🎓 ABOUT THIS VIDEO
In this episode, Nathan breaks down exactly how to cycle bioregulators and peptides over a full year, built around the seasons: a spring reset, a summer performance phase, a fall recovery phase, and a winter deep-restoration phase. He covers specific compounds like Epithalon, Thymalin, Vesugen, BPC-157, TB-500, and GH secretagogues, along with the periodization, blood work, biofeedback, and strategic stacking that turn you from a peptide consumer into a system designer.

Cheers. Welcome back, everybody, to the coach's brain. I am Nathan, and this is a big fucking episode. This episode is the one where all of the peptide stuff that we've been hammering for the last few months actually is gonna come together into something that you can run, something that actually fucking works. And not really extrapolating when I say that this is the most important episode of the whole peptide series because knowing what bad group bioregulators are is pretty cool, but on its own, I think it's kind of useless, right? Knowing what epitolum does doesn't do jack shit if you don't know like when to run it, how to run it, how to stack it, and what to run it next to. So the I think the people who get like really, really, really good results, I think they're always the ones who sit down and are going to build an actual system, right? The size of your stack, it means jack shit. And and most people in this space, they they never think about that. They're grabbing whatever sounds cool, whatever some guru on Instagram is fucking feeding them, which is usually bullshit, and then they act shock when they plateau, and then their blood work looks like fucking garbage and they feel like shit half of the time. So today, I'm gonna be walking you through what a full year of peptide use actually looks like. And by the end of this, you're gonna get peptides to only work when you build a system around them. You're gonna understand that this is exactly how this game is played. Okay, so let's go. So the foundation, okay, of this whole thing is what I called seasonal cycling, okay? And honestly, dude, once it clicks, it's just stupidly fucking obvious, right? Your body's not this machine that's just gonna run the same all year round. Your body's got rhythm, right? Your cortisol is gonna shift with light, right? Your immune system is gonna change with your seasons. Your recovery in July is really not the same as your recovery in January, like at all. So, why the hell would you just run the same exact protocol for like 12 months straight? Like you wouldn't, or at least you shouldn't. And this is where I watch people fuck it up. They find a stack that starts working for them, they ride it out for a full year, and then they're confused because at some point it stops working. It just stopped working because your body adapted, because your receptors they downregulated, and now you're basically just taking expensive piss. So you gotta move with the seasons instead of biting them, you know? So let me map out a real uh 12-month plan here, and I'm gonna push the the to use the calendar where the spring and the summer are gonna be your push seasons, and then the fall and the winter are gonna be your recovery seasons, right? Because for most people in a normal climate, that just kind of makes like biological sense. So, spring, roughly March all the way through May, right? This is your reset window. So naturally, during this season, the days are getting longer. Your melatonin is naturally dropping, your cortisol rhythm is shifting with light, right? So this is the perfect time to bring in epitolon because you're literally working with your circadian system while it is already shifting instead of fighting your system, okay? You're gonna pair epitulon with something like thymolin because your immune system is usually beat to hell after winter. So you have less light, less movement, everybody's stuck inside, and that tanks your T cell immunity. So thymolin is gonna come in and it's basically gonna retrain your immune system, get your adaptive immunity back online, and then you're gonna add something like vesogen because after like a sedentary winter, your vascular function is shit. Your blood vessels that just are not adaptable. So vesrogen supports those tissues as you start moving and training more, moving over to the next phase. And on top of that, you're throwing some red light, you know, maybe some time restrictive eating because both of those are gonna amplify the autophagy and the DNA repair that epitolon is already driving. So it all stacks together. You see? Now, spring, this is where you're gonna pull your first blood work of the year. So you're looking at cortisol, DHEA, thyroid, immune markers, like your your blood cells, your lymphocytes, right? You're setting your baseline. And if something is off here, you're gonna adjust right there, right? So somebody's TSH is high, cool. We're gonna look at thyroid support alongside the entire panel. Somebody's cortisol is in the dirt. You know, we're gonna