Most people think their current reality is telling them what’s possible.
It’s not.
It’s telling them what their current identity has been building.

In this video, I break down why making future decisions from your current identity will keep producing more of the same reality — even when your vision is bigger, your logic is sound, and your desire is real. The script’s core point is simple: the same identity that built your current life cannot be the one you keep asking for permission about your future.

This is not about denying facts.
It is not about pretending limitations don’t exist.
It is about refusing to let your current reality have authority over your future.

Inside this video, I break down:

why your current reality is a reflection, not a ceiling
why “being realistic” is often just past-based thinking in disguise
the two-chain model:
Current Reality → Thinking → Decisions → Same Results
Vision → Thinking → Decisions → New Results
why the real control point is not your resources, your timing, or your market — it’s the identity running the thinking
the “Almost Founder” trap: when you think you’re planning your future, but you’re actually auditing your current identity
the full V.I.S.I.O.N Reality Override System:
Visualize
Ignore
Step
Initiate
Override
Normalize

One of the deepest lines in the script is this:

“You don’t ignore reality. You ignore its authority over your future.”

The script also makes a key distinction:

There is no neutral decision.
Every “I’ll wait until…” is a vote for the current identity.
Every aligned action is a vote for the one you’re building.

If you’ve ever felt like:

you keep analyzing but not moving
your timing always feels “almost right”
your current circumstances keep deciding your future
you know what you want, but your decisions still come from the old self
you’re stuck in planning mode instead of identity-based action

…this video will likely hit hard.

Because the truth is:

Your current reality is not your limitation.
It’s your starting point.

ignore reality to get everything you want, your current reality is lying to you, future self identity, current reality mindset, identity over circumstances, stop being realistic, identity architecture, operating system mindset, how to change your reality, future self decision making, current identity trap, identity shift, creator mindset, founder mindset, clarity OS, self mastery, personal transformation system

