Dude, there is a fucking guy in every gym right now who can recite you all of the half-life of like every compound on earth. He'll he'll tell you the S or weights, the aromatization rates, the receptor affinities, the whole fucking thing off the top of his head, like he's reading it off a card. And he's flat. His physique has been the same for like three fucking years and he can't explain why. And then there's this other guy, right? You couldn't fucking explain a single mechanism to you. And uh he doesn't know the vocabulary, but he can feel a bad batch in two days. Like he knows when to back off before anything shows up in a lab, and his body just keeps fucking responding year after year. The same information is available to both of them, but you have a totally different fucking outcome. The gap between these two guys is the whole thing that I want to talk to you about today. So, because everybody thinks that steroid knowledge is the stuff that you look up, right? It's the doses, the compounds, the charts, and that's uh that's fucking real, right? No, no, I'm knocking on it, but there is, dude, that's not the intelligence that's actually gonna run a good cycle. There's a second kind of intelligence, and that's the one that nobody's selling you to you want to form because you can't download it, you know? It's the intelligence of reading your own body like it's talking to you, which it is. It's talking the whole damn time. It's just that most people never learn the language. So then these two they get mixed up constantly, right? And that mix up, it costs people years. So watch the difference very close. The first kind is going to be book knowledge, right? It's conceptual. It's uh what a compound does on paper, how it is supposed to behave, like what the textbook and the forum bros say that happens, which is very useful. But it's a map, right? And the map is not the actual territory. The map says this dose gives you this result. It's very clean, it's very linear, and it's predictable. But your body did not read the fucking map, right? Your body's not a machine that you can just punch a number into and get a fucking fixed output, right? Your body is alive, it's reactive, it shifts on you. The same exact dose that did one thing last spring does something a little bit different this spring because you are not the same system that you were. The sleep is different, the stress is different, the food is different. You're a year older. Literally, last time I couldn't sleep for days, and I was so bad when it comes to anxiety when my estradiol was under 10. And right now my estradiol is under 10 and I feel absolutely fucking great. Why? Because the terrain and the environment fucking change. It's not about the number on paper. The guys who treat their body like a fucking vending machine, they just put the dose in, they get the games out, they get blindsided over and fucking over, and they never understand why because they're trusting the map while the whole territory just keeps moving under their feet. So the second kind of intelligence, the real one, is gonna start the second you stop imposing and you start just observing. So that's the flip, right? The the inexperienced guy imposes, right? So he he decides what's supposed to happen and he's gonna force that expectation onto his body, and then he's just gonna get mad when the body doesn't comply. The smart dude, he's just gonna shut up and watch, right? He's just gonna let the body go first. So he's gonna treat it like a conversation instead of a set of orders. So, what is the body actually saying? So the here I want to get more concrete because, like, listen to your body like that's the most useless fucking advice on the internet until somebody tells you what you're actually listening for. So you wake up and your heart rate is like sitting at fucking eight, you know, eight, ten beats a little bit higher than uh what it was normal for you uh for your three morning runs, right? So that is not a signal, that is literally a message, right? It's uh it's a systemic stress talkie. What your body's telling you through your heart rate right now is that you are carrying load, whether that is coming from a compound, that is coming from sleep, from cardio, life stress, but it's coming from somewhere. The smart dude, he's gonna clock that shit and he's gonna get very curious. Remember, curiosity, right? The reactive guy, he doesn't even measure that, so he has no fucking idea. So your sleep is gonna go to shit for a fucking stretch, and you just connect it back to a change in your hormonal tone instead of just blaming the fucking mattress. Your libido drops, right? Instead of freaking out, you're gonna read it as a gauge, right? It's the cleanest window that you've got into your whole endocrine picture. It's a dashboard light, it's not a personality insult, right? So you you you feel soreness, you know, but you actually know the difference between muscle soreness, which is fine, and that's the good stuff, and your connective tissue tenderness in your joints and your tendons, right? This is the body basically flashing a yellow light that says, like, yo, weeze off, or this is gonna become a tear. So those two, they feel very different. Learning to tell them apart, I think it's worth more than any fucking compound that you could add into the picture. So none of that is gonna be on a chart. You're gonna learn this by paying attention