Being with God—releasing striving, fear, overthinking, and spiritual exhaustion as we return to the living presence of the Holy Spirit. In this final episode of the Knowing God series, we are guided into the sacred practice of resting with God beyond performance, knowledge, or spiritual striving.

Through prayer, reflection, and devotional sound, this episode explores the difference between knowing about God and truly being with God in direct communion. Themes of humility, surrender, stillness, spiritual rebirth, and emotional purification unfold as we soften into Divine presence and allow old identities to fall away. We are reminded that every challenge can become an invitation back into prayer, intimacy, and deeper trust in God’s love.

Perfect for moments of overwhelm, disconnection, burnout, or when you long to rest in the peace of God, this episode offers a return to holy stillness and Divine communion.

Grand rising, my family. Welcome to another morning in heaven. Beloved God, eternal creator, holy mother, holy father, the king, the queen of all of the universe. Thank you so much for granting me another day here in your heavenly creation. Thank you for my health. Thank you for the way that you have guided my life. You have kept me safe. Thank you for all of the luxuries that I sometimes take for granted. My eyes are so focused on the things that I lack, on the things that I worry about, on the things that I might lose. But today, God, I meet you in this brand new day as I lift my eyes to the greatness of abundance that I have in my life. And how my life is so much better than what some of my other human brothers and sisters are enduring right now in chronic sickness and homelessness and war-torn places. So beloved God, I find great gratitude in my heart and spirit today to know that I have been granted such privileges in this lifetime. And I intend to know that these privileges are from you, God, and to seek with my whole heart, God, why is it that some people are suffering so immensely in this life, and yet you have created safety in my life? What do you intend to use me for? Beloved God, I greet you today to offer you all of me. And I pray that today's mornings in heaven can just bring us into being with you so much so that we open our eyes to all of the goodness that you have placed in our life and all of the purpose that you intend for our future. And today's theme is being with God. Without striving, without thinking. So much to struggle with. But our whole life changes. When we can simply be in the presence of God, the presence of the Holy Spirit. Which is such a pure love that if we're not creating time and space to just be with this love, it can feel like it's too much to bear. We might feel unworthy or uncomfortable with how pure, how beautiful, how profoundly loving God's presence truly is. And yet, if we're just running around in our mind seeking information and knowledge, we're missing the point in the same way, religionist. Being with God requires our humility, requires us to be willing to be demolished, willing to allow all that is not founded upon stone to collapse and fall away. When Jesus tells his followers to follow him, they're asked to leave their old life behind. And those versions of ourselves, we feel safe. We feel attached. So, beloved God, Holy Spirit, we pray that you all descend the essence of God, the purity of God, the sanctity of God. The presence of the Holy Spirit fills up our space. I pray that the Holy Spirit comes into contact with your heart, with your senses, that your awareness becomes aware of the living presence of God that is always here with you. I pray that you feel the presence of God through your pores. And that it brings you to life in all the places where you are dying in the spirit. Beloved God, I pray that you will help us see all the ways that we avoid just being here with you. Anytime I tell myself I don't have time to pray, I don't have time to sit in stillness, we are at war. The enemy is lying in our ear and keeping us from the very thing that gives us clarity, that gives us efficiency and effectiveness. When we don't know how to be with God, we can never plug ourselves back into the source of all energy. We become exhausted, we spin our wheels. Taking a deep breath and landing here in the sound field, carrying the frequencies of the Holy Spirit. For me, the Holy Spirit rarely feels male. There is a sweetness, there is a light, there is a kindness, very much like a mother. So just be here with me for a while as we sit and be with the presence of our God. Beloved God, the Holy Mother, Holy Father, the eternal creator of all of living creation. Loving God, I pray that you will envelop me with the Holy Spirit today. That not a moment goes by where I do not feel your presence with me. There's no place that I can be where your light does not shine. And so, beloved God, I pray that you will demolish all the walls, that you will re-enliven all the numbness in my nervous system, that you will purify all of the emotional stagnation, and just help me clear everything that keeps me from being able to feel and be and sit and hear you every moment of my day. I pray that if any moment I feel stressed or fearful, in any moment today, that I am inspired to go deep into prayer, that I begin to experience every challenge in my life. It's just a calling to get closer to you, God. I pray that I begin to see all the challenges of my life and my day as a reminder to get back into that holy place with you. And let me remember that you have never let me down. You have never abandoned me. With everything is your holy purpose. Thank you, God, thank you, God, thank you, God.