pull training volume back a little bit. You know, the plan that I'm giving you is just a template, but your blood work is what's gonna make it yours, okay? So never forget that. Now, summer, June through August, you're gonna push. So epitolon and thymolin, they're gonna be wrapping up, or they're at least gonna be gonna be going to a maintenance dose. And now you're gonna be bringing in the peptides that actually drive performance, right? The receptor-driven stuff. So this is where you're gonna layer something like BPC, you know, if you're if your joints are getting beat up, or TB500 if you're grinding a ton of volume, or you know, a growth hormone secretagog if your GH is in the shitter and you wanna, you know, drive recovery and body comp without going full blown into GH. Um, maybe something to support your endocrine system if your androgens are the limiter here for you. So the whole point of the summer is that you're fucking pushing and you're pushing in a body that's got reset and recalibrated in the spring. So your receptors are actually sensitive, your tissue is actually strong, and those performance peptides, they're gonna hit harder, you know, than they would if you've just been blasting this stuff all year. So that's the entire reason you periodize, right? You're earning the response. And your volume is also going to be higher in the summer, right? You're training more, you have more frequency, you have more sets, you have more time, and you're taking advantage of that better circadian alignment and the higher natural hormone output from the spring reset. So your body is literally primed to respond because you build the foundation first. Now, coming up with fall, September through November. So this is a transition back down, right? You're wrapping up the summer push, you're gonna be pulling back volume, and now you're rotating some different vibrators based on what got hammered the most during the summer. So you did a bunch of joint heavy stuff, dude. Cartilax, that's gonna come in for connective tissue support, cartilage stuff, and then you're also gonna let the stuff to actually recover at the gene level with it. You got beat up with a fucking androgen intestine uh fucking tissue with uh heavy lifting. I think testolutin can come in to support some testicular function and androgen signaling. And you're probably running some livogen here as well because the summer peptide phase was heavy, right? And your liver needs a little bit of love and care. So again, pull your blood work, get your joint markers, you know, your inflammation, your liver enzymes, your testosterone, your hormone panels, right? You let the actual data tell you which bioregulators are gonna get priority. So you're never guessing, you're literally just reading the labs. And you're gonna drop the volume on purpose in the fall, okay? So you're gonna go from like 18, 12 sets of muscle down to like 10 or 12, right? Six days of training down to four or five. More mobility work, you know, more movement quality, managing fatigue, because the whole job of the fall is to start your recovery, to let your tissue adapt to everything the summer threw at it instead of beating it into the ground forever. Now the winter's gonna come up, December all the way through February. This is the deep restoration phase. So this is probably one of my favorite phases here because a lot of like real, real good adaptation happens here. So all the acute peptides, the performance ones, they're off. You're running something like epitolon at a really high dose if you're you need cellular health. You might have cortexin if your brain feels fried as fuck and your recovery shot. You might run livigen again, or at this time only, you know, if your metabolic and your endocrine health needs attention. But the whole focus is DNA repair, just clearing out a bunch of cellular garbage, rebuilding all that mitochondrial function after a year of getting beat up. So this is when you're gonna pair epitulon with fasting because they're gonna drive autophagy. So this is when you're gonna throw in sauna, cold exposure, all of it, because cold, stress, and bioregulators, they work beautifully for mitochondrial health. And your sleep is naturally gonna get better in the winter, anyways, with the light pattern. So you lean into that, you sleep more, you sleep deeper, and the bioregulator stack is supporting all of it. And the winter is your biggest blood panel of the year. It's okay. So metabolic markers, inflammation, hormones, immune function, the whole thing, right? You're getting the full, full, full fucking panel. You're gonna be finding your true baseline after a full year of training and peptide use. And if anything is off, this right here is where you fix it, right? Because you've got three months before the summer for another big, big fucking push. So here's where people fucking face plant this shit. This whole seasonal framework, it only works if you are actually responsive to your blood work and your biofeedback. So, blood work is