What is good, everybody? Welcome into My Damn Creators episode number 15. We are back, and better than ever, like Bischoff says, as always, I'm MDT. We got my buddy M M W S E here with me. What's going on, bud?
SPEAKER_02Not much, man. Just been busy filming away at my uh WrestleMania tag team match. We are cooking up here. A little bit of stuff going on there. I wanted to hide some stuff so it's not spoiling anything for anybody. But yeah, just I've been doing good and I'm happy to be here again. This is the 15th episode. 15 weeks doing this. Incredible. What's been going on with you?
SPEAKER_01Uh just the same, man. Just, you know, it's been insane. I know I talk a lot about my schedule, but dude, the schedule is brutal. I know I've talked to you a little bit off camera about it, but my God, it's like I know I made an update video where I went out of town. Well, I'm like, okay, well, when I get back, it'll just be easy. But I've been even busier when I return. And at the time of filming this, I literally leave for the beach like tomorrow. So I know I won't be able to get the episode out by then. Then when I return home, it's legitimately two days, maybe two or three days. And then I go to San Diego for Comic-Con. So it's just, man, the I'm trying so hard to get to the finish line. And it's like I'm I can see the finish line, and then I'm just getting pelted by people as I'm approaching this finish line. And it's so frustrating, especially when you've put in so much to get there, and you're right here at the end. And it's like, yeah, you're gonna have to grind this out here at the finish line if you really want to get this out. So that's what we've been doing. I've just been, again, little by little trying to do so. But man, it has been really hard the last couple weeks, especially. And I know when I get back, I'm gonna do, I'm gonna work a little bit more on it, but I I have no hopes that I'll be able to get to finish it. I just don't think not before I want to. So that's uh and it pisses me off because then I feel I feel like once it gets to that point, then you can already foresee what's gonna happen. And so then the other things that you're trying to work on just feel like a drag too, because you're like, my God, I really want to get this out. And I just you almost feel kind of handcuffed. But yeah, at the same time though, you know, the trip to Comic-Com will be a blast. I'm also I'm going on vacation with my family, so that's a that's a huge blessing. So I, you know, like, yeah, while it sucks, there's still so many blessings to to just be in the moment with and not let it drag down every aspect of your life. Just keep pushing, jump on the bike, finish the job, and we'll get that done. But man, it is definitely frustrating. It does piss me off. But what are you gonna do? You're gonna you can't sit and cry about it, you just gotta build a bridge and then get to the next one.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, I feel the same way. Like, I've haven't uploaded like a video because I may mainly do matches on my channel. So I haven't uploaded a video in like 12 days or two weeks or something at this point, which is like for people who are like fans of mine and watch my stuff, they might be checking my my channel every once in a while, waiting for the for the upload. They think it's freaking ages, but to me, it's like every day like just goes by like that, and I'm just chipping away, working towards it. And like you know, there's certain things in this is like pretty intricate, so it's taken me a long time to do, and things just get delayed and and stuff like that. So yeah, I feel I feel you where it's like you just want to get this done, and yeah, for me, I wish I could like upload a match every week. I wish I could upload two, three matches a week if I could, but like it's just at a certain quality of work, like it's just not possible, at least not yet. That uh that I've seen so far. So yeah, it's tough, man. Like you you want to get all this great stuff out, but you know, it's like it takes time.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, it's so it's just so frustrating, man. Especially when you have a timeline in your head and then you can't meet that timeline, or you know, unforeseen circumstances come up or things you didn't really account for, and then you know, just your schedule. But like you said, the daily, the daily stuff is just you think you always underestimate how much work is gonna go into it, usually. 100%. And I I knew I mean I knew the amount that would go into this, especially starting out, but man, it's like I had such a good it felt like I was doing so good on the timing, and then you just get hit with okay, you're you're not gonna be able to film it because you're not even gonna be on location to do so. Then you're like, okay, well, my hands are tied, there's nothing I can do about that. So, you know, what do you do? You just gotta keep pushing. And it's kind of like we talked about with the diet thing. If you were cutting or something, and then oh, I you know, I overate, or you know, I I went to this birthday party or whatever the case is where you pigged out or you ate too much. Well, then you know, the worst thing you can do is just fall off the wagon. Nah, I just get back on your routine when you get back, or jump back on the bicycle and keep pedaling.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, it's odd, like this fly is annoying me. It's just it's like that one episode of Breaking Bad where it's that that fly and you just fixate it on it, and that's the whole plot of the episode.
SPEAKER_01But uh Nate has a fly flying around the damn office while he's trying to talk.
SPEAKER_02But yeah, like the whole thing of like wanting to get these videos out, and it's like you're you're making animations, like it's it's supposed to take time, and like you got all this other stuff you got to do, you make other videos, and you got your daily life like responsibilities as well. So, yeah, it it all compounds, and like the one thing you want to do is get these certain videos out, and you know you try to push what's realistic, but in reality, like it it just takes time, so yeah, I'm I'm trying my hardest, trying to get this out. And by the time this podcast comes out, it should be done filming. But yeah, there's a whole editing process and getting Danny to do the commentary and then do mine. So yeah, just all these things add up.
SPEAKER_01So you think maybe by next weekend for you, or this coming weekend by the time this is posted. That we're recording this on Sunday night or Sunday morning for me, whatever it is for you. I guess it'd be what is it for you? Sunday night?
SPEAKER_02Yeah, Sunday night.
