Brevity
Charcoal City... a bustling metropolis to most... but to Dioptase, the world renown and anonymous street artist... a canvas.
When a painting bought by a local tattooist is revealed to be of incredible value, the procurer and her friends find themselves targeted by the corrupt parties that want it for themselves.
In order to preserve the message and keep the painting out of the hands of a villainous mob family, the mysterious creator must intervene while circumnavigating their own complicated connections to the predicament.
Brevity is a mini-series saga of art, crime, family, friendship, labor, and hidden identity.

SPEAKER_03All right, ladies and gentlemen, we will begin our descent here in the next couple of minutes. So please return to your seats, collect your belongings, and fasten those seat belts for landing. Thank you again for flying with us as always, and we will be on the ground shortly.
SPEAKER_01Wait, wait, so what happened to the painting?
SPEAKER_02Well, it's currently locked up in the evidence cage somewhere at the CCPD until the trial's over, I'm sure. But thanks to the audio capture that Gage got in Reuben Archimbow's office, along with the testimony from Jim in the Cafe Barista, I'm hopeful that it'll eventually be returned to me. Oh well, that's a relief. But then it'll be delivered to Mr. Haroldson. Oh? We made a deal, and I intend on honoring it. I offered him the painting in exchange for a one-time use of his helicopter and a donation made to the Footman's International Trust. With all of the known Archimbow assets frozen, there was no way to make the money benefit and pension payments that were owed to the members. Mr. Haroldson donated enough to make all the members whole and then some. He even funded the search for an entire new executive board. My friend Freddy's dad has even been nominated for trustee.
SPEAKER_01Wow, I would have never expected such an amazing story from simply asking about your fresh snowflake tattoo.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, I guess it was a long way of saying that it's a reminder of a profound artist and a courageous friend. That is really sweet and sad.
SPEAKER_01So what are your plans in Budapest? Visiting for that famous Hungarian cuisine?
SPEAKER_02I do love me some goulash, but mostly I'm looking forward to spending some time with my friends.
SPEAKER_04After departing the plane, Coral walks through the busy international airport to the pre-planned meeting spot at Baggage Claim. Gage, Jem, Laszlo, Ephraim, and Freddie are already there waiting for her, having previously landed on an earlier flight. Once the carousel begins, Coral grabs her duffel bag of supplies and the team heads toward the airport exit. They have a private art gallery to infiltrate and a rendezvous with the Bear Pod Billboard Eagle that they don't intend on missing. Special thanks to Casey Johnston, Rick and Terry Kebler, Johnny Flanagan, Eric Maldonado, Seth Stewart, and all the wonderful actors that contributed to this production. Thank you for listening.
