Hello and welcome back to the Beauty and Positivity Podcast. My name is Alyssa Skinner and I made myself an entrepreneur by the age of 27 by taking the biggest leap I had ever taken in my life. I moved to a brand new state. I didn't know anyone and I realized that I was ready to leave the med spa industry after six years, all because I just wanted more freedom, more financial freedom, more time freedom. But I did so much mindset work before gaining the courage to bet on myself and go after what I truly desired. So after leaving the big city of San Diego, my comfort zone, right? My home, I was born and raised there. And that's a place where people vacation to, and I was born there. So leaving seemed crazy to me. But, anyways, I moved across the country to a smaller town, Knoxville, complete lifestyle shift. Honestly, really hard in a lot of ways, but you know, I was like, there's nothing for me to lose. So I'm here and I decided to go after my dream life. And my dream life was slow mornings, working for myself, not having to leave in the morning. Like I woke up this morning in my fluffy pajamas, my matching set, an eye mask on, a cup of coffee with my whipped cream. I lit a candle. I'm sitting at my vanity and I'm talking into a microphone. That's crazy. I never thought this would be my life, but I always dreamed it would. So never quit dreaming because I'm here to tell you why it's possible. We're gonna get deep into the science of how you create your life, okay? Nothing new here. So I'm in a new place and I'm like, if I don't go after it now, I never will. And I will just keep finding reasons of why it's not the perfect time yet. Why I should save up more money first to be responsible. Because what if, right? We all think what if that does nothing for you, and I'll explain. And I was thinking, you know, I should put more time in at work. I just got my dream position. Why would I leave? That's so crazy. Or I need to build clients first. I can't just open a home salon because I wanted to work from home. I can't work from home in a new place. No one knows I exist here. No one's just gonna come knocking on my door, like, hey, do you have a salon here? So there were a thousand reasons pointing to why it is not time, why it won't work, why I shouldn't do it. Okay. Please, if you take anything from my podcast, from my social media, let it be. Do the damn thing, anyways. Just do it. You don't need a reason why it will work, okay? That's why I created this podcast because one day just everything shifted for me. And I stepped into a new identity. So the second you make a decision that you have never made before, that is when you step into your new timeline. If you've heard of the butterfly effect, you know every single decision you make leads you to an entirely different chain of events. The route you took to work today determined a portion of your day, if not the whole day. The place you picked for lunch, the place you stopped for gas, the person you smiled at, the person you ignored, every single little thing you do, every single day, you're stepping into different timelines. So if you've ever been at a fork in the road and you feel indecisive because you're afraid to make the wrong decision, let me just tell you, impossible. It is only possible to make the wrong decision if you make it the wrong decision, if you sit there and focus on why it was the wrong decision, or what if this was the better route? What if this, what if that is impossible. You get to make it the right decision. Now we're gonna go deep into quantum physics. Not too deep because it's a lot. I'm obsessed with quantum physics now. I post on my story, you probably see I'm constantly reading books on quantum physics. I'm literally obsessed. So quantum physics has proven every single molecule, every single atom, every single electron, every single subatomic particle, which all that is broken down into energy, it is always available for infinite possibilities. It is waiting for you to tell it what route to take. It's waiting for you to imagine and feel a certain thing so that it can manifest into physical reality. So I want to talk about gratitude because you've probably heard from me and so many others, you must be in a state of gratitude. Don't forget to journal your gratitude, 10 things you're grateful for, and then you can start receiving more of what you want out of life. But you're probably like, I'm grateful all the time. I don't have my dream life yet. So most of the time when we are stepping into the state of gratitude, we're being deliberate to feel grateful, we're finding ourselves grateful for something that already happened. We're only grateful for something that's already there, already in our life. We've already experienced it, we already have it. That means you are relying on your external environment outside of you to decide if you get to be grateful or not. Girl, I really hope you can't hear my tummy growling. Oh my gosh, I should have eaten. So let's say you're grateful for your home, you're grateful for your family, you're grateful for your paycheck coming in every two weeks, you're grateful for your bed, you're grateful for the walks you get to go on, you're grateful for your lunch break, whatever. You're in a state of gratitude because of what you already have. You're in a state of gratitude because the external environment gave you the motivation to feel gratitude. This is a problem. So, how quantum physics plays into this, okay? There's something called the double slit experiment. It's a scientific experiment. They concluded something called the observer effect. Now, you don't have to know what this means. I'm gonna explain the experiment really quick so that you know for a fact your brain creates your world. So that's a bunch of words. Quantum physics scientists have proven the electrons, molecules, atoms, subatomic particles, that's the breakdown, okay, of a molecule. They studied the electron specifically, and there were two slits in a screen. There's a screen, they cut a slit in the right side and the left side. And they were trying to see how electrons choose to build reality. How do they choose what to create? And so they were just they were watching to see which slit the electron would travel through, the left side or the right side. Long story short, they concluded the electrons only travel traveled