SPEAKER_01Sunday night, Sunday night for you. So you think by like next Saturday, or I guess by Saturday, this will be posted on Wednesday morning?
SPEAKER_02Yeah, I would hope from now it would take two days to film, and then it would have like a day of sound effect editing, and then another day of waiting for the commentary to come back to me and then do mine. So yeah, that's like four days all up, and then if something gets delayed, if things take a little longer, maybe the footage editing takes a little longer than expected. That could be another day, and it's like five days. So I hope by before next weekend, maybe midweek would be nice. Okay, okay.
SPEAKER_00Well, maybe by the closest, maybe you'll have you'll be close very close.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, that'd be that'd be cool. But what about you? End of July, maybe that when do you get back from your San Diego Comic-Con trip? I think the 26th, maybe something like that.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. So it's gonna be yeah, I'm gonna just do my damnedest. It's it's just so tight. Like being it'd be different if it was just like, oh yeah, I'm gonna be busy, I'm gonna try and because if you're on physical location, you could say, okay, I'm gonna sacrifice some sleep here and I'm gonna knock this out, but that's not even gonna be the case. You're literally you will have no way of doing so. But yeah, I guess I'll probably I'll probably try and do some other things, you know, um, just to kind of save on the time when I get back. But as far as finishing filming the actual show, I cannot finish that at the time because I will be out of town. But I am like, we're right there, man. God dang. That's what's so frustrating. Yeah, Jesus. It's like so close. But I mean, again, the payoff will be worth it, I think. Like the payoff will be worth it, everything will come together nicely. Nate, Nate is a witness, Nate's gotten to see some of the things, so it's not like he knows that there's been work done.
SPEAKER_02So, yeah, yeah, it's on its way and it's almost done there. But yeah, that's the thing I struggle with, is like, because I've been doing this like for years, just week in, week out. And it's like, do you should you be staying up all night doing this when you're not even close to finishing, like, and it just screws up the whole rest of your day, or should you be trying to find some sort of healthy balance and try to find like a good daily routine? It's it's hard to to figure out with that. It's like the creative work and the creative energy, like if you're burnt out and tired, or you don't have like your mental health right, like you can't really achieve much. So it's hard to figure out what to do there. Do you stay up all night, get no sleep? Does that will that even help, or does that just hurt you long term?
SPEAKER_01Yeah, I think that's an absolute good point because I think the daily daily process is always the best way to do so, you know, your daily process. But I think, you know, I don't think there's anything wrong with, you know, maybe you've gotten behind and you need to catch up or something like that. You just don't need that to turn into the daily thing where you're constantly playing catch up or you're constantly whatever. And I've been there before and it sucks. You don't want to be, you don't want to be on that. But yeah, the best thing to do would be to work out a daily routine where you have a good schedule and everything's optimized. But you know, that's not always the reality, like we've discussed here. Sometimes you just get behind or what have you. But yeah, like you said, okay, I can stay up and I can put in these extra hours of filming, but then I'm gonna end up sleeping late and then I'm gonna lose that editing time tomorrow. And then it's just like, what was the then I'd have to stay up later to catch up on editing? So yeah, you have a you have a good point there on that.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, like I've had so many nights where like I was trying to reach a deadline or something, or like I really want to get a video out, and I edited the sound effects like all night, and I didn't even get to finish because it's just so much work. And it's like, was that even worth it? Like, I stayed up all night and now I ruined the whole next day and I didn't even get it done.
SPEAKER_01So yeah, that's why that's why we always talk about the number one rule of fetting is to never give yourself a deadline because of this exact thing, and we've said it. So if anybody's ever given themselves a deadline, don't do it. You should not give yourself like you get you like there's nothing wrong with having like a good realistic end goal date or whatever, but I would not say it's definitely gonna be up on this day, this time. That would be ideal, but I wouldn't do that unless it's actually done. Unless you've literally unless it's actually done and ready to upload, and you have everything ready and you can schedule it for whenever you want. I would not tell people the date.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, I agree. Like back in the day when I was like halfway through the match script, I would be like, okay, I feel confident, I'll tell people it's gonna be up by this day. And then like I was pretty good about you know getting the filming done and editing and getting all that, but at a certain point, like things progressed and got more complicated and things got delayed and stuff, so I stopped you know announcing those kind of dates because it is tricky and you don't want to disappoint anybody when it doesn't come out on a certain day.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, uh that's 1000% the what you should do or what you shouldn't, yeah. What I mean. I think that that's the right way to do it. It's just not a good because, like you said, you're just gonna it I don't know, it's just dumb. And there's no reason to not have a goal in mind or whatever, because goals are important, you should set goals, but I think in this arena, because uh the room for error is very vast, you could easily get behind, you could easily something go wrong, not have the the track record in the world of animation or creating these types of videos, and so it's so vast and deep. I would just, you know, just relax, get it done, and then get it up when you can. And I think that's probably the the best approach.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, best practice, yeah. Have the video already done, or like if you're setting up a premiere or something, you have to have the video done to even put it up as a premiere, I'm pretty sure. So, yeah, that's that's probably the best way to do it if you really want to hype something up and announce a certain day for it.
SPEAKER_01I think that's what I will be doing. I will be doing a live premiere for that return. So it'll be ready. It'll be a nice, good gift when it gets ready. I think people will be excited for it. It should be great. I think it'll be great, and I'm not gonna harp on it too much. I think I think it'll be great, and uh just I'm re I'm ready to be finished just like you guys are. So and I've always said this for years, you know, everybody's like, when's the Fed coming back? When's the Fed coming back? For me, it was always nobody on the planet Earth right now wants the Fed to return more than me. No one, no one. So if I can wait this long, everybody else will be okay. I know that I I hate that it's not out yet, but it will be worth it when it comes out. So that'll be the that'll be the caveat right there.
