The Clarity OS Podcast with Juan E. Galvan
Most personal development advice treats symptoms. This podcast goes deeper to the operating system running underneath.
Clarity OS is for high achievers, entrepreneurs, and seekers who are already doing the work but keep hitting an invisible ceiling. Host Juan E. Galvan decodes the hidden identity patterns, subconscious programs, and reality loops that no strategy has been able to fix, using a systems-thinking framework that bridges psychology, quantum mechanics, and personal transformation.
Each episode is a deep dive into one core concept: how your internal OS shapes your reality, your relationships, your money, and your sense of self and exactly how to rewrite it.
Topics include: identity reprogramming, reality decoding, manifestation mechanics, generational patterns, the subconscious operating system, emotional alignment, and the Clarity OS framework.
If you're ready to stop treating symptoms and start upgrading the system, you're in the right place.

Governments use these 5 psychological METHODS to control reality.
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
Most people think control happens through force.
But the most powerful systems in the world don’t shape reality through force…
They shape it through perception, emotion, identity, and behavior.
In this episode, I break down the hidden psychological and structural methods governments, institutions, and large systems use to influence human beings — and how those same methods can be turned inward to help you rebuild your own reality from the inside out.
This is not about conspiracy.
This is about psychological architecture.
The truth is simple:
If perception controls emotion,
and emotion controls behavior,
and behavior controls results…
Then whoever controls the internal system
controls reality.
In this episode, you’ll learn:
The real meaning behind “reality control”
How governments and institutions shape perception
Why narrative engineering is one of the most powerful tools in history
How emotional conditioning changes people’s decisions
Why identity imprinting determines long-term behavior
How environment encoding silently programs your mind
How to take these same principles and use them to consciously redesign your own life
This is where manifestation, mindset, psychology, and systems thinking all come together.
Because the same mechanisms used at the collective level
also operate at the personal level:
self-talk becomes narrative control
emotional triggers become conditioning
beliefs become identity programming
your environment becomes the architecture of your behavior
If you understand these methods, you stop being unconsciously influenced by reality…
and you start becoming the architect of it.
What this means for you:
You can use these principles to:
break old patterns
rewrite your identity
regulate your emotional state
create stronger decisions
shift how you interpret life
manifest more intentionally
stop reacting and start designing
This is not about manipulating others.
It’s about understanding the hidden structure that shapes human reality — so you can finally use it with awareness.
The most powerful governments in the world don't control populations with force. They control them with psychology. And they use these very specific five methods that we're going to go through in this video today that are designed to shape your perception, your identity, and your behavior at a national scale. And these are not conspiracy theories, because these are documented cognitive mechanisms. Today I'm going to show you all these five methods, show you how they've been used on you, and how to reverse engineer them so you can design your own reality. And by the end of this video, both of these columns are going to be full, and you'll understand exactly how the same system that influences the nations can be used to transform your life. Okay, so what are the secret government methods? Mark these out here. Let's go over here and just create a little box like this. Okay? Separate from this over here. So, what are the secret government methods? So they're not magic, they're not supernatural. Okay. So we're gonna cross magic out, supernatural out, they're not tinfoil hat, right? Like you, this is not something that's like a conspiracy theory that's just out there and people have been talking about it for years. There's a very precise strategy and narrative that is shaped and built through these secret government methods. So it's really psychological architecture. So let's go and write psychological architecture. This is all structured. There's a very precise way that they're doing this and why they're doing this, right? The reasoning behind it. Supernatural cognitive pattern engineering. Okay, they're engineering patterns so that you get used to things happening, right? A lot of times they will show you just enough so you get familiar, maybe through movies, through the news, through society, through conventional wisdom, so that when they actually show you what's truly behind the scenes, you know, you're like, oh, okay, I've seen this before, right? So it's very precise. And then finally, here we have the perception engineering, huge. Okay, so it's not magic, it's not supernatural. There's no tinfoil hat here, you know, folks that are wearing that because there's some kind of unique energy out there. It's all very structured. So you have your psychological architecture, cognitive pattern engineering, and then your perception engineering to control what you see, the narratives, right? Ultimately, what this is is a set of principles of psychological architecture, how your perception is shaped, how your identity is programmed, and how behavior is directed at scale. I know this because I run a marketing agency and we're using a lot of different persuasion and copy