The Clarity OS Podcast with Juan E. Galvan
Most personal development advice treats symptoms. This podcast goes deeper to the operating system running underneath.
Clarity OS is for high achievers, entrepreneurs, and seekers who are already doing the work but keep hitting an invisible ceiling. Host Juan E. Galvan decodes the hidden identity patterns, subconscious programs, and reality loops that no strategy has been able to fix, using a systems-thinking framework that bridges psychology, quantum mechanics, and personal transformation.
Each episode is a deep dive into one core concept: how your internal OS shapes your reality, your relationships, your money, and your sense of self and exactly how to rewrite it.
Topics include: identity reprogramming, reality decoding, manifestation mechanics, generational patterns, the subconscious operating system, emotional alignment, and the Clarity OS framework.
If you're ready to stop treating symptoms and start upgrading the system, you're in the right place.
The Clarity OS Podcast with Juan E. Galvan
You're not stuck in life. You're in the wrong TIMELINE...
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
You are not stuck in life.
You are stuck in a timeline.
Those are two completely different problems — and they require two completely different solutions.
Most people think they need:
a better strategy
more discipline
more clarity
more effort
a new plan
But this script makes the real problem clear:
If you’re stuck in a timeline, none of that works.
Because every strategy you run is still being filtered through the same identity that created the timeline you’re trying to escape.
In this episode, I break down:
what a timeline actually is
why a quantum leap is not mystical, but mechanical
the hidden reason high-performers stay stuck
why awareness alone doesn’t move you
why the old identity keeps recreating the same reality
the 3 laws behind timeline collapse
the Q.L.O.S. system for entering a new timeline deliberately
This is not manifestation fluff.
This is identity architecture.
What you’ll learn:
The structural definition of a timeline — and why yours keeps repeating
Why a quantum leap is really identity shift and environment lag
Why “aware but anchored” keeps smart, self-aware people stuck the longest
Why you cannot quantum leap from the identity that created the old problem
What it actually means to dissolve the old identity
How to lift your emotional baseline before strategy
How to own the new identity when it costs you something
Why behavior is the physical signature of a timeline
How to encode expectation instead of hope
The Q.L.O.S. Method
This episode walks through the full Quantum Leap Operating System:
Q — Quantum Identity Dissolution
You don’t choose the new timeline until you dissolve the old identity blocking the entrance.
L — Lift the Emotional Baseline
You do not strategy your way into a new timeline from an old nervous system.
O — Own the New Timeline Identity
Not in theory. In the moments where it costs you something.
S — Synchronize Behavior
One timeline-aligned action every day. Non-negotiable.
E — Encode Expectation
Not hope. Not wishing. Expectation rooted in identity and evidence.
You are not failing because you’re not trying hard enough.
You are executing inside a reality your old identity keeps recreating.
If you’ve ever felt like:
you can see the next level, but can’t fully enter it
you have the vision, resources, and intelligence, but still hesitate
you keep launching from the old version of yourself
your behavior and nervous system are still loyal to the old timeline
you’re aware, but still anchored
…then this episode is for you.
Because the truth is simple:
You don’t change timelines through force.
You change them through identity.
And when your identity shifts… reality has no choice but to follow.
