The Clarity OS Podcast with Juan E. Galvan
Most personal development advice treats symptoms. This podcast goes deeper to the operating system running underneath.
Clarity OS is for high achievers, entrepreneurs, and seekers who are already doing the work but keep hitting an invisible ceiling. Host Juan E. Galvan decodes the hidden identity patterns, subconscious programs, and reality loops that no strategy has been able to fix, using a systems-thinking framework that bridges psychology, quantum mechanics, and personal transformation.
Each episode is a deep dive into one core concept: how your internal OS shapes your reality, your relationships, your money, and your sense of self and exactly how to rewrite it.
Topics include: identity reprogramming, reality decoding, manifestation mechanics, generational patterns, the subconscious operating system, emotional alignment, and the Clarity OS framework.
If you're ready to stop treating symptoms and start upgrading the system, you're in the right place.

This missing ELEMENT is why nothing manifests…
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
What if manifestation is not just about mindset…
but about mastering the elemental forces inside you?
In this episode, I break down how to manifest using the power of the four elements:
Earth
Air
Fire
Water
This is not just symbolism.
This is a practical and powerful way to understand the deeper forces shaping your energy, your identity, your behavior, and your results.
Most people try to manifest from only one dimension of themselves.
They visualize.
They affirm.
They act.
They hope.
But true manifestation becomes more powerful when you understand the internal elements that shape your reality.
In this episode, you’ll learn how each element corresponds to a deeper part of your internal operating system:
Earth
Stability, embodiment, consistency, grounding, structure
Air
Thought, vision, perspective, mental clarity, imagination
Fire
Desire, action, will, intensity, transformation
Water
Emotion, receptivity, intuition, feeling, flow
When these four elemental forces are out of balance, manifestation feels slow, blocked, chaotic, or forced.
When they work together, manifestation becomes natural, magnetic, and aligned.
This episode explores:
how each element influences manifestation
why some people are strong in one element but weak in another
how imbalance creates resistance
how to use the elements as a framework for identity and emotional mastery
how to activate all four forces within yourself
why manifestation is not random, but elemental, energetic, and structural
This is where spirituality, psychology, and self-mastery meet.
Because manifestation is not just about “thinking positive.”
It is about becoming internally coherent.
And the elements give you a powerful language for understanding exactly what is missing.
If you’ve ever felt like:
you know what you want but can’t ground it
you have vision but no movement
you have desire but no emotional alignment
your energy feels chaotic or blocked
your manifestations feel inconsistent
…this episode will give you a completely different lens.
Because sometimes what’s missing is not another technique.
It’s a deeper understanding of the forces already operating inside you.
Manifestation hasn't been failing you. It's been running incomplete. And those are two completely different problems. If manifestation was failing you, you'd need more belief, more visualizations, more affirmations, more alignment. The truth is, we're always manifesting whether we realize it or not. And if we're trying to manifest exactly what we do want, our desired reality, then our process is incomplete. Because you're not missing the wanting. What you're actually missing is one of the four forces that turn desire into reality. And here's what that's been costing you. Just think about it. Every vision board that you've made, every affirmation that you've repeated, every moment that you felt this close to manifesting your true desired reality, and then watched it all dissolve. That's not a faith problem. That's an alignment problem. One missing element collapses the entire system. Every manifestation teacher will tell you to raise your vibration, to believe harder, to visualize every specific detail, but nobody teaches you that manifestation is an operating system and that it requires four specific elements to produce a result. If you miss one, then the whole thing collapses every time without exception. Now, let's go to the board here and I want to show you these four particular elements. So there's four elements here that are going to be necessary for you to be able to manifest your desired reality. Now, in the middle here, this is the elemental OS. This is the actual operating system for you to be able to use these four forces to get your actual desired reality. And this is not mysticism or law of attraction repackaged. This is the actual mechanic, the one that explains why some people are able to effortlessly create and manifest while others work twice as hard and get half the results. And the difference is always the same. One element is offline. And I didn't find this in a book or in a movie or in some content piece. I found this through my own experiences. As a seven-figure entrepreneur, I was running full fire, pure action, and relentless execution. And I kept hitting invisible ceilings that I couldn't really figure out why or what was really going on. And it wasn't until I mapped this out across my own identity and then across other entrepreneurs, business owners, that I started to notice a pattern, and I would see this every time. Someone always had one element offline. And the moment that we brought it online, the entire system shifted, not gradually, fast. I built the Elemental OS from that pattern. So here's exactly what we're covering today. So we're going to cover the four elements with the first one here. This is the earth. This is your identity. And this is your foundation because you can't build past and above what you believe and see yourself to be, and then air. This is your thought architecture. Let me write earth and then air and here. And with the air, this is the signal that you're broadcasting. How you are thinking, how you are actually seeing things in terms of the programming that you have been running, which is giving you your specific thoughts and perspectives. Okay. And then we have