tools and mechanisms to be able to get people to make a purchase or take an action, right? There's narrative control there because all of these are being used at any given time, right? They're giving you the patterns, they're giving you the perception in terms of how to see things and why you should see things a certain way versus others, right? Where the situation, the reality of it, can be completely different. I think a really good example of this is just the political nature of the whole entire ecosystem here in the US, because you have two parties that are ultimately one, right? Just think about like the masculine and the feminine, okay? At the end of the day, both of these energies are truly one, but there's just two different aspects of it, right? So that's how you can think about the political system as well. Is both of these, right, are going to be both sides, and they're all using these different techniques to get their ultimate objective across, right? And their talking points, their narratives, so that they can control what you see and how you interpret the information. And you're gonna learn how to use these for yourself. I'm gonna teach you these five classified principles of reality control. And for each one, I'm gonna show you the personal version, okay, the your method, the personal version, and then the government method. So you can see how the government is using different tools, right? Different principles, methods here for control, so that you can use that on yourself to get control and shape narratives in terms of your internal operating system so that they can be useful, powerful, and empowering. So, principle number one: this is the narrative engineering, okay? How they are trying to control the full narrative of what's going on and how they want you to see and interpret and perceive events, circumstances, and then on our side, this is we want to rewrite the narrative. Okay, we want to have control of it ourselves in terms of for us internally. We don't want to have external situations, circumstances dictate who we believe we are and the narrative and the script that we write for our reality, right? For our life. And here's how this works at scale. When the government wants to go to war, they're not just going to go on the news and announce it that hey, we're going to war with X country, right? There's a very unique and deliberate narrative that is painted and shared and created first, right? Because they want to have narrative control of the story so that people are able to interpret what they're trying to do for positive net gains, right? For positive opportunities. Hey, we want to get this, we want to protect that, right? It's all in the interest of that country wanting to go to war, right? Because you don't want to have a negative picture being painted from society in terms of, hey, my country's always going to war. It needs to be shaped in a positive manner, where it's almost like it's in our best interest, right? That's how the narrative is being shaped and how it's being controlled. There's often a villain involved, right? And then it's always spread out into the masses in terms of the media, so they're always repeating the same old information in terms of X country is a threat. We need to go over there and do ABC because it's in our best interest. And so when they control a story, they control the perception, which controls the behavior. When you combine those, that's narrative engineering. And let me give you an example on my life, in terms of like for myself growing up in a very Latino Hispanic household from the Mexican culture, like the biggest thing for us, and just you know, society and everything pushed us to go to college, get a degree, get a good job, and make it so that you don't have to work a physical manual labor job, right? That was like the pinnacle of success in terms of for us, because that was what was being pushed to us through society, through conventional wisdom, right? If you want to be well off in life, you need to go to school, get an education, get good grades, don't put yourself out there too much, just you know, do what you need to do and you know, try to better yourself, but don't get too far outside the box because then you'll be looked at differently because you're not within a little box that somebody set for you that you have been living inside of. At the end of the day, this is something that happens naturally, and once you have the awareness of what happened, what's going on, and then what can I do about it? That's when you're gonna be able to start rewriting that narrative internally in terms of no, that's not my story, that's not my narrative, and where did I get that narrative from in the first place, right? Questioning that so you can understand what happened, what caused it, and then you can fix it. And here's another example. So, you got two different men are in a relationship, and their significant other cheated on them with another person, okay? So one person is looking at the scenario like, I can't believe she did this to me. Women can't be trusted, all women are the same. And then when he does get into a new relationship, he starts to like make sure that he knows where she's at every five minutes, he starts to check her location, starts to interrogate her, checks the phone, like all these different things that it's essentially a projection because of his past experience, right? Then he keeps going through this loop of just getting in a relationship and being smothering to that other person, to the partner, and then them wanting to pull away and then creating then the same scenario over and over again, right? Now, think about it from this aspect where the same individual, right, goes through that same experience where he builds a different narrative that says, This girl doesn't represent