gonna tell you what to change. It is the objective number here. It's your it's your anchor. You're you're looking for stuff trending the wrong way for markers that are like fucking screaming, that there's some tissue that is stress, and then you're gonna adjust off of that. Well, your liver enzymes are climbing. Okay, livogen is gonna be a priority in this block. Immune markers are fucking tank, thymolin is gonna be the priority. Your test is fucking suppress the shit test dilution, right? You let the data make the decisions for you, not your feelings, okay? And biofeedback is gonna be the subjective side of that, okay? So your temperature, your resting heart rate, your HRV, your sleep, your energy, your training, your mood. So if your HRV is dropping and dropping and dropping, that's gonna be your body pretty much telling you that you're not recovering, right? So you're gonna pull some volume, you're gonna add some bioregulators. If your temperature is low, that could be a metabolic thing, could be a thyroid thing, right? If your sleep is in the garbage, there's something's off, right? They're your circadian rhythm or your stress, or maybe your stack is just way too aggressive. So you're gonna use all of that to adjust in real time. And then there's um, you know, there's building the plan around the actual blueprint because the thing is that not everybody's the same, right? So some people they have bulletproof immune systems, they don't need aggressive thymolin. Other people they have like chronically run down and they need something more. Some people, their sleep is garbage and they respond insanely well to circadian bioregulators and red light. Other people, they just sleep fine, they don't need any of that shit. So the seasonal framework is just a skeleton for you, right? But the individualization is where the magic really is, right? You're gonna take the template and you're gonna bend it to how your body actually responds. And these bioregulators, they don't work in a vacuum, right? You're gonna stack them with other tools and they're gonna work better. So, cardillax, you pair that with red light and collagen, dude, you're gonna get a better connective tissue adaptation than any of those alone. You pair the GHK 15 minutes before your red light, holy shit, dude. Epitolon plus fasting, right? You get a way more autophagy and DNA repair than either one by itself. You get thymolin plus the real sleep and circadian work, you get actual immune recalibration, right? So the synergy is the whole reason this works at a level that most people never touch because they're just randomly stacking shit. A pile of shit is not a stack, it's just a pile of shit. So let me hit some common mistakes here. So, first one is gonna be running too many organ and targeted bioregulators all at the same time, right? So I see dude taking his fucking epitolon, pymelin, cortexin, livogen, testilute, and cartilax like all at once, to think that more is better, and that is fucking retarded, right? You're trying to recalibrate six tissues at the same time and you're just confusing the whole system. It doesn't know what the fuck you want, so to speak, right? So pick two or three, just run it for like a 12-week block and then just dial them in based on your labs. That's it. Second mistake, people expect these to feel like a regular peptide. But bioregulars, they're very slow, man. They take weeks and months, not days. So if you're if you're wanting to feel something in a week, you're just gonna quit thinking that they don't work. Like when they actually do, you just don't have the patience for it. So the benefits compound though to each other, right? You see them month to month and year over year on your blood work and your recovery, but it's not some acute buzz that you're gonna feel on Tuesday. Just get that out of your head. Now, the third mistake is gonna be layering biorex on top of an already stack that's like heavy as shit. So if you're running a ton of acute peptides and your liver and your kidneys, they're kind of maxed out. You had bioregulus, that's not gonna help. It could make it worse because now you're asking your detox systems to process even more when they're already drowning. So biorex, they're gonna work best whenever you pull back on everything else and you create some space for recalibration. So that's exactly why they belong in reset phases, not stacked on top of a war. There are exceptions, they're in the course, and you should know them. But the fourth one, this is the big one, it's not checking your blood work and just running your protocol blind. Like you don't know if it's working, you don't know what to change, you're just fucking guessing, and you're usually gonna guess the wrong way. So, blood work is the language that your body is speaking to you. So, listen to it, okay? Check your markers every like eight to 12 weeks and actually adjust off of what they say. So, the real line here, and I've talked about this before, there is a difference between being a peptide consumer