You're not stuck in life. You're stuck in a timeline. And those are two completely different problems. You see, if you were stuck in life, all you would need is a better strategy, more effort, more discipline, and an overall better plan. But if you're stuck in a timeline, then none of that works. Because every strategy that you run is being filtered through the same identity that generated the timeline that you're trying to escape. You're not failing because you're not trying hard enough. You're failing because you're executing inside a reality that your old identity keeps recreating. And every day that you stay in that loop is the day the next version of your life waits. Every coach, every book, every program will teach you how to change the strategy, but nobody teaches you how to collapse a timeline, how to make an identity shift so fast, so complete that your old reality can no longer hold you. You see, most people don't even know that the mechanism exists. They keep upgrading the software without ever touching the operating system that's running underneath. What I'm about to show you today is the operating system level shift because the same OS in terms of operating system equals the same timeline. So if you're wanting to change your reality, the timeline that you're in and collapse it into a timeline that you actually want, then you need to look at the operating system that's running everything underneath so you can make that change. Because ultimately, this is the root system here, okay? This is the main root system that runs just like a Microsoft Windows for your PC or an Apple iOS or a Linux for servers. You need to have the main route in the right place so that you can collapse the timeline that you actually want. Now, I didn't develop this by going to a seminar or reading a book or watching some YouTube content. The way that I developed this as a seven-figure entrepreneur is through my own identity collapse and through working with other entrepreneurs, business owners, founders, and high achievers who had everything on the surface, the vision, the resources, the intelligence, and they still couldn't move. And what I found consistently through working with these individuals is that strategy was never a problem. It was always an identity loyalty problem. They were loyal to a timeline that their results had already outgrown. And from that work, from that understanding, I built a system that I call the quantum leap operating system. And so here's what we're covering today. We're gonna cover the three laws of timeline collapse. This is the physics behind why quantum leaps actually happen. So you're gonna be able to learn this and see exactly how and why this works. And then we're gonna go over the QLOS. Okay, this is the quantum leap operating system, and this is an acronym. This is the process system for quantum leaps and collapsing timelines. Very, very powerful. We're gonna walk through this precisely, each one individually, and then we're gonna cover James, who James is somebody that I was working with, and for this example, I gave him the name James because he's a client of mine, and I keep my clients for the most part confidential unless they want to out themselves and give their information out. So we're gonna go over James, and he was someone who was about to launch for two years. Think about that. He was about to launch a product service for two years, and it kept, you know, getting in the way of himself in terms of like I'll launch one day, someday, but it never happened. And so we're gonna walk through his whole journey and his timeline collapse in real time, show you exactly what he did, how he went about it, and how he was able to collapse the timeline that he ultimately wanted for his desired reality. Now, I want to tell you about a period in my life a few years back where I could see the next version of my life with complete clarity. I knew what I was building and I could easily articulate the vision clearly. I had the frameworks, the understanding, the intention. But here's the thing: I wasn't moving. Not because I lacked information, not because the opportunity wasn't there. Because every time that I stood at the edge of that next level, something pulled me back. And I kept calling it hesitation, fear. It's not the right time. But you see, it wasn't any of those. It was one thing. Identity. Very simply and plainly. It was the identity because what I was trying to do is enter into a new timeline while running the operating system of the old one. So I had the old identity that was running, and I was trying to go into a new timeline. Remember, I had crystal clear vision, I knew exactly what I wanted, and I could see the timeline. Like I knew exactly what I wanted, what I wanted to accomplish, who I wanted to be, all of that. But the problem was the OS, right? The operating system that's running the identity was running the old operating system that had the old identity here. And so, even though I saw everything very clearly, because the old identity, that operating system was running, I could not get to that new timeline. So let's go back to James. Remember, James is the client of mine, and this is just for example purposes in terms of the name. Um, but basically, James was in the personal development space for many years. He knew how to do all the different techniques, you know, in terms of the therapy online that he would be doing. He knew the breath work, he knew the manifestation, the visualization, you know, the whole vision boards, meditations. And so he had done all the inner work that was necessary. And what's interesting about this all is that he was about to launch a new business for over two years. Because what would happen