SPEAKER_02But yeah, I mean, yeah, I I really hope to get this out soon. And I I thought about premiering this too, because it's pretty insane. I'm I'm really happy with how everything's turning out here, but you know, premiering something I like to have like a couple days to like advertise it, so maybe you know, people have been waiting long enough. I might just put out the video. But a premiere would be fun. Premieres are always really cool. Get the community together to watch it, and and the live commenting is and reactions in real time is really fun. For sure, man.
SPEAKER_01100% I agree. I uh I think that is Fed and content updates for the start of the show, but now we want to move into something that we want to do. Me and Nate want to do this for kind of a Comic-Con giveaway style deal here. So we have a couple challenges, and the first one, we're going to be giving away a top picks or Elite 126 Pinta. This is the red Pinta Elite. I can't tell. I'm not gonna be, I'm gonna be honest with you. I don't know if it's gonna be the Elite 126 or the top picks. It'll be a Penta figure. It'll it's gonna be a Pinta Elite. We'll we'll make sure that it's a Pinta Elite and most likely gonna be the red one, okay? All you have to do is comment on this video. Comment on this video, leave a like on this video of a specific thing you want to see revealed next week at San Diego Comic-Con, next Wednesday at the time you're seeing this, a week from today, it will be preview night. I do know what you're talking about. You said the eight ball in my mind. Is it what is that? The eight ball? What is it? No, not the eight ball. I guess it's technically like the eight ball, but you know, the magic is big. Is it the ball that they shake or something? Is it the crystal ball? Crystal ball, yeah. Crystal ball works. Okay, okay. So we're gonna be guessing what Mattel, we're gonna put it, you know, we we've been in this thing for a long time. We kind of have an idea of how Mattel operates. We're going to put give you guys a bingo card of talent that we think figures, reveals that Mattel's going to give us. If we end up getting a bingo, which is five in a row on this card that I'm gonna hopefully be able to put on screen for you guys to see, if we actually get these reveals correct and we fill out this bingo card, not fully, just get five in a row. So we don't need them all correct. We just need to make a line here connecting them together. If that happens, we're gonna give away two figures. I don't know, it will it be two pentas, I guess. You want to give away two pentas, or you want to make it maybe a bonus figure? Ooh, interesting.
SPEAKER_02Uh I guess two pentas, unless the winner wants something different. Okay, it has to be an elite, though.
SPEAKER_01Okay, elite figure. I get okay. So it'll be a bonus giveaway. So that's basically what we're saying. So we could potentially have we're gonna have we're gonna give away two prizes here, and I don't know, if things get crazy enough, I may pick three winners. I may pick three winners. We're gonna get into this San Diego Comic-Con 2026 WWE Mattel Reveals Bingo Card Challenge, and hopefully we can win here, man. So do you want to go with the first pick? I think what what's transpired is we both have made selections, and some of these we kind of met together and we're like, yeah, this is absolutely gonna be a reveal and it's a layup. We also had it where there's no, we did not use any leaks, no leaks. That was uh that was kind of cheating. We felt like that was cheating, so no leaks, no uh, you know, nothing like that. This had to be what we think Mattel is going to give us. So you want to take it away with the first one?
SPEAKER_02Yeah, so some of these will be safe bets. So I'm gonna go off with the first one. It's gonna be Danhausen. I think we're gonna see. I don't well, I'm just gonna say we're gonna see a Danhausen, but I'm betting that we're probably gonna see a basic, an elite. Do you do you think we're gonna get an ultimate Danhausen?
SPEAKER_01I think eventually we'll get one right off rip. I think an elite is the easiest way to go. And I honestly feel like it may be ringside exclusive, like a ringside exclusive elite Danhausen. That just sounds like something that they would do, but then again, they want him to be mainline, so it may just be like a traditional figure that's but I don't know if you feel like there's there's his like promo gear, and then there's his ring gear, and he's had a couple of different ring gears, so hmm.
SPEAKER_02I think the they might they might only make his promo gear in a basic. Who knows? Yeah, but he's so popular they could get away with doing an elite with it. So who knows?
SPEAKER_01Yeah, that that makes it interesting. I hope that his Danhausen Elite, I hope it has those boots, you know, like his custom painted boots with the spirals on them. I really hope that those are included. Um, because I know that he wears some different ones, but I hope that that those are the ones that they select. But yeah, I think Danhausen Elite is what I have written down here. Uh, I think we will get multiples, but we've also specified on here that it has to be what we say. Like, you know, we can't just say, oh, there's gonna be a Cody Rhodes figure. Like, duh, there's gonna be Cody Rhodes. That would be cheating, I feel. So we have if it's if it's a top star, we have specified the event. So Roman Reigns, CM Punk, something like that. We have specified the event because I think that would be way too easy if we were just, oh, yeah, we're gonna get Roman Reigns, we're gonna get Stone Cold, we're gonna get CM Punk. Like, of course we're gonna get those guys, but we did specify. Do you want me to get into the second one? Yeah, go for it. Okay, so we came together and we did agree that we think Matt Cardona will get an elite. We think that he will get an elite. Now, we also do think we didn't put this on the bingo card. This is just extra shishes and gigs. We do think he'll get an ultimate at some point just because I mean Chelsea Green gets an ultimate. There's no way he's gonna you think he's getting an ultimate.
