Let's uh go over to Isaiah 53. And uh I want to continue with uh some things that we were looking at last week, just I am referring to it as the basics of healing. And uh if we had a subtopic, I guess we could say healing then, now, and forever. You know, John Alexander Dowie made a statement. He said, The hand that cleansed the foulness of the leper's flesh and made it sweet and clean, the hand that made the deaf to hear, the blind to see, the lame to leap, the dumb to speak, the hand that raised the dead to life is here. And so when we look at that, we'll we'll look at some things from the word, but when we read that quote, essentially what he's saying is that same healing power that was then is here now. It's present today. And uh men like F. F. Bosworth, uh, who wrote, Of course, Christ the Healer, uh, the emphasis was always on what God is, not what God did, but on what God is, because whatever God was, He is, He forevermore will be. And to receive healing and consistently walk in healing, one has to understand that everything God did is what He's doing now and what He will do in the future. It's the tenses. Uh, and those things may not uh seem vital in a lot of people's estimations, but I knew a minister one time, his favorite statement was, it only takes God a second. Well, that's true. It only takes God a second, but the problem is, is as he walked in that belief system, he was always putting off into the future what should have been his presently. Well, it only takes God a second. In other words, I don't believe I'm healed now, but it only takes God a second. Well, that mindset just won't bear out over time. All right, because you're you're gonna you're gonna encounter situations where you have to walk things out by faith. Everything, everything that God has promised uh obviously is received by faith. Uh Bosworth, uh FF Bosworth was very big about in his meetings, uh, and he was he was uh widely known in the the mid-20s, 1920s, late 1920s, uh for healing meetings, and thousands of people healed in those meetings. Uh, but he had a requirement. They had to attend three services, having set under the word of God before he would pray for them. And now, multitudes were healed while they were hearing the word, but that was for people that got into the prayer line. Now, I know that the idea that a lot of people have is well, you know, if if if God wants to heal me, he can heal me whenever he wants. So why do I need to sit under all of this, you know, these these messages and and and hear? Well, the simple answer is because faith comes by hearing, right? And it can correct a lot of misconceptions that I have about healing, and it makes it easier to receive. Anytime you have faith in the mix, you're gonna receive easier what God has for you. If you're trying to receive from just, as we would say, jump start, you're just hearing it, and you just want to receive after you've heard one time, you're gonna have a hard time. Because faith is the hand that receives everything that God has for anybody. Amen. And so when we look at these things, Brother Hagin made a statement one time, Kenneth Hagan, and I so agree with it because he said, you know, a lot of times people say, Well, you know, you you look at a lot of the same verses on healing. Well, I don't know how much you've read the Bible, but there's not that much in the Bible about healing. There's not that much in there. And so you gotta revisit the same verses over and over again and receive fresh revelation because that's why the Bible's expanding revelation. Most of what we see about healing in the Bible is in the Old Testament or in the Gospels, which was really the Old Testament. It was not the New Testament because Jesus had not gone to the cross yet. So most of what you read in the Bible about healing is from the Old Testament. So most of the faith that you receive from the Word concerning healing is from the Old Testament. What we see in the Old Covenant, the first covenant, and what we see in the ministry of Jesus Christ. We see it in the book of Acts in the present church. That's not the church that was, it's the church that is. But the point is we see it, and all of that was based on what they believed about the Old Testament. They ministered based on what Jesus said. Jesus ministered based on what the first covenant said about him. And so everything goes back to what it says Jesus would do. Amen. In Isaiah 53, and we'll start in verse 1. See, healing is now. Healing can be uh lost or missed in the tenses. Healing is now. And in Isaiah 53, verse 1, who has believed our report, and to whom is the arm of the Lord revealed? For he, the Messiah, will grow up before him as a tender plant, as a root out of a dry ground, he has no former calliness. And when we see him, there's no beauty that we should desire him. He is despised, rejected of men, a man of sorrows, acquainted with grief, and we hid, as it were, our faces from him. He was despised, and we esteemed him not. Now notice surely he hath borne our griefs and carried our sorrows, our sicknesses and our pains. Yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God and afflicted, but he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities, the chastisement of our peace was upon him, and with his stripes we are healed. With his stripes we are healed. Now, he says, Surely he had done this. What? Bore our sicknesses and carried our pains. Now there's there's a lot in this verse because he starts off with the word surely. Surely he has done this. All right. Now he had not done it when Isaiah was writing this. Isaiah was seeing this prophetically about what the man of uh the Messiah would do. Surely, it means truly or indeed. But it's in the strong assertive tense. And so it's not just a statement, it's it's assertive. In other words, without a doubt, he did this. Right? Without a doubt, this is what's going to happen. Hallelujah. And if without a doubt, this is what's going to happen, then without a doubt the results of what happened occur. And then he says, surely he hath borne our griefs and carried our sicknesses, and we esteemed him stricken and afflicted, smitten of God and afflicted, but he was wounded for our transgressions, bruised for our iniquities, chastisement of our peace was upon him, and with his stripes we