We created this show because we know that being a practitioner is a bit of a rollercoaster. Whether we’re geeking out over new treatment techniques, navigating those "head-scratcher" patient cases, or being brutally honest about the struggles of running a business, we wanted a space to talk about it all—without the dry, textbook stuffiness.

Well, we finally made it. Welcome to the very first episode of A Joint Effort!
I’ll be honest—I’ve been sitting on the idea of this podcast for a long time. I spent ages waiting for the "perfect" moment to start, until I finally realized that perfect doesn't actually exist. You just have to dive in and trust that you'll learn and improve as you go. Having James along for the ride definitely made that first leap feel a lot easier!