me, she made her decision, she made her choice, and obviously it wasn't in the works, right? Because here's the thing as a man, from my perspective, I believe you always need to be on your A game, and there's competition, it's non-stop competition. If another man is on his A game and comes in and takes your girl, hey, you know what? That tells you a story, and it needs to tell you a story about you, it's not her, she's not an evil person, that's just how she, you know, was wired and the choice that she made. But then also, you gotta step back and look at what kind of choices have I been making, like what's going on with me, right? So instead of going and blaming external situations and other people, right? Like the first example, here we're going inward and we're looking at what could I have done different? Like, what's going on with me? Like, whatever she did, that's on her. That's a value judgment, right? So it's about understanding that the two different people can have two different narratives based on their experiences. You have the same event, different experience, completely different reality. The government does this on nations all the time, and you're doing it to yourself every single day with the stories that you repeat inside your head. So when you change the story, okay, change the story, you change the simulation, okay, when you write a different narrative about what that situation meant, right? Attached, you know, whatever meaning to that, when you can have a positive, impactful, and sometimes difficult, right, type of perception, right? Because sometimes blaming yourself is very difficult, where self-reflection in and of itself is just really challenging. Like, people don't necessarily want to face the true reality of how they actually are, because then it starts to have to question their entire existence. Like, why have I always done this this way? And that's really taxing and difficult. And some people are just not ready for it. But if you're aware and you understand the power of it and you're willing to make it happen and make the changes, then this is truly powerful. And so, here's what you can do to change your perception and to help with creating your own reality. So, this is step one of what I call the reality engineering protocol. This is where you're going to rewrite the narrative. So, we looked at over here in terms of the narrative engineering. What is our version? We want to rewrite this, okay? And it starts with asking yourself questions. So, number one, what story have I been living in? Okay, what's the story that you've been living in? The scenario, the narrative that you have for yourself in terms of your existence, your reality, right? Like, what is that? What does that look like? And what story, if you're able to rewrite that, would create the reality that I actually want. So, number two, what story would create the reality I want? So, this is how you begin to rewrite the narrative. You have the awareness of understanding what's going on now and where do I want to be, right? What's the reality that I actually want to have? And be honest with yourself because this is really, really important just to be brutally honest, because if you're not and you're trying to not really face the core issue, you're just gonna continue running in the same cycle. It's really the best thing for you to just be truthfully honest about what's going on so that you can fix it. So think about it. What are the narratives running around in your mind about money, about relationships, about success in general, and what you're capable of? Do you operate from a fixed mindset where you don't believe that you are capable of being an entrepreneur or that you're able to hit a certain income level, right? Revenue level. Maybe you are an entrepreneur and you're only making 10k a month, and maybe you want to get to 20k, 100k, right? It's really about understanding what is your current situation right now. Okay, so now let's go to principle two. This is the perception framing, okay, and this is where we want to reframe the perception to create our own perspective and just overall our own narrative, right, that we want to create versus having something that's already written for us. This is the bread and butter of media influence. It's the same event with a different frame, which then is creating completely different public reactions. I know, like here in the US, right, there's the two different sides, and some of the news media publications are gonna have one narrative and one message about the event and what happened, and they're gonna shape their own narrative, right, for their audience. And then the other side is going to have its own messaging, right? It's gonna talk about you know the benefits of it, why it's such a great new opportunity in all this thing in terms of the positive aspect, while the other is gonna have a negative. It's always going to be one or the other, and very rarely is it gonna be where one side is gonna have the same exact type of framing and narrative control for the entire story. It's always going to be looking to appease a base or to really just control whatever it is that they want to be seen, right? They don't want to talk about certain things, so they'll keep them out and only keep in what they believe the audience, their audience, their base, should be hearing and perceiving. Now, here's where things get personal. You get an email from your boss on a Friday afternoon, and he says, Hey, come into my office early Monday. We have some things we need to discuss. Didn't give you any context, didn't give you any other additional info, just that simple message of, hey, we need to talk on Monday. Let's look at this from two different perspectives. So, person one, okay, the first individual, their perception internal operating system