are healed. Now, why is that so important? Because of emphasis. Emphasis. He did this in our place. Surely he hath borne our sicknesses and carried our diseases. It's emphasis. Who is the people that he's emphasizing? Those that have believed this report. Who hath believed our report? And to who is the arm, the strength, the might, the power of God revealed? To those that believe this. Hallelujah. So this has to be a reality in the life of the one receiving healing. This verse, everything about healing starts here. You can know that God is our healer. You can know that he wants to take it away from the midst of us. How is he going to do this? How is this occurred? How could he say to the Israelites that he brought out of Egypt that did not even believe him, that were not even serving him before he went down to talk to them? How could he bring them out and within a matter of days of bringing them out, say, I'm the Lord that heals you? Because of what Jesus was going to do. Everything that Jesus did, in God's mind, it was done from the foundation of the world because the Bible says Jesus was the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world. Well, the foundation of the world, not just the foundation of this planet that we live on, the world as in every living being. Before there ever was anybody, Jesus paid the price in the mind of God because they had already made the agreement. I'm getting ahead of myself a little bit, but when you think about that, if Jesus healed everybody on credit, how was that possible? Because that's what he did. He healed everyone on credit. Matthew 8 says he healed them all so that it could be fulfilled what was written by Isaiah. But what was written by Isaiah said he had to suffer and take stripes on his back, then we could be healed. How was that possible? God knew, God knew that Jesus was going to go through with what he said. There was no chance that Jesus was going to back off. In the garden, Jesus was not trying to get out of going to the cross. Jesus was submitting his will to the Father. Jesus was bringing his flesh under the will of the Father. He wasn't trying to get out of going to the cross. He said to Pilate, This is the reason I came to the earth. He told his disciples around five or six times, I'm going to go to Jerusalem, I'm going to be betrayed by wicked men. They're going to crucify me, put me in the ground. Three days later, I'm going to raise from the dead. Amen. The book of Acts says that Jesus went into the tomb by the scripture that said, You will not leave my soul in hell, but you'll resurrect me. Hallelujah. So when you look at this, surely he did this. Truly, he indeed did this. This has to become a reality. When you read that, it's not just part of what we confess or part of what we look at as a promise. He did that. That's not a promise. That is a reality. He did that. And if he did, when he did, I received healing. Now understand, that's not I'm going to receive healing. When he did it, I received healing. All right? Why? Because that's when the healing provision was made available to everybody who will believe. Hallelujah. So I'm not trying to get something to work. See, it's the tenses. Somebody, listen, somebody can read that and they'll say, well, I believe God will do that for me. Did Jesus do that? Well, yes, he did. Then God's already done it. It's the provision has already been made available. All right? Now I have to walk up and receive it. But if I have been born again, then whether I've opened that part of the package up or not, I've received it. It's been given to me whether I've opened it up or not. Hallelujah. You know, well, I don't want to, I need to say this though. You know, there are people that they are born again and they are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus, standing perfectly righteous before God without guilt, condemnation, shame, or any other thing, and they live a life full of guilt and condemnation and shame like they are just a saved version of what they used to be. And they have that whole act, they have that whole part of right standing with God that they could be walking in. No guilt, no shame, no condemnation, and they are laboring under guilt, shame, and condemnation from their past, and it's available to them. It's there, it belongs to them. It was paid for. Hallelujah. The amplified Bible says, with the stripes that wounded him, we are healed and made whole. With the stripes that wounded him, we are healed and made whole. Well, that means anytime sickness shows up, but it also means it was a one and done. He did that once, and I'm healed. See, faith is I'm healed. Not I need to be healed. When you're walking in that manner, then when sickness shows up, you don't go to God to heal you. You go to God thanking him because you're already healed. Hallelujah. When a person steps into the healing line, really the mindset should not be, I'm here to be healed. The mindset should be here, should be, I'm here to receive what's already mine. Hallelujah. The BLE translation says, and by his stripes we got healing. Now, why is that important? What'd you get when he got stripes? What's that? What did you get when he got stripes? I know that's not uh proper English, but you understand. If my mother was here right now, she'd say, Him, talk about God. He got right when he got stripes, I got healing. I'm gonna reiterate this for a reason. What did you get when he got stripes? Did he get stripes? Then what'd you get? Not going to get it, I've got it. Because he got stripes. Hallelujah. The Shane translation says, and through his stripes, healing came to us. So if he received stripes, then healing came to you. He not coming, it came. It's not coming. It's right, so it's not, it only takes God a second. It was stripes were laid on Jesus, healing came to me. Not will, not my, not will, not at some point, it did. The Haup translation says, and to us came healing through his stripes. Glory to God. So what came to me through his stripes? Healing. See, this is where it starts. The thought always is, did he take stripes? Yes, then I got healing. Amen. There can be no simpler truth than that, but yet no more profound truth than that. Because if he did it, see, if he's going to do this, this is how you'll be healed. The McFadden translation