fire. Go like this, fire. With this, this is your action. And oftentimes when we're taking a lot of action, but you're taking the action from the wrong identity, okay? The identity that is not actually who you see yourself to be, you're just going to be taking action and it's going to create misalignment. So very important here in terms of the fire, the action. The action needs to be aligned with identity. Or else you're just going to be taking action and it's just going to keep going and going and going. And then you're not actually going to get the result that you actually want because your action is misaligned. And then finally, we have water. This is your emotional frequency. And this is really what actually creates your frequency as a whole in terms of your emotions. Whether you have a positive mental attitude or a negative mental attitude, victim mindset, and then your emotional frequency in terms of all the things that are happening to you in your life, your experiences, all of that. If your emotional frequency is off, it throws everything else off. And the water element is one of the ones that a lot of people skip. And I think it's because the emotions are very powerful and very strong. And so you end up not actually focusing on fixing your emotional frequency. And you think that just taking action and changing your thoughts and then you know your identity, making sure that that's in the right place. But if your emotional frequency is off, all of this is going to fall apart because you're missing a super important emotional frequency. Okay. And then we're going to go over the elemental OS method. This is the process, this is the method that makes sure that all of these are working together and where we bring all of these online so that we are able to manifest exactly what we want. So your manifestations stop stalling and they start arriving. And I'm also going to walk you through a client of mine who had an extraordinary vision but zero traction. When all four of these are active simultaneously, your desire doesn't chase reality, it becomes it. Okay, so let's get into it. So now for most of my entrepreneurial life, I was a fire manifester. Action was never my problem. I moved, I built, I executed before most people even finished thinking. I had the drive, I had the push, the willingness to do whatever it takes and to do the things that other people avoided. And I kept hitting ceilings that I couldn't explain. The strategy was right, the effort was real, and the movement was constant. And the results kept matching an old version of me, not the one I was working towards. You see, for me, I had the fire fully online. I executed so much, so much action that you know a lot of times I would just move. If I had 50 or 60 percent of the information, which oftentimes is the best thing to do, because if you don't take action fast enough, you're going to go into paralysis by analysis. But for me, I was taking all this action, but my identity hadn't yet caught up. And the emotional frequency that I was running here from water, okay, I was running this from a scarcity mindset. It was still saying that I needed to prove it before it could actually manifest, before it can actually happen, right? Because oftentimes we look at the external to make sure that something's happening, but in reality, it needs to be internal that we see something and we believe it to be, and then it'll manifest externally. And so for me, ultimately, I was just missing the three other elements because I had so much action that I could make up room and I could, you know, move a little bit, but I would hit these ceilings and I would never be able to fully maximize what I actually wanted to accomplish and get the results that I actually wanted. Because just think about this fire is a lot of action, right? A lot of activity, but fire without the other elements incorporated is just movement without actual direction. And it took me a lot longer than I would like to admit to really figure that out and to fully understand that. And I was working with the client, and for this example purposes, we'll call him Michael. You see, Michael was the complete opposite of me. He was a pure air manifestor where he had the perfect vision, super specific, detailed, fully formed and outlined. Every single day he would journal, he visualized with complete clarity, and he could fully describe his desired reality down to the T. However, nothing was landing, no traction, no momentum, no material shift, despite years of constant practice. And so one day he came to me and he said, I've been doing everything that they've been teaching on all these different YouTube videos, all these different books, and I've been doing this for so long, but I haven't been getting the results that I actually want. And so, what am I doing wrong? And I asked him three questions. So we'll start here with Earth. What identity are you operating from? And not what you visualize, because this is really important here, it's not about what he's visualizing, it's who you actually are. Okay, this is really, really important here because we want to figure out here, and what I was looking to figure out from him in terms of the identity is who are you actually operating from when you're really thinking about all of this that you're trying to manifest? And then we go down here to fire. What bold action have you taken in the last 30 days from the place of someone who already has this? Because remember, action without alignment in terms of the identity is just going to be misaligned action. So what bold action have you taken in the last 30 days from the place of someone who already has this in terms of their desired reality? Very important questions here, and then water here. What is your emotional baseline when you think about this desire? Is it certainty or longing? Because a lot of times you can you know have the right identity in terms of you know exactly who you are, and you can take a lot of action and then have a frequency, emotional frequency, that is all sporadic, and that you think that you know what, maybe, probably, potentially this can happen. But the thing is, you need to always have that certainty of knowing that it's going to happen no matter what. Okay, because remember, the frequency here, this is going out into the ether, the universe, and that is reflecting back. This is a huge deal here