SPEAKER_02Welcome to Insight the Investment Case here at the One-to-One Mining Investment Conference in London. I'm Enna Prosky with Everton Media, and I'm your guest host today. With me is Roger Rosmus. He's founder, CEO, and director of Goliath Resources. Goliath is exploring in one of the most talked-about gold districts in British Columbia, the Golden Triangle. The Sereva Discovery on the Goldiga program is the one that we're going to talk about. Roger, beautiful, great having you here again after Cape Town.
SPEAKER_01Yes. Not as warm as Cape Town, but we'll take it.
SPEAKER_02Anyways, we we have to take it, right? We can't change it.
SPEAKER_01Exactly. At least it's not raining.
SPEAKER_02At least, yeah, that's that's a good thing. That's true. Roger, give us a quick rundown on anybody who doesn't know you and the company.
SPEAKER_01Sure. Uh essentially, uh, you know, founded the company in 2017 uh with a vision of um hopefully finding the next high-grade gold discovery in the Golden Triangle of Northwestern British Columbia. Uh, based on what we have found to date. Looks like we're on to uh, you know, a tier one asset at the end of the day. While we've drilled uh close to 160,000 meters uh into the a brand new system. It was grassroots, uh never been drilled before because it was covered under glaciers and permanent snowpack. And we have a hundred percent hit rate. Uh, we've hit on every hole.
SPEAKER_00Amazing.
SPEAKER_01And yeah, it's it's incredible actually. It's about 400 holes and uh we have about 1,500 pierce points. And the reason why we're able to do that, because we have a series of stacked veins uh over 1.2 kilometers. Yeah. It's kind of like a layer cake. And then the size itself is about 1.8 square kilometers. The footbit that we know now uh remains open, uh laterally emit depth. Uh another unique feature of this discovery is 92% of those holes actually have visible gold. We love visible gold. We love VG, uh visible gold to the naked eye, our VG NE.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_01And um, yeah, we had a massive drill program last year, so we expanded the system by at least 30%. Uh, and uh this year we're fully funded for a 50,000 meter drill program, which about to kick off uh in the next coming weeks here. Uh we just brought on uh Alan Edwards, a uh veteran uh engineer in the mining space to help us with uh some things to advance the project and uh look forward to working with him. And I look forward to uh you know start drilling. You know, I've had multiple questions, very common uh question here today at the the one-to-one end yesterday is you know what keeps me up at night. Good question. It is a good question. And you know what? It's uh the excitement of we're gonna be drilling, and I can't wait.
SPEAKER_02That is exciting. That's that's what we're here for, right? We want to start drilling. So when we look at gold, like it's there, everybody talks about it, it's at its almost ever high.
SPEAKER_01Yes.
SPEAKER_02Um, why should people look out for your project? Because there are quite a few out there.
SPEAKER_01There are uh 100% hit rate, uh, our shareholder register, you know, Crestcat Capital, um Rob McEwen, McEwan Mining, or McEwan Inc., uh, Wartaw Advisors, uh, Eric Sprott, uh Quentin Henning, like those are all sort of uh cornerstone uh investors in our in our story.
SPEAKER_02That's good. Um when we look at Surabat, what does that what does it make it so different?
SPEAKER_01The Sherbet. Uh it was named Sherbet.
SPEAKER_02Surebet, sorry. That's all right.
SPEAKER_01Uh it's um uh when it was discovered, again, you know, glaciers receded, permanent snowpack, is we discovered uh essentially two kilometers of mineralization at surface. So we're in a mountain. Yeah. So up the uh south slope for a kilometer, wraps around like a horseshoe, went down the north slope for another 1.1 kilometers. So we saw two kilometers of gold outcropping at surface or mineralized um veining. And so that was a sure bat, and that's how it got its name.
SPEAKER_02Thank you for clarifying that why it's called the way. Um, you said you can't wait to start drilling. What other milestones do you have for 2026?
SPEAKER_01Uh really, it's about expansion of the system. You know, we hope to continue expanding the sure um the bonanza, well, basically the various loads. Uh, one of the bigger loads, I guess, is going to provide most of the material. Um in a you know, potential mining scenario. Uh, we're gonna expand off to the uh northeast, east, and southeast. We can actually see it outcropping for almost three kilometers at surface. Uh, is it all mineralized? Well, we'll find out. But that's uh I'm really excited to again expand on the uh the known horizon that we have.
SPEAKER_02A lot of people out there do know the Golden Triangle are following the gold story, but if they have not heard about your project, why should they know it?
SPEAKER_01Why should they not? Is uh I'm not sure whether watching videos and what have you, but obviously with this program, we'll they'll reach out so to some more people.
SPEAKER_02Amazing. Uh one big topic right now with what's happening in the world is risk. Risk is there, obviously, with a young project out there, there's a lot of risk happening. What do you do as a project to minimize or to just manage risk that can come up on the horizon?
SPEAKER_01Um I mean, risk itself, we've we've proven the system is there, it's predictable, the continuity is there. Raising capital has never been an issue for us. Um, you know, uh I did do a uh a $10 million financing with McKewin Mining or McKew and Eggnow MUX. Uh instead of taking cash, I took their stock at $11.50. That's now trading close to $35. We essentially have a three-bagger for the shareholders, non-dilutive, which is fantastic. And um risk is really at this point uh being able to raise capital, but you know, in the current market, it's never been an issue for us, uh, even in the hard times. So it hasn't been an issue. We've always done up rounds, and uh the idea is to find the the full uh um size of the system. So, you know, the risk is maybe it's only another kilometer of strike, or maybe it's only a half a kilometer, maybe we don't know. We just don't know. But that's the exciting part of uh exploration, you know, we're treasure hunting.
SPEAKER_02That is very true. You've drilled 110 holes, hit gold. We did, yeah, in every one of them. And what was the moment when you thought this really is something special?
SPEAKER_01Um, yeah, the 110 holes that was last year. We've drilled like close to 400 holes. Again, 92% have visible gold. So that's pretty unique. Uh our geologists, our young geos, have never seen so much gold in the core uh ever in their entire careers, young careers, and even some of the older uh uh geos haven't seen as much VG in the core. So it's it's a very unique uh uh I can't call it a deposit, a very unique system that we have found that will soon be a deposit at some future date. And I believe will be a mine one day.
SPEAKER_02Okay, and one final thing, you brought two beautiful pieces here. Yes, yes, give us a little bit of uh in this is hole 260.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. Um I don't know if the camera can see that, but uh this was rated uh the 15th highest grade hole announced in the world uh by Northern Miner last year.
SPEAKER_00Okay.
SPEAKER_01It was about 39 meters, uh, just over 34 grams per ton gold equivalent.
SPEAKER_00Yep.
SPEAKER_01Uh and again, the gold equivalency in this system uh is roughly 90 to 95 percent gold. Uh and this here is uh from jackpot, uh, showing this came from uh an outcropping vein uh about a kilometer away from the main sure bed area. So you know we feel the system continues for another one kilometer and change over to jackpot. Uh and this ran uh just over 21 ounces of gold.
SPEAKER_02Wow.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, so this is very exciting stuff that keeps me up at night.
SPEAKER_02Like that's a perfect finisher. That's what keeps you up at night. Thank you, Roger. Great, thank you. This story is definitely a very interesting one. 110 holes, 100% hit rate, visible gold in the majority of them, and a twin 2026 season that's now targeting the motherlord. In the Golden Triangle, in a gold market at record highs, the timing could not be better. I'm Anna Prosky with Abbotson Media here at the one-to-one mining conference in London. Thank you.
