Good morning and welcome back to the Beauty and Positivity Podcast. My name is Alyssa Skinner, and I created this channel just to help create more enlightened babes in the world living out their dreams because when people are happy, the world is happy. And we love living in a happy world. And side note, when you are happy all by yourself, you don't worry about people around you if they're happy or not, you actually have an effect on the rest of the world. It's called the butterfly effect. You've probably heard of it, and it's been scientifically proven. So don't forget to be happy today. I'm so glad to be back, you guys. I've not been on the podcast in like maybe two weeks because it's been snowing here in Tennessee, and um, I'm not really a snow kind of girl, but it did make me dive deep into my homebody mood, and I'm still kind of working, but not as much. It's been slower, and I kind of like it. I took a little step back from the grind, you know. And you've seen my couch, it's not a bad place to be. So I've kind of just been enjoying that. But in today's episode, I'm so excited to share, I have some life-changing information for you. A tip, if you will. Literally how to create your reality with this one thing. I have read so many books, I've done courses, so many courses. I have followed so many coaches on manifestation, the law of attraction, whatever. And this one thing is how you create your reality. You don't ever have to read another book. It's so simple. Anyone can do it, and no one is doing it. Everyone is on autopilot, just doing whatever, you know, feels right in that moment, and the world is just throwing whatever it wants at them, and they're just like, oh, this is life. No, no, no, no, no, no. You're doing it wrong. Okay, so let's start there. Autopilot. Everyone goes on autopilot. It's normal. We're human. We forget where we are, we forget to think about who we want to be. You know, we forget to be deliberate. We forget to deliberately be the version of us we want to be. We forget to deliberately create our life. And that's okay. And we don't want to do that too much, though. It's human, but we just forget, right? Being deliberate just comes throughout the day. We're kind of like, okay, I forgot. Yeah, I said I was gonna be this person today. So I gotta be that person, especially if you've been following episodes or doing any journal prompts that I've shared. It's all about embodying the identity we want to be. And yet it's so hard to make that a baseline habit, right? We go on autopilot, we drive to work without even thinking about it because our subconscious has memorized the route. We drive home, we don't even know how we got there. Your conscious just goes somewhere else, and your your subconscious takes over because it's collected all this information. And you don't want your subconscious taking over. You really don't, not until you've healed your subconscious. And this is another episode, but your subconscious is shaping your life, your reality, from everything it's taken in as a child. Okay, that's pretty scary. A lot of us have subconscious beliefs, we don't want to have anymore. So you don't want that. You want to be deliberate, you want to consciously create your life and not let your subconscious take over too, too much. So let's I'll tell you how. When you are uh present, you're present in the moment, that's great, but it's important to attach being deliberately, you know, deliberately creating your life. Attach being deliberate to your present moment. So you be who you want to be, and you you're present, you're in the now. You're not thinking about the life you want to have one day. You're just right here, right now, and you're embodying the version of you that you want to be. That is where energy collides. That's where you create your reality. This is where the magic happens. So let's talk about being. So, who you are right now, you're just existing. It's your identity. That is your being, you're just being right now. Our thoughts are a result of who we are being in that moment. So, depending on who you are, in whatever moment throughout your day depends or determines your thoughts right then and there. So, if you are in a state of hunger, you're hungry. You, your thoughts are derivative of the state of being you are in. The state of being you are in is hunger. And so your thoughts are about eating, your thoughts are about curing your hunger. If you're in a state of anger, your state of being is angry, and now your thoughts are of anger. Your thoughts are always derivative of your state of being. You're thinking about what you should have said, you're arguing in your head, right? You're thinking about what you're gonna do about it tomorrow. So it goes the same way. It doesn't have to be negative. It's the same for wealth. When you are in a state of wealth, your thoughts are of wealth. So you would just choose to be a wealthy person for 15 minutes. You just pretend, literally. You're like, okay, I'm gonna choose to be a wealthy version of me right now. And I'm just gonna feel that. I'm gonna walk, talk, and act like it. And now you're having thoughts of wealth. Maybe your thoughts went straight to the car you would drive, the house you live in, the shoes and bag you have, the amount of money in your bank account. The thoughts are always derivative of the state of being. If you're in a state of health, you just ate a super healthy meal, you're feeling good about yourself, your thoughts are now of health. Okay, you get where I'm going. So your state of being invokes your thoughts. Your thoughts invoke the emotion. The emotion is what is manifesting. We talked about this in my last episode. So the world is vibrating. We all know that. Everything outside of us is vibrating at all times. It's energy. You are vibrating at all times. We are waiting for our external reality, the world around us, our life to change so that we can change. That is backwards. We're all like, well, okay, I'll be rich when I receive money. When my life changes, when I actually become rich, then I will be a rich person, right? I mean, it makes logical sense, but you have a soul too. You're not just a logical human being, and