Living in Arizona while his mother was in Northern California, he found himself navigating medical decisions, legal responsibilities, and emotional realities all at once, with no roadmap and no prior experience.

As his mother faced serious health challenges, Kevin quickly realized how overwhelming the system can be. From trying to communicate with hospitals to searching for the right support, he discovered a major gap: there are resources available but most families don’t know what they’re called, where to find them, or who they can trust.

This experience became the catalyst for everything he does today.

Now working closely with seniors and their families, Kevin helps guide people through one of the most complex transitions of their lives combining real estate expertise with compassion, understanding, and firsthand experience.