The same identity that built your current reality is running every decision about your future. Now, think about what that actually means. Every time you look at where you are and you decide what's possible, you are not analyzing reality. You're asking an identity that produced this version of your life to evaluate the next one. And it will always return the same verdict. Not because your vision is wrong, because the identity doing the analysis was built for here, not for there. Every day that mechanism runs unchecked. It costs you exactly one more cycle of decisions made from the wrong level, one more set of calculations run by the version of you that built the reality you're trying to move past. What I'm going to show you today is why that mechanism is the only variable that actually matters and a six-step system for overriding it. Here's the thing every conversation about mindset and reality collapses into the same instruction. So what I'm going to do here is draw two different lines below each other. So run here. And so that same instruction is always about believe harder, visualize more, ignore what your circumstances are telling you, as if the solution to being stuck in your current reality is a stronger relationship to a different one. And you see, nobody is naming where the actual decision happens. What's important to understand is that there's two different chains that are available to you. And both of these start from a thinking process. Both produce decisions, both generate results, and one of them runs from where you are, pulling every variable, every data point, every piece of current evidence into the calculation, and the other one runs from where you're going. The difference between these two chains is not the quality of thinking, it's the identity that thinking is anchored to. So this right here, both of these. This is the only control point that matters, and I'm gonna label those here in a moment because it's not about the vision, it's not about the resources, it has nothing to do with the timing, the identity the thinking is running from in this moment is deciding which chain you're on. And for most people, that choice is being made by default. And I've mapped this out across many of the entrepreneurs and high achievers that I work with. And when I really looked at and fully examined what exactly was driving their decisions, I found that a completely different mechanism was running underneath everything. The clearer the vision, the more sophisticated the current identity's case against it. The data was real, the analysis was accurate, the timing concerns were legitimate, and every single piece of it was being generated by an identity that had already decided that the vision wasn't available yet. And what showed up across every single one of them, underneath the preparation, underneath the patience, underneath the very reasonable case for waiting was the same thing. They were analyzing their future from a perspective that hadn't been there yet. And that identity will always produce evidence that confirms where it already lives. The moment they had a system for interrupting the mechanism for locating the future identity first and deciding from there. The analysis changed completely. What I'm going to show you today is that system. Okay, so let's label these two chains. So the first one here at the very top, this is your current reality. Then you have thinking, then you have decisions, which then gives you the same results. So your current reality is feeding your thinking, your thinking is feeding into the decisions that you're going to be making or not making, and then from here, this is always getting you the same exact results because your current reality is your current identity that is driving this thinking. And so you're thinking from this current identity, which is giving you your current reality, and then if you have this go through all the way through, it's always going to be the same exact old results that you're always going to get because it's from your current identity that is driving this thinking. And the chain number two, this is your vision, thinking, decisions, and then this gives you new results. And for this one, your vision, your thinking essentially, is being tied, okay, to the vision of your new identity or the future, okay, future self. Because when you have a vision, you're looking ahead, you're looking forward, and so you're looking at the future self, how are they thinking, how are they feeling, how are they seeing the world, right? And so you're taking on that perspective, that frame, and so now your thinking is changed, which then leads you to have different decisions that you're making and taking and actions, right? Which gives you new results. So ultimately, here, this all has to do with the identity, lens, vision, perspective that you are thinking from, because thinking here is the biggest thing, right? You can think all day long, but if your thinking is limited to a small little box like this, then you're only going to know what is within this box, and then you're going to always get the same results, okay? However, if you are over here now, and then let's say we have a box, it's a little bit bigger. However, let's remove this here. There's an opening here, there's an opening here that is available, and maybe this is like a little maze, okay? There's a little maze you got to go through over here, but you realize that wow, there's this massive, huge window and door, I guess you could say, that you can walk through, and it's just leads to unlimited amounts of thinking, perspective, vision, right? View instead of being locked into this box here that your current identity has you in. And then when you're down here, the future self, the future self is more expanded. You have more resources to understand and see the world in a completely different way because you're taking on that identity's perspective and thinking. Now, here's how I want you to think about this, all of this here. So, realistic equals past-based thinking. This is the disarm because being realistic is not a measure of accuracy, it's a description of the identity that's doing the measuring. You see, you don't ignore reality, you ignore its authority over a future it has never seen. Those are two completely different things. So here's what we're covering today. First, we're gonna go over the disarm. This is where we're going to cover what being realistic actually means, where it comes from, and why the most analytically capable people get trapped by it the hardest. You see, the goal isn't to abandon accuracy, the goal is to relocate who's actually doing the analysis. And then the second thing we're going to cover today is the almost founder archetype. This person has the vision capability and the strategic clarity, but stays in the planning mode because they're always evaluating from their current identity and current reality. And then finally, we're going to cover the vision system. This is the six-step system for activating your future self-identity before the current