SPEAKER_02I think that's a bit of a stretch. You think it's a stretch? I think that that's some Mattel like favoritism. If he gets an ultimate, he's gotta do something to warrant an ultimate.
SPEAKER_01I don't know, man. It wouldn't shock me. I just think that given his action figure background, it's gonna it's gonna sell and people are gonna get it. I don't know. You may be right. I think he definitely gets an elite.
SPEAKER_02Like the the ultimates are so it's kind of like top-tier talent, usually, or people who are featured prominently. He hasn't been featured like that just yet, so I don't know, but I feel like maybe with his connection to Mattel, that might be a possibility. Okay, all right. Well, we'll have to we did put what about a Zack Ryder? And I don't know if we're gonna put that in here, but you think we're gonna get any like flashback Zach Ryders?
SPEAKER_01Yeah, I thought about putting Greatest Hits Elite Zack Ryder on the list just because I feel some, and I guess it doesn't have to be greatest hits, but some sort of Zack Ryder throwback figure from the vault, greatest hits. They could fit it in somewhere. I don't think they would from the vault 100%.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, like from the vault.
SPEAKER_01Elite 17 internet championship. It just seems like such a a layup almost. That is a layup, yeah. But then again, you would think that the other figures are layups. Like, I like the from the vault, nobody would be like, oh yeah, that triple H suited figure is definitely gonna be a from the vault release. Like nobody really thought that. So I don't know. Now I'm thinking like they're gonna put the damn build a figure Corey Graves Royal Rumble Elite in the in the from the vault. I would not be mad at that.
SPEAKER_02I'd actually like that. But yeah, see, there you go. That the reason I think they could do a Zach Ryder, and maybe it's not the Elite 17, because I'm thinking. That they brought in a a Brock Lesnar and a Trick Williams. Those guys are in high demand right now. And you know, MacArdona, Zach Ryder, he just returned to WWE a few months ago. Maybe they throw in the Elite 59 Zach Ryder.
SPEAKER_01That would be like the thing about that would be like, yeah, they could do that and maybe update the head. That figure, if you redid that figure in modern day and you just updated it with double jointed arms and whatever, that would be a terrible figure. That would be because you think so? Yeah, because that figure head sculpt, like they made his arms small. They made his arms small. The head is like super outdated, though. It's very cartoony, it's very of the era. But it didn't have true effects. I don't did it have true effects? I don't know if true effects would save it. I don't know if true effects would save it. And it's not, you know, it had that rubber. I don't think it's that bad. It had the rubber. It's not that it's a bad figure. It's not. It really is a solid figure. But the formula was kind of it wasn't as good as it could be. There's just some different things there that they could really if they took the time. It's gonna be like that damn AJ Lee, man. It's gonna be like the from the ball AJ Lee, where it's just like roll paint over it, and like here's AJ Lee. It's like, brother, that is not like of course they're gonna re-release that because it's gonna be, oh, look, it's AJ Lee, grab it. Like, yeah, I get that, but man, it's far from the best they could do. They could certainly do way better than that. And so I think I don't know, that's difficult with Zack Ryder Elite 50. It won't shock me though. It will not shock me if from the vault, the next from the vault after this Trick Williams set has a Zack Ryder in it and it's the most completely rushed Zack Ryder of all time.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, I mean, you're right about the small arms, but you know, now that they got double jointed arms, I think they can play around with that. The problem with that Elite 59 is that it had no neck, it looked so weird, it had no neck to it. But the head scan, I don't think it's that bad. I think it's a good likeness for him. It's a bit cartoony.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, it's yeah, it's not that it's bad, it's just super outdated. It's gonna look like the AJ Lee, where it's like, damn, this is clearly a yeah, outdated head that has true effects.
SPEAKER_02But yeah, I could totally see them doing that, and even Elite 17, I think, would be uh a good pick for a re-release for sure.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, I think so too. He had the damn Daniel Bryan torso back then, too. He did, yeah. Do you think they would re-release with that?
SPEAKER_02Yeah, I think probably so yeah, probably so.
SPEAKER_00Uh, you want to get into the into your next bingo card pick?
SPEAKER_02So my next bingo card pick is going to be El Grande Americano, and I guess there's no other competing El Grande right now. So I think everyone knows who I'm talking about right now, the current El Grande Americano, Ludwig Kaiser.
SPEAKER_01You know, yeah, I think I think you're onto something right there. I think that could be yeah, I mean, especially with his kind of explosion in popularity. You think it's gonna be an elite? Yeah, 100% elite. Okay, yeah, I think so. I think I could see that in the main elite line. And we don't what's crazy, what's crazy about this is we don't have, you know, I've said I feel like we have said this 10,000 times between my videos and the podcast and everything. We have said, you know, there hasn't been any render. We didn't get any renders at WWE World, but that was the facts. Like we didn't get any renders, so we don't know a lot of mainline WWE elites that are coming. Elite 128 is the next set. Pretty much, I mean, I know Elite 127's shipping very soon from ringside, but Elite 128 is the next wave, and we only have prototype looks of those, and we don't know Elite 129, 130, 131. Usually I feel like those sets are leaked out there early, but we don't know any of them.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, it's pretty crazy. But yeah, I think what would be interesting, will we ever get Ryo and Bravo? You know, his like group, he's yeah, I think it's Pete Dun and Tyler Bate under the moss. I it'd be very crazy.