is every month there would be something that would pop up, and he'd come up with the new reason as to why he wasn't ready to launch. And so he would tell himself that the offer wasn't ready, the branding needs to more touch up, the messaging isn't quite right, I don't have my funnel laid out completely and precisely. And so all of these different things were going on, and on the surface of it all, it looked like perfectionism. And at the OS level, right, the operating system level, it was completely different. And so one day he came to me and he said, Hey Juan, you know, I can see the vision of the life that I'm supposed to be living right now. Why am I not able to get there? And I asked him one simple question which identity are you running when you imagine that life? Is it the one who's already living it or the one that's still trying to reach it? Because here's the thing you cannot quantum leap from the identity that created the problem. Okay, you need to be seeing things from the version of you that's already in that timeline. You cannot be looking at the version of you currently, your old identity. It needs to be that individual that has already done that, succeeded, is there experiencing that new timeline. And so with James, his whole thing and his whole issue was that he had his old identity that was still being loyal to his old timeline, even though that his vision, right? His vision in terms of that new identity, and he knew what he wanted in terms of the clarity of it, but because it was loyal to the old identity, his new timeline could not collapse because the loyalty was to the old identity. And so here's the whole recognition of it all in terms of for myself. When I was going through all of this, I had to be brutally honest with myself. I had been operating from what I call now the aware but anchored position, where I was conscious enough to see the next timelines, but I was still acting emotionally, behaviorally, and neurologically like the old one. Because awareness of a new identity is not the same as having it. A quantum leap requires dissolution. So let's write this right here. Quantum leap requires dissolution of the old identity, okay? Not just a decision that you've made that I want to become this new version of myself, I want to collapse this new timeline. But if you haven't had any dissolution and dissolved your old identity, then you're just going to continue to run the old identity and wonder why you're not able to collapse that new timeline. And here's something really important for you to understand and realize is that you don't choose the new timeline, you dissolve the old identity that is blocking the entrance. Let me show you exactly what that means. So let me go ahead and erase the board here. And I want to get into what exactly that means in terms of the dissolving of the old identity. A timeline is a version of reality that your current identity generates consistently, automatically, all without your conscious input. This is what it looks like. So a timeline equals identity plus interpretation, plus behavior loop. Let me write behavior loop larger here. So behavior loop. Then this causes you to have different behavior. So this is essentially the timeline. You think about it like the parallel realities of oneself that we are essentially living in parallel realities, infinite realities, okay? At any given moment, you have the version of you that is successful, that is a normal person, that is a multimillionaire who is a billionaire. All of these different infinite and parallel realities at any given moment, right? They're all happening right now. And so when you decide to change the identity so that it sees the reality as you being, let's say, it sees you as a multimillionaire. Okay, then this, both of this, right? The interpretation, the view, the lens, then goes into your behavior because then you act in accordance to this, to both of these, to your identity interpretation. You are deciding that you are seeing things from a millionaire perspective. You are a millionaire, okay, multimillionaire. Then you choose to see the world from a multimillionaire lens, then you act in accordance. That is essentially what a timeline shift is. And so, right now, you're in a timeline where you have very specific emotional patterns, certain behavioral defaults, you have certain results that you've been generating. And so, this is the version of you right now that your system is automatically producing specific results, right? Default results. And so it keeps repeating whether you realize it or not. And here's something that I really want you to take with you and really reflect upon and ponder and think about this deeply. You don't move between timelines. Okay, you become the version of you that belongs to the new one. Okay, so again, it's all based off of identity here. You need to become the version of you that belongs in that particular timeline because the only thing that's changing here, right? The reality, the world, everything is the same. The only thing that's changing here is both of these, and this is the main source, right? The main root system, and you then get to decide that just think about this, and this is a perfect example, right? Like at any given time, I'm not very much so a political person, but I'll give you a really perfect example for this. When it comes to like politics, there's always something going on in the world where you know, this side is saying this, that side is saying this over here, there's you know, war over here, war over there, the economy is going down, the economy is going up, all of these different things, so much noise in the world. But at the end of the day, you can either decide to look at it