one runs the calculation because the goal is not to feel differently about your reality. The goal is to make decisions from a different address. This is not about ignoring where you are. This is about refusing to let where you are decide where you go. Okay, so I'm going to walk you through an archetype that I call the almost founder. The almost founder is capable. They know how to build, they know how to structure, they know how to solve problems. The problem with this archetype is that they always stay in planning mode. Every time the almost founder evaluates whether to take an action or to make a decision or to just stay put, they're always met with the same type of analysis that comes back. We don't have enough money yet. The market conditions are uncertain. I need to perfect my offer, my positioning, or my branding. They seem to always be coming to the same conclusion that they're just not ready yet to move because of something or circumstance or situation that isn't perfect or right yet, according to them. And when you look closely at the decision-making patterns, one thing becomes immediately clear. Every single variable that they're evaluating is a current reality variable because they're not making decisions from the future self person version that they say they want. They're making decisions from the identity that they're trying to outgrow. So all decisions are coming from here, and they're expecting that somehow this current reality, this current identity, is going to give them a different reality. But remember, it's always the same results because it's what the current identity knows, and it's within this little box here. And so the almost founder is not planning their future, they're auditing current identity. And you see, the analysis is not necessarily wrong. The identity that's running the analysis is the problem. Because when the old identity evaluates the future, it will always find a reason for the timing not being safe yet. You see, the almost founder will call it patience, they'll call it strategy, they will say they're being responsible, but underneath all of that, it's still the old identity asking for permission to stay where it already knows how to survive. Now, we've gone over the two chains. We understand that the current reality is always going to give us the same results because it's running from the current identity, and that if we want to have new results, there needs to be a future self, a vision of the future identity that is running and operating from that lens so that the thinking is completely different and the decisions are different, and the new results are achieved, right, by having this future self-identity. And most people are going to tell you to visualize harder, be more positive, ignore the facts. But here's the thing: you don't ignore reality, you ignore its authority over your future. Okay, so you ignore current reality authority over your future, okay? This right here. Very, very important. You must ignore this authority, okay? And the authority is often coming from the thinking that the thinking is coming from because it's from your current reality, current identity. You need to be aware and understand that this has no power over you, and you need to explicitly state that. Say it out loud, say it to yourself internally, like walk through your life, your day, understanding that I have full control, I have full power, authority over my reality and my future self and my future. Because remember, realistic, when it comes to something being realistic for you, for yourself, right? And you're running it through this lens here, this chain, it's always about your past-based thinking. And your thinking at this level here is always going to be about your past or your current, right? In terms of, hey, I've been able to achieve X, Y, and Z before. So therefore, that is what I can do. And I'm in this little box here. And so I cannot understand or have the awareness of the fact that I actually have a larger box to work within, and that within this box, there's actually a door that allows me to have even a wider perspective, right? Like unlimited, no limitations. Just think about it. When somebody tells you to be realistic, they're asking you to use your past data to evaluate the future that hasn't existed yet. Remember, your current reality was built by your current identity, which means that if you make new decisions from your current identity, you will build more of what you already have. So it's not about what does my current situation allow? So let me write this here, not what does my current situation allow? But what would the version of me I'm building toward do here? Okay, very important. So it's not about what does my current situation allow? And this is a big thing here, too, even this word allow. Language is very important. Allow is just like you're asking for permission, none of that stuff. What would the version of me I'm building toward do here? Okay, so you're taking on this future self and you're thinking from the lens of this one here. So now you have different decisions and you have new results. And here's something that I want you to keep in mind that anytime that you look at your current reality and you don't have the reality that you actually want. So your current reality is a reflection. Okay, it's simply a reflection, and this reflection is based off your thinking, your feeling, your seeing, your lens, your perspective, right? That is typically here. And then keeping in mind that it's not a ceiling, okay? Because a ceiling, in a sense, could be this little box here where you're locked into a box and you can't see outside of it. But then when you come over here and you go to the vision thinking, decisions, new results from your future self, you realize that there is no ceiling. It's actually a box that you're in, and that you have the ability to find your way out, and there are no limitations, there's no ceilings because it's really all about what you believe that you can accomplish and achieve, and thinking from that future self will allow you to do just that. Because ultimately, you don't act based on reality, you act based on who you believe you are. Okay, so let's go over the vision reality override system. So let me go ahead and erase the board here, and we'll jump right in. This is an acronym here. This is six steps, and so let's go over each one of them. Number one, V. Visualize the future, identity clearly. Don't focus on what you want, focus on who you are. That's the difference. And so for this, you want to go and you want to ask yourself, and you really want to describe the version of me one year from now, not what I have been, but who I am? What do I say no to? What is non-negotiable? What does my thinking look like? See, this is where you really want to get very clear and specific in terms of sitting down, writing, and describing the version of you one year from now. Okay. Not who you currently are, but from that future version of yourself. What do you say no to? Okay. What are the things that you right now are