SPEAKER_01It'd be very sick, but I doubt I doubt it, man. I highly doubt it. I if they were featured more prominently and made like a really big deal, maybe. But I mean, we got the Sing Brothers, but they were involved with the world champion, so I mean, yeah, you see what I'm saying? So I don't and you know, like Randy Orton was back flapping them onto the announce table every week, so yeah, so I don't know. That's kind of I would love to see it, but I don't know.

I think it would sell. The thing is, is casual care collectors don't give a damn about what attire it is. They see Demon Finn, they're going to buy it. They're not going to be like, yeah, I mean, if it were from WrestleMania or something, people would be like, oh, this is from that match. Or oh, they did the demon fin match for Mania. But I think they could get away with any look they wanted. But I'm going to say Demon Ultimate Finn. One that's really, really highly requested for me, as we know. But yeah, that would be unbelievable.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, I'd love to see that. That'd be so cool. I think 100% from this WrestleMania match, surely there's some sort of plans to make a demon finbala. But yeah, please, Mattel, come through with that. But my next pick is going to be a Royce Keys figure. Now, do I want to go elite? Do I want to go safe with a basic? What are we doing here? What do you think?
SPEAKER_01It's tough. I feel like he could get elite treatment, especially in the main elite line. You know, they love putting current guys in the elite line. But it wouldn't shock me, you know, because we got Blake Monroe as a basic first. They do like to do a lot of talent in the basic line first for their first figure. So that's what really makes it tough. It's definitely going to be either or. I don't think he would, you know, deserve an ultimate write-off rip, of course. But man, that one's tough. I think elite, I think he'd be safe with an elite. It just seems like one of those mainline elite figures that they would show off in render form on the panel.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, I think so because there's a lot of tooling that you would need. And I don't think that would go towards a basic write-off rip. I don't know. Because he's got like different boots, even his torso. I'm not really sure what they would do with a basic. So let's say elite. Let's go elite. Okay.
SPEAKER_01I put I put elite. I also think that his figure would be really sweet. If they do it right, it could be really, really nice, I think. With you know, he's got those like unique boots, they're like tall and he's like real stout. I mean, his AEW figure was fantastic. So I think that, you know, his I mean he was probably a little small in the arms, but I think that they could really do him some justice if they give him a good elite. I hope the best for him. He was also, he's also one of the coolest wrestlers I've ever met, too. It's kind of like Ricky's Ricky Saints. I really I just hope the best for him. I hope that you know his figures are sweet and everything. Shout out Royce Keys. But my next pick is going to be a Lash Legend elite. I think this kind of goes with our with our um main, just the main WWE elite line. You can always count on them putting current talent into the main elite line. And as far as we know that you know Sol Ruka's gotten a basic, so she could be on there. You know, we've mentioned um some other talents that that have been on there, but I think as far as a current women's figure that they would try to put into a upcoming elite line would be Lash Legend. I just think that that's such an easy one for them to do.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, it's interesting because she hasn't had a a figure yet. So does she go basic first or does she go elite? Do they show both? You know, the way she's been featured, you'd probably think elite. So yeah, I think it's fair to say.

It's been a very long time, which is why I mean, besides the box set, which you know that was kind of their way of updating him. Would he ever get an ultimate, you think? Like, I mean, Seamus gets one. You would think a Miz Miz could probably handle an ultimate.

SPEAKER_01I don't know, because they've talked about it. They would do current, right? They would do current because they don't ever go back in the well. You know, we talk about this. If they had if it was under the Mattel umbrella and it was of a current thing happening in real time and they missed it, they probably missed it. They do do it sometimes, but it's very rare that that happens. So I would think it would be an updated Miz because it has, I guess it's more, it's easier to sell because it's you know, it's currently happening. I could see maybe a Miz Danhausen battle pack, something like that.
SPEAKER_02I mean, I don't foresee Miz ever getting like an ultimate of his current look because the funny thing is, you know, those figures from 2018, there was a SummerSlam one, there was that Elite what is 69 Miz in the red, those two figures have held us over for the past five years. Like he he has not changed his look pretty much since then. He's had a couple of different attire changes, but it's it's all the same.
SPEAKER_01Like I agree with you. A lot of his figures, the greatest hits elite stands the test of time. Like all these pretty much encapture his entire look the entire time. It doesn't really change much. So I agree with you. I agree with you 100%, but it wouldn't shock me if they did release a new one, but I'm not gonna put him on there. That was not my next pick. It's just that's that was kind of a thought that I had, I guess. But my next one officially for this, I'm picking pinta. Now there's no shock that we'll see a new pinta of some kind, whether it's ultimate or elite, but I'm going to go out on a limb and I'm gonna say we're gonna get the white and gold attire in elite form, and I'm praying that happens. And by God, will that be a toyetic figure? Jesus Christ.

SPEAKER_01Do you think this year's Comic-Con? You know, last year we saw we had the we didn't see an ultimate, but we did see the elite. I want to say they showed off the elite 126 red pinta, maybe in render form or something. I can't remember off the top of the dome. That may have been the only pinta we got to see. Regardless, I could could Pinta be the WrestleMania equivalent of J Uso, where it's like, here's a pinta, here's a pinta, here's a pinta, here's a pinta. I think that's possible.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, I mean, where would you fit him in? I mean, J Uso, all those there was like a Survivor series, and there was uh Ultimate Edition online exclusive. Where would you fit Penta in, you think?
