In this episode of The Gregor & Hattie Podcast, Gregor and Hattie take you behind the scenes of the final stop of the Define World Tour in Manchester - the biggest event of the tour and a weekend packed with fitness, content creation, networking and inspiration.

They share what it's really like attending a major fitness event as Define athletes, from meeting followers and taking photos to training alongside athletes from around the world. The pair discuss the power of community, the friendships formed through fitness, and why events like these bring together people who might otherwise never meet.

Gregor and Hattie also open up about their recent struggles with motivation and content creation while balancing the demands of growing Race The Frame. They reflect on lessons learned from some of the industry's top creators, including the importance of consistency, building a schedule, collaborating with others and staying authentic online.

The conversation also covers athlete life behind the scenes, the challenges of international travel, hilarious event moments, gym challenges, favourite Define collections, networking tips, and why being "annoying" on social media might actually be the key to growth.

If you're interested in fitness, content creation, entrepreneurship or building a personal brand, this episode is packed with practical insights, honest reflections and plenty of laughs along the way.

SPEAKER_02

My name's Gregor.

SPEAKER_00

And my name's Hattie.

SPEAKER_02

And this is the Gregor and Hattie Podcast.

SPEAKER_00

Where we're going to talk everything gym, life, relationship, work, a bit of everything, really.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah. And also you guys, as we'd love you to get involved. Welcome back to episode eight. That's crazy. We've done eight episodes.

SPEAKER_00

Crazy? And we've had another crazy week.

SPEAKER_02

No, we actually have. So we've just come back from such an amazing event. Yeah. Um, to find took us to Manchester for the end of world tour.

SPEAKER_00

Yes. So they've where have where else have they been?

SPEAKER_02

They've been to Miami.

SPEAKER_00

LA.

SPEAKER_02

Melbourne.

SPEAKER_00

Amsterdam.

SPEAKER_02

Yep.

SPEAKER_00

And that's it.

SPEAKER_02

That's it. And then we were the last one.

SPEAKER_00

And then Manchester. And Manchester was the biggest.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

The biggest of the best.

SPEAKER_02

The other ones were a little bit smaller, weren't they? Apparently, I think they were just like in gyms.

SPEAKER_00

In a in a gym, yeah. But this was in Manchester Depot, I don't know how to say it.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, I think it's Warehouse Project. So if you like Raven, you'll probably know. But it's it was where Rav uh Warehouse Project is.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. Perfect place for it though.

SPEAKER_02

Unreal. It was like I don't know how they turned like something that's like pretty much abandoned to what it was. Like it's so cool. Yeah. How would you explain at like an event of like what what those events hold? Like what would you say to someone, oh yeah, these events do that? Because obviously people don't know if they've never been to an event like that, they wouldn't know what to expect, right?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. I guess it's just like first of all, the tickets free. So like it's just to bring the community together. Not really they're not gaining like from getting the tickets, are they? It's just literally to bring the community together. There's so many activities you can win th free things in there. So many girls go on their own as well. I know. So it's just it's a really good opportunity to meet people, yeah. Like like-minded people, because a lot of people, their friends from school or like their friends that they've got at home, aren't necessarily into the same thing, aren't like don't love the gym and love the same sort of things. So it's a good place to go to actually meet people that are similar. And they might be from like local to you, you never know where they've come from.

SPEAKER_02

We even spoke to girls that messaged on TikTok, they messaged each other on TikTok.

SPEAKER_00

And then they stayed together.

SPEAKER_02

And then they stayed together. They actually met each other, like they purposely met each other at the uh event and they just had the chatted like a week before. How cool is that?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02

I love that.

SPEAKER_00

But and then what else what else happens? There's like challenges, yeah. Um meet and greets, QA. So if you want to feel inspired, QA's are really, really good to go and listen to. Um and that's it, it's just really good.

SPEAKER_02

There's loads of food and they just offer like the brand just offers everything, like either a massive discount, yeah. Um they're just kind of giving back to you guys, obviously, for you to come and travel from like people were coming from like Ireland, flying flying in from Ireland, Glasgow, Edinburgh, like peop loads of people from far, far away were coming in. Um they're waking up at like 5am to get there, which is which is mad.

SPEAKER_00

I think the girl I spoke to woke up at 4.