from a positive lens or a negative lens. All of those external events and circumstances are all the same, they don't change. But what changes is your identity and your interpretation of those events and the circumstances, everything that's happening now. So, my whole thing is always having a positive mental attitude. Because why not? Right? Like, think about it. If you're just letting things always get to you and you think that the world is out to get you, and you're a victim, and this and that, and poor me, like you're going to then attract all of that into your life because of the reflection aspect, right? So always looking to have a positive mental attitude because then it also helps you with your frequency and your vibration in terms of making sure that you are very level, okay. Very level in terms of you don't get too high, you don't get too low, because then you don't let things affect you, okay. So always having a positive mental attitude that's going to help you extremely, extremely well in your whole entire journey of switching the timelines, okay, you're getting into your new version of yourself that sees the world completely different, right? So here's something else to keep in mind with the quantum leap, okay, this ultimately equals an identity shift, right? We already know that. Okay, put here time lapse in the external. Okay, this is where you have internally shifted your identity. You see yourself as this multimillionaire, you're like you're thinking, feeling, believing, acting as such. Okay, however, the external world, it doesn't happen automatically. You're not gonna wake up tomorrow morning and be like, oh, look at me, I'm a multimillionaire, and be able to reflect that into the external in terms of physical, tangible things, because there needs to be a natural progression and process. Think about this, just like with anything in terms of nature, you plant a seed and you have the vision of it becoming this huge, massive, beautiful tree, but it ain't gonna happen overnight, right? Like it needs to be progressive, you need to start making moves, taking action, behavior from a multimillionaire lens and perspective, which then builds up votes and confidence, and things start stacking up so that you start to actually see and manifest physical, tangible things in reality that are now matching to your identity that you have shifted, but first it all needs to happen internal because ultimately your external world is a direct reflection of your internal world, and here are the three laws that govern every single quantum leap. So, number one, identity, causation, and this is going into the identity shift, right? Where we don't enter into a new timeline by just simply hoping, wishing, and wanting, right? And praying that it happens. We enter into a new timeline by having the same frequency and vibrating at that, right? Where the identity interpretation has now the lens of a multimillionaire, but then when you have a positive mental attitude, this keeps your frequency very level, and you're not spiking, you're not letting things get to you over here. You have a huge spike, and then huge downward trend, huge spike, downward trend. You have it very simple where here's a baseline, and you're like this, very small, very small, okay? Because you're supposed to have feelings, and it's normal for you to get fired up for something, but catch yourself, realize it's happening, it is what it is. You need to be able to have the frequency that matches what you actually want. But just think about it, if you're over here and you're having your identity and your interpretation from a multimillionaire perspective and lens, which then you know you're stepping into that new timeline, but then you are continually having a negative mental attitude. Well, think about it. From the multimillionaire perspective, are they somebody who has a positive mental attitude or negative mental attitude? So think about it from that lens. See that timeline, that version of you from that lens in terms of what are they thinking, feeling, seeing, how are they seeing challenges, how are they seeing setbacks, fear, uncertainty? You need to ask the questions and see and act in accordance from this identity, this lens that you have decided to take on, because then you have decided to then do a quantum leap, right, and shift your identity. So, all of this is really important for you to realize that the frequency needs to match. Let's go to law number two. Emotional resonance. Now, this is all based off of the positive mental attitude. We went over that a moment ago in terms of where we want to be at in terms of our frequency. We need to make sure that it's in the right place in terms of matching what we want and who do we want to become. Okay. So, number three, this is the most powerful one here. This is the expectation. You must, must, must, must. Like, I can repeat this forever. You must be able to wholly expect that you are going to reach that timeline. Like you need to understand that it's a done deal, it's a given, there is nothing in my way. Whatever it takes, I'm going to make it happen. Like it is solidified. This is your anchor. And if you don't expect it to happen to you, then it's not going to. It's a self-fulfilling prophecy. It's like a belief. If you believe it's going to happen to you, guess what? No matter what, regardless of what happens, it's going to happen to you and for you. But if you just hope and wish and pray and think that maybe or probably or one day, hopefully, then you're not going to have a quantum leap. And this goes really for like anything. Anything in life. If you expect good things to happen to you, guess what? Good things are gonna happen to you. If you