says, and his stripes brought healing to us. They did. Hallelujah. So everything concerning healing has to start here. Because that's where it began. When God said in Exodus 15, the first time we talk see him talking about being the healer of his people, it was because Jesus was going to do this. And in God's mind had already completed it. See, Isaiah 53 is God calling the end from the beginning. It's God calling those things that be not as though they were. Wow. So then the question again is, did they whip him? They did. Then I'm healed. Because that's what I got. See, this is so important. If he received stripes, I received healing. Not will. Not it's possible. I did. That's what I received. When I open up that box of salvation and all those compartments in there, and that compartment of healing is there, it's because he took stripes. So I got healing. That's in everybody's box. That's in every believer's box. Everybody. Now, whether they open it or not is up to them. But it's been paid for. Hallelujah. You know, the big thing for me with technology is making sure I know how to use it all. Right? I know people with smartphones, and you know what they do with their smartphones? They make calls. That's all. They make calls. They have a computer greater than the Apollo mission used to get to the moon in their hand, in their pocket, and they make calls with it. Now that's part of it, right? But what else can you do with it? It's a portable office. There's nothing that I can do in my office that I can't do on the road with my phone. So I'm constantly looking. You know, they have an area called tips, and I'm constantly going there because they update it. I'm constantly going there and figuring out how do I do this and how do I do that. Because if I'm going to pay the hundreds of dollars that I'm going to pay to own that phone, I want to know how it operates. If he's going to pay the price that he paid, then I want to receive everything that's in my package. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. And a lot of people flip the box open and they look at that healing part and they say, Well, God can do that. See, it's here. This proves God can. And people will read through the Bible and they'll see where people were healed and they'll say, see, this proves God can. No, it proves that Jesus took stripes, and because he took stripes, healing came to you. If you see anybody healed in the Bible, it is proof that Jesus did what God said he would do. And it's also proof that you can receive what Jesus took stripes on his back for us to receive. Oh, hallelujah. Jesus did this once. And it never has to be done again. Because it produced the Father's desired results. Doesn't have to do it again. That's why your part is believe that what was done is done. Because it nothing has to be done again. Now we're real we're real quick about that where salvation is concerned. But remember something that package of salvation it's salvation. From sin, salvation from hell, salvation from the God of this world, salvation from poverty, salvation from sickness, salvation from bondage in any area. Being saved doesn't just mean missing hell. Being saved doesn't mean just being a new creature. It means salvation, completeness, wholeness in every one of those areas. Amen. And so he did this once, and people believe that about sin and about their eternal salvation. In other words, missing hell and going to heaven. Yes, Jesus paid the price once and for all. There's nothing I have to do exactly for any of it. Any of it. I just have to receive it. Because it's in the package. Hallelujah. You know, somebody could send you a million dollars in a package, and if you don't receive it, how much good is it doing you? You can have need of a million dollars. How many would like that? You know, you get a package with a million dollars in it. Praise the Lord. Right? Are you going to open that package and over here is the box that has your million dollar check in it? Are you going to say, well, if it's their will? No, the box was sent to me. Right? Whose savior is Jesus? Who's my Savior? Now we know He's the whole world's Savior. But you don't say that all the time. When you're talking to people, you don't say, I'm so glad Jesus saved the world. You say, I'm so glad he saved me. Why? Because it's a personal salvation. Amen. So he did this once. It never has to be done again because it produced the Father's desired results. There's a type of this in Exodus 17 and 6. You can write that down or turn there if you want. But in Exodus 17 and 6, you'll remember the people came to Moses and to Aaron and they wanted water. They were running out of water. You know, some estimates are three and one half million people in the desert. They didn't have to be there as long as they were, but you know, you run out of water pretty quick. All the livestock, everything that you have to water and to take care of. But they came and they needed water. And remember what God told Moses? He said, I want you to go to that rock, and I want you to what? I want you to smite the rock. And there will come water out of it that the people may drink. And he did that, and the Bible says that water came out so much that it made rivers in the desert. Right? And it and it watered all the people and all of the livestock. Hallelujah. But notice, what will happen when the rock is smitten? Water's going to come out of it. Right? In Exodus 20, verse 8, they ran into the same issue. And God told Moses this time, he said, I want you to go and stand up on the rock, and I want you to speak to the rock. I want you to speak to it. Exodus 17, he smote the rock, and water came out. Exodus 20, he said, I want you to speak to it. Well, you remember Moses was having a bad day, I guess. And he said, Here now, you rebels, do I have to fetch water out of this rock for you? And it said he smote the rock twice. Well, water came out because God's good and gracious. But remember what God told Moses? Because you didn't exalt me in the face of this people, you're not going into the promised land. Now, why is that important as to what we're talking about? The Bible says in 1 Corinthians 10 4 that Christ was that rock that followed them. Christ cannot be smitten twice. He was only punished once. And what happened when he was punished? What