SPEAKER_02

Really?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02

And then the girl that I spoke to from Ireland, she just got back from I think she got back from Cyprus. Yeah, really? Or Greece, somewhere. Um, and then she got back, she had like a few hours' sleep, woke up, got the flight from Ireland.

SPEAKER_00

And I was like, you probably should have just Well, one girl um came straight from her bodybuilding competition or bikini competition.

SPEAKER_02

She was literally wearing her bikini under the hoodie. And she had like, you could smell the tan. Can you smell the tan off her? Yeah, that was hilarious. But you have to respect it, like, but she was still she couldn't even come off prep. She was still in.

SPEAKER_00

She was still in prep, yeah.

SPEAKER_02

Because I think she had another show, right?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02

That's crazy. But we have just been struggling, haven't we, with like having the motivation to create content? We haven't we don't usually struggle, like we're good at it.

SPEAKER_00

Like we're so not we can't since we've been like putting our all into the business and all that sort of thing, it's just like the time management. Yeah. And we kind of put the business above making content, which we shouldn't do.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Well, no, I think we should have it equal because this is a business as well.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, definitely. I agree. It should be equal. But I think just race the frame is just so much work and we do it, we do love it. It's just such a passion of ours. We just kind of the the the con our content's just taking a bit of a back seat. But I think we're gonna start posting like sorry to be annoying guys, but like three times a day again. Like six times like a lot, but that's what you've got to do, and I think just listening to the other athletes speaking on the QA, and they were like, just be annoying, like on especially on maybe not Instagram, but like TikTok, just be annoying, like post for three times a day, four times a day. Yeah, be that annoying person. Yeah, because you think as well, like it's not always gonna come up for them, and if they don't want to watch that, they can just swipe off, just swipe off. Yeah, easy, but like someone's gonna want to watch it. Exactly, people are gonna want to watch it whatever it is. So, yeah, if you do want to start making content, just start being annoying. Yeah, post three times a day.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, one of the athletes said to me, like, if you think you're being too annoying, be just be more annoying.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, that's crazy. But it just all makes sense, and it's like I think what we're doing wrong as well is trying you need to come up with a plan. Like this is our this is our job. So at the moment we're just kind of winging the content and like all of our times into race the frame. But if we go, okay, race the frame from morning till afternoon and then afternoon till evening should be making content. Yeah, just going in with more of a plan.

SPEAKER_00

Hmm. Because that's what you need if you want to make content, a plan.

SPEAKER_02

Have a plan.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02

But then I guess like no one teaches you this job. So you just gotta learn.

SPEAKER_00

Everyone does it differently, yeah.

SPEAKER_02

But I am very inspired from this weekend. That's that's a fact.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, I actually really enjoyed just sitting down and we're all listening to the QA's.

SPEAKER_02

It was good, wasn't it?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. But should we talk about what it's like as an athlete going to these events? Like rather because we've said what it's like as a person getting a ticket and going, but what is it like as an athlete going to the events? It's surreal.

SPEAKER_02

It is mad. Like the amount of people coming up to us and asking for a photo, like still can't like such a pinch me moment, I think. Yeah, massively. You just find I just find that crazy. Like it happens at high rocks, pinch me moment. It happens at events, of course. It even happens like on the on the street as well. Yeah, but I think obviously with an event like that, that's what those events are for, so you can meet the athlete, so that's a that's a big part of it. Um, so it's obviously constant people coming up to you talking to you, and then you're talking about like their fitness journey. Um, but yeah, I'd say that I'd say it's good to network. Um, I found the people that aren't athletes as well, just you know, the people that were that coming to the event, it's good for them to network, like loads of people were networking, right? Yeah, you were speaking to loads of girls that were networking, yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Well, one girl came and um she had one of the Define like jumpsuits on, all in ones, and she had her Instagram handle written on it. I saw that it was white and red. Yeah, yeah, which is like really good marketing for these people to be like, Oh, what's that? Oh, that's my Instagram follow it.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, that's my Instagram it's such a good idea, yeah. That was clever.

SPEAKER_00

She put a lot of effort into that as well. I think she sent it off. Um she didn't get it in time, she had to drive to get it, they wouldn't let her get it, she had to go back the next day. Like really she put a lot of effort into getting that.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, fair. And just for that event, yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, just for the event.

SPEAKER_02

I love that.