that they're currently running, right? This is how they're going to interpret it. They're going to immediately read that email and interpret that they're probably going to get fired. I'm going to get punished. I'm going to get disciplined. Something negative that is filling their mind because they don't have any other context, right? And maybe unconsciously, they know perhaps they haven't been performing. Uh, and so there's some type of inkling or feeling that hey, I'm gonna get fired, or maybe they haven't been having any issues at work, but they're just a worrisome person, and they're just always worried about them losing their job. So then that energy gets projected out and then it gets reflected back into the external reality, right? Into the real world. So they're looking at it as a negative aspect. So now their whole entire weekend is ruined. They go out drinking and they just spend their whole entire weekend beating themselves up about it because they believe that it's a done deal and they're gonna get fired. And then they show up Monday morning with their shoulders slumped down, with their energy drained, looking and feeling defeated. And then the boss actually says, I wanted to talk to you about promoting you as the team lead. But the person, that individual, is so rattled, is so tired from not sleeping all weekend, is just kind of like fumbles the conversation. He says some weird things, it doesn't make sense, his communication's off, which leads then to question in terms of the boss questioning whether that individual is the right person for that promotion. So it's all self-inflicted and it's this loop, right? Now, let's look at the other person. Their perception, internal operating system, interprets that message completely different. They're thinking, hmm, interesting. This could lead to a new opportunity, right? Because they have confidence in themselves, in their ability, high self-worth, right? Like they are competent, they understand and know that they have value. So could be a great opportunity coming my way. And they walk into the meeting on Monday morning with clarity and presence and confidence. So same exact situation, event, two different people, and they're having two completely different outcomes. And here's the thing the governments know this. That's why a lot of press conferences, meetings, events, or even speeches are framed using very specific language. There's also this term artfully vague, where they can talk about things and not really talk specifically about them and kind of orbit around it so they're not answering specific questions, more just orbiting around the conversation. And this is a lot of times what they'll do because they don't want to give you all the info. They want to give you just enough so that you know something's going on, but it's under control, right? Or under control based off of what they believe. So all of this is being shaped, and you're doing the same thing to yourself with every event that happens in your life. Your interpretation internal operating system is deciding what's possible, what's dangerous, what's meaningful, and what's worth pursuing. Because you don't live in reality, you live in your interpretation of it. So, step two of the reality engineering protocol is you want to ask yourself questions about what meaning am I assigning to this event? How would my future self interpret this? And think about the future self who is who you want to be and who has seen it all. Like, how would they interpret it? How would they see it? And the interpretation from your future self is really truly powerful here because they don't interpret a setback the way that you do right now, right? The same way that you're doing currently, because they're above and beyond it. Where you may look at a certain situation or event and you know think it's a huge, massive problem. For them, it's just like eh, look at this little speed bump down here. I'm just gonna step over it. It is what it is, kind of deal, right? Because they're seeing it as data, as redirection. So start interpreting your life through their lens and not your current one. And then principle number three, this is the emotional conditioning. Okay, then for us, we want to condition the emotion. So we do this very deliberately. It's a very unique process, but I want to walk you through it. So, what I want you to think about first is think about 9-11, think about that event, think about the emotional state of the entire country. Like, I remember I think I was like I don't know, 14 or 12 years old, somewhere in that range, maybe I think even older, a little bit older, maybe 17 or 18. It was in high school, but anyway, so I was in the classroom, and I remember that like all the entire school had all the different TV channels on in their TV in their room, and they were watching it, and then I looked at everybody concerned, and then I went home and started seeing the news, and just started seeing so many different people from different backgrounds from different perspectives and different worldviews all coming together, right, to kind of reunite and unite the nation as a whole. And that emotional state was very powerful because it drove a lot of the activity and actions, right? Like, hey, there is this enemy, there's this villain that we need to, you know, come together and go out and you know protect the nation. So that emotional state is very, very powerful. Now, let's bring this into your life. So, just think about this. Let's say that you are in your mid to late 20s, you're 28 years old, and you Get up at 6 a.m. and before you even get out of bed, you're picking up your phone, you're looking at all your email, you're seeing a news notification that there's going to be huge economic collapse. Then you go onto Instagram and you see somebody your age bought a