happened when Moses smote that rock? Water came out. Water that produced what? Life. Living, living water, living life. Amen. Smiting the rock twice was an act of unbelief. He said, I want you to speak to the rock. Because Jesus can't suffer again. He suffered once. The Bible says in Hebrews, He suffered once for all men for all time. And that's not only where our salvation as far as our sins are concerned, it's for our bodily healing. He suffered once for it. Hallelujah. So if He did this, I received healing. Amen. When the rock was smote, when the rock was smitten, water came out. From then on, it's voice activated. From then on, it's what I believe and speak. Because the rock has already produced the desired result. And so that's the importance of when you get a negative report, when you have pain in your body, when there's feelings that you may feel this or that or the other. That's the importance of you saying, No, Jesus took stripes on his back, and when he did, I was healed. See, we're not trying to get something, we're enforcing what's already ours. Because the rock's already been smitten, the water already came out, the living life already flowed. Hallelujah. That's why on the cross, when the Roman centurion put the spear in the side of Jesus, blood and water came out. Because he was the rock. It was fulfillment of what God said he was. This has to be something that I feed on. Not just something I go to when I don't feel well. Not just something that I go to when I'm having issues in my body. This is something you're feeding on consistently. Putting your eyes on it consistently, feeding on what he did. Reminding yourself of that. Bringing it up every opportunity that you get. Walking in constant healing requires feeding on healing constantly. Hallelujah. And so again, it's not just knowing it's in there, it's feeding on it regularly. Hallelujah. Do you see that? And so, you know, somebody said something to me one time that just spoke to me. I was I was in Ecuador ministering at a conference at a conference, and uh some of the people that I was with, they were talking to uh the one of the pastors there. They were talking about water, and I know that sounds interesting for we're at healing school, but they made the statement, they said water is life. We know it is. I mean, there's all kinds of things that we could say about that, but water is life. And and healing, the scriptures on healing, the Bible calls the Word of God water. It calls it bread, it calls it life, right? When when if you sit down at the breakfast table and you have a piece of toast, whatever, whatever kind of bread that you eat, you eat sprouted bread or whatever you eat, but whatever the nutrients and the benefits are in that bread, now it's in you. It's not going to be. It is. Every time I partake of the living word, what's in the living word gets in me. Hallelujah. But you know, whatever is in that bread is not going to help you long term if you're not doing it and partaking of it regularly. We've listened we've all known people that they go to the doctor and the doctor finds something and he goes, Look, you need to cut back on this. And immediately they want to start cutting back. Right? Who do I need to preach to? Right? This is important. So what I don't want to do is cut back and get everything back at a good place and then forget that and just go back to what I was doing.

I want to constantly ingest the good things because why? You're every day you're hearing the wrong thing. Every day you're you're hearing about pandemics and diseases and bacterial infections and all these things that are going on in the world. What is that? That's an assault on your belief system that you have already been healed by the stripes of Jesus. And then when symptoms come, it's like, well, if I'm healed, why do I have these symptoms? You have those symptoms because you live in an earth with the curse on it, but thank God, Galatians 3.13 says Christ already, all those decades ago, thousands of years ago, redeemed us from the curse of the law. I'm free from it. Now I have to stand for it because it's remember, it's my package. It's what belongs to me. If Galatians 3.13 wasn't true, the package would have never come to you. But it's true. Amen. Listen, over the years I've seen scores of people healed. I've seen people raised off deathbeds, I've seen blind eyes open, deaf ears open, multiple, so many cases of cancer, I can't remember how many cases of cancers I've seen healed. Heart disease, uh, leukemia, epilepsy, you you name it, allergies so bad that they were on seven different allergy medicines. And I watched God totally heal those people completely. Here's what I learned from that. I don't look at that and say, well, if God healed them, he'll heal you. No, here's the issue. If Jesus took stripes, God will heal you. That's it. It doesn't matter. It doesn't matter if I've never seen anybody healed. If Jesus took stripes, that bought my healing. Amen. And so so we we cannot base it on anything other than what this word says. Look at Matthew chapter 8. Ooh, glory. And see, that is what strengthens your faith. Because faith is not. My pastor says it this way: faith is not nothing. It's something, it's substance. Right? So faith then, that's where faith comes in, where healing is concerned. Faith is always, faith is not based on something God will do. It is based on something God's already said and already done. You know, you can you can believe that someone's going to do something, but you cannot act on what someone's going to do. You can only act on what somebody has done. Now, see, Jesus healed everybody on credit because in the mind of the Father, it was already done. It was already finished. See, the Bible says in Acts 10, 38, how God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and the power that went about doing good and healing all that were oppressed of the devil because why was he healing all? Because God was with him. God was with him. Right? So the Father is the ultimate source of all healing because it's his ultimate will. Somebody had to pay the price for everybody to walk in it. So Jesus came, paid the price to do what? To bring the will of the Father into the earth. See, in the Old Testament, God's healing promises were primarily for one group of