expect bad things, then it's the same thing, it's a reflection. Let me draw a mirror up here. Draw a circle, like a little thing like this. Okay, this is the mirror. Okay, and this is a reflection. So if you are expecting good stuff, okay, good stuff, then that's going to reflect back to you good stuff, making sure that you have the positive mental attitude. But if you are expecting bad stuff, you likely have a negative mental attitude, which then is going to attract negative stuff, bad stuff, because that is what you're reflecting out. Right? Remember, I said this earlier. Your internal world is a direct reflection of your external world. Okay, how you are seeing yourself, how you're acting, how you show up in the world is a direct reflection of what you have inside and the operating system that's currently running. And so these three laws are the architecture that's behind this system that I'm going to show you. And by the way, if this is resonating with you and you want to work with me one-on-one to help upgrade your internal operating system so that you can become the best version of yourself and reach a new timeline, go down below, click the link, fill out the application, and we'll see you for a good fit. Okay, so now I want to go over the three reasons why a quantum leap never happens. So, number one, put a little line here. They tried to bring the old identity into the new timeline. You cannot quantum leap with the old identity that's still at the forefront. You need to bring the new identity, the new version of yourself that is not multimillionaire, that has a positive mental attitude. Because if you're running the old program and you're trying to reach a new timeline, you're going to get stuck like myself and like many others who have tried to do a quantum leap, but they just get no success because old identity doesn't fit into a new timeline. And then number two, they change the behavior without changing the emotional baseline. Remember up here the positive mental attitude. We want to have a very calm, very stable emotional baseline. We want it to be here, okay? This one right here, the lines right here in the middle. Notice how this is super high, super low, super high, super low. We want it to be very small. Boom. This supposed to feel up, we're supposed to feel down, but very small hillow spurts, okay? You don't want to get super high, you don't want to get super low, even kill as much as possible. Okay. Emotional baseline is positive mental attitude, which is essentially your updated frequency. Okay, this is your tuner. Let's go to number three. They hope instead of expecting. You see, with expectation, this is certainty in advance. And certainty is a conditioned nervous system state. It's not a thought that you just have. You have to actually build it. And for James, he had all of these three reasons running simultaneously. He was trying to bring his old identity to the new timeline. He had the same old emotional baseline that he had previously with all the super ups and highs and lows and all of that. And then he was just hoping, wishing, and praying instead of expecting things to happen exactly as he pictured and envisioned. Okay, so now let's go over the quantum leap operating system. So let's go to the board here and erase this. Let's go to step one. Q. This is the quantum identity dissolution. Now, with this one here, think about it this way. With you entering into a new timeline, before you can enter that new timeline, you have to dissolve the one that you're currently in. And here's the question that you want to ask yourself What are you still holding that belongs to your old identity? Think about that. Really ponder and reflect on that. What are you still holding on to? And this is likely old wounds, old stories that you told yourself, old beliefs, old labels that you've accepted personally. Think about all the limitations that you've set for yourself that you are unaware of and that are just perspectives, thoughts, and narratives that have been told to you or you told yourself because of society, your parents, programs. Think about all of that. And it's very important that you write all of this down very precisely and explicitly, very much so intentionally, so that you can just lay it all out on the playing field, essentially, right? There's a saying where in the football space and really in the all of the different sports as a whole. For example, in basketball, it's leave it all on the court. For football, it's leave it all on the field. So you want to leave it all out there and be super clear and very precise about all of those different things. And for James, when he was doing this, this took about a good 30 minutes to an hour, so 45 minutes or so. And when he wrote all of this down and he was able to separate himself from it and just observe it, he started to see the patterns and he started to see all of these different identity statements. I'm someone who almost succeeds, I'm someone who needs more time, I'm someone who is almost ready. Think about all those. Those are very, very precise identity statements and really patterns that he was able to catch on and realize that these were running automatically. And once you realize these patterns are running and you name them and you separate yourself from them and just observe them, then you can make the deliberate choice not to carry these forward and change them to empowering identity statements. You can't bring your past self into your future timeline. This is law number one in action. The previous laws that we went over in terms of the identity causation. Until you dissolve the identity that belongs to the old timeline, you will keep selecting it automatically, even if you're