Before we begin, please make sure you are in a safe and comfortable place. Don't listen to this recording while driving or performing tasks that require your full attention. For the best results, find a quiet space where you can relax completely, preferably somewhere where you won't be interrupted. Allow yourself to settle in. Close your eyes.

Simply let go and enjoy. Begin by taking a moment to get comfortable.

Allow your body to settle into a position where you can relax completely. This time is dedicated to strengthening your mind, your focus, and your natural athletic ability. So just allow yourself to relax. Take a slow deep breath in and gently exhale again breathing in, and each breath fills you with calm confidence. And as you exhale, you let go of any tension. With every breath you take, you may begin to notice your body naturally relaxing and your mind becoming calm, clear and focused. You don't have to try to relax. Your mind already knows how. So just let go and allow it to happen. Now bring your attention to your feet, allowing the muscles in your feet to soften and relax. That relaxation begins to gently move upward through your ankles, your calves, your knees and thighs relaxing more and more, every breath allowing the body to release tension, your hips relaxing, your stomach softening, your chest breathing comfortably and naturally. Now feel that relaxation spreading into your shoulders. Pitchers often carry tension there, but now those muscles can simply relax and let go. Your arms are relaxing all the way down to your fingertips, feeling light and free, your neck relaxing, your jaw unclenching, your eyes soft and comfortable, and your mind drifting inward, becoming calm, focused, centered, feeling so calm, so peaceful, so relaxed.

Now I want you to imagine, pretend if you need to.

Imagine yourself walking down a gentle pathway. This pathway leads to a beautiful baseball field. This is your baseball field, a place where your mind and body work together perfectly. In a moment I will count from ten down to one. With every number you relax deeper, and your mind becomes more open to positive focus and performance ten stepping onto the path nine drifting deeper eight calm and focused seven every breath relaxing you more six your mind becomes clear five halfway down relaxed and confident four deeper still three your inner athlete awakening two calm power building inside you one deeply relaxed, completely focused. And now as your mind rests in this calm state, you may begin to notice something interesting. Your body already knows how to pitch. Every muscle, every movement, every timing pattern. Your unconscious mind has learned it through repetition and experience. And when the conscious mind relaxes, the athlete within takes over naturally, entering the zone where everything feels automatic, effortless, natural. Your mind becomes quiet, your focus sharp, and your body performs exactly the way it was trained to do. Now imagine yourself standing on the pitcher's mound. Feel the dirt beneath your cleats, feel the baseball in your hand, notice the texture of the seams. Take a deep calming breath. Your body is relaxed, your mind completely focused. You look towards the catcher's glove, and everything else fades away. The crowd, the noise, all distractions disappear. Only you, the ball and the target. You draw your arm back, your body moves with perfect rhythm, balanced, smooth, powerful, and the ball leaves your hand exactly where you intend. Fast, precise, controlled, right into the catcher's glove. And you notice how natural it feels. Your body repeating this perfect movement again and again. Every pitch confident, every pitch controlled, every pitch improving your performance, your unconscious mind learning and strengthening this pattern. And you may notice also something else beginning to happen. Great pitchers understand something powerful. Every pitch is a new moment. If one pitch isn't perfect, your mind simply resets. Calm, focused, ready again, just moving forward. You trust your training. You trust your body. You trust your instincts. And the more you trust, the better you perform. Because your mind and body are working as one powerful system. Now imagine your next game. You step onto the mound feeling calm, focused, confident. You breathe and immediately your mind enters the zone. Every pitch controlled, every movement smooth, every decision clear. You trust yourself completely and you enjoy the game, playing with focus, strength, and love for the sport. In a moment, I will begin the process of bringing you back from this experience, bringing with you the confidence, focus, and mental strength you created today. I will count from one to five. At five you will be fully awake, alert, refreshed, and feeling great. One, energy beginning to return to your body. Two, becoming more aware of the space around you. Three, bringing back confidence, focus, and athletic power. Four taking a deep breath. Five, eyes open, feeling awake, clear, and ready.