SPEAKER_00

And also with being an athlete, we weren't just there for the Saturday, Sunday where we we went on the Wednesday. Wednesday. So we were in Manchester for a few days just like getting to know all the other athletes because there's new athletes all the time. So it's just like meet everyone. Yeah, and everyone's gonna be able to do it.

SPEAKER_02

Make content. Um because obviously if you just turned up on the Friday and go, okay, guys, you got the event Saturday, you haven't really like you don't really know anyone, but like we've bonded with everyone, we've gone out for meals, yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Beforehand.

SPEAKER_02

We've gone we've trained with them, like you've actually built a like I've made full-on friendships that weekend. Yeah. That week.

SPEAKER_00

And some of the athletes are from like Australia, the Netherlands, um, America, Canada, like literally everywhere.

SPEAKER_02

And it's meh.

SPEAKER_00

And I think a few of them struggled to get here, didn't they? With the Yeah, you need a E S T A.

SPEAKER_02

Uh no, it's Esther for us to go to like America, but I don't know what it is for here.

SPEAKER_00

I think it's the same thing. Is it? He kept saying ETA.

SPEAKER_02

ETA. But is that but No, yeah, that's not what it is. And then I was at Esther.

SPEAKER_00

He was saying it right. Yeah. I thought he was just missing the S.

SPEAKER_02

Maybe he was. I don't know. I'm not I'm not into all that.

SPEAKER_00

Every time someone was saying he needs an ETA, he needs an ETA, I was like, what do you mean he needs an estimated time of arrival? Like, what are you all about? It's actually so And then I understood that he actually couldn't get in the country.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah. It's actually well, so when I went to Texas, I needed an Esther, but then on my flight back, my flight back I think I did your Esther for you. Yeah. No, but no, the no, the one you weren't asleep, you were asleep at this point. So on the way home, I had to fly to Canada, but I wasn't, I was supposed to have a direct flight back to London. So I already had my Esther, but I needed something different. Oh, so I had to do like Canada myself. I had to do them myself. Oh my god. And I was on the way to the airport, sweating, stressing, thinking, oh my god, I'm gonna miss this flight as well. Trying to get this um this other thing for Canada. Also, Ryan Weekly, one of the other athletes, had to do the exact same thing, and we just as we walked through the door, it got approved.

SPEAKER_00

I couldn't imagine how stressed you were. Yeah, can you imagine?

SPEAKER_02

But then all the athletes that came from like America, a lot of them didn't even know they had to do it.

SPEAKER_00

Well, yeah, exactly. Because the girl that I was sat with and I went for a meal with on last night, she went home and had to come back like the day after. Yeah. Because it was because the um the website was down. Normally you get it in like two minutes, but the website wasn't working that day. So Chucky and Kylie couldn't get it.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah. So they literally let you get all the way to the airport, let you check in online, and they go, Chucky'd already flown from one place to another.

SPEAKER_00

He'd already he'd flown with like within America, and then he couldn't get to England.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, then he was just like stuck.

SPEAKER_00

He was just stuck.

SPEAKER_02

Bear in mind six hours away. He's like 20 years old. He's like probably the one of the youngest. Yeah. He's the youngest, I think. Yeah. He's 20 years old, and if you meet him, he's suck. Actually, such a legend. But for that to happen to him was quite funny.

SPEAKER_00

But he's What did he do? Did he just stay there?

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, he just stayed in a hotel. But he's so chill.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. Everyone's so chill.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, they are. But yeah, that was that was funny. So if you are going to America or kind of do make sure you get your Esther or whatever it is.

SPEAKER_00

Your ETA.

SPEAKER_02

30 quid. I don't get why they do that. It's like, oh yeah, you you're charging your country, I'm gonna I'm gonna charge as well.

SPEAKER_00

I don't get it.

SPEAKER_02

So just just be free.

SPEAKER_00

It makes no sense.

SPEAKER_02

Because the money's just what are you paying for? Yeah, I actually know what you're paying for. It's annoying.

unknown

Anyway.

SPEAKER_00

To be fair, we're lucky it's only 20 quid. They could have made it like a hunter. Imagine.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah. I think it's just to check if you're um a bad man or not.

SPEAKER_00

Oh, is it? Oh, okay. Keep it then.

SPEAKER_02

But yeah, I would also say like with the events, it's just uh you just have to experience them. Like, I think a lot of people seeing it on socials and media would go and get them FOMO. Like a lot of people have come back to FOMO. They had FOMO.

