Hello everyone, my name is Christopher Loon Rose. I'm an author, mentor, life coach, motivational speaker, evangelist, musician, activist. In my podcast for my life is like a story, I'm just going to be sharing some spiritual life lessons and storytelling of my life experiences. I've been sharing my life as like a story podcast to inspire humanity to learn more about me and um my spirituality and my faith. I've been sharing um my life is like a story podcast to inspire humanity to learn about Jesus Christ, Jehovah, and Buddha through my lived experiences. I've been sharing um My Life is like a story podcast to inspire humanity to learn about faith, spirituality, faith and religion. So within this podcast and audio, we're going to be sharing a message called uh Faith, Spirituality, Faith and Religion. So when I was going through homelessness in the um in in the past when I was going through extreme homeless in the 30th of September 2014, um I basically lost my home and all my possessions in a file and that left me homeless, mentally psychotic, and mentally unwell, and I started to have mental health difficulties and challenges that was affecting me. So for the 30th of September 2014, I was very depressed, very unhappy, very sad, very um low, and I was going through a lot of despair because I was homeless and mentally psychotic. Um as I was receiving the support from people that helped me in the mental health services from Paul Darrington and Dr. Karen Mitchigan, um, which Paul Dorrington is a lead and unemployment specialist.

Karen Mitchigan is a clinical psychologist. I started to find my faith, my spirituality, fate and religion, and um that is what transformed my life to the way it is today. As I was coming out of homelessness and mental health difficulties, I started to feel the essence of spiritual change and spiritual enlightenment that made me who I am. And then when I found spiritual change and spiritual enlightenment, I discovered the no-self, selflessness and know-do-self. And I started to live my life more authentically to how I want to live my life, which is to help other people, give back, make a difference and a contribution. So my faith, spirituality, faith, and religion came from my homelessness and um mental health difficulties. So I've always had mental health since I was um 15, and I'm now 37, so it's a long time to have a lived experience of mental health. I've always struggled with my mental health for a number of years, um, going through just trials and tribulations with gangs and crime and violence and abuse and suffering here, adversity and abortions, and the list can go on of what I've experienced. And then I realised that my faith, spirituality, faith, and religion makes me who I am as a person. So right now in my religious life I'm connected to Christianity and Buddhism. So I've been sharing a lot of things on Christianity and Buddhism throughout the years, and um my faith in my spirituality, faith, and religion has grown because it helped me to learn the no-self, selflessness and know that self. So in my journey, the spiritual change became the most important thing. And then when I lost my home in the 30th of September 2014, that's when my life changed, and that's when my reality changed, and I started to be who I really am as a human being. I learned my gifts, I learned my talent in helping other people, faith and music. And I started to live my life authentically and truthfully and spiritually and faithfully. Even though I did find my Christian life and my Buddhist life, um, I still went through more trials and tribulations because the suffering was always there in part of my journey. So basically, I transcended my spiritual karma from their self to the no self. So there's no more I, there's no more me, there's no more my, and now I'm spiritually free and spiritually liberated and spiritually awakened because I've discovered who I am and discovered my spiritual life purpose, spiritual calling, and spiritual divine design, which is to help other people give back and make a difference. So on my journey, as I was helping other people in the mental health industry, supporting people with what they're going through for the past 12 to 13 years, which is a long time in mental health work. I learned things about myself, my skills, my abilities, my qualities, and I learned things about helping other people. So I developed my spiritual practices, which I normally call the six spiritual practices: prayer, meditation, mindfulness, walking, journal and silence. And I developed the seven levels of helping other people. Level one, volunteering, the good level in helping other people. Level two, jobs career as employment, the great level in helping other people. Level three, business and entrepreneurship, the highest level in helping other people, level four, faith and spiritual, the spiritual levels and helping other people, level five, uh spiritually helping other people, you helping other people, the teaching levels and helping other people, uh level six, spiritually helping other people to spiritually change, the spiritual change levels and helping other people, and level seven, spiritually helping other people and spiritual truth, um, the spiritual enlightenment levels and helping other people. So I basically gained this knowledge and wisdom and understanding of life and by learning and understanding and going through life experiences, and that's what developed my faith, spirituality, faith, and religion. And now within my life, I can see the spiritual change that I've been on. My life is very, very different to how it was before. I've changed spiritually, I've become awakened, a more free, a more liberated, and a more spiritual. So obviously, what transformed me was going through homelessness and uh mental health difficulties, which was part of my journey and part of my life. So that's how I found faith, spirituality, faith, and religion. Now I'm an author, life coach, motivational speaker, evangelist, activist, and musician. And I try my best to focus on my gifts and my talents, and especially when it comes to helping other people, because that's what I'm really passionate about. And my music has always been a gift that I've had from a very young age, and then my faith is what made me into the know self, self assistance, and know thyself. So those are my spiritual life lessons and my life as like a story podcast. So thank you for listening. Take care now. Bye bye.