in terms of whether you have what I like to call mental positive attitude where your emotional baseline is here, okay, and you're like this, okay, and that you know in terms of your certainty that everything is going to work out exactly as you plan. You may have different roadblocks that come up, but you're always going to reach your final destination no matter what. When we look at this, it was one of those deals where he had the air in terms of the vision, the thought, right? The vision here. He knew exactly what he wanted, but when it came to identity, it wasn't in the right place. He didn't see himself as a person that actually was accomplishing and doing the things that he wanted. He had a bunch of action that was just kind of busy work, and then the emotional baseline in terms of the emotional frequency wasn't in the right place because he didn't feel that all of this can actually manifest in reality. And here's what I had to understand about my own system and what Michael had to understand about his manifestation isn't a practice, it isn't a ritual, it's a frequency that you tune into and then maintain. It's a full system alignment, and every desire requires all four elements to materialize, and the element that you're skipping because it's uncomfortable, unfamiliar, or outside of your natural operating style, is exactly why your manifestations are collapsing. And let me define what we're working with here because these words get used mystically when they're actually mechanical. So the elemental OS equals identity plus thought plus action plus emotion. These are four forces, they're not metaphors, they're actual functions, and each one governs a specific layer of how reality gets built. Look at the earth element here, right? Think about this from the perspective of a tree. When a tree is really cemented down into the ground, and there's the roots that are there, and that foundation is solidified, then that allows that tree to grow and grow where it's very difficult to push that over, right? It's very grounded in the foundation there is set, and that's the same thing as the identity. Your identity is the operating self-concept that's running underneath all of your choices, and it determines the ceiling of what you can receive, not what you want, but what the system believes you are. You simply cannot manifest beyond the identity that your earth supports. Money requires a wealth identity. Love requires a worth identity, and purpose requires a creator identity. You see, with earth, it doesn't negotiate with desire. It simply sets the structural limits. And with air, this is where your desire takes actual shape. This is your imagination, this is your vision, your mental clarity. This is where you conceptualize what you're actually building. This is the architectural draft before the construction actually occurs because you cannot manifest what you cannot clearly imagine. And with the fire, this is the force that moves imagination into reality. This is the area where you need to make sure that you're taking action that's aligned with your identity and that you have the thought, the architecture in terms of the vision, the creativity to fully imagine all the specific details of what everything that you want to have and accomplish and to receive into your manifestation. And with Earth, you stabilize that vision of exactly what you want, and then with fire, this brings it to life. Okay, brings it to life. So what ends up happening is that a lot of people and most people will have this grandiose vision here, and then they won't have their foundation here with their identity, and then that leads to them not taking any action and doing all this busy work, and so then they're missing two out of the four. They have the air here, they have the imagination, the vision, all of that. But if these two are off, then it's not going to work out. But then if all four of them or all three of these are off, then it's really not going to work out at all. And so with the water, this is the most underestimated element and the most commonly misaligned. You see, your emotional state isn't a side effect of your reality, it's a signal, it's what your system is broadcasting, and the reality that arrives matches the frequency, not the desire, because you don't manifest from want, you manifest from emotional coherence. And so all four of these here are the four elements that allow you to manifest your desired reality. This is the elemental OS, but they all need to be working together, they all need to be online simultaneously. But if one is missing, then the entire system collapses. And so now we're gonna walk through the elemental OS method so that we can bring all four of these online simultaneously. So let's go ahead and erase the board here and walk through the elemental os method. Okay, so the elemental OS method. This is earth, air, fire, water goes into your reality. So the first one is earth. We want to build the identity, and most people skip the earth entirely, and I don't know why, because actually, I do know why, for the most part, it's a lot of the air that's really the main focal point in the manifestation space, you know, like the law of attraction stuff that talks about just think about positive thoughts and what you want to accomplish in the vision, and then it'll all happen. But your earth, okay, this is the main one here. So oftentimes people have too little earth, which equals nothing to hold the manifestation, there's no structure, there's no foundation. Think about this from the tree perspective, right? There needs to have roots down there, the foundation. But if you're just having this beautiful, grandiose vision, but you don't have a very rock solid foundational earth identity, then it's just going to fall down with any kind of strong winds because there's no stability, and then too little earth equals a rigid identity with no room for growth or expansion, so it's typically going to be kind of the opposite ends of the spectrum too much or too little, but oftentimes there's always going to be in the middle where you find the best success, and your ability to fluctuate your identity, right? Have that almost water type of sense in terms of the ability to flow naturally and adapt to what you actually want as your identity in terms of how you see yourself, right? And so, where most people fail here is that it's not that