SPEAKER_01Well, you can always go top picks, you can always go greatest hits because those are gonna be filling up Walmart and Target shelves. They know Penta's gonna sell, so that's easy. I think that, like you said, they could fit him into one of those pay-per-view sets. I know he hasn't been to uh to a ton of PLEs or pay-per-views because you know he hasn't been in WWE forever, but I think he could snag one of those Amazon ultimate slots if they really wanted to. And I think that they will, I mean, obviously he doesn't fit into a Munda Night Wars line, of course. He doesn't fit into a Legends line yet, but I think they would shoehorn him in as much as humanly possible. They will they will find a way to make Pentas however they see fit. I think a Mattel Creations figure would be simple enough, especially if it were ultimate. I'm worried that he's gonna come with the damn ring. So I think an ultimate pinta with the ring is definitely on the table. So yeah, they'll find a way to shoehorn him in in some way.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, the thing is with Penta, I don't think he's gonna be like Cody Rhodes where they repaint him like in those top picks waves, because I think they could just get away with re-releasing the red penta. Like, so I don't foresee us getting like a ton of new looks, but I think they're 100% will be a white one, and hopefully the blue gear from that Royal Rumble in some sort of Royal Rumble wave down the line would be great, but yeah, I think they're definitely gonna see the success of his early figures there, and they're just gonna pump him out.

SPEAKER_02My next one's gonna be Rusev. You know, he returned last year after WrestleMania. I think surely they've made some sort of plan to make a figure of him, and it's gotta be an elite, I think. For sure. It's gotta be an elite, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was a basic that they show.
SPEAKER_01But yeah, Rusev for sure. I agree with you. I think he was on my wish list on the last episode. I think that that's a pretty I mean man, I would like to see something newly tooled. I don't want him to reuse the Brock Lesnar torso. I think that's what they were using back in the day. I want to see them use you know something new. I think, you know, he's he's he's a lot leaner than he used to be. He's a lot tighter. So I think that they could do you know something new with him and hopefully they give him some some unique stuff. I I really I I hope that we see an updated rusep. I think he's deserving of a new figure. So I hope it's not just a basic or a battle pack either. I hope it's an elite, like you said. But my next pick is gonna be Jey Uso. But as we know, there'll probably be 12 J Usos. We know there's gonna be 12 J Usos. So I selected the SummerSlam gear with the black shorts. I think this is really toyetic. This is a great elite, and it wouldn't shock me if this is in the SummerSlam build-a-figure set that I don't think they've spoiled or you know, they haven't talked about. I think it'll be a part of the panel as part of a render that we're getting later this year, and I think that is how they will reveal the J Uso figure.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, I think uh a shorts J Uso would be fantastic. I think with all the J Usos that we're getting to mix it up and have one with the shorts showing off his leg tattoos, I think that'd be really cool. So yeah, I think that's a good pick for the list. Perfect. And my next pick, what am I gonna go with here? I think I'm gonna go with an Austin Theory vision look. He's changed his look a lot. I don't think it's gonna be like a physical figure in hand. I think it will be a render. I think an elite probably have actually got like a custom elite of something that might look like. I don't think it'll be this one, it'll be like the pants or something. Like he had like pants at the start of the year, so I think it'll be more like that. And um, I'm thinking, you know, we've picked a lot of things that are like surely, like surely these are gonna be easy to pick because we haven't really gotten into any real throwback spots, really. We I know we have a few here that we'll get into, but I think for the most part, all everything up to this point is so you would think it'd be kind of the the opening pitch in some of these meetings for who they're gonna put on there. I think that they're gonna introduce some sort of triple A action figures. Now, I don't know if it's gonna be any line per se, but I think that, you know, they'll be, hey, here's here's a triple A figure. This is groundbreaking. Look, we even have the triple A logo on here, and it's a big deal. And here's Mr. Iguana. Maybe it's even ringside exclusive Mr. Iguana. That wouldn't shock me at all either. Uh it won't shock me if it's an elite, but I was pretty disappointed that the white attire was made into an elite and it was a real big letdown. It had giant gauntlets for some reason, missing the Superman punch logo. Details on the shoes are wrong. Head sculpt looked nothing like him, or not nothing like him. It looked like a throwback roman from like 2022 or something. I don't know. It's yeah, that was a letdown. So hopefully they make up for it with a WrestleMania 42 ultimate.

I think that's somewhat of a safe bet now. Ultimate. Oh no, he's not getting a freaking ultimate. What am I talking about? An elite or a basic? Because he came back and he came back like way bulkier, came back with the face paint, the longer hair. So I think he's due for a new figure. But yeah, I don't I don't know. I surely he would be in line for a figure, right?
SPEAKER_01I'd hope so. And dude, Tomatonga is somebody I've always dreamed of having an elite of, especially with a face paint, especially with the long hair, with everything. And that elite was so garbage. It was so bad. It was just horrendous. I think it won the worst elite of the year for me last year. It was such a letdown, and I would love to see a new Tama Tanga that actually looks like the character, doesn't have a nine head, has bigger arms and shoulders, doesn't have a fidget spinner waist, doesn't have tiny thighs. Like there's so many things that they could upgrade with him. So it would be very nice to see an updated Tomatonga. I think that's the full bingo card, though. I mean, we didn't really there's not a lot of risk here. If we don't complete at least one row on this, I will be devastated. This would be so stupid if this does not if we don't fill up at least one row on this, that is ridiculous.
