Most high performers don’t have a thinking problem.
They have a dimension problem.

Every decision you make is being processed through a layer of reality you often didn’t choose consciously. A reaction. A fear identity. A logic system built on an operating system you’ve never fully examined. That is the core idea behind this video’s framework on dimensional thinking.

In this video, I break down the full architecture of 5-dimensional thinking — the five layers that determine the quality of every decision you make — and the E.X.P.A.N.D. system for accessing the highest dimension available to you in any moment. The framework moves through:

Reaction
Logic
Emotion
Identity
Awareness

This is not just about “thinking better.”
It is about understanding which dimension is running your decisions.

Because the script makes one thing clear:

The problem was never the decision.
The problem was the level it was made from.

In this video, you’ll learn:
why intelligence and logic are not enough when you’re operating from the wrong dimension
why many high performers are stuck in 1D–2D without realizing it
why logic still fails when identity or reaction is filtering the analysis
how the 5 dimensions of thinking actually work
why awareness is not passive — it is leverage
how the E.X.P.A.N.D. framework works in real time:
Examine
Exit
Process
Analyze
Notice
Decide

One of the deepest ideas in the script is that:

You are not limited by how much you know.
You are limited by how many dimensions you can see from.

This video is for people who:

overanalyze but still repeat reactive outcomes
feel intelligent but internally fragmented
keep making protective decisions from fear
want more than mindset hacks
want a real framework for awareness, identity, and better decisions

Because when you change the dimension you’re thinking from, you change the outcome it produces.

Different dimension. Different outcome.