SPEAKER_00

Definitely.

SPEAKER_02

But it's I think it's because it's their first one. Define have only been around for four years, coming into their fifth year.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, they haven't actually done any they're still a baby. Yeah, I was thinking about the event last year, but that was like for the just athletes, wasn't it? That was their first event of the comedian. It's also so good if you haven't tried Define, because they have a shop there and they've got they had the Impact Vision, they had pretty much every collection, Defy, they had all the world tour colours of the collections, but just to like feel the fabric and try it on, see what the fits like because a lot of girls know about the four the um impact shorts, but they might not have tried any other collection, yeah. But that's a your chance to like see what it's like because they're all amazing. Yeah, I think I'm an origin girl now.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, are you? When did that switch up happen?

SPEAKER_00

Since I started loving Oli Origin.

SPEAKER_02

Really? Is it good on the bum?

SPEAKER_00

Um it's not like no, but it's really comfy. Comfy. Yeah. It's still flattering. It doesn't like lift or anything like that.

SPEAKER_02

Do you wear origin to the gym then? Or do you wear you wear it out and about? Uh both.

SPEAKER_00

Probably more if I'm going out and about. But I always wear the origin tops to the gym. I've literally say that as I've got impact on. But um, I wear origin tops to the gym, maybe with impact shorts, but then if I'm out at the gym I wear Origin Origin.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, I get you.

SPEAKER_00

So that's mainly origin.

SPEAKER_02

And what were the flares that you were the red ones?

SPEAKER_00

They were impact. They were my first ever impact flares I've ever worn, and they were really good.

SPEAKER_02

They were really nice. I'm surprised you haven't got any of them.

SPEAKER_00

I'm sad that my only pair is red, actually, because you can't really wear that like every day.

SPEAKER_02

I think you can.

SPEAKER_00

What do you think I should wear? You think I should wear a red every day? Not every day. And you can only really wear it with red. And white.

SPEAKER_02

And black.

SPEAKER_00

And black, yeah, exactly. So like if I have black, I need to get black ones.

SPEAKER_02

Or new athlete track pants.

SPEAKER_00

We've got our athlete um track suits on and we have not taken them off since we got them. Weirdly, they gave us two pairs.

SPEAKER_02

Well, yeah, I guess why? Because it's if we got sweaty the first pairs.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, but yeah, you haven't opened your other pair.

SPEAKER_02

Walking round stinking.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, so we've got did you get large joggers?

unknown

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

So between us, we've got four pairs of large joggers. Yeah. Okay, so what are some tips that you've taken away from the weekend if you want to start taking con making content? Like that you've taken from other athletes.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah. Honestly, so many. There's so much. Definitely the biggest one for me is having a schedule. This is like a nine to five job. You should treat it like that. Um, yes, it is like a an um unbelievable job the fact that we can work anywhere, but you still need to have like at some sort of schedule, whether you're creating content on that day and then doing like something different on the next day, like you've just got to view it as your job because it is your job. Exactly. Even though we like we do work bloody hard, but we just don't have a schedule. Yeah. Like we'd be packaging orders for like the whole day and then creating content for race to frame, but then it's like, oh, Gregor and Hey, we'll do that tomorrow. But then tomorrow will come and it'll be the same. But we just need to have more of a schedule. Which I'm sweet.

SPEAKER_00

So you're doing it to us, not to other people starting.

SPEAKER_02

What do you mean? No, I'm saying like having a schedule.

SPEAKER_00

Okay.

SPEAKER_02

Talking to you.

SPEAKER_00

And then also be yourself and make content that you love to make, rather than like if you see someone on social media posting and you're like, that's really cool, trying to copy that. You might not in like you might be doing it in like for like two months and then like actually not enjoy it. And then it's like you're gonna give up, you're not gonna stay consistent.

SPEAKER_02

And it's all the so like these this aesthetic content that you can see of like you know, people running, people lifting, like that sort of transitioning. Like these guys that are editing that, that's their job, like they know what they're doing. So don't try and like copy something.

SPEAKER_00

Well, you can try and copy it if you love do if you if you love doing it if you want to and you love doing it.

SPEAKER_02

But like, yeah, just stick to I think stick to being yourself and like trying to get your personality across. Like the way um Hannah Pearson was the so successful as she is, she was like, It's when I speak to you guys, it's like speaking on FaceTime to my best friend. That that trying to do that on a camera, I think just take practice makes perfect. But I think that is probably the one of the key things.