SPEAKER_02I mean, I I mean there's not many figures that are really left off on this list. I mean, there's a couple like Miles Bond, Jordan Grace. I even put Maven there, but I didn't want to go that like I didn't want to risk you guys miss out on an extra figure that you could win. But I think Maven's someone they can definitely get on a Legends deal or something. God, that would be fantastic.
SPEAKER_01That would be, I think that would pop a lot of people, and you can do different eras. There's you know, you can guy. I mean, that's such an up the easy money, easy money right there to to do. But yeah, we uh that is our bingo card, man. Hopefully everything goes well with the way that it looks and everything, but here it is on screen, and surely this will take place. Surely, my God. I mean, I will be very shocked if we can't get this to happen. So hopefully that comes together. But one thing we also wanted to touch on with Comic-Con, also just to re-explain the giveaway, comment down below something you want to see Mattel reveal, as well as like the video so that you can enter into the giveaway. And then again, if what you say is actually revealed, you get a bonus entry. And if we complete a roll on this mingle car, we're gonna give away a whole nother one. So we're, you know, we're we're having lots of challenges and fun here. Hopefully you guys enter. We greatly appreciate it. But one thing also we wanted to touch on is, you know, just this past week we got uh Jazzwares AEW exclusive revealed. We wanted to talk a little bit about, you know, is there going to be a setup for AEW Jazzwares? Now, I've been to Comic-Con 2023, 2024, 2025, and I'll be going again this year, fourth year in a row. Every year there has been some sort of display for AEW and Jazzwares. And every year it's not very big, honestly. It's very tiny selection. But now that we know that there's not that many figures left to be had, are there even gonna is there gonna be a display? Is it gonna be a very, very tiny display? What's your thoughts there?
SPEAKER_02I was pleasantly surprised that we got that Punisher Osprey. I think that is so sick, and I look forward to, you know, hopefully I can get my hands on that in some some way, shape, or form. But I think uh I wouldn't be confident that there would be a display, but then again, you know, is is it being sold at San Diego Comic-Con, the Osprey?
SPEAKER_01It should be because it it has every other year a bin, they have had the Comic Con exclusive for sale.
SPEAKER_02So they probably gotta have some sort of display, even like even if it's just old figures just set up or something, that's probably gonna be the case. But I would really love if we got a couple other figures trickled out in their, you know, dying days as it seems. I would love that bold Moxley. I really want that bold Moxley. But yeah, I was very pleasantly surprised that we got some new ospreys coming out of the news that we thought, you know, the AEW figure line was dead.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, I agree with you. And you know, they they're gonna, it's kind of like McFarlane with DC. They're gonna finish out the year, and so we should see figures all the way up until the very, very end of the year. I think, you know, maybe even you know, December, November, December, we should see some AEW figure releases. But yeah, I was really happy to see that new Osprey. I'm excited for the new ringside exclusive one. The two stings look really cool. So I'm happy. I hope that we get that Darby flamethrower figure. And uh there's some other figures that, you know, some of those renders that have not quite come out yet. Hopefully, maybe some of those renders that we saw last year will actually be on display this year, and that'll just kind of be the end of it. And we'll get like a little mini display, and you know, we'll get those figures before the year's over, and then that'll be it. But it'll be interesting. I'm interested to see how all that goes because usually every year, you know, I think Kyle Fletcher, uh Speedball, and somebody else will be at Comic-Con to kind of speak. They're doing like a panel or something. I don't think it's Jazz related, I think it's just wrestling related. So I'm interested to see maybe if there's a, you know, maybe those guys are getting figures that'll be shown off or something. That'll be interesting to see. But usually, you know, I'm interacting with some of the Jazzwares team and stuff there, but this year, I think all of them are no longer with you know, jazz wares, the AW team. So I don't I don't know. It's gonna be an interesting development. We'll have to see how the all that goes.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, that's unfortunate. I would love to see uh Kyle Fletcher with his current look, something like that would be incredible. But yeah, I just I hope, you know, in this last year that we can get a couple really good AEW figures that we've been wanting for a long time. Uh, but yeah, it just it sucks. This might be the last year that we see, you know, AEW figures at San Diego Comic-Con.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, it stinks. And maybe, I mean, I don't know, maybe we'll get some sort of news about where they go next, if there is a new deal or if maybe somebody got the license, that would be a cool announcement. Maybe that we'll find out. But that's all I have on AEW figures for for Comic-Con and what I wanted to discuss there.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, yeah, that's uh that's my thoughts on it too.
SPEAKER_01Well, there is one little thing here that we wanted to discuss before we get out of here. You mentioned about displaying figures and what you think, what uh what exactly did you want to go into about this displaying figures?
SPEAKER_02Yeah, I just want to ask you about like you were talking about wanting to change your whole setup, and that's been a pretty iconic setup for you, you know, in that whole display, all the figures up on the wall, all in kind of chronological order. So, what are you thinking about, you know, trying to, you know, change that thing up?