people, the Israelites. In the Old Testament, you only see two Gentiles healed. Walking in, naming the Syrian, the Syrian, and the widow at Zarephath, her son raised from the dead. Two Gentiles, two recorded healings of Gentiles. But throughout the four gospels, you see many Gentiles. You see two specific instances, three really with the leper, but in those multitudes, it says multitudes came. It says multitudes came from Tyre and Sidon to be healed. Tyre and Sidon was all Gentiles. Well, if multitudes came and it says he healed them all, how many Gentiles got healed? Multitudes. Why? Because Jesus is the free gift of eternal salvation to everybody that will believe on him, but also the free gift of the salvation of healing to everybody that will believe on him. Hallelujah. I hope I'm helping you because I've, man, I've four or five times I've preached myself happy already. Amen. See, this is so important. And so what we have to have and what we need to see is teaching and preaching along these lines, not that God's going to do something, but there's something God's already done. And because God's already done it, I've already received something. And here's the issue. You might you might be watching online, maybe here today, but you might be just finding out that you can open that package up. Well, just open her up. Right? And just partake freely. Because what did the Bible say? It said Jesus told the uh Syrophonician woman, what did he say? Healing is the children's bread. Whoo, glory. You know, bread, bread is not, in most cases now, I understand there are occasions, but in most cases, bread is not a full course. Right? You never go to somebody's house and say, well, what are we having for dinner? Bread. Really? Hmm. Honey, we're gonna be stopping on the way home because we're gonna be hungry. Right? But but but it it might be an appetizer. You know, you go to some restaurants and they they bring you out some bread with some oil and got some spices in it, if that's what you like. And and, you know, other things, they they put different things on it. Go to an Italian restaurant, they'll bring you some brucetta, you know, out, but it's just it's bread. But it's an appetizer, it's not the meal. Jesus said healing was the children's bread. It's part of the meal, it's not the meal, it's part of it. It's not the whole thing. In other words, it comes with the meal. I heard Bill Winston talking one time, preaching one time, and he said he was at a certain out of food truck around the Chicago area. One that he liked to go to, get some barbecue chicken. And he said he was behind a lady, and she had ordered her meal and uh uh was looking in her bag. He said she stopped and looked in her bag. Then she looked up, actually walked off and then came back and walked back up to the window and said, Hey, hey, do bread come with this? And he said, Man, it hit me. Bread comes with it. Healing is the children's bread. I got the meal and bread comes with it. This is important. Why? Because Jesus said, I'm the bread that came down from heaven. In me, in my name, in me is everything that you need. In Matthew 8, verse 16, it says, When the evening was come, they brought unto him many that were possessed with devils, and he cast out the spirit with his work, the spirits with his word, and healed all that were sick. Hallelujah. Now, we're going to read the next verse, but very often we people read that and they go, Well, that was Jesus. Jesus could heal everybody. Well, but what's more important that you see is that the provision was made for everybody. Not just that he healed them. Why did he heal them? Because the provision was there. What if the provision to only heal 500 of these people was there? Then it would say he healed 500 and told the rest to go home. This is important. Well, Pastor, you know, but that's just, no, you got to think that way. If he healed all, then are you part of all? Are you all? Right? We're in Arkansas. Are you y'all? Right? You know, if I say y'all, I mean every one of y'all. Can't be one of us missing out of y'all. If you are a Yankee, you all. Right? I'm just. This is important. He healed them all. If I was looking at these people, I'd say, Jesus healed y'all. Healed all of y'all. Well, here's are you part of all? Say it out loud, I'm part of all. Amen. Say this. If Jesus healed all then, he's healed me now. Because I'm part of all. Hallelujah. Now notice that it might be fulfilled, which was spoken by Isaiah the prophet, saying himself took our infirmities and bare our sicknesses. Oh, hallelujah. So what did how why did Jesus heal all? Based on what Isaiah said he would do. Now there's an argument, and and well, let me, I'm gonna, I'm gonna go on before I get into that. One translation says, He took away the things that made us weak. Wow. Whatever can make you weak, he took it away. He took away the things that make us sick. Oh, hallelujah! Now that makes me just want to shout. Amen. If Clifton was here, I'd tell him to run for me. Hallelujah. This is important because he took away the things that make us weak. He took away the things that make us sick. Now think about that. Have you ever been at the table at a restaurant and you finish a drink or you finish your meal and they come and that well, they say, Can I take that? Can I take it away? Are you done with this? Can I take are you done with sickness? Are you done with that? That's what Jesus said when you got saved. He said, Let me take it away. Right? He came and he took it away. He took the things that make us weak. See, that's got to be in your mouth. Even if there's weakness in your body, he took the things that make me weak. Don't don't don't agree with the weakness that he took away. He took the things that make us sick. Whoo, glory. Well, what does that mean? He made provision for whatever comes up. So whatever bacterial infection may show up, or whatever pandemic, or whatever, whatever it is, he took it away. Yeah, but that's a new strain. Doesn't matter. He took it away. God left nothing uncovered. Hallelujah. My immune system may need to gain knowledge on how to fight it, but the word of God will give my immune system that knowledge. Glory to God. So that's what I've got to be in agreement about. One translation says, He will take upon himself our infirmities, and he will take away our sicknesses. Now, see, then again the question is, did he take our infirmities on him? Yes. Then he took away my sickness. See, God, the reason it's so important that you understand that God sits outside of time is he does not see these things in time increments.

