is it all you know that those like those are like those are the name is obviously s8. That's what we're calling it right now, maybe forever s eight.
unknownRight.
SPEAKER_02S8. But the but then we need to there's other things that might uh anyway. I just those are my thoughts today. Is it is it what how are you? Is this our first fight? Yes. Except for the time when you said my name was Stephen, and I tried to talk talk to you about Stephen King and and and and Stephen uh Colbert, and then at one point before we got cut off, you said, Well, if Stephen King is actually spelled with pH, then that solves this fight, and which I feel like then the next day I didn't tell you, but I basically won that yeah first fight, which was how to pronounce my own name, right? But anyway, which is your name, which is so weird that you didn't know how to pronounce my name, which is the same as your name, but that's okay. I think you were just trying to pick a fight, so this is okay. And I and I won that one.
SPEAKER_01This is our second fight.
SPEAKER_02Second fight. Okay, if we're counting, but who's counting? Like, well, I don't know. We don't count fight, like with counting fights just gets you in trouble. That's you know, love just keeps no accounting of wrongs, something like that. Jesus said it, not me.
SPEAKER_01Oh, really?
SPEAKER_02In different words, yeah. Sermon on the mount. Is that or did you just make that up? No, the Sermon on the Mount, he says, like like, or I don't know if that's the Sermon on the Mount. I don't know that for sure. But uh, you know, when you've heard it at the weddings, love is patient, love is kind, love keeps no account of wrongs, love is love, love is blind. That's all stuff Jesus said. Or uh I might just be in the Bible, maybe Paul said it. I don't have the my facts totally straight, but what what I'm saying is those are real biblical terms about love, and one of them is love keeps no account of wrongs. So you don't say to your spouse, for instance, hey, is this our third fight? Like, remember that time you did that one thing, then that would be a bad relationship. So you're not supposed to keep account of how many fights we've had. Oh, and this isn't a fight, this isn't a fight at all. This is just, hey, uh, what are bro, what are we he? These are are my uh boundaries. Here's we need some ground rules. How does my relationship to this relate to your relationship to this? Just like yesterday when I said succotash or or bear cat, and you're like, it needs to have some reference to what we're doing, and I'm and I'm like, I don't okay, that that's fine. It doesn't, and then you're like, but this is I'm half of this thing. I'm like, oh yeah, you you win. Yeah, yes, perfect, yes. So I won that fight. You won that fight, if that was a fight. But I mean, I like a name that is kind of so weird, it just it's just it draws you in, but you don't, and so you want like eight-minute chat, but I just think it's bad. So we'll but that doesn't matter because we don't want to spend our whole time planning the podcast, planning the name when the name should be the name should come to us, and then we're like boom, oh yeah, and we're not even thinking about the name. That's how that's gonna work, you know what I'm saying?
SPEAKER_01So but as far as like timing, so so to just to just to um just to recap, we we've had two fights, you won the first one, I won the second one, so we're tied, and then we just had one this on this one, and I don't know.
SPEAKER_02Well, this isn't really one. I'm just trying to lay ground rules. We're not fighting about anything. You're not saying I don't want to call you at 8 a.m. every day, and I'm not saying you must call me at 8 a.m. I'm saying, like, how's this gonna work? And then we hit that's not a fight, that's a discussion, that's a conversation. It's just a conversation.
SPEAKER_01We sound like a married couple, yeah.
SPEAKER_02Basically, that we gotta get past that and to just be yeah, yeah, just be brave. But hey, is we're trying to find the wavelength here. There's a wavelength where we both operate, right? In in Bro Land. Yeah, uh, and we're we've got to find where those two waves overlap and we live in that in that um ellipse. So it's gonna take a minute where you know, you go to the beach, right, you know, sometimes, and I go to the clothes. You go to the river. Yeah. Pilots and pizzas, man. You just never know what we're talking about. Pilot and pizza. Yeah, you're making a pilot. You're supposed to be making a pilot right now. Yeah, you're supposed to be making a pilot, which has many different meanings. That's true. But one of them is like uh is like a test uh show to like try to sell to like a big guy. Like, here, look at my test little pilot. That and then if you like my pilot, I'll make ten more. Right. But I want double the money, and I need twice as long. Is that how it goes? Yeah. And then they say, Well, we'll give you that money, and and it's gotta be done next week, or else you don't get the job. Yeah.
SPEAKER_01I had a satchel song yesterday I was singing. Oh remember what it was. Now I gotta sing it. Maybe I'll I'll try to remember. You need to make a little voice recording when you have that stuff pop in your head. I know, I know. I I'll sing it to you next time. I'll I'll remember what it is.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. But oh yeah, it's satchels dun dun dun dun dun dun. Oh, pizza pizza dun dun dun dun dun dun. The best pizza in the world. At least if you're in Florida.
