All right, everyone, welcome back to another episode of Dcoach's Brain every Monday here on the Opticast. In this episode, we're going to be putting together everything that we've learned so far, and then we're going to build the actual pre-growth bodybuilding stack, right? Which is uh the comprehensive system that you can use to prep your body for a serious growth phase, right? And then the the reason we're gonna be calling the pre-growth phase before it's because we we're using it before you start pushing volume and intensity, before you start building a muscle aggressively, you need to have your foundation in place, all right? And that foundation is going to be gut health, immune resilience, and mitochondrial capacity. Because here's here's the thing with you, man. When you start a serious growth phase, you are creating metabolic stress, you are creating microtrauma, you're creating an environment where you need to recover well and digest food well as well as handle stress well. If your gut is compromised, if your immune system is reactive, if your mitochondria are already struggling, then the growth phase is just not gonna work the way that it could, you know? And you and you might even end up sick or injured. So today we're gonna walk through the gut recovery stack, the immune resilience stack, and then we're gonna put together the complete pre-growth bodybuilding stack that's gonna get your body ready for serious muscle building. So let's start with the gut because this is absolutely foundational, right? This is gonna be absorption and detox, right? The next thing that you fix after you fix the foundation. So your your gut is not just where you digest food, you know, it's it's um where where most of your immune system lives, and it's also where you absorb uh, you know, every nutrient that's supposed to fuel a growth phase. It's it's where you produce this huge chunk of your neurotransmitters, and it's also where a lot of detoxification and waste clearance happens. So when the gut is compromised, you've uh, you know, when you when you've got dysbiosis or when you got leaky gut or chronic low-grade inflammation in the intestinal tract, like nothing downstream is gonna work right. Your your nutrient absorption, it goes to shit. Your immune system sits in a constant reactive state, your recovery drags, and your body composition changes like are slow to a crawl. So before we even think about growth, we fix the gut. I've I've watched way too many people try to run a growth phase on a compromised gut, eating big, training hard, and getting absolutely fuck all back, right? Because they're not actually absorbing the food that they're forcing down. So it's just a damn waste. Now we're gonna start with BPC157 as the primary peptide for gut repair, and it's essential if you're dealing with any kind of gut dysfunction, right? The name stands for body protection compound 157. It's a pentadecaptide, it's uh it's a sequin that's derived from uh protective protein that's found in your gastric juice, which is actually a clue to where it shines, right? It acts like a localized growth factor that supports the integrity of the intestinal lining. It also drives angiogenesis, so damaged tissue gets the blood supply that it actually needs to heal, and it brings gut inflammation down and uh it improves uh barrier function so that the junctions between your gut cells they actually tighten back up. So when that barrier works, mean you're you're you're gonna be absorbing nutrients properly and you're not gonna be dealing with this constant like immune activation that comes from a leaky gut, you know, letting shit through that shouldn't get through, you know. So for gut work specifically, a lot of people dose it orally because you want it acting locally on the lining and you give it real time because you're also rebuilding structure, you're not just masking a symptom. Now, the the exact dose and duration is always protocol dependent, but the floor is gonna be patients, right? Because the gut healing it runs in uh several weeks, not just a few days. Now, KPV is gonna be the other essential gut peptide, and it's all about immune modulation, right? It's the it's the last uh three amino acids of alpha MSH, which is an immune signaling molecule, and and what it does is it brings gut inflammation down without being immunosuppressive, which is a critical distinction. You don't want to shut your immune system off, you know, you want to tune it so that the inflammatory response is appropriate instead of excessive. So KPV, it works on the gut-associated lymphoid tissue, dialing down the inflammatory signaling that's tearing the lining up while leaving your actual defenses against pathogens intact. It's also got some direct interaction with uh antimicrobial activity. So the synergy with BPC 157 is the whole point. BPC is gonna be rebuilding the barrier, and then KPV is gonna be turning down the inflammation that was tearing it apart. And together they create this environment where the gut can actually heal