to yourself over and over and over, correlating what you did with how you feel until the pattern starts showing up. So that is it. That is the whole method. It is boring, it's slow as shit, and it's the entire game. Now, the piece that's gonna separate the actual fucking killers from everybody else in this steroid game is the one that sounds backwards. That's where you actually lived. Steroid intelligence is mostly knowing when to do nothing. I mean it. The single most common mistake that I see with the guys that are coaching, especially coaching like smart and motivated people, is they intervene too much. They something feels a little bit off, boom, they're adding a compound, they're bumping a dose, they're dropping something, right? They're throwing an anciliary, all before the body even has a chance to like settle and then tell you what's going on. So they panic and they reach for a lever. And the reaching is the whole fucking mistake. So an intelligent steroid user, he's gonna have restraint, right? Something is gonna shift. Instead of grabbing that lever, he's just gonna wait. He's just gonna observe, he's gonna give the body a beat to communicate before he's actually gonna intervene. Because half the time, dude, you're just panicking about something that's gonna resolve itself in a week. And if you jumped in and you actually changed three fucking variables, now you got no idea what did what, and you basically kick the stable system into a chaotic storm for no fucking reason. Restraint is not passivity, okay? It's the advanced move, it's the black belt. Anybody can add shit. Knowing when not to touch stuff, that is the skill that takes years. And that is something that you have to instill in yourself. And if you were a coach watching this, you have to instill that in your clients, that you're not here to keep making changes week to week, because sometimes the best move is to do absolutely fuck all, right? And you also can't uh build any of this if you are emotionally all over the place, right? So I'm gonna talk about that because uh it wrecks a lot of people's ability to become the intelligent user. So a lot of guys are just reactive as fuck to what they actually see in the mirror, right? They catch themselves a little bit flat on morning, they spire, it's over, right? The cycle is just not working, something's fucking wrong. Then uh, you know, they look at a a touch softer, you know, after a high sodium meal, they're convinced they're losing everything. They get one bad workout, the whole world is fucking eroding. That volatility, that is the thing that's gonna keep intelligence from ever fucking developing because a reactive mind literally cannot listen. It's too busy screaming. So think about it like this, right? You're you can't hear a voice in a room while you are fucking yelling. The body speaks very quietly. It speaks in averages and trajectories and never in single moments. It's never the dots on the graph, it's always the line in between them. So one bad night of sleep is not a trend. One flat day, that's not a crisis. One soft looking reflection, that doesn't raise four months of progress, right? The guy who reacts to every single moment, he is drowning out the actual signal with his own noise. The guy who can stay calm and just watch the trending lines, like he's gonna be the one who can actually hear what his body's been trying to tell him the whole time. So a huge chunk of getting good at this isn't even about hormones. It's about emotional regulation. It's about not being a slave to the mirror. The mirror is gonna lie to you every day, but a trend, a trend doesn't fucking lie. And there's the the thing that a vending machine crowd will never account for is that none of this happens in a vacuum, right? Your body's response to any hormone is getting shaped by everything else going on in your life at the same time. So your sodium, your hydration, your stress load, your circadian rhythm, you know, whether you're sleeping like a human, you know, or or or for women, it's gonna be their menstrual cycle, right? It's gonna be moving the whole picture around. It could be your mental state. Like all of this is feeding into how the enhanced physiology actually expresses itself. So when a guy tells me that this compound makes him feel like garbage, my first question isn't about the compound. My first question is about how are you sleeping? How were your stress likes? Like what were you dieting hard? Like what else was on the table, you know? Because the compound, it didn't act on a blank slate. Okay. The the the it acted on your whole hormone and your whole life and your whole physiology, right? The steroid intelligence, it's literally being able to see that the hormone is just one input in a system with hundreds of them. And it's gonna stop blaming one variable for what the whole system actually produced. Now, underneath all of this, there's a quality that's gonna make it all possible, right? And honestly, without this, nothing is gonna land. The quality that you need to develop is humility. Because the wise user, he's gonna walk in saying, like, hey, the body's telling me something, let me figure that out, right? The ego user, he's gonna walk in saying, like, hey, the body needs something to do what I tell it, right? That second guy, he's gonna lose every single time because he picked the fight with the one system that he can't fucking