running brand new actions. And for James, he was running new actions for two years from an identity that said, not yet. And that timeline didn't move because the identity didn't move. So you want to dissolve first, build second. Okay, so let's go to step number two. This is the L. You want to lift the emotional baseline. And this is the most skipped step, and it's really the most important one because this all has to do with your frequency and your ability to attract that new timeline, right? I mean, you have your identity that's going to be doing the heavy lifting, right? However, if your emotional baseline is sporadic all over the place, right? Like this, and the center is here, then you're not going to get what you actually need because this has a lot to do with your nervous system. And if your nervous system is always in a flight or fight type of experience state, then you're not going to be able to get what you want because you can't see things clearly. Okay. So think about your emotional baseline as your timeline frequency, because you don't enter a new timeline just by thinking about it. You enter it by feeling consistently, like the version of you that already lives there. And your nervous system plays a huge factor here because you can't access the higher timelines, the higher emotional states from a dysregulated nervous system, fear, scarcity, survival. These are all nervous system states, not just thoughts. And so when you notice yourself getting fired up, or before you notice yourself or catch yourself, whatever that may be, you want to catch yourself in the act, okay? In the act itself, and then catch yourself when something happens where you would normally spike up, okay? Because when you're going through those and you're realizing something's about to happen, and then you're in the actual event itself and it's happening, you want to use breath work. I talk about this in a lot of my other videos. You want to breathe in for a few seconds, hold, and breathe out for a few seconds. Do this three to five times. Very simple. Survival in terms of what if this doesn't happen? What if that doesn't happen? All these different things that there's always solutions to, and that you always are gonna figure out, anyways, and you're just thinking about it, and you're thinking about the thing itself, which is causing you to get emotional and get spiked up, versus just take a deep breath, and I can almost guarantee that anytime that you do that, before or during, or even after any type of spike, you're going to feel significantly better. Like night and day, you're gonna calm down, you're gonna feel more grounded, and then you're gonna be able to be more clear-headed because you can't make decisions on with your mind being all over the place and your emotions all over the place, right? You want to get very, very stable, very calm, and collected, and then be able to make decisions from there. And then on the flip side, you want to practice feeling certainty, expansion, gratitude every single day, like all throughout the day. In the morning is probably one of the best ways and times for you to go about this in terms of get up in the morning. As soon as you wake up, I'm grateful, I'm thankful for another day, thankful that I get to be alive, breathing, living life, going after my dreams, right? Think about that and execute on that. But then also throughout the day, just think about things that you're grateful for, you're thankful for. You have a roof over your head, you can breathe, you're healthy, you have two arms, two legs, simple things that create gratitude. That then if you're able to really take advantage of and really resonate and really just focus in on small, little, tiny, minor things to be grateful for, then you start to really build that frequency and then those votes for your nervous system in terms of I'm someone who's like naturally grateful and thankful for everything that I have in my life, and also embodying the emotional signature of the version of you that's already closed the deal, who's already launched, who's already living that lifestyle. And it's not visualization for you to be inspired or for aspirational purposes, it's the rehearsal of the frequency. And for James, he did this every single morning. He spent about 10 minutes going through and being grateful for everything and thankful for everything, but then also embodying that future version of himself. And by week three, he described it as I stopped reaching for the life and I started being the person that already has it. And so ultimately, a regulated nervous system is the doorway to a higher timeline. Okay, so let's go with O. Step three. This is where you want to own the timeline identity, and this is where most people intellectualize, like they get it, they understand it, but they don't actually install the new identity. And a very simple question to ask yourself is this who is the version of you already living in the new timeline. Okay, and for you asking yourself, it would be who's a version of me that's already living in the new timeline? And this is not about who you want to be, it's who you actually are in the identity that you're installing now. You want to write this out, write the statement, present tense, specific, and grounded in real existing evidence that your nervous system can actually believe. And here's what owning actually requires, and this is the most important part here that people skip. You want to own the moments, it costs you something because with this and anything else, okay, that you're wanting to accomplish, any outcome, experience, whatever it may be that you want, okay. You have to give something up to get something. There's trade-offs, okay? And