and being a protocol designer. Consumers, they buy whatever's popular, they just stack all of it in prey hopes. They're not thinking about timing or periodization or receptor sensitivity or which tissue needs what, they're just taking shit. So, designers they get that the peptides their tools inside of that like bigger system. And the magic is designing the system on purpose, is being strategic about what tools go where and why, like actually reading the labs and then adjusting off of that. So, thinking about your peptide periodization the same way that you're already thinking about your training periodization. Okay, so I had a client come to me with a bunch of random shit. Like this happens a lot whenever we're on board people. Just peptides, no plan, no blood work, just taking whatever the fuck he could get his hands on. And his results were pretty mid, like his labs were kind of fucked, his test was suppressed, his liver enzymes were up, and his immune system was shot and he fell like garbage half of the fucking time, couldn't figure out why the peptides just weren't working, right? So we tore the whole thing down, dude. And if you don't believe that these things happen with peptides, you just don't see enough blood work. You don't talk to enough people, you don't have enough friends. But I just pulled him back and I ran the real like spring reset with him. We got a pill on thymolin and vesogen, check blood blood levels at uh like eight weeks, and we adjusted off of that. We did a real, real summer like push with a lot of peptides. Then we ran the fall recovery with organ and targeted peptides based on what his labs were screaming at us. And by the time we hid the winter restoration, his blood work was normal across the board. So his test was back up, his liver was clean, his immune system was solid, you know. And then we go back, you know, into the next cycle and his baseline muscle, his strength, his recovery, all of it was like double where it started because now there was an actual foundation for everything. Like he felt good all the time, his sleep was locked the fuck in, and he finally understood what his peptides were doing because they were nothing. They were working at this point now inside of a system instead of just floating around doing fuck all like before. They were just nothing and now they are something. So that is the whole transformation, right? Is going from a consumer to a designer, and that's what this 12-month plan is, right? It's a design framework that lets you actually use this stuff right, and you're gonna compound your results year over year instead of just spinning your fucking wheels forever. So here's what I want you to walk away with peptides, specifically bioregulators, they're gonna do their job best when you have a real system around them. That system has to have periodization, it has to have blood work, it has to have biofeedback, it has to have the complementary tools that actually work together and it has to be built around your specific body and how you respond specifically. And look, the best place to actually learn how to build this system is inside of the Opta Avenger because that is where I'm gonna walk you through the entire bioregulator course, the full year of planning, how to read your own blood work, how to layer all of this stuff together into something that actually works. And if you want me in your corner directly, dude, that is what coaching is for. We're gonna build your plan for your specific situation, and I'm gonna coach you right through it. We're gonna walk this together the entire way. But either way, this right here is the difference between good results as well as mid ones, right? And it's understanding that you need a system and then actually building the damn thing. And the next week, we're gonna be kicking off the thyroid series, which is gonna mess with your head a little bit because thyroid is the foundation under all of this. If your thyroid is not dialed, nothing else is gonna work, right? Okay. And in most people's thyroids, they're fucked and the people have no idea. So we're gonna go deep on the physiology, how to actually read your thyroid labs, which uh most doctors get completely wrong, by the way, and then how to actually support it. So you're not gonna want to miss that. But for now, if you're anywhere in your peptide journey and your results just are not where they should be, if you feel like you've been throwing the money ass shit and you've been getting nothing back, or your blood work is a mess, and you honestly don't even know why you're taking what the fuck you're taking, that is your signal to step back and build a system or work with someone that has one, a proven one. And that system is gonna start with understanding bioregulators and it ends with you running your own optimization instead of being a consumer of whatever the fuck is trending. All right, I'll catch you guys next week with a new series. Welcome to the coach's brain. I'll talk to you guys soon. Peace the fuck out.