instead of being stuck in a in a in a repaired damage loop. Now, the third gut uh relevant peptide here, it tends to get glossed over, but it earns its place when there is an overgrowth or when there's dysbiosis, right? So LL37. So 37 is gonna be an antimicrobial peptide. It's a human antimicrobial peptide that's part of your innate immune system, right? That your own cells produce as a first line of defense. So it works by disrupting the membranes of pathogenic bacteria and it helps regulate the microbiome by keeping opportunistic overgrowth in check, which matters because a lot of gut inflammation is always downstream of the wrong bugs setting up shop, you know? So you it's also got uh direct uh immune modulation and tissue supporting effects. So when you add it exogenously, you're amplifying a defense system that you're already running in your own body, which is really cool. So the caution is that you know, LF37 is very potent and it can be pro-inflammatory if you overdo it. So it's it's gonna be a targeted tool for dysbiosis or overgrowth, but it's not something that you throw in by default, right? You bring in when the picture is overgrowth, you run it deliberately, and then you're gonna pull back once the terrain is back in order. So the gut recovery stack typically looks something like this, right? It's gonna be BPC as the primary repair tool, KPV for immune modulation and inflammation, and then layered in uh LL37 only if there is dysbiosis or overgrowth as a piece to address. And you're gonna support all of that with the behavioral basics, you know, real sleep, lower stress, and foods that are easy to digest and feed a healthy microbiome. So the bone broth, the fermented foods, the soluble fiber, right? The the timeline is gonna be 12 to 16 weeks minimum because you're rebuilding the structure of the gut and the tissues they turn over on its own schedule, no matter how badly you want it to go faster. So you just have to be patient here. So while the gut is healing, you're gonna be building mitochondrial layers here, right? Because you need energy capacity to support a growth phase and you can't bolt that on the uh in the on the very last minute. So this is where, from the previous episode of the coach's brain, SS31 and NAD plus are gonna come in. So SS31 is gonna stabilize the intermitochondrial membrane so that your energy factories run clean and efficient, and NAD plus is gonna fuel the enzymes that are gonna be driving energy metabolism and cellular repair. So the reason this matters for us starting a growth phase is that growth is very metabolically expensive, right? You're you're creating microtrauma, you're demanding recovery, you're asking a system to build new fucking tissue. So if the energy production underneath all of that is weak, the the growth phase is gonna stall and you're gonna burn the fuck out. So no stack is gonna save you from that shit. So the the the gut stack is gonna be one layer, mitochondria is gonna be the foundation, and then you're gonna handle both of them before you ever touch the heavy training stimulus itself. Now, the next layer here, if you want more details on that, you just go to the previous episode. Now, the next layer here is gonna be recovery itself, which is gonna tie up from the episode of two weeks ago, right? And that that means the sleep and circadian rhythm, right, which is where epitolon and DSIP really, really shine. So epitolon resets the master clock so that your circadian rhythm is properly timed, which is gonna improve sleep depth as well as overnight repair that depends on it. So DSIP is gonna shift you towards more delta wave sleep, which is that deep restorative sleep stage where the actual repair happens. Recovery is not just a passive thing that happens to you because you got into bed. You know, it's it's an active biological process that needs the right signals. And if your sleep architecture is broken, you can run every other piece perfectly, but you're still not gonna adapt. So you make sure the recovery layer is actually producing restorative sleep before you start demanding hard adaptation on the body. Now, the last layer here is optional, but that's gonna be cognitive, and it's something like uh SEMAX if you're someone who responds well to it, right? It's not just for the sake of like just adding something, right? Training execution, it really does matter, right? It's the difference between the difference between you being focused and in a present session where you're driving the contraction and a checked out session where you're just going through the motions, is gonna be huge over a long growth phase, right? So Smax is gonna sharpen focus and processing, which is gonna tighten up that quality of every single session. It's also the lightest priority piece of our stack, you know, but for the right person, it does raise the ceiling on everything else. Now, putting all of this together into a pre-growth bodybuilding stack, the order of operations is gonna be the whole game, right? So you're gonna be