In this Treasure episode from Marauder Radio, Bob explores anger as a behavioral expression driven by powerful emotions and shaped by how we process the world around us.
By understanding that anger — kicking, screaming, swearing, fighting, punching, yelling, and all the other behaviors we associate with being angry — is ultimately a behavior, we can begin to recognize our ability to change it. When we change how we interpret, understand, and respond to the situations happening around us, we can also change our reactions.
Shifting this cognitive process of interpretation and understanding is the key to healing and to ending the negative outcomes that often result from anger-driven behaviors.
