SPEAKER_00

Hello everyone, my name is Christopher Liam Rose. I'm an author, mentor, life coach, motivational speaker, evangelist, musician, and activist. In this Christopher Liam Rose teachings, we're going to be talking about the six spiritual practices. I'm going to be explaining each practice within this audio and podcast. And the Christopher Liam Rose teachings is there to inspire humanity to learn about Jesus Christ Jehovah and Buddha. I created the Christopher Lee and Rose teachings to inspire humanity to learn about faith, spirituality, fate, and religion. And I created the Christopher Leon Rose teachings to inspire humanity to learn about spiritual change, spiritual freedom, and spiritual liberation. Now within this podcast and audio, we're going to be sharing the six spiritual practices. And these spiritual practices are very important if you want to overcome the self to the no-self. So there's six spiritual practices that we need to do in order to discover the no-self, selflessness, and know that self. These six spiritual practices are all spiritual practices which are very important to do. So spiritual practice one is prayer. Prayer is basically talking to God through prayer. You can pray at home, you can pray in a church, a temple, a centre, a mosque, a synagogue, or anywhere where you can worship to the Lord and do prayer. Prayer is very important to build your relationship with Jesus Christ, Jehovah, and Buddha, and we need to make time for prayer and go through the process of prayer. It's very, very important. Spiritual practice number two, meditation. Now, meditation is very important where you listen to God and you listen to Jesus Christ and Buddha. Through meditation, you you quiet the mind, you quiet your thoughts, and you pray and meditate. Now the meditation is very, very important because it helps you to connect with Jesus Christ, Jehovah, and Buddha. In meditation, you're sitting down quietly, focusing on the breath, focusing on the meditation, and clearing your mind from the thoughts that clouds your mind. So meditation is very important. The spiritual practice free is mindfulness. Now, mindfulness is basically a form of meditation, but it's connecting to the present moment. Now everything happens in the present moment. Your life is lived in the present moment. What you do day to day is all in the present moment. So it's very important to connect to yourself and connect to the present moment. There's no past, there's no future. All there is is the present moment, and that's what mindfulness helps you to do. It helps you to connect with the here and now, understanding your life experiences and understanding everything that happens in the present moment, which is very important. Spiritual practice number four is walking. Now, walking is very, very important. We walk as part of our natural human life every single day. But a walking that I'm talking about in the fourth spiritual practice is mindfulness walking, where you connect with nature, connect with humanity, connect with the animals, and connect with the universe. Mindfulness walking is a very important spiritual practice, and you can walk in parks, you can walk in centers, you can walk in any environment and be mindful about your walking, which is very important. Spiritual practice five is journaling. Now, journaling is writing in a book where you process your thoughts, your feelings, your emotions, and what's been happening throughout your day and your dreams and desires. Now, journaling has been something that all human beings need to do in order to find who you are as a human being. For your journals and through your writing, you could discover who you are, the true essence of who you are, and find you know spiritual freedom and spiritual liberation from your journal writing. So I would invest in a journal and actually journal every single day. And then spiritual practice number six is silence. Now, silence can be done through prayer, meditation, mindfulness, walking, journaling, and of the five spiritual practices that I just mentioned. Now, silence is something that's very important. We must connect to silence every single day. Silence is the most purest thing in life. As a body's living, um, we can appreciate silence in daily living and appreciates that spiritual silence. Silence is a very important thing to discover who you are because the Lord God Jehovah talks to people through silence and gives you visions, inspirations, and motivations through silence. Sometimes your creative ideas can come through silence, and sometimes your intuition can connect with who you are through silence. So silence is a very important thing, and make time for silence every single day in your spiritual practices. So these are the six spiritual practices: prayer, meditation, mindfulness, walking, journal, and silence. Now, all six spiritual practices need to be done in your life in order to really become spiritual, faithful, and truthful. If you do the six spiritual practices, you will learn more about yourself, discover who you are, go through a process of spiritual change of the psyche and the psychological mind, and find the no-self, selflessness, and know thyself. Now, the six spiritual practices will help you to do the seven levels of helping other people if you're able to support people in what they're going through. So the seven levels of helping other people are level one, volunteering, level two, jobs, careers, employment, level three, business entrepreneurship, level four, faith in spiritual, level five, spiritually helping other people, you're helping other people, level six, spiritually helping other people to spiritually change, level seven, spiritually helping other people in spiritual truth. Now, if you do the six spiritual practices prayer, meditation, mindfulness, walking, journal, and silence, you'll be able to do the seven levels of helping other people. Now, all of this is a process in life to go through and a progress within your life. Do the six spiritual practices once you've discovered the know-self, selflessness, and know thyself, and go through a process of spiritual change and spiritual awakening to find spiritual enlightenment. Then do the seven levels of helping other people, and the spiritual practices is what's gonna change you as a human being. Without the spiritual practices, your psyche and your psychological mind won't change. So, in life, what happens is we need to go for a spiritual change within the psyche and the psychological mind. So once our psyche and psychological mind changes, then our whole life changes and we become the person who we need to be and live the life we truly need to live. Now, Jesus Christ, Jehovah and Buddha wants you to go for a spiritual change within the psyche and the psychological mind. And the only way to change the psyche and the psychological mind is by doing six spiritual practices prayer, meditation, mindfulness, walking, journal, and silence. At some point, I'm gonna be writing a new book on the six spiritual practices. I've already written a book of the five spiritual practices, but in the future, there will be a book called The Six Spiritual Practices because they're so important, and I want more people to do the six spiritual practices. I just hope that um this podcast and this audio has helped. And remember, the six spiritual practices are spiritual practices, so do it daily, make time for it, make the commitment and the effort to do it, and you'll see how your life changes throughout time, and you'll see how you grow as a human being and how also how you evolve, also. So, thank you for listening. I hope you do the six spiritual practices prayer, meditation, mindfulness, walking, journaling, and silence, and also the seven levels of helping other people. So, thank you for listening. Take care, have a good evening now. Bye bye.