Lamborghini. Then you check your emails and you see bills, you know, notifications of your rent or your electricity, whatever that may be, right? Your car. Notice how you have all of these different narratives and perspectives being shown to you, right? That you're taking in before you even get out of bed. And all of that has programmed your emotional operating system, right? Your internal emotional operating system for the entire day. Fear, comparison, scarcity. And you didn't choose any of it, but it was programmed by your environment. And now you carry that emotional state into your complete day, right? Into your full day where you go to work, into your conversations, into the things that you do all throughout the day. That energy, that emotional programming is stuck with you, and any little thing can actually bother you now, right? Because you're more triggered, like you're more on like the fight or flight, on the fight mode, where it's like anything can just trigger you because you have all these conflicting emotions and things going on. Because in the morning, you got yourself programmed from just taking in that information and then having all of those things and that affecting your entire emotional state. And this is all because your emotional signal, right? The signal that you're broadcasting was completely hijacked before you were even conscious. Now, let's contrast that with somebody who wakes up in the morning, does breath work, writes in their journal, right, gives gratitude and thanks for being alive and is grateful for another day. They're now gonna have completely different emotional programming for their entire day. And that's gonna affect everything that they do and the opportunities and the things that are attracted to them and repelled because of how that initial day was started. So remember, emotion isn't just a feeling, it's the signal that's being broadcasted. It's the programming language that is being sent out and broadcasted through reality. And if you don't choose it deliberately, it gets chosen for you by your phone, by news, and by other people's agendas. So step three of the RAP protocol is you want to recondition the emotion, right? You want to have full control over this, you want this to be something that you created and that you're working with. When you get up in the morning, give gratitude, give thanks, just for being alive, right? And have any type of breath work where you can breathe in for a few seconds, hold and release. Doing this for three to five times will just drastically change how you go throughout your day, right in a journal or just be grounded in stillness, right? Just meditate and just clear your thoughts, right? I like to listen to binarial beats and just kind of close my eyes and get into a state of just everything I'm grateful for, looking at the vision in terms of my next few weeks, what does the next month look like? What is the next six months? All of that running through my mind so I can paint a picture of what's going on and the direction that I'm headed and the things that I'm accomplishing and about to accomplish. The goal here is not to suppress the negative emotions, the goal is to stop letting your emotional internal operating system run on autopilot without your control so that you can take control of the signal and actually dictate how you're feeling. Okay, and then principle number four: this is the identity imprinting. Okay, and what we want to do here from our side is we want to rebuild the identity, right? And in our image, so it's not deliberately being created by outside sources, right? It starts internally, and with your identity, this is the deepest level of influence because governments just don't want you to feel a certain way and to think a certain way, they want you to believe that you are a certain person at the core identity level. Think about natural identity, culture identity, morals and values, political identity. When your identity is programmed, everything else flows. Your culture, your beliefs, your emotions, your behaviors, they all fall into line automatically. And I want to give you a scenario that most people can relate to. Let's say you want to start to get healthy and you want to start working out and you want to start living a more healthier and active lifestyle, and you have a goal that you want to lose 30 pounds, you buy the supplements, you do the research, you download the fitness app, and you start a workout plan on Monday. And by Wednesday, you've skipped a workout session, by Friday, you've started ordering pizza, you're eating out, you're eating candy, and by the following Monday, the app is collecting dust. And the story is I just can't stay consistent. You changed your actions and not your identity because internally you still see yourself as somebody who struggles with losing weight and someone who doesn't have the discipline to continue. But here's the thing: you can't outperform the identity that you hold for yourself because your behavior is always going to snap back to match yourself concept, like a thermostat that's snapping back to its set temperature. Now, contrast that with somebody who says, I am a healthy person, I am a disciplined person, I am someone who's active, who eats healthy foods, who diets, who exercises, who is a healthy individual, right? It's the whole entire identity aspect and the statements that are coming out of their mouth, right? The words, because words are very, very powerful. And then they ask themselves, what would a healthy person do in my scenario, right? They look at the future version of themselves and they say, Hey, the person, the future version of me that I know that I can become because I am that individual. Maybe I need to lose 10 pounds, 15 pounds, but that version of me, what are they doing? How are they thinking