your soul is what is creating. So you want to change your vibration so that your external world matches you. It is always matching you. That is really hard to accept. I will go deep in another episode if you want me to explain how and why our reality is mirroring us. A lot of times people are like, Alyssa, no, I would not create this. Like, that makes no sense. I'm happy to explain. Let me know in the comments if you want me to go really deep into that. So you get where I'm going with it. You want to be, you want to vibrate at the level of wealth if you want your life to match you, and you actually live a life of wealth. So when you're in a state of gratitude, the world matches that vibration. So you decide to be grateful, and then your thoughts are like, okay, what are we grateful for? Because your thoughts are derivative. And so they're like, oh, I'm grateful for my bed, grateful for my warm house in this snow. I'm so grateful that I have such a happy and healthy relationship. I'm so happy that I'm abundant, you know, whatever it is. You your thoughts start snowballing into why you're grateful because you were you decided to be in a state of gratitude. So now your thoughts are like matching that. It's like, okay, yeah, we're grateful for this and that. And now you're finding all the things you're grateful for, and your emotion is now in a high vibration of joy and appreciation. So the world is now matching you that vibration you're in, and it's showing you all the beautiful things that also match the vibration of joy and appreciation. Maybe you see something, someone do soup something super nice for someone, and it puts you in a state of love. You're like, wow, the world is healing, you know. It's whatever it is, it's always a surprise. So decide who you want to be. Choose your state of being because your thoughts will then match that, and your emotion will then match those thoughts, and then the world will match your emotion, your vibration. That is how it works. It's so simple, and yet we all decide why that's not true or why it's not gonna work, or I've tried that before. It's like, no, if you had your world would match you. So, anyways, you want to perpetuate what you want. So be in a state of being rich. If you want to be rich, you just decide to be a rich person for however long until you go on autopilot again on accident. And then you think thoughts of being rich and your life and what it's like, and then you get excited and you're like, oh my gosh, being rich is so nice, it's so fun, it's I'm so comfortable, I can deal with life stress so much easier. And it's you know what, it's better than being perpetuated in a state of not having enough. Because when you aren't deliberate, you go right back to that autopilot feeling of nope, this is just life. This is the cards I was dealt. Nah, nah, nah. You know, it's not gonna hurt. So let's say you are having a problem with someone because I want to help you become deliberate. If you're like, okay, how do I just embody being rich? I don't, I'm not rich yet. How do I do that? So you are arguing with someone, and this has been going on for days, and you're just like, okay, I'm done. Like, I'm so over this, it's ruining my day. Like, I'm not gonna be miserable. That person could be miserable, I'm done. I'm just gonna be happy. I'm moving on, and you just move on. You're just like, we've all been in this moment where we're just like, yeah, no, I'm done with that. Like, I don't have time. And you just decide to be happy, you just decide to move on with your life. You didn't try to go out and find happiness, you didn't try to go out and get something that would take away the anger. You just decided to be happy. It's just a state of being. This whole episode is about the state of being you are in and what you're choosing. It's always a choice. It might feel kind of hard, but it is a choice. So you just embody being wealthy. You just decide I'm done having less than. Everything just works for me. That's it. No overthinking, just bliss, just knowing it's taken care of. You are now a wealthy person right now in this moment. You are wealthy. Life is working for you because it loves you. Everything is just working out for you. You are wealthy right now. You did it. That feeling is what you can deliberately feel every single time you remember to feel it. Because it's normal to go back on autopilot. We forget to be deliberate, right? That is how you that's how you become deliberate. You just decide to be it right now for as long as you can. And when you forget, you'll remember again, and then you just start again. So that's totally okay. If you go back on autopilot, you just start again. You just keep doing it every time you remember. You will see how different your life starts to match you. Everything will start working out for you because your this vibration of confidence and everything, you know, working for you, it starts to become your new baseline because when you do it enough, it becomes your baseline. We all know someone that's just like angry all the time. They're just a miserable, sad person, and it's so sad, but they have gotten mad and angry so many times, it's kind of their new baseline. They just go straight to pessimism, you know, they just go straight to the sad, sad side of the stick, you know. And so it's hard to accept sometimes that we are making that choice, but we are, and it is a choice. Every single day you can make a new decision. Whoever you were yesterday has nothing to do with who you are right now. Whoever you were an hour ago, different version of you. You weren't being deliberate an hour ago. Now you're being deliberate. Now you're being purposeful. Now you're creating your life. Now you are in the state of being that you want to be in. Not just whatever life threw at you. That's not creating your life. That's just taking whatever's thrown at you. And life will not really be nice if you take whatever's thrown at you. You must be deliberate. You must choose. Take control. I do want to tell this, tell you that this might take a little bit of time, but it will just become your new normal. Every morning, try to remember and do this. I hope you liked today's tip.