they don't have a foundation, is that sometimes people will have their identity too rigid and too fixed. And so think about this like a little box, okay? Little box right here, and this is your identity, and your vision through your air is a bigger vision, okay? And you have a big vision up here, okay? And it's outside of this box, but you're in here in this box, and you can't see outside of things, in terms of outside of this, to see all the beautiful and great things over here. And so you're stuck in this little box that doesn't allow you to see outside of it, and so because you're rigid with your identity, and when Earth is done right, it looks like a flexible, evidence based identity that has been deliberately updated. To match the life that you're building. And the way that you can think about this is like just a simple piece of paper. Okay? Simple piece of paper, you fold it like this, and then you have two sides. Versus if you're flexible and adaptable, you can not have it just be here where it's just two sides. You can fold it a lot of different ways. You can fold the corners, you can fold it into two times, three times, four times. So that's the flexibility aspect. And here's an important question: Who must I become for this reality to already feel like it's mine? Very, very powerful question here. You want to step into that and like literally see the world through their eyes, see everything from their perspective, from their lens, and think about it in terms of already feel like it's mine. You're there, you're imagining, you're using, you know, the air aspect and element here where you're visualizing everything, but then you're also visualizing and seeing the world, that whole entire reality, through their eyes. And for Michael, for him, he never updated his identity statement to actually match the life in his vision. You see, he was visualizing the life of a successful founder while operating from the identity of someone who's in the process of figuring it out. And so for him, week one, what he started to do, and what he really did that first week there is he took some deliberate time to really sit down and write the explicit identity of the person who already lives that desired reality. And it was present tense, grounded in real evidence. And so his new statement was I am someone who builds, launches, and leads because I've already proven that I can create from nothing. Think about Earth as the soil that your future grows in, right? Just think about the tree in terms of that soil and that foundation, the roots. It needs that soil so that it can build that strong foundation and the roots so that it can hold whatever vision that you have for reality. So let's go to air. This is where we want to create the vision. And unfortunately, this is where most people stay and really spend their time is creating the vision, the vision boards, the affirmations, the visualizations, the feeling in the moment, all of that stuff that has a lot to do with the law of attraction. And when you have too little air, you make this right here action without direction, too much air, you have constant visioning, or just vision that you are just constantly looking at everything in your vision board, all that stuff, but without any traction. Because you're just in the moment, you're seeing the experience, the vision, the desired reality all play out in your mind. But if you have too little, then you're taking action and you're just kind of taking sporadic action because you don't know what you want. But if you have too much, constant vision, no action, you're making up reasons why you shouldn't do any fire and take any action. Okay? So very important here, and the way that you know that you're doing this right for the air is that you're envisioning because you want to architect your reality, like you're looking at all the different pieces that need to come into play so that you can actually create your desired reality. This is not about getting inspired or for aspiration purposes, right? Where most people live here just so they can get inspired or aspirationally, but this serves a very precise purpose to really map everything out through your vision. And so for this, I'm gonna ask a question What does this look like specifically? What does it feel like physically to already have it? Very, very important here. We want to map this out. What does this look like? And very, very specifically, like super detailed. We need to know exactly how this is outlined, how this is mapped out, what kind of house are you living in, how much money are you making? Do you have a family? Do you have a significant other? Like, where do you live? All of this specific information is super important here, okay. And what does it feel like? This is the water element, okay, in terms of making sure that you have the emotional feelings and frequency baked into this, and physically, okay, like you're there and you're seeing your reality through that vision from the identity of that individual, of that you know, individual who has all of this, and they're there and you're seeing reality through their eyes. What does it physically feel like? Truly, your first person perspective, you're there, you're experiencing it. What does that feel like to see all of that? Okay, and so for Michael, he had the air in terms of the vision, super clear, but he was sitting in here and he was letting this override everything else. So it was just constant vision, constant vision. I see it, I feel it, I know exactly what it is, but there was nothing else that was allowing him to move that forward because he had the three other elements offline. And the way that I want you to think about air is think about air as like the rough draft, the architectural plan before you do construction, and so build this out precisely, but just build it once and then move on. Okay, so let's go to fire. This is where you take aligned action. And for me, this is where I over-indexed, like where I went above and beyond more than I was supposed to, because I figured if I just keep taking action, I'll eventually get it and I'll eventually figure it out. And yes, there's an extent and there's an important factor in that in terms of taking action and then figuring everything out. However, when you can become fully aware of the other elements, the other pieces to the puzzle, and you can incorporate all those