about this? What did they go through to get to where I want to be, right? Where they're at. And this applies to everything. So money, relationships, purpose, career. You don't get what you want, you get what matches who you are. And so, step four of the protocol is you want to rebuild the identity. Here's the question: who would I need to become for my desired reality to be normal? That's the main question that you want to be thinking about, right? The future version of you who's already figured this out, who's already done this, who would you need to become? It's not what you need to do, it's who do I need to be. That's a fundamentally different question there in terms of what do I need to do versus who do I need to be. And when you answer it honestly, you get a blueprint for transformation that goes deeper than any habit tracker or daily routine. So journal it, talk to your future self, but get clear on the identity because that's the root operating system that everything else runs on. And principle number five, environment and coding. Okay, and then for us, I'm gonna move this over here because it's hard to see. Right here, we want to reprogram the environment. Okay, we want to have control over it, and we want to set the circumstances, the experiences, the people, right, that we are around. This is the most invisible method and arguably the most powerful because governments don't just tell you what to think, they design environments that shape your thinking, urban planning, school curriculums, media ecosystems, advertising structures. The layout of the world is not random, it's very structured and very deliberate. It's designed to reinforce certain identities and behaviors while suppressing others. Let me paint you a picture. So there's two different people. They're trying to start a business, an online business. Same skill level, same ambition, same starting point. Let's go with person A. So person A lives in a cluttered apartment. The desk is filled with files, buried in all different types of mail and documents. Their phone has 47 unique unread notifications, most of which are people just complaining about their lives in general. Their browser has 30 open tabs. They follow influencers who are just constantly flexing, but don't really teach or give you very surface level information. Their roommate watches Netflix like five or six hours a day and then tells them that their business idea or their online business that they want to start is risky and maybe they should think about it and not rush into it. Now, person B lives in a clean and well-organized space. Their desk has a desktop, a journal, and a simple glass of water. They have all their different groups and mutes and only have the ones active and open that they actively engage with, and they follow two entrepreneurs who are exactly where they're at, and they're learning the different ways and different things that they were able to get to where they are currently, and they're taking action. The same potential, just completely different environments. And their environments are programming their subconscious at every given moment. Person A is fighting with their context every single day just to stay motivated. And person B's motivation is built into the architecture of their life. Here's the thing: your environment is not neutral. It's actively programming you right now. Your feed, your physical space, the five people that you hang around with the most and talk to, the content you consume before bed. All of this is encoding your subconscious mind with signals that either reinforce your identity or drop you back to an old one. And the governments know this. That's why it's an entire ecosystem of different messages. It surrounds you, it's all over the place in different news media publications, right? Different blogs, different articles, and your personal environment works exactly the same way. So remember that your environment is programming you every single second. So step five of the protocol is you want to audit your environment. You want to think about what content are you consuming? What people are you hanging around? Who are you taking advice from? What entrepreneurs or media influencers are you following? What about your personal home space? Right? All of these different things need to be evaluated so that you can deliberately and consciously create your own environment so that it's beneficial and it's empowering for what you're trying to accomplish and who you're trying to be. Now, let me show you how all five of these work together in real life. Let's use money because this is where most people feel the friction. Let's say that you grew up hearing that money doesn't grow on trees, rich people are greedy, rich people made their money by cheating, by lying. We can't afford that. That right there is narrative engineering that was done to you by your parents. And it wasn't necessarily their fault, right? They were preconditioned themselves. But the first thing is just being aware that that narrative engineering was being done right there. It wasn't done maliciously, right? Because it's just what they understood and what they knew, right? What their parents taught them, but nonetheless, this was programmed. So let's go through this on the board, and I want to show you what we can do here to rewrite this whole narrative in terms of about money because that was all inherited, right? That's what was taught, and what all you knew from the people around you in terms about money, right? And what money is. So let's go over here. Let's go step one. We want to rewrite the narrative. Okay. So instead of having the same old narrative of money doesn't grow on trees, money is hard to make, we rewrite this with a more empowering type of message, right? So how do we change this? Let's rewrite this. Money