agreeing to that you know you shouldn't be doing or that you know that you don't want to do, but you're doing anyways, maybe to appease people, to come across as someone who's nice, who's, you know, doing things for others, even though you're diminishing yourself, right? So, what do you say no to in that future version of yourself? What is a non-negotiable for you in that future self? What are some things that you currently are okay with that now in the future self, it's a non-negotiable. Like I will not stand for this or that, okay? And what does my thinking look like? Very, very important. For myself, in terms of the thinking, the way that I like to outline this and what I've outlined in other videos is five-dimensional thinking. So one, two, three, four, five. Okay, so the bottom here, one D, two D three D four D 5D. You want to have five D dimensional thinking. This is a meta awareness, okay. First one here, this is reactive, logic, emotions, resonance. Okay, so you want to be thinking from 5D, where you're seeing the whole entire plane field, okay? You have meta-awareness, you can see the full picture, okay? You don't want to be reactive, you don't want to be thinking just from a logic standpoint or from emotions. You want to be thinking from 5D meta awareness, okay? And the most important thing here is that you don't describe an outline, an outcome, you want to describe an identity, so not outcome, but identity. Step number two, ignore current limitations, and for this, for whatever decision that you have going on that you need to make, right, for this decision, if my current resources, timing, and conditions were irrelevant. What would I do? What does that answer tell me about what I'm actually waiting for? So this is future because you're looking to see if all of this was not even an issue, resources, timing, conditions, if all of this was irrelevant, what would I do? And what does that answer tell me about what I'm actually waiting for? A lot of times here, it has to do with fear, it has to do with you stepping into a new identity. However, your current identity is trying to pull you back. So this is really important for you to ask this to yourself and really try to figure out and dive deep into what is this answer telling me about what I'm actually waiting for? Okay. Because a lot of times you're gonna wait for the conditions to be perfect, the resources, you know, when it's the right time. There is no right time. The right time is right now, okay? And for this step here, when you're ignoring limitations, you're not pretending that they don't exist. It's refusing to let them cast a vote on decisions that belong to a future identity and not your current one. So your current identity, the timing isn't right. Future identity. Timing is a story that I tell myself. What would I do if today was the day? Okay, very, very powerful. Step number three, S. Step into future identity now. And so for you, before you make any significant decision today, first locate the version of you that you're building towards, right? That future version of yourself, and then decide from there, right? The future identity. Okay? Put future here. And for this one, whenever you're making a decision, a very tough decision, you want to ask yourself before I make this decision, what would the version of me I described up here, right? And the visualize the future identity clearly, so go in V do here. So here you're really looking to ask yourself and have a conversation about before I make this decision, what would the future version of me do here, okay? That I described clearly up here. And the way that I want you to think about this is that every decision that you make either reinforces your current identity or builds a new one. There's no neutral decision here. You're either doing something that is going to be from your current identity or your future identity. There's no in-between, okay? You're either moving forward or you're staying exactly where you are with the current identity and getting the same old results. And every time that you say, I'll wait until tomorrow, you're reinforcing this current identity. And every time that you say, you know what, I'll act from my future identity because I feel them and I am them, that's a vote for your future identity. Because you need to be able to feel the internal version of you changing because everything happens inside first, and then the external world reflects everything for you. Because think about this just like with nature, just like when you're planting seeds, the seasons, things always have a natural progression. You're never going to immediately be like, okay, I'm this version of me, this next version of me that is powerful, that is resourceful, that does all these great, grandiose things, and then expect that the external immediately change because it's all going to be a natural progression that the external is going to take some time to manifest and reflect. However, it all starts from internally deciding and acting and thinking from the future identity, right? And here's something really important: you don't wait for reality to change, you act like it already has. Just like I was mentioning, when you need to first feel it internally that you are the future identity, a different version of yourself, and then reality externally will reflect that. But it's going to be a little bit of a lag, right? You're not going to think of yourself as this master future identity that does X, Y, and Z and accomplishes ABC, and then the world is going to automatically reflect that. That's not how it works. The world is going to reflect that in the sense of how this future identity is carrying themselves, right? Maybe this future identity is more confident. Maybe they have better posture. Maybe they have better communication skills. Whatever that may be, that is different than your current identity, the world is going to respond differently to you, the people, right? In terms of how you're carrying yourself, you're going to get a different response, you're going to get treated differently, right? All of these different things you're going to be able to see quite immediately. However, when it comes to like building wealth or getting a certain outcome that requires a lot of resources and that requires time, you're not going to see that right away. Okay. But it will come when you act like you're already there and you act internally right first. And so one of the big things that I want you to keep in mind here is that identity is the root system, okay? Root system. This is like the operating system for your whole entire system itself. Think of this as like Windows, iOS, Linux, okay. You need this identity that allows you to run the entire device, the system, the human body, right? The existence, and then you can run different applications on there from that, right? And so internally, your identity needs to match. You act like it's already there and that you already have it, needs to match that, the internal feeling, like this is who I am, and then reality will adjust