God always has been, God is, God always will be. That's a timeless being. And so when God looks at this, he doesn't look at it as a time frame. When he said, when he told Jesus, this is what I need you to do, and Jesus said, Okay, done. The going through it, the going through the physical aspect of it was for us, not for Jesus and not for God. It was for us. We have a time frame that we can point back because we're time-ruled beings. We have a time frame that we can point back to and say over 2,000 years ago Jesus took stripes on his back. And when he did, I was healed. Because that makes sense to me. I'm a time-ruled being. God is not a time-ruled being. This was just as if it had already been done. He had not gone to the cross yet. He had not taken stripes on his back, but in God's mind it's already done because I've already decreed it. I said it prophetically through the prophet Isaiah. So it's already done. It's already finished. Woo! Another translation says, He took away our illnesses and lifted our diseases from us. When? When he took stripes on his back. Did he take stripes on his back? Yes, he did. Then your diseases were lifted from you. Your illnesses were lifted from you. Hallelujah. Yeah, but I'm still dealing with this. Yeah, but it's already been lifted. It's already gone. And so that's why no matter what you're dealing with, your response is, I'm the healed of the Lord. Your response is I'm healed and doing fine in Jesus' name. Yeah, but I know, I know what they're going through. Listen, listen, we're going based on what Jesus did. Hallelujah. Look at Matthew 12. Matthew chapter 12. I'm glad you came today. Matthew chapter 12 and verse 15. It says, When Jesus knew it, he withdrew himself from there, and great multitudes followed him. Notice, and he healed them all. He healed them all. Now, he didn't talk to all of them. He healed them all. He healed all of them. No way that he could heal everybody, talk to everybody. Take too long. But he healed them all based on what? Isaiah 53. Isaiah 53. He healed them all. What did he do when he saw sick people come? Healed them. All. Here it is again. Are you part of all? Then what will he do? Heal you. Hallelujah. Then uh Luke chapter 6. There's so much here. Luke chapter 6. And verse 19. It says, and the whole multitude sought to touch him, for there went virtue out of him and healed them all. And healed them all. So again, we're we're dealing with multitudes, an innumerable amount of people. There's no way to count them, especially during this day and age. No way to count them. And the provision there is virtue went out of him and what did it do? Healed them all. Healed them all. Hallelujah. Well, again, are you part of all? Then that virtue is there for you. Where's that virtue today? In the word. In the word. In the word. That's why I've been teaching on this. That's why you've got to give as much respect to the written word as you would if Jesus was standing here in person. Because that's where the virtue, that's where the power is kept today. The book of Romans, chapter 1, says that the gospel, the word of God, is the power of God unto salvation. Not just talking about salvation in terms of salvation from sin, salvation, period. Amen. Healed them all based on what? Isaiah 53. Amen. That's why when you read through the gospels and you read through, you know, Jesus healed people by touch. He healed people by word. He healed people by command. Right? There are people he healed just by giving the command. Go your way, your sons healed. Go your way, your servants healed. Go your way, your daughters healed. Right? Then he laid hands on people, laid hands on their eyes and said, See, and they saw. Put his fingers in the deaf man's ears and said, Be open, then it was. Touch the dumb man's tongue and said, Be loose, then it was. But then there were times he just gave, he just spoke to the multitudes and said, be healed, and they were all healed. There were times people reached out and touched his clothes. We see that twice. The woman with the issue of blood and the people here. There went virtue out of him and healed them all. Here's the point. God wants people healed so much, he's not concerned about the avenue of how they get healed. It's just the the healing's gonna flow through whatever avenue is open for people to receive. Hallelujah. When you look through the book of Acts, people were healed by the laying on of hands. People were healed by command. The Bible says that Peter went into the city and that there was Aeneas that had been laying there all those years paralyzed. And it said he went up to him and said, Aeneas, Jesus of Nazareth, heals you. And says he got up. Didn't touch him, didn't pray, didn't lay hands on him, just said, Aeneas, get up. In Acts 14, it says that Paul was ministering at Lystra, and that there's a man there that was paralyzed in his legs from his mother's womb, had never been able to walk. And it said that as he heard Paul preach, that faith came to him. And it says Paul looked at him and said with a loud voice, stand upright on your feet and walk. No hands, didn't touch him, get up and walk. Why could he say that? Why could he make that command? Because of Isaiah 53. Why could Peter go to Aeneas and say, Look, you've been paralyzed all these years. Now get up, Jesus makes you whole. When did Jesus make Aeneas whole? The same time he made you whole. When? When he took stripes on his back. Hallelujah. Do you see that? When Peter had to pray for Lydia, when he had to pray for Dorcas, who had died, she was dead, not just sick, she died. He was in the room with this dead body. And he says he put all the people out, turned around and prayed, and turning to the body, said, didn't go lay hands on her, didn't lay on her seven times like Elijah had to on the that boy. Right? He turned to her instead. Why? Because even the boy in the New Test in the Old Testament that was raised from the dead by Elijah, it was based on Isaiah 53. He bore our sicknesses. Our is indicative of the