together, then everything changes for you. So let me draw a line here so we can separate all of these. So with too little fire, this equals ideas that never become real. Too much fire, you get momentum without grounding. This is where you get burned out a lot of times because you have so much action that you're taking and it's misaligned, and a lot of times when it's misaligned, it's just kind of busy work, so you're not really moving the needle and you're doing so much stuff, and you don't have purpose, you don't have the full vision incorporated into everything here in terms of what you actually want, and you're moving towards it, then you're just going to continue to get burned out, and you're just going to continue to just move, move, move, move. And yes, you may move a little bit in the right direction, but it's going to take you so much longer, versus if you have like a straight narrow path, that's the aligned action, okay? But what happens is when you have misaligned action, you have like this over here, and then you come back, you move up, but then you go down, but then you move up, then you go left, and you move up, but then you go back down. So it's very sporadic, okay, versus a straight line, okay, and I would say fire, you can take action, and you'll eventually figure things out, but it's gonna take you a lot longer versus if you have all of these working together, and so from a fire aspect, how this looks like ideally is taking action from the earth that you've built, the identity foundation. Okay, and a question for this is what is one action today, the version of me who already has this, would take. Very important question there. And for Michael, the one action item for him was to actually start recording content that he'd been putting off because fire doesn't just build reality, fire tells your nervous system and your identity that the new timeline is real. Fire is the force that turns potential into reality, and one aligned action is the vote that the whole system counts. Okay, so let's go to the last one here: water. Regulate the emotion, and this is the element that most people think that they're actually using, and is actually the one that is in the most deficit. So too little water, emotional, disconnection. This is where you have action without the feelings, and then too much water, emotional volatility, this is where your manifestation is drowned by neediness or fear, and having too much water feels and looks like this. And so when you feel excited about the actual desire, you immediately check if it's arrived yet. So, a very simple example of this is if you let's say place an order on Amazon.com, okay? Very easy to just go on there, place an order. You know, typically it's gonna be the same day or next day shipping, okay? But that's just like going to Amazon and then placing the order and then getting upset because it's not here yet, right? Like that's not how it works. There's a process, there's a natural order to things, right? People need to take in the order through the software at the warehouse, and then they need to package it up. They need to put it in, you know, whatever kind of packaging is necessary, whether a box or just a simple package, and then the carriers need to pick that up, put it in the truck, drive to your location, and drop it off. Right? There's a whole process for that. And when it doesn't arrive right away, you start questioning it, you start questioning yourself, you get fear, doubt, and you start wondering whether it's going to arrive at all. And that pattern where desire is followed immediately by fear is the most common water and balance. And it sends a contradictory signal where you have want and doubt simultaneously. And water done right is the emotional coherence. You have the sustained, regulated state of someone who already has what they're creating. And here's a very important question for the water here. Can my nervous system genuinely feel safe holding this reality? And the important part here is that feel safe holding this reality, not just from the inspiration and aspirational aspect, but in the in-between, because when you're looking to reach a new identity, build a new foundation, there's always an in-between stage. It's never going to be automatic, there's always going to be a little bit of a lag there. So it's important that you are aware of your nervous system and understanding that when it's going into new uncharted waters, new territory, that it's going to give you a little bit of friction there because it's always going to go towards what is familiar, what is known. And when you're stepping on the boundaries of the unknown, there's a little bit of friction there, but that's all part of the process. And with Michael's water, after week three of Earth and Firework, I asked him one question. What do you think about the business now? What is the first emotion that arrives? And he said, it's quieter, less desperate, more so like I already know it's happening. And that shift from yearning to settled certainty is the water calibration. You feel abundant before the wealth arrives. You feel worthy before the love arrives, and you feel calm before the clarity arrives. And ultimately, you don't manifest from desire, you manifest from emotional coherence. Water is the current that carries everything else. And so earth is the foundation, it's the identity that holds it, and air is the vision that shapes it, and fire is the action that builds it, and water is the emotional frequency that carries it. When all four of these elements are online, reality doesn't resist, it reorganizes. Michael spent years manifesting with one element. The vision was perfect, and nothing was landing. Not because he was doing it wrong, it was because he was doing it incomplete. And I spent years pushing with everything I had, maximum fire, real results, in a ceiling that never moved, because the identity underneath and the emotional frequency ruling it hadn't been touched. Here's what I want you to leave with. You're not missing desire, you're not missing belief, you're missing alignment. When earth stabilizes your identity, air expands your vision, and fire moves you into the life you've been building, and water holds you in the emotional frequency of someone who already has it. You don't ask for the life, you become the system that creates it. Remember, you are the alchemist.