maybe it takes that you have to get up early in the morning, 6 a.m. with your new identity, with that new timeline. That means you're gonna have less sleep, okay? But what do you need to do? You need to go to bed earlier. So there's always trade-offs, and it's always gonna cost you something. And also here in terms of owning it, okay, you need to be able to hold your ground always, no matter what, because it's very simple to own your identity when you're writing in your journal and you write it down and you say, Hey, I'm going to be this new person, I'm going to do X, Y, and Z, right? Very simple and easy. But then owning it in a room under pressure at the edge of the familiar, when the old pattern activates the loudest, that's installation. So no matter what, you always want to be able to own it. Okay. Whatever happens, whatever experience you're going through, you want to own it. Okay. And listen, in the beginning, it may be that you fall back to your old identity, but it's really about the fact that you're taking action. And then you're owning. But when the action here, okay, the action here leads to awareness of patterns. So in the beginning, you're gonna be taking action, you're gonna be owning it, but you may fall back to your old identity, but then you become aware. So let's go like this, let's branch this out. Old identity. Okay, you may take action and then your old identity comes up, right? Then you become aware. Hey, this is my old identity, this is a pattern. Next time I'm going to own it because of the awareness. Okay, so very important here, you want to own the timeline identity because you don't become the new identity by just simply declaring it, you become the new identity by holding it under pressure. Okay, so let's go to the S. This is where you want to synchronize behavior with the new timeline. Because here's the thing: your new identity without the external behavior is just internal decoration. It's just like if you were to go out and put a fresh new paint job on a car or on a house, but the engine on the car isn't working, and the house inside is all messed up, the foundation's all cracked, right? It's about the external that's looking a certain way, but inside it's all messed up. Because behavior is the physical signature of a new timeline. What you do is what your timeline looks like in the external world, and more critically, what you do is what your nervous system accepts as evidence of who you are. And for this, it's one rule one aligned action every day. Non-negotiable no matter what. And I talk about this in a lot of my other videos. Action. Aligned. Every single day. It can be small, it can be minor, something super little in terms of maybe you send an email that you've been holding off. Or really just think about this. Aligned action from new identity. Anytime something comes up and you hesitate, and I know my handwriting is a little bit off, but I want you just to really understand this all and understand how I'm progressing through this. But the aligned action from the new identity where you are going through things and you're thinking, feeling, seeing things from that new identity, right? That future version of you, and you're asking yourself, what would they do here? How would they react? What's one little small action that I could take that they would take? And here's some categories that you can use for reference. So courage over avoidance. Okay? Avoidance in terms of maybe you're avoiding something that you should be taking action on, and that that future version of you would be taking action. And then initiative over hesitation. Make a decision. Money loves speed. Okay? In terms of whether you're trying to make money, whether you're trying to get a desired outcome, an experience, a mate, whatever it may be. When you can take action very quickly, and sometimes it can be what not to do, not taking any action, but it's about making a decision and being the one who is initiating things, okay? And then creation over consumption. Yes, you want to consume content, information, knowledge to get new perspectives, new ideas. But from this lens, in this sense, the consumption in terms of watching things that don't really bring you any value. Now, I get it. You want to watch different shows, different you know, movies, whatever, from time to time, it's understandable. But in terms of where you get to a point where all you're doing is consuming content or consuming things, and you're not taking any action and not creating anything, that's where you want to really look at this and realize: am I consuming too much and not doing enough creation? And then boundaries over self-sacrifice. I know you need to do things for yourself, for your family, for your friends, whatever it may be in terms of you doing things and not saying no. Somebody asks you to help them move, help them do X, Y, Z, whatever it may be that people are asking you to help them with because you're just that kind of person, and you don't want to say no because you don't want to make them feel bad, and you want to keep this persona of like I'm a helper, I help people no matter what. Okay, you need to set boundaries and let people know that hey, listen, you know what? I'm actually busy, I can't, or maybe next time, because you're self-sacrificing if you constantly keep saying yes to things that you know that you don't really want to do, but you're doing it just to appease people, and then investment over hoarding. I mean, listen, yes, you want to save money, yes, you want to be financially safe and fit and have financial independence and all these different great, amazing things from the financial side. However, if you just sit there and you hoard it and you just put it