flows to me. Naturally. Oops. Provide value. Okay? So instead of money doesn't grow on trees, money's hard, uh, money doesn't come to me, money flows to me naturally because I provide value. Write this in your journal, write this in your affirmations, record yourself saying it. Like I used to do this, and it worked tremendously, and I still do it from time to time, where I would record myself over uh binarial beats, and I would be saying different affirmations, and then I would listen to them in the morning when I got up, and then I would listen to them before I went to bed. So, very, very powerful affirmations, and these types of statements are very empowering. So, step two, we want to reframe the perception. Okay, this is where instead of getting all riled up and freaking out every time you get a bill notification, you look at it from the perspective of yes, I'm an adult, I'm responsible, I take care of things. This is just a necessary expense for me to live. Because I know that a lot of times you can get certain bills and you can just be like, man, like I can't believe this bill is coming, or like again, right? Versus looking at it from the perspective of I'm a responsible person, I take care of this, you know, this is who I am, I make things happen, right? That positive perspective of just it being normal doing business, right? Especially as an entrepreneur, because as an entrepreneur, right, you always have expenses on a weekly, monthly basis, and when you can learn to understand that those are just all part of doing business and you don't freak out and you're very level-headed. So remember, we want to reframe the perception to a very empowering one. So step three, recondition the emotion, right? This is where, for example, if you're like looking at your bank account and you only have like$500 in there, but you want to make$10k a month, right? Or maybe you only have five thousand dollars in there and you want to make twenty thousand, fifty thousand dollars a month, right? In your business, when you're looking at that, you feel like scarcity, you feel anxiety, you feel like these negative emotions because you're like, man, I don't have enough money. This is where you need to pause, you need to breathe, you need to take three to five deep breaths. You want to calm your nervous system because you need to be able to look at your bank account regardless of the number and be even kill about it, almost even to like expect it, like in terms of big numbers, right? And when you have those big numbers, come in there, right? Expecting that. But also, if you have small numbers right now, like hey, this is just temporary, right? Because remember, in the mind, when you're looking to create things to attract things and manifest things, it first starts in the mental space, right? Into in the mental realm. From there, once you have your intention and your energy and behavior, everything's focused and your frequency, right? Then it starts to manifest in the external, but it's a little bit of a lag, it's not going to be immediate, but you having that intention, that vision, right, that determination, knowing that you're going to make it happen, that's how you want to be looking at it. And then number four, this is where we want to rebuild the identity, right? This is where we want to stop identifying as someone who is not good with money, who money doesn't flow naturally to, where I'm not an entrepreneur, I'm not a business owner, where I can't make$50,000 a month. Maybe you're sitting at only$10K a month, and that$50,000 a month, you're not that kind of person. You need to ask yourself, what would the future version of me who's making the$50,000 a month, right? What would they be doing here? How would they be thinking about my situation? What would they do in my scenario right now, right? That's how you really want to think about it. And then step five, this is where we want to reprogram the environment, right? Like we want to deliberately create our own environment so that we're in control in terms of what's going on around us and what is affecting us. This is where you can follow different accounts that make you feel broke, that are constantly looking at in terms of the comparison aspect. You know, maybe you have somebody in their mid-20s or even teenagers that are making millions because there's a bunch of those now, right? With the influx of like cryptocurrency and just online businesses. There's teenagers, 18, 19-year-olds that are millionaires and make a bunch of money, and that's great, but that has nothing to do with me or you and our self-worth, right? You want to curate your feed intentionally with people that uplift you, with entrepreneurs that are providing tactical advice and also strategic advice that's gonna help you with your business. People who talk about money from an abundance frame, clean your financial space, organize your accounts, clean up your environment, because all of this reinforces your identity. And these five steps, these are all laid out for money. But this can be tied into personal relationships, on health, on your purpose that you want to have in terms of life, like your career, fulfillment, all of that. The architecture is the same. You just change the inputs, your narrative, your perception, your emotional state, your identity, your environment. Those are five levers that you can pull. And pulling them changes everything downstream. The question is whether you're going to keep letting these levers be pulled for you or start pulling them yourself. These aren't secrets because they're hidden. They're secret because almost no one knows how they actually work. You use them to influence your reality. You don't manifest with wishes. You manifest with architecture. Master the methods and you stop reacting to reality and start designing it.