Every decision that you've ever made was processed in a dimension that you never even were aware you were in. And until you can name that dimension that you're thinking from, that dimension will continue to run you. And you're likely someone who's done a lot of inner work, done a lot of coaching, watch a lot of content, and you know how to think logically about a problem, and you still keep producing the same results. A conversation goes sideways, and you react before you can even stop yourself. A big decision arrives and something beneath your logic takes over. And you've been telling yourself the same story every time. I just need to think more clearly, get more information, be more disciplined. You see, that's not the problem. The problem is the dimension that you're thinking from, and you've never been taught to see it. Almost every other framework, cognitive model, or decision-making system is teaching you what to think about, but nobody is teaching you the level that you're thinking from. Nobody is showing you that thinking itself has architecture, that every decision that you make is being processed through a layer of your internal operating system. And that layer was selected for you before you even opened your mouth. And there's five of these layers. So let me draw this out here. So there's five different layers. And most people spend their entire life thinking from the bottom two. You see, the other three, this is where the patterns actually break. That's where the decisions become irreversible, and that's where reality shifts. And nobody in this space is showing you how to move between them. And I've worked with a lot of different entrepreneurs, founders, business owners who have had a tremendous amount of success, but they still keep running into the same patterns. They keep still thinking from only a few different dimensions. And even though they have success, their thinking is limited because they keep getting stuck. Because they had been working at the level of the thinking content. And outcomes don't respond to content level changes. They respond to dimension level changes, to the layer that you're operating from when the decision lands, to the identity and emotional frequency running underneath. When I map this across my own life and across many other high performers, entrepreneurs, and business owners that I work with, I found that there are five consistent dimensions governing how thinking actually gets processed, not theories, layers, operating underneath every decision you've ever made. And there's a precise sequence to move between them deliberately, under pressure, in real time. So here's what we're covering today. So we're gonna go over the five dimensions. And so the first one, 1D, this is the reaction. This is the first dimension that is really all about all your reactions. This is where most decisions actually get made. And then 2D, this is logic. This is where you think that you're actually operating from. However, most of the time you're actually not. And then 3D, this is emotion. This is the invisible filter that's running underneath every logical frame. So anytime that you think that you're making a decision logically, it's really running through this filter here of emotion in 3D, and then 4D, identity. This is where your patterns live. This is where your ceilings are built, and then 5D. This is awareness. And really meta awareness. This is the dimension that allows you to finally see all the others. And so after we cover the five dimensions, then we're going to go into the expand system. This is six steps, and this whole system here moves you from whatever dimension is running you right now into the one that actually changes the outcome that you want. You see, the problem was never about how hard you were thinking, it was always about the level that you were thinking from, and you can't change the level you can't see. So let me give you the structural definition first. So dimensional thinking equals seeing a situation from multiple layers at once. Okay, super important. So you're able to see a situation from multiple different angles simultaneously instead of seeing it from just one of these levels. The whole goal here is to have you be able to see, and the objective really is to see everything downstream, okay? Where you see your identity, the patterns, the emotional patterns, the logic, and the patterns within that, and then your reaction so that you can see the full chessboard, right? The field from the very top, and you have the full picture. So let's look at these dimensions. Number one, reaction. This is where you have this happened, and then I react. And the very important component here is that you're doing this unconsciously, it's automatic, it's impulsive, it's emotional. You don't consciously choose this. This happens automatically anytime something happens, okay? And then number two, this is what makes sense. So from a logical standpoint, this can be something where you have an argument of like, okay, this makes logical sense to do A and B, which will get us C. So you have analysis, you have reasoning, you have pros and cons list. This is where most high performers think they live. But logic is still a filtered lens. It gives you analysis, but it doesn't tell you which identity is running the analysis. So let's go to 3D. How do I feel about this? This is the internal state. This is not the reaction, this is the recognition of the emotional field that you're in, and this is the dimension that most logical and rational thinkers miss. So let's go to the fourth one here: identity. Who is thinking this? And this is super important because every decision that you make is run through the lens of a self-image that you may not even be aware of. So what version of you is making this call? Okay, what beliefs are active? What patterns are running underneath? You see, 4D is where your operating system, your internal operating system, lives. So internal OS. Okay, this is where this lives here. So let's go to the fifth dimension. So this is the meta awareness. This is the most powerful and most important. Okay, I can observe all of this. Think about this from the perspective in the lens of like, let's say you are at the very top of the world and outside of the world and in space, okay, and you are on a satellite and you are looking down at the world, right? That's a kind of awareness and perspective that you have where you can see everything, you can see the entire playing field, okay? You can see the entire chess board, and so you can see all of these under here very clearly. You can observe them and you can detach from them in terms of the emotions, the logic, the reaction, where you can just be an observer and just see what's happening here, observe so that you can become aware and then be able to fix, adjust, modify so that you can get your desired outcome. And another way you can think about this is this little circle here. This is a thought, okay. Now, you tend to be through all of these, number four through one, you tend to be in this thought, okay. What 