into your bank account and it's like just sitting there doing nothing, well, that's not going to lead to anything in terms of it increasing. Yes, you can have savings accounts and 401ks and different accounts where you can, you know, have it play the market, all of that, but I'm talking about where you're not just hoarding cash and sitting there wondering why your life doesn't change? Remember, all of these are going to be looked at from the lens of your new identity. So, how would they be initiating and taking all of these on? The courage, the initiation, the creation, the boundaries, the investment. How would they look at those? And what would they be doing? And for James, every single week he would take one action that his old identity would be deferring. In week one, he recorded the first piece of content that he'd been not ready to record for over eight months. And then week two, he sent an email that he'd been holding off. And then week three, he priced his offer at a number that he had been afraid to say out loud. You see, each action was a vote filed by his nervous system as evidence that the new identity was real and not aspirational because you don't wait to feel ready. You act from the new identity, and the feeling follows. Behavior doesn't follow identity only in one direction, it also builds it. Every aligned action is a vote that the new code accumulates, and the accumulation is what makes the leap permanent. Okay, so let's go to the last one here, which is E. You want to encode. Let me erase this here. This is the ENCODE expectation. Now I know it's missing the E over here, uh, but this is the final step here, okay? In terms of this whole process, the quantum leap operating system. You want to encode expectation, and this is where you need to make sure that you are expecting everything that you are actually wanting to accomplish. This is essentially the finish line of the quantum leap and the most misunderstood piece of the system. You see, expectation is not hope, it's certainty in advance. You don't hope that the new timeline is coming. You expect it with the quiet, settled certainty of someone who has already become the version of themselves that it requires. Two questions that I want you to sit with, honestly. Number one. Do I genuinely expect this timeline to unfold? Or am I hoping for it? Really sit with this question, okay? Very important. Do I genuinely expect this timeline to unfold, or am I hoping for it? And then number two, do I trust myself to hold this identity? Or am I waiting to see if I can? Powerful, powerful questions. Do I trust myself to hold this identity, or am I waiting to see if I can? Like, wow, powerful, powerful questions. It needs to be something where you are certain on both of these that you expect this timeline to happen. You're not hoping for it, you're not hoping that it does someday, potentially, maybe, probably, it's going to happen no matter what. And you trust yourself to hold this identity because you're gonna make it happen no matter what. You're certain of it. The gap between hope and expectation is the gap between the timeline that you want and the timeline that you actually inhabit. And for James, by week eight, he stopped qualifying his business. He stopped saying that he was waiting to launch the business and started saying that I'm a founder, not as an affirmation, but as a fact that he encoded. And by week 10, he launched, not when he felt ready, when the identity had accumulated enough expectation to make the hesitation irrelevant. Expectation is the anchor of quantum reality. Encode it, and the timeline solidifies. Okay, so let's summarize this entire system, okay? The quantum identity dissolution. This is where you want to dissolve the old identity and you want to look at the new identity, okay? What's holding you back from reaching your new identity? You want to lift the emotional baseline. This is where you want to make sure that you are in a very baseline frequency, positive mental attitude, okay, so that you are somebody who is regulating your nervous system. You understand that there's a lot of different things you can do to regulate your emotions, breath work, meditation, gratitude, all these different things. And then you want to own the timeline identity. You want to own it in the sense of making sure that you are taking action and doing things that put you in position to really show that you really want this. Own it in a room, in a situation, in an experience that you are him, okay, or her, or whoever that may be. Then you want to synchronize the behavior with the new timeline, take small little minor micro actions to make sure that you are in alignment with your new identity. And then E, encode expectation. Powerful and really important here. You want to be the one that always expects great, magnificent, beautiful, amazing things, okay, to happen to you in your life. James spent two years at the edge of the life that he could see. Not because he lacked vision, not because he lacked capability. It was because he was trying to enter a new timeline from the old identity. And I spent longer than I would like to admit doing the same thing, seeing the next level, understanding the path, running strategies from an identity that hadn't dissolved, enough of the old to enter the new. Here's what I want you to leave with. You're not stuck in your life. You're stuck in a timeline. And a timeline is not a life sentence, it's an identity loop. Dissolve what belongs to the old one, lift the frequency, own the new identity, especially when it costs you. Synchronize the behavior and encode the expectation, not the hope. You don't change timelines through force, you change them through identity.