and bend to your will. Step number four, I initiate aligned action. So for this, what is the smallest action I can take today that the future identity version of me would recognize as aligned. And the key thing here is that it's one small action, okay? Smallest action. You're not going to do something that's massive, grandiose, huge because your identity needs to build up to it, right? But you think about it, a small little minor action, it can be just as simple as sending an email, responding to somebody that you haven't responded to, strategizing on something that your current identity wouldn't have, or running an analysis on yourself like you're doing now. This is a huge deal for you that you're going through right here, right now. And this is actually a big, massive step. So for you, it could be maybe you take this step right here, and you just spend time analyzing your future identity very clearly, and you make this one small minor step, right? Action. And then you move to the next one, to the next one, to the next one, right? But it's all about progress, right? Small little steps that all build up over time. Because the initiation of aligned action breaks the theoretical loop. The moment that you act from your future identity, the current identity starts to lose its grip. Because what happens here is that most people, before they take aligned action, they're gonna wait for motivation, they're gonna wait for certainty, for the right conditions to be perfectly aligned so that they can actually take a specific action. But that's not the way to go. The future version of yourself initiates, okay, and then the motivation follows. Initiation is the identity claiming its first piece of reality. Okay? Step number five. Override the doubt. And for this, you want to say, I notice the thought. That when you are doing something that is different than what your current identity is within, and within that frame, you're always going to have doubt. And the doubt is coming from this current identity that is trying to protect itself, it's trying to protect you, it's trying to make sure that you are safe and secure. And so, what you want to do here is you want to acknowledge, accept, respect, appreciate, right? Show appreciation and gratitude. Like, hey, I appreciate you for all you've done for me. You've brought me and you've allowed me to get to where I am right now. However, I'm moving forward. I'm moving to a different version. And that different version is going to allow me to do X, Y, and Z. And I'm grateful for everything that you've done. However, I'm moving forward. And when you can name that, you can create separation from it and remove it from it being you, right? And from you being it. It's just something that's there that you're accepting, you're acknowledging, and you're having a conversation with it with full respect, but you are letting it know that you are currently going to be moving on and that you're grateful and thankful for the role that it played to get you to where you are right now. Last step normalize the new behavior. Think about this. One decision from your future identity is a moment. 10, 20, or even 30 decisions is a default that you've created, and you want this new behavior to be normalized and to be a default of like, I just act normally from this future identity, no problem. It just is something that I naturally do because I've built this discipline. And it's not necessarily discipline, it's more of like you've stepped into that way of being, okay? And for this, what you can do is have like an audit analysis for yourself. At the end of today, which of my decisions came from my current identity, which came from the one I'm building, and what's the ratio? So here you're running an analysis of seeing how many decisions and actions that you took from your current identity and then from the one that you're building towards, which is your future identity. And you're not tracking this because you want to see the performance metrics. What you're tracking is the identity, okay? That's the biggest thing here because the identity, again, is the root system. That is what you're tracking. Your identity drives everything else that is happening and running in your life. And to help you with all of this, remember to look to think from 5D awareness, meta-awareness, okay? Where you can see the entire playing field. And so when you're looking at this first V, the first step, visualize the future identity clearly, take a meta perspective, like zoom out, look at yourself from like a 50,000-foot view, okay? Eagle's view, bird's eye view, and really look at the version of you one year from now, okay? So we're gonna recap this. And when you're looking at it from the 5D version, really get clear and specific as to how you look, how you feel, how you dress, right? What are your habits? What time do you get up? So get very clear and specific. Ignore current limitations. These limitations only exist in your mind, okay? And they're the limitations of your current identity. So you want to ignore those and ignore the version of them that this identity is currently holding, right? And then step number three, step into future identity now. Before you make this decision, what would the version of you that's already up here that you described? What would they do? How would they go about this, right? Like you want to think from that perspective always. Remember, it's the thinking from, not thinking of, you're thinking from future identity now. Initiate aligned action. Always want to take one small little minor step that is going to allow you to move the needle for you from the future identity, right? And remember here, it's about you taking one, two, three, four, five, all these little minor steps that are going to be compounding and will build up over time, okay? And then override the doubt. Acknowledge, respect, appreciate the current version of you that's helped you and get you to where you are, but separate yourself from it, right? When you name it, you can separate yourself from it, and then normalize the new behavior. Make sure that you take enough action and enough of these little steps here that your behavior becomes normal, okay? And then audit in terms of how many actions that you take today from your current identity and then from your future identity because there's always going to be a little bit of tension there. Your current identity doesn't want to let go, but they're gonna have to because you have decided that you are going to be stepping into your future identity now. So let me ask you a very important question. What decision have you been deferring? And what current reality variable has been doing the deferring for you? What would the version of you one year from now do with that decision today? What's the gap between those two answers telling you about which identity is making your decisions? Your current reality is not your limitation, it's your starting point. You don't need reality to change before you act. You need to stop letting where you are decide who you become.