through the slit the scientists expected them to go through. This literally proved that our minds create our reality. So scientists had to leave the room to get to this conclusion because their thoughts were affecting their study. They were affecting what the electrons did. And so the scientists couldn't actually prove how electrons decide to create reality, how they decide to form physical manifestations, their thoughts kept affecting the experiment. And that's how they concluded. Their expectations tell the electrons what to do. The reason I said every subatomic particle has infinite outcomes, you are telling the subatomic particles in the quantum field, okay, they're all around you. Everything that makes up reality right now, it's all around you. It's energy, everything's energy, you are energy. It's an infinite possibility. You get to manifest whatever it is you want them to do. That's just the foundation of reality. So you're you are quite literally telling all the molecules around you what to do, but you're not conscious of this. You are being you're not being deliberate. You're just on autopilot. You think the external is all happening by itself and you have no control over it. You're not purposely telling them what to do or what to create. It's your expectations. Your expectations, whatever you expect to be in front of you, there it is. So you are collapsing reality in front of you. Everything in front of you is a quantum field, and your thoughts are collapsing these little subatomic particles, all the energy, into what you believe it will be or what you expect it to be. Okay. Now that you understand a little bit, hopefully, hopefully a little bit, because that's all you need. Science has proven your thoughts build your reality. Your expectations build your reality. So how does gratitude play into this? I mentioned whenever you try to step into gratitude, you're only stepping into gratitude for what you already have, what's already done. You're only in gratitude because your external environment. So what that means is if your external environment is not providing you with the things that you desire, it's not happening in a way that makes you feel good, then you would not feel good. You are allowing your external reality to control whether you get to live a happy life or not, whether you get to be in a state of joy or frustration or excitement or hopelessness. This episode challenges you to give thanks for a desired outcome, something that hasn't even happened yet, say thank you for it and feel thankful for it. So I want you to think about something that you've always wanted, something you've been trying to manifest, you've been trying to bring it in, and I want you to say thank you right now as if God just gave it to you. The universe just said yes, it's on the way. Give thanks for receiving it now. That's the important part. So I don't want you to feel like you're lying to yourself, okay? Don't get me wrong. I love a little Dululu as the Solulu, but there must be a coherent signal. So I'm gonna explain what that means and how you do this because you can't just think about what you want in life and then it happens, okay? I know I just said that with the quantum field because it's true, but your heart is a part of it. And I'm gonna tell you how to actually create your reality with your thoughts and your heart. This is how you build a coherent signal. You're telling the universe exactly what you want and what it feels like. So you're thinking the thoughts of the thing that you want or the outcome that you want, and your heart is what brings the emotion into it. So your heart must feel the love, the gratitude, the excitement. And your mind gets to think of the thing or the outcome. Your heart is used to feel the emotion. Your mind is used to think of the thing. Does that make sense? You're thinking of what you want and you're feeling what it feels like to have it. This is how you enter gratitude for something that hasn't physically manifested yet. You feel like it already has manifested yet. Your thoughts are focusing on it, your heart is feeling like it's already done and what it feels like to have it, what it feels like to live it. Only then, when both are aligned, your mind and your heart, do you send a coherent signal to God, to the universe, to the quantum field, to create what it is you're thinking and feeling. You're collapsing these particles all around us into what it is you want, into what it is that you're thinking and feeling. And the higher vibration you're in, that's what I mean by vibration, by the way. If you've never understood vibration and you're like, how do I know what vibration I'm in? You choose your vibration by the thoughts and the heart, your mind and your heart, your what you're thinking and what you're feeling. And if you're feeling good, you're in a high vibration. If you're feeling it, you're in a mid-vibration. If you're feeling not good, you're in a low vibration. Okay, so that's all you need to know. You don't have to understand everything, you just have to put time into it. Okay, be deliberate. So your heart and your mind must be in agreement. This is why I tell you all the time visualize and feel the version of yourself that already has it, that already has whatever it is you want, because you're sending out a clear vibration of already having it and already feeling it. You're feeling gratitude for it, appreciation. So when you're in a state of gratitude and your signal is going out into the quantum field, and you're thinking and feeling what you're telling the particles to create, all of those particles are going to match you. They're going to create and build what you think and feel in your heart, in your mind. Your signal is going out into that infinite possibilities, that realm of infinite possibilities, and it's telling the particles it's already done, and the universe matches you. That's why ask and it is always given. Ask and you shall receive. It is always done. And if you've not been putting your mind and your heart into it, that's probably why you don't have it yet. There's been an incoherent signal. You're sending out thoughts of I want this thing, I'm imagining it, I know how it smells, I know what color it is, but your heart is feeling like it's probably not gonna happen though. I wish it would happen. It's not a coherent signal. And