people of God. God wants to heal everybody, but it's not everybody's covenant right. It's our covenant right as believers to be healed. God wants to heal everybody. But if a person will become a believer, they have a blood right now to be healed because there's blood between them and God. So he turned to that body. He turned to Dorcas and said, Dorcas, I say to you, arise. And she said, Uh. What did he do that on? Based on Isaiah 53. Acts 19. It says that so many people were in need of healing. That Paul sent aprons and handkerchiefs that he had either prayed over or handled in his hands. And it said that as he sent them out, that the people that received him, if they had demon possession, the demons were driven out of them. And if they need healing in their body, that health came to them. He never even touched these people. We don't even have an indication he ever saw them. What did he do that? Based on Isaiah 53. Now we lay hands on cloths and send them out to people based on Acts 19. They did it based on Isaiah 53. See, that's why the crux of this is this is where it starts. Amen. If I'm part of all and he healed them all, then it's for me. Oh, glory. Look at Matthew 4. Now, this is important if you have different things, maybe, that's going on. Matthew 4, 23. It says, Jesus went about all Galilee teaching in their synagogues and preaching the gospel of the kingdom and healing. All manner of sickness and all manner of disease among the people. Now that's all different types. Center Column reference says every disease. Hallelujah. And his fame went throughout all Syria. Now, Syria, here we got some Gentiles. Fame went throughout all Syria. And what did Syria do? They brought unto him all sick people that were taken with different diseases and torments, and those that were possessed with devils, and those which were lunatic, and those that had the palsy. And what did he do? He healed them. Based on what? Isaiah 53. One translation says, and he healed every kind of sickness and disease. So here it is. You're part of all, and it doesn't matter what sickness and disease you're dealing with. Isaiah 53 covers it. The report of his miracles spread far beyond the borders of Galilee, so sick folk were soon coming to be healed from as far away as Syria. And whatever their illness or pain, or if they were possessed by demons or were insane or paralyzed, he healed them all. One translation says, if they weren't right in the head, he healed them. Now here's why I say this, because you'll hear people, they'll talk about, you know, physical healing, diseases, sicknesses, and things like that. But then when it comes to things like mental disorders and it comes to things like depression and and uh uh you know bipolar and all these things that are real things, I'm not making light of that. But but they act like that that's not as big a concern to Jesus as this other. It's just as big a concern because Jesus healed them too. So what does that mean? That can be healed. Depression can be healed, bipolarism can be healed, anxiousness can be healed. You don't have to suffer with panic attacks, you don't have to deal with it. Because Jesus paid the price for me to be free. Oh, hallelujah! You know, now these people, Syria, Syria was 60 to 80 miles from Galilee. That's where Jesus ministered. So these people in that day are coming 60 to 80 miles. It took them days to get to Jesus. But they did. Now, here's the beauty. We don't have to go days. He's in us. It's already been done. Whoo, glory to God. So there's no disease or sickness that Isaiah 53 doesn't cover. And I want to say this as well. And there's no sickness or disease that's harder or easier to heal. Because here's why. If you're watching or sitting here with a cold today, you can't heal yourself of a cold. Have you ever had the hiccups, hiccups? Could you cure them? Nope. I know there are people that say they have cures, they don't. Because they they don't look at me that way. You're looking at me like I do. No. Nobody does. Right? If if a person gets a cold, there's nothing they can do, they just gotta start medicating. Why to help put down the symptoms and let their immune system fight it? Here's the point that I'm making. So is it easier to heal cancer or to heal a cold? It's the same to God. Men put the hard level on it. Well, I mean, God's healed me of the flu, but you know, they're talking about I got sugar diabetes. And is that not part of all? See, this is how I think. And I don't talk to everybody this way because, you know, I mean, I've had people say, you just put pressure on me to believe the word. Well, what else am I supposed to put pressure on you about to just be sick? I don't want to just pet you and just say it's gonna be okay, and you know, we'll get through it some kind of way. No, that's religion. That's dead-dry dogma and religion. The life-giving word of God says this if you'll believe God and take him at his word, eventually, here's what's gonna happen, and I'm gonna use the word eventually for a reason. If you take the God at his word, eventually you cannot help but be healed. Why? It's an impossibility. Because the life of God's word, now remember what I'm saying, you're taking God at his word. You're not just saying God's gonna do it, you're taking God at his word. No, stripes were laid on Jesus' back, and because stripes were laid on Jesus' back, I received healing. You cannot take that and put it in your mouth and believe it for too long of a period of time, and you'll receive what God said already belonged to you. Amen. And so that's why you attack everything with that same fervor. Because God doesn't want you to have any of it. Right? That's why you attack allergies, you attack sinuses, you attack colds, you attack all of it. Right? Remember we read the verse? He took away the things that make us weak, he took away the things that make us sick. So I'm not weak in my legs, weak in my back, weak in my mind, weak in my eyes, weak in my ears, I'm not weak in my heart, I'm not weak in any area of my body. Why? Because he said he takes weakness in the book of Isaiah, he takes weakness and gives us strength. Then that have no strength, what's he do? He increases their might. Based on what? Isaiah 53. Oh, how so don't big, don't start believing people when they say, Well, this is what's gonna happen, and that's what's gonna happen. You're gonna reach this age, and this is gonna fall apart, and that's gonna fall apart, and you're not gonna be able to do this, and you I'm gonna be able to do whatever I want, whenever I want, as long as I want. That's what I gotta decide. Amen. Let me finish. 