running BPC 157 and KPV to repair and stabilize the gut. So that's your absorption layer here and your detox, right? Underneath that, you're gonna be building mitochondrial function with SS31 and NAD plus, which is the energy foundation, and you're gonna be getting your recovery layer producing real sleep with epitulon and the SIP. And uh you're also adding cognitive support with some acts if it fits. But you do not start all of it at this at once. You know, you you start with the gut because that's the foundation, and you give it a minimum of like full 16 weeks to before your actual growth phase begins, if you need that much gut support. So you're gonna walk into a growth phase with a compromised gut with poor sleep or weak mitochondria, man, but the whole thing is just gonna underperform and you're gonna burn out. But if you build the foundation first and the growth, the growth phase is gonna become efficient instead of being fragile. So I did have a competitor bodybuilder who came to me wanting to run a big uh massing phase. And before we looked at training or nutrition, we actually assessed his gut. So it turned out he had significant dysbiose, had a leaky barrier. And also, when you look at his GI map, it was a very reactive immune system, which also tied back to his blood work. So he wanted to jump straight into the growth phase, and I told him, like, you could, right? But it's it's gonna suck. You're you're gonna get sick, you're gonna feel like absolute shit, and your gains are not gonna stick for shit either, right? So, or we can run a 12-week repair foundation first, and then get the fucking results. So we ran the gut stack, which was different than this one that I'm proposing here. It was this tight of for his uh actual case here, right? But we build the mitochondrial layer in after that. We dialed in his sleep throughout the entire process, and we kept his training and nutrition and maintenance for this. Now, 16 weeks overall later, his digestion was completely transformed, his energy was very stable, he felt very resilient, and then we started the growth phase. He said the difference was night and day, right? His growth was faster and more consistent, and he didn't get sick or fall apart the way that he did every other damn time because his body was finally equipped to handle that demand. And I want to be clear that this is not like these are not the only peptides, right? And the pre-growth phase is not just peptides. The the peptides are amplifiers of good behavior, but they're not replacements for it. The the foundation is always gonna be sleep eight to nine hours consistently, stress management throughout whatever works for you, right? Uh, training that's gonna say inside of your recovery capacity instead of grinding you into the ground, and nutrition that genuinely meets your needs but doesn't exceed them. So the peptides, they're gonna sit sit on top of that. You know, the if the behaviors are not there, the there's no stack that's gonna save you. And I've seen plenty of people with perfect compound lists, they still get sick because their sleep was wrecked and their stress was through the damn roof. So get the behaviors right, and then the compounds are finally gonna have something to work with. All right, guys. So that is the recovery, uh, the gut recovery, the inflammation, immune resilience, and the pre-growth stack. This is gonna be the system that gets your body prepared to actually respond to a serious growth phase. And uh, it's the foundation that's everything else is gonna build on top of. Now, if you want to go deeper on this, I have an actual detailed pre-growth bodybuilding stack that's an eight-week uh multi-phasic approach of four phases in eight weeks with several different compounds, including the supplements. That is all inside of the OptiLab engine. It also has been broken down as a pre-fat loss phase because it doubles as a fat loss phase as well for some specific reasons that I break down in the peptide course. And on the peptide course, I'm not just giving you a protocol, I'm always just helping you to understand how to build a protocol so that you can do this shit yourself instead of always having to ask people questions about like which stack should I run, right? You learn how to think instead of just what to do. You know, I also work one-on-one with people in consultations and we build like a customized protocol for you. And then I guide you through the exact execution so that you come out of that pre-growth phase, uh, you know, just ready to actually build muscle. Because I feel like the people who get that preparation, they're the ones who make the real progress. They're the ones who stay healthy, they're the ones who don't burn out, and they're the ones who actually build their physiques year after year. So invest in the foundation first. Prepare yourself properly for what you're about to ask the body to do. And then the growth phase is going to become very, very, very efficient. I'll catch you guys in the next one. Peace out, guys.