this is why meditation works so well, because it allows you to take a moment of silence from the world around you. You silence your thoughts and you're deliberate. You are deliberately thinking and feeling whatever it is you want. When you're just taking in the world as it comes, your phone is there, people around you, your thoughts of yesterday, your thoughts of later today, your thoughts about what you want, your thoughts about why hasn't it happened yet, your thoughts about your job, your thoughts about your relationship, your bank account, your health. You're constantly taking in, you're overwhelmed. There is no coherent signal there, okay? Meditation creates a clear signal because you quiet all that other nonsense. So many people say they can't quiet their mind in meditation. You are not alone, okay? You're not special, and the person who can meditate and quiet their mind is not special. No one was born with a skill to meditate better than others, okay? So I need you to get that out of your brain right now. Everyone has a mind that won't quiet down. Everyone is living in the same exact overstimulating world you are living in. Everyone's overstimulated. Everyone has their own story, everyone has their own shit going on. So, how come some quiet their mind better than others? They try. They sit down and they try, and when those thoughts come back in, they quiet their mind. They say, Oh yeah, here I am. Okay, I'm meditating. Quiet their mind, I'm right back into it. And then they're they're back to the quietness, and then their uh thoughts go somewhere else, and they start thinking of something else again, and they're like, Oh yeah, nope, here I come. It's a roller coaster. Your thoughts, your thoughts come in, and then you quiet them again, and you're like, Oh yeah, and then something you think about again comes and you're like, Oh yeah, here I am. It can take 30 minutes, so you gotta do it. You have I've sit there for 30 minutes sometimes. You have to commit if you want the desired outcome, that is the work it takes. When people tell you gotta do the work, that doesn't mean work more hours, that doesn't mean save more money, okay? That doesn't mean starve yourself more to get your dream body. Absolutely not. The work is sitting there and being deliberate, thinking and feeling. You are a quantum co-creator, okay? You don't need to work more hours, you don't need to save more money, you just need to sit down and put the work in, okay? You sit there and you connect to infinite intelligence. I challenge you to a meditation and I want you to use a mantra. This mantra had crazy power over me. I hope you feel the same way I did. A mantra is just usually a single word that you repeat over and over again as you meditate. It helps you focus on one thing, okay? I want you to focus on infinite or infinity, infinite, infinite, infinite. Think about how infinite space is. Why don't you go ahead and Google how big the sun is compared to the earth? Google image that for me. Only then will you actually see we're tiny ants. We are specks. The sun is as big as you imagine the galaxy to be, okay? I don't think our minds actually fathom this because we get caught up in whatever's in front of us, but I want you to Google how big the sun is next to the earth. Because I guarantee the sun is as big as you think the galaxy is. We are tiny little specks, okay? Let alone the entire universe. It's huge, it's infathomable. So when you are meditating on infinite, I want you to close your eyes and take deep breaths. When you inhale, inhale for three seconds, exhale for four seconds. Because I want you to exhale one second, a little bit longer than you inhaled. When you breathe out a little bit longer than you breathed in, it allows your heart rate to relax. It allows everything to relax, it allows you to slow down. And I want you to repeat infinity, infinity, infinite, infinite. Imagine space just black. When you close your eyes and you're you're uh visualizing just the darkness, I guess. Imagine that darkness expanding so far out, as big as space, like infinity, infinity. Your heart, your aura, the the light around you. Imagine that expanding outside of you, infinity. Okay. I hope this doesn't sound crazy, but it works for me. It reminds me that I am powerful. It helps me step into my power and remind myself I'm literally made up of God. God is infinite. I am infinite. The world, the universe is infinite. And when you get into a really good space and you you can visualize yourself walking through the life that you desire. Really allow yourself to feel it. Cry, sob, smile. Allow yourself to really get into it and let it be here now because you are emanating a vibration into the quantum field of infinite possibilities. And I need you to take that seriously because you're powerful. The world has conditioned you to think you don't have any control of anything outside of you. I'm not going to go down that rabbit hole, but there's a reason for that. Okay? It keeps everyone in their place if they don't think they have power. So I hope you're feeling inspired to just step into gratitude and now you know how to step into gratitude and send that coherent signal of the life you're going to put in front of you next. I want you to walk through your house today feeling like you're walking through your dream home that you just bought. You just moved into. I want you to drive your car feeling like you just left the lot in your brand new car. Think it, feel it, seriously, think about it, imagine it, look at the road, imagining that you are driving the road in your brand new car and you're feeling the excitement of holy shit, I just got this car. I want you to walk through, oops, sorry, I lost my place here. Walk through your day today feeling like you are free and you've achieved your financial freedom. What does that feel like? You achieved it, you're done. It's you did it. You hit the finish line. What does that feel like? Imagine the relief and the excitement. Just feel that. I want you to walk through your day and just feel like you fucking did it. You passed the finish line, it is done. I love you so much. Thank you so much for always listening. Seriously. I've achieved it and I'm only expanding. So I know you can do it. You are so worthy and you are so infinite, and you deserve the dream reality that you keep thinking about.