5D allows you to do is to go from here and then go outside, and then you okay, stick figure here, you are on the outside, 5D, okay, and you're observing all of this, okay, and you're not inside of it, so you're separate, and so how I want you to think about this is that you are not the reactor, you're the one watching the reactor, okay? So both of these can come into play here. So from 5D, you're not the reactor, you're not the person that's actually going through all of this, you are the one that is watching because you're outside of the thought itself, okay. You're 5D, you're stepping outside of the whole entire bubble, and you're just the one watching the reactor, okay. And so what this ultimately gives you is that it gives you more dimensions, okay. And with more dimensions, what you're essentially doing is you're expanding the frame. So think about this: the frame, okay. This is a frame that you're in. Now, you are here and you're within this box that you are running your life from, and you have a limited visibility outside of this scope, okay? Outside of this box. Now, when you have more dimensions, you're expanding the frame. So instead of being this little box, okay, you are then this massive box here, okay. You are expanding the frame. So now you have this huge box here because you've expanded your dimensions, and so with all of this, with more dimensions, this allows you to have better decisions, which then gives you a different reality. So now that you've understood the five different dimensions, I want to walk through the expand, which is the dimensional thinking system. So let me go ahead and erase the board here, and we'll walk through that. Okay, so let's go over the expand dimensional thinking system. This is an acronym. So step one E. We want to examine the situation. Here we want to look at what happened. Like what actually happened. We want the raw event. Okay, strip away the story, the narrative that you tell yourself, like what really happened here. We don't want your interpretation, we don't want the fear-based perspective, we want the observable facts. Okay, now the way that you can do this is take a third-person perspective. Let's say you have you and another person, okay? You guys got into a specific argument, you got into a fender bender, you got into some kind of situation where maybe they said something about you and it made you feel a certain way, whatever it may be, okay. What is it? Now, what you want to do is if this is you and this is other person, you want to go up here to the top, and you want to jump into that perspective, third person, observer, okay, and simply play this whole scenario out from the observer standpoint perspective, okay, and see the conversation, look at the action, look at the events without any judgment and without any lenses, any perspectives, like what really happened, and look at okay, I can see this person's perspective, I can see why they felt that or why they said that, I can see why they may have said this thing to me that made me feel a certain way, because maybe they made them feel a certain way, and then from you, why do you believe you acted a certain way? What was said to you, what was done to you to cause you to act or to feel a certain way, right? But the biggest thing here is what are the observable facts from a third person perspective simply as the observer? And for this, I want you to keep in mind and understand that clarity begins when you separate the event from the interpretation. Okay, this is the component here of just being an observer, right? So once you separate all of the interpretations, the narratives, the stories that you're telling yourself about, he made me feel like this or she said that or whatever, looking at it from the observer perspective, getting the raw details, the raw data so you can understand and examine the situation for what it truly is. Step two, you want to exit the reaction. And this is super important here because you cannot think in higher dimensions while 1D is still running. The exit of this is the pause. So anytime something is happening to you and you're feeling a certain way, and you know, right before that feeling comes in, or even when something's happening and you feel it and you experience it and you react, catch yourself when you're doing it in the sense of like you go through it and you're like, Man, I just reacted this way, I just did this, I did that, I didn't think about it. Right? So you're catching yourself, and oftentimes it's after the fact, but once you build up that awareness, your mind starts to understand that you know what? This is happening, and I'm about to react a certain way, so that you can catch yourself right before you react. So that's very, very crucial there. And something very simple and easy that you can do that is extremely powerful here is take a deep breath. A few of them. Simple. Hold for three seconds in terms of inhaling and then exhale for three seconds. So, a simple example of this is like let's say you got, let's say, into a fender bender, and you know, somebody rear-ended you, and your reaction is to get out of your car and go to the window and be like, Man, what the heck is going on here? I can't believe you hit my car. What were you thinking? All this stuff. Right when your you know, fender bender happens, that's where you want to take the deep breaths, okay? Because you know that you're fired up and you're likely going to react a certain way. So take deep breaths, calm down, start thinking positively in terms of I'm glad I'm alive, everybody's safe. You know what? Let me go out and talk to the other person to see if they're okay, and then obviously I'm a little frustrated about the whole situation, but I'm not going to react in a crazy, outrageous way because that's one-dimensional thinking. Step three, we want to process logic plus emotion. And we want to process these two simultaneously because what ends up happening here is that most people that are trying to accomplish big things, high performers, and just most people in general, they typically use logic to suppress their emotions. That doesn't work because what ends up happening is that emotion just goes underground and then runs the decision, anyways. So you want to name the emotional field that you're in. So name emotional field that you're in. If you are feeling scared, nervous, if you're feeling tense, anxious, okay, you're feeling anxiety, name it and process it. Be okay with it. Like, hey, I know that I'm feeling scared right now. I'm feeling fear. And fear, I know what you're doing, I know why you're here, you're protecting me, and I understand that, and I appreciate you for being here, and then run the logic through it in terms of what's the worst that can happen here, okay? Like, let's make a pros and cons list of why we should do this anyways, even though we feel the fear, okay? We feel the emotion. And so a simple example of this is like, okay, I feel fear about cold calling businesses. Fear is a natural feeling here, like it's understood and it's understandable