1 Peter 2. You knew we'd get there because this is the Bible says this one statement three times. And we we look at all of them because all of them have a frame of reference, not a time frame so much, but Isaiah 53, he said, look, this is what's gonna happen to the Messiah, and when he does this, healing's gonna come. Matthew 8 says that Jesus, in fulfillment of that prophecy, not fulfillment in the sense of he will not heal nobody, but fulfillment that Isaiah's words were true, that the Messiah is gonna take stripes on his back, and it would be for our healing, our being the emphasis, everybody that would believe on Jesus. All right, would be healed, and he said they were based on that. Then Peter comes here in 1 Peter and 2 and 24, and he says, concerning Jesus, who his own self bare our sins in his body to the tree, that we being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness. Now, most believers have no problem with that. He took my sin to the tree, and because he did, I became righteous. They'll say they're they're made righteous. They may not call themselves righteous, but they'll say they were. But it's not finished. That's just part of the package. And with his stripes, by whose stripes, by whose stripes you were healed. Right? So the the emphasis is his own self, Jesus, by whose stripes you were, wow, healed. You were. So if he took stripes, I was healed. My provision for healing was given to me. It's mine. Amen. You know, I have some accounts for Liliana. I started when she was really small, and uh, one college account, and we're working on some other things, and you know that that uh every quarter the the the uh financial firm sends me, you know, what how that account's doing, you know, her college account. And uh every time I'll take it and I'll say, come on, come in here and sit down with me, and we'll look at it. And I'll say, Now this is what you got in your education fund, right? You know the the it says owner, Liliana Steele. Can I tell you something? Do you know Liliana Steele has not put one dollar in that account? I have put all the dollars in that account. But listen, who's gonna get the benefit? She is. Right? She is. She calls that her account. Is it now now think about this? If you think about it, you know, is it hers when she didn't pay the price? Yeah, because I chose to make it hers because I was willing to pay the price. So he said, I took stripes so you could have your healing. Say it out loud, healing is mine. Say, Jesus took stripes, so healing could be mine. Wow. Hallelujah. So every time you open up the word, it's like the father taking you over to the couch like I do her and saying, let's look what's in your account. Look here. Man, look what we deposited. That's what you get. Right? Hallelujah. Because healing is mine, it belongs to me. The Amplified Bible says he personally bore our sins in his body on a tree as an altar and offered himself on it that we might die, cease to exist to sin, and live to righteousness. Now, here it is. By his wounds you have been healed. So everyone healed today is healed by Isaiah 53. Every person. And here's why. I mean, we could say that, you know, we're healed by 1 Peter 2.24. That's absolutely uh correct. But 1 Peter 2.24 is quoting Isaiah 53, 5. Matthew 8, 16, 17, and 18 is quoting Isaiah 53, 5. It's all based on that. Hallelujah. Glory to God. And that healing power is flowing through you right now. It's there. What why? How is it flowing through you? Nobody's laid hands on you because it's part of your DNA. It's part of your spiritual inheritance. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Father, we thank you today. We worship your precious name. We magnify you. We thank you for the healing of your people, the healing of those watching online, the healing of those in this room, Father. Lord, we thank you that what we've seen in the scripture today is that Jesus indeed truly, without question, took stripes upon his back. And when he did, we received healing. We received it. Father, we want to say that right, not so we could, not so it could be possible. We received it. Because he said, He took stripes and you got healing. And so when he took those stripes, we got healing. And so we choose to believe that we're healed in the name of Jesus. We choose to believe that those blood sugar levels are leveling out. Father, we're doing our part because you've already done your part. I'm going to do everything, Father. We're going to do everything in our natural lives that we can do to align ourselves with what you've already done. And so, Father, I thank you. I praise you for it in the name of Jesus. Yes, Lord, I decree that that pancreas excretes the proper amount of insulin for a healthy activity in that body in the name of Jesus. It will not be too much or too little, it'll be just the right amount. I declare that that heart beats with the rhythm of life, that that heart beats perfectly, not too fast and not too slow, but perfectly in the name of Jesus. Father, I thank you that you are the creator of all things and you created all things to function perfectly. Father, you have never created anything and said, I need to pull that off the line because it's faulty. Everything that you created, you created to function perfectly in the name of Jesus. And so every cell, every organism, every rogue cell is brought into captivity to the word. Every dormant cell is brought alive by the word of God. I command the proper amount of red blood cells to function in that body in the name of Jesus. I demand in Jesus' name that if need be that they overcome and dissolve and devour those rogue cells that are attempting to populate that body to a level that's inordinate and incorrect. You shall have the proper amount of red blood cells, and you shall have the proper amount of enzymes, and it shall function the way that the Lord created it to function. Now, Father, we thank you. We praise you and glorify you for it in Jesus' name. Amen. Amen. Hallelujah.