dominate, right? Enhancing your body is not domination, it's a conversation, it's a collaboration. You are working with the thing, you're not beating it into submission. You pick a fight with biology, you're gonna lose it every single fucking time. The wild, the wild thing is that these guys, dude, who take this collaborative posture, like over time, their body just starts revealing itself to them willingly. So the relationship stops being a fight, the cycles they get smoother, the recovery gets predictable, and you have fewer surprises. So the corrections that you're gonna make as you become wiser, they're gonna get smaller and smaller because you're gonna catch things earlier and earlier, back when they're just a whisper instead of just being a scream. So you're gonna have fewer adjustments, right? You're gonna have lower doses, you're gonna have fewer compounds, probably, right? Because you're moving with the body instead of against it, and it's gonna show up in how little this has to do with everything else humming, right? Which by the way, that's the exact opposite of what the beginner thinks advanced look like. Beginners, they think the advanced is the biggest stack, the most compounds, the wildest protocol. No. Advanced is actually the guy running less than you would ever guess. He's dialed his calm, he's barely touching anything because he's know his body so well that he doesn't need a sledgehammer. His confidence is in bravado, it's familiarity, it's the calm of a guy who's been in the room with fucking himself 10,000 times, and there's nothing in there to scare him anymore. Now, there's a pushback on this one. Somebody's gonna say, you know, this is pretty soft, this is woo-woo shit. Just listen to your body, have a conversation with your biology. Come on, dude. Like, that's the stuff that people say when they don't actually fucking know pharmacology. Real progress comes from knowing the compounds by memory, running the numbers, not from just vibing with your feelings in the mirror. And I think there's a piece here that I'll grant to this, right? If you're if you're all that you got is feelings and no fucking knowledge, you're a fucking hippie with a needle, right? You're gonna hurt yourself. So the observation without the book knowledge is just as broken as the book knowledge without the observation. You need both. You know, it's not, it's I'm not telling you to throw out the pharmacology. I would never say that. The numbers matter, the labs matter, the mechanisms matter. But the what the pushback misses here is the whole point, right? The book knowledge, it tells you what is true in general across a multiple people. It's basically a picture with a thousand people, and it's saying in general, this is what works. But the in body intelligence, it tells you what is true about you in that picture, specifically you, and in this point in time. You're not treating everybody, you're treating one body, okay? And it's yours, right? The pharmacology gives you a map and you absolutely need the map. But the guy who only has the map, he never learns to read the actual terrain in front of him. That's gonna drive him off a fucking cliff the map didn't even know was there. So the intelligence is not a replacement for knowledge, right? It's the thing that actually makes knowledge usable on a real human instead of being a hypothetical thing. So the people who just like vibe, they fail. The people who just calculate, they fail. They just fail slower and they act all fucking surprised about it. The ones who last, they're doing both. So here's what I actually want you to walk away with. Anybody can fucking memorize a protocol. That's the cheap part. You can have an entire fucking pharmacology in your head and you can still be a stranger to your own body. And if you are, all that knowledge is just sitting on the shelf that you can't reach when it really counts. So the user who does this well, the person who thought about everything that we've been covering in this series in the last 19 episodes, the ones who are still healthy and they're still going to be progressing a decade into this, they're not the ones who knew the most compounds. They're the ones who knew themselves the best. They stopped ordering their body around and they started listening to it. They learned to tell soreness from a warning. They learned to sit on their hands when the smart move was to do nothing. They learned to trust the trend over the moment and their own observations over their own anxiety. So that is steroid intelligence. It is not about mastering hormones, it's it's about mastering awareness. It's about becoming the kind of person whose body can actually be understood because you finally decided to shut the fuck up and understand your own body. The guy who's gonna manage his body from a spreadsheet, he's always gonna be a step behind the guy who actually knows his body from the inside out. So be the second guy. It takes longer. There's no shortcut, but it's worth every single bit. Next episode on Thursday, we're gonna go somewhere the whole space handles badly, and that is women. How female physiology changes the entire conversation about should you do steroids? Why the leeway is real, but the stakes are real as well. And why treating a woman like a small man is one of the dumbest, most fucking dangerous things happening in the industry right now. I'll see you guys in that video. Peace out.