SPEAKER_01Yeah, so it's just something that I and it's like such a I don't know how long that would take. That's probably a year-long project to probably get it, you know, exactly how you want it. But because the shelves or these shelves right here, you know, they line the entire wall. It's tough because, like you said, I like the visual of it and I like how it looks, but at the same time, I think I want to, you know, experiment with something different, get some shelving units that allow for a dynamic display, maybe similar to, you know, well, right here, this part right here. So that's that's kind of how I'm thinking. And you could even do it by Era, you could do it by superstar. And I don't know. I just think it would really expand the amount of fun you can have with your collection. The only problem would be, like I've talked about before, is with those reviews and stuff, you have to go in there and have to take, if you put it in some dynamic display, well, okay, for this video, you have to go in there and take it down and you know, get all the accessories or whatever, however you fix it up, you gotta kind of fix it and then put it in the review and then put it back. How is that gonna unpack and how all that goes in hand in hand? So that's yeah, that would be the challenge. But really, it's just about you'd have to sort it, you'd have to take all the shelves down, put new shelves in, you have to get those shelves. It's just like a whole different dynamic there. So that's just something that if I'm gonna do it, I'm really gonna have to like have a plan for it because if you don't have a plan, it's like it I feel like it can get messy really, really fast with the amount of figures and you know how much time and work it would take.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, I imagine like taking all those figures down and then you're just like, what the hell do I do with all this? Like it's just way too much to to sort through all that stuff, right?
SPEAKER_01Yeah, and that's also, you know, I've been doing the whatnot streams. I think I'm gonna continue to try to you know navigate more intentionally as far as like weaving through and getting the figures that you know I want to sell off and stuff. And so not only you know, followers or fans of the channel can get some figures that maybe they've wanted or they've missed out on. The thing is, is a lot of those figures are in really good condition too. So could uh you know sell some of those off and then you know make room for newer stuff and just some, you know, just being a lot more intentional about the collection, I think.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, for sure. Yeah, I have like one display here. Like I used to have all my figures on one display and then a couple of boxes as well. Now, like I've moved into this new place like six months ago, and I've got all these boxes that you see behind me every week, and I have yet to sort it out. I don't know what to do. I don't think I have any room to have any like new shelves added to the room, I don't think, unless I I unless I put them in the closet. So I'm thinking maybe put them in some tubs and stuff and sort them out so I can find everything easier. But it's such a shame to have some so many great figures just all in those boxes. I just don't have any time to sort it all out. I'm just busy filming.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, man, that's what makes it tough too, especially when you're juggling seven different projects, you have life priorities and stuff. So you're like it like why like ideally you want to change it, but what what's the the best I can do right now is sorting through and getting rid of some stuff I know for a fact that I don't want anymore, you know, that don't really add any value to me or you know, my collecting goals. So you might as well, you know, move through those, and then that's kind of the first step. And so you can just kind of manage it that way in micro steps, but there's so many damn good figures. And so I know a lot of people put stuff in tubs and they rotate them. I don't with my schedule, I don't know if that would be possible. If I cannot display it in an effective way or I don't have a spot for it, it just turns into chaos. I think that I would not have time to rotate. I think if I really love a figure and I want it on display, it's going on display and that's it. And then if I don't want it on display, it's not ever going to go on display, I guess is how I'm kind of seeing it.
SPEAKER_02So people rotate it like every once in a while, every month or something, they they go into the tub and they switch it out.
SPEAKER_01I think so. I think that is what people do, which is kind of crazy to me when I think about it. I think that like when I think of, I don't know, like let's just say I got this RVD. Well, I guess they have they have certain figures probably that they're like, okay, I'm never moving that. But like this RVD, if I put him up on display, like he's on display right now, I'm not gonna take him down. And that may not be just for this R V D that again, it could vary figure to figure, but it's hard for me to imagine, okay, I'm putting this figure up and then at some point I'm gonna replace that one with this other one. I don't know. That's that's crazy to me, at least in my eyes when I'm viewing a display or collection.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, like I feel like I owe it to my to my fans to like be filming and putting my focus on that and getting them the content that they like out. So I don't know if I can like spend a ton of time just like messing around and putting figures away and all that kind of stuff. So yeah, that's why I've been putting off so for so long, but it is taking up space. I would love to you know set aside some time to figure out what I want to do with it and buy a bunch of tubs and probably put them in and do it like that.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, and the same there is if I if I wasn't creating content of any kind or doing anything and doing these other projects, then yeah, I could just do whatever I wanted with my collection, but that's why it's so difficult because you know there's just other things you have to prioritize. I would love I would love to fix it, but it's not something that's like you know, you I can't just make a mess of this office and then continue doing everything because you know you have to make videos and there's other things you have to manage. So it that's a really big project to kind of bite off. But I would love I would love to do so.
SPEAKER_02It's like the the hobby and the job is like okay, you got the job of like filming stuff, and then you got the hobby of like doing all the the sorting and all the I guess it's somewhat fun to like clean up and organize and sort all that stuff out, but it's not like it's not the priority, yeah. And it's not ideal, you know. Yeah, it's to make to make a mess, and then you got a bunch of stuff to clean up and sort through.
SPEAKER_01It's it's tough, yeah, super overwhelming, but it's also a blessing, you know. It's also a blessing to sure to be able to create stuff and everything like that. But I think that's all I think that's all I got for this episode. What are you thinking?
SPEAKER_02Yeah, I think that was really cool. I think I hope that we nail that bingo card, and I hope we get a lot of great stuff at San Diego Comic-Con. The time is ticking down, and I'm really looking forward to it.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, man, I agree. I think I think we're gonna have a pretty good turnout. I think we did we didn't take too many Hail Marys. I don't think we like launched any full court shots here. I think that we should be able to get most of this. Honestly, I I want to go, you want to go a step further? If we fill up this entire thing here, so that'll be uh challenge for us. I think there's definitely a possibility. Yeah, that'd be big if like the whole thing completed. Oh yeah, that'd be crazy.