why fear is here. And so when we run this and process this through, and so when we process this through logic, what does this fear data say about these businesses? Okay, and so this is where you are using the logic and emotion simultaneously. So this example here illustrates how you can use the fear and logic simultaneously because you cannot use them individually and get the result that you want or the best result, right? You want to be able to use them simultaneously together. Step four, you want to go to analyzing the active identity. So you want to ask what identity is active? Which version of you is making the call. And so this is a 4D move. So you want to look underneath the logic, underneath the emotion. The version of you that's running right now has an agenda, a self-image that it's protecting, a pattern that it's reinforcing, and you're going to find the situation in pretty much any time that you're looking to level up, okay? Because you reach a certain identity level, you reach a certain goal or outcome, and you get to the next level. And so you have a new identity here that's running things. But in order for you to get to the next level up, okay, let's say you're on level five and you want to get to level six. Well, that level six requires a whole new identity, right? And when you're in level five, which Your current version of your identity, they're going to need to do things that level six does that they're not currently doing. And through all of that, they're going to realize and face a lot of friction, a lot of tension, a lot of uneasiness, a lot of fear because the nervous system is playing the biggest factor here. The nervous system only knows what is familiar, right? So here, nervous system is biggest factor from leveling up from one identity to another. Because the identity has a certain type of behaviors, patterns, perspectives, lens, actions that it takes, but your nervous system is going with and working with what is the most familiar. That is how it operates. And so anytime you step outside of a little box here that you're currently in, and you want to go into a bigger box, the nervous system is going to freak out and it's going to say, Whoa, what are you doing? You're stepping outside of our normal box. You know, let me give you tension, let me give you fear, let me give you uneasiness, because it's only trying to work with and adjust to and work with what is familiar. And so when you step outside of this in this bigger box, it's going to flag like something's going on with the root system here, okay? Step five, you want to notice from awareness. This is where you want to observe everything that you just uncovered without judgment and without being consumed by it. You see, this is the 5D step. You are watching your reactions, you're watching your logic, you're watching your identity. And here's the most important part here is that you are not any of those. You're not your reactions, you're not your emotions, you're not your identity. You are simply the one that is observing and watching everything. And the way that you can think about this is like going from an actual player on a sports field, like let's say either soccer or football, American football. So you are going from the actual player on the field where your awareness and your perspectives are very limited to what's going on here, to going up into the box and you know, being like a coordinator andor even a spectator and just observing the game from up above, okay, where you're not in the game, you're outside of it, and you're just observing, you're seeing and watching what's going on, what's happening. That's the lens in a perspective that I want you to think about when you're looking at 5D. Step six, you want to decide intentionally. So, this is where you want to choose intentionally from the highest dimension that's available to you. And when you're making a decision here, you're choosing from the fifth dimension version of you. It's a decision that is made from awareness versus from your default programming, but it's ultimately meta awareness, okay? This is really important here. Meta awareness. It's not just about you being aware of something, like, hey, I see this, I noticed this. It's like, no, I see the full entire field, the chessboard, in its entirety, okay? So you are let's go over here. Here's a pyramid, you have all the different dimensions, right? Up here, 5D, you're seeing the full picture, okay? Everything down from that, okay. That's where you want to be. You want to have the meta awareness, you want to think about your thoughts, think about the feelings, the reactions, right? The stories, the narratives, everything from the very top as you're looking down onto the playing field so that you get a full picture of what's happening, so that you are not connecting yourself in the actual person that's playing the game or in the actual activity or event itself. Okay, so let's recap this here. So we want to examine the situation, what happened. We want the raw events, we want exactly what happened here, and we want to look at the whole situation from a third-person observer perspective, okay? And then we want to exit the reaction, stop reacting here to whatever's happening from an emotional perspective or just kind of going through the motions of like, hey, something happens, and then I react. You want to pause, take a deep breath, and acknowledge everything, and then process logic and emotion, okay? And then we want to analyze the active identity, like which version of you is actually running. And remember, the nervous system is the biggest component here. The nervous system is always going to go with what is natural and familiar at that given time. And so when you're wanting to step into a new identity, reach a new level, you need to work with the nervous system to take action regardless, even if it feels uncomfortable, because then you're going to train that nervous system to then reach a new level, that new version of you, okay, and have it be okay when you take those other actions that are leading you to that next version of you. Now notice from awareness, okay. You want to be the one in 5D looking down at everything from the box, the coach's box, and looking at the entire playing field, and then you want to decide intentionally so ultimately we're not thinking harder. We are thinking from a higher dimension, fifth dimension so we can see it all, observe it, acknowledge it, and accept it, and then make adjustments and moves based on all of that information. Here's what I need you to understand. You are not limited by how much you know, you are limited by how many dimensions you can see from. Strategy doesn't save you when identity is running the analysis. Logic doesn't save you when reaction is filtering the logic. The expand system changes the dimension you're thinking from. Examine the event, exit the reaction, process logic and emotion together, analyze the act of identity, notice from awareness, and decide intentionally. You don't need more information, you need more dimensions.