SPEAKER_00

Well, when you think of like your favourite influencer, you you can visualize their voice, like you can think of their voice, and then if you think about yourself and if you've never posted your voice, what are they relating to? Yeah, yeah. Like they won't won't recognise you like from other people if you haven't used your voice and your personality.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, so true. What else? Um I would say don't know what else would you say? Um oh collabing, like collabing with other talents, so like people that have got similar interests to you in the in the industry, collabing with them, that's a very powerful tool.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, they were also saying about like it's quite a lonely obviously we do it together, so it's not really lonely for us, but if you do it on your own, it's quite an isolating, lonely job. Yeah. So if you follow other girls that are doing the same thing as you, message them, chat to them in your free time because they'll probably feel the same as you. Yeah. And then you can like hype each other up and chat to each other, even like FaceTime each other.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, literally.

SPEAKER_00

So just like make friends within the industry, yeah. And then it's just gonna benefit both of you anyway, because you'll be under each other's posts, hype each other up, and that's engagement for you.

unknown

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

What was your favourite um like station at the event?

SPEAKER_02

Oh, the ball pit.

SPEAKER_00

Was it?

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, I actually loved the ball pit.

SPEAKER_00

Really?

SPEAKER_02

Yeah. So there was basically this massive, massive ball pit. Quite deep. Oh, it's deep, all right. But it wasn't that deep. Like I stood up and it was like halfway up me.

SPEAKER_00

But for some small girls, yeah, it was deep. You had to be 18, I think, to jump in.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah. Um, but yeah, it's basically you jump in the ball pit and then you have to try and get as many clear balls, so it's all the balls in there were black, but there's clear balls and they had prizes in. It was like ten pounds to spend in the shop, um, t-shirt, 20 pounds to spend in the shop, and you basically have to get as many balls in the hoop. And then you add it all up, and then you get gift cards, and then you can spend it in the shop. Or you could spend it online, right?

SPEAKER_00

Or you get a um Manchester tall t-shirt.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, um, they were given those out as well. So basically, that was really good fun because people would jump in and they wouldn't understand that you could just stand tall, and you would start like getting it start sinking into the um into the ball.

SPEAKER_00

It was so funny because all the boys were going, hand, put your hand up, and then they would just grab the hand and yank the girl out.

SPEAKER_02

But yeah, that was fun.

SPEAKER_00

My favourite station was the gym.

SPEAKER_02

Really?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, I think it's because that's where we were based.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah. And we would bring the vibes.

SPEAKER_00

The vibes were high in the gym. It was just nice seeing like everyone actually obviously everyone goes to the gym and everyone actually coming up and showing everyone what they can do.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Because there was dead hang. Someone got four minutes. Four and a half minutes. Yeah, like nearly five minutes. I think it was like four minutes forty or something at the end.

SPEAKER_02

Just hanging there. So they would have won a thousand pounds. I could only do a minute and then my hands just slipped.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, you didn't even do a minute.

SPEAKER_02

I did.

SPEAKER_00

No, you didn't?

SPEAKER_02

I did, it was on the books but it was on the board.

SPEAKER_00

Did you do it again? Because I saw you do like 40 seconds.

SPEAKER_02

I got a minute.

SPEAKER_00

Um But if you were gonna win a thousand pounds to spend, would you hold on for four minutes, forty seconds?

SPEAKER_02

Well, if I could, yeah, I would definitely hold on for that amount of time, but I couldn't. It was impossible.

SPEAKER_00

It is a long time. Like four pretty much five minutes, imagine just hanging there.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, that's mad. I'm pretty sure you know those places And it was hot and sweaty. You know those places that you see on in like the streets and stuff where you have to dead hang. I think it's only like two minutes you have to hold on for.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02

Those and then you win like a hundred quid or something.

SPEAKER_00

Well, this was a thousand.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, I know. Crazy.

SPEAKER_00

And then there was the rope climb.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

By the way, we were rubbish at all of these.

SPEAKER_02

Do you know what really frustrated me? I was like, I couldn't do it. So we basically, you know, just a rope and you had to climb to the top, but it was actually quite high.

SPEAKER_00

It was really high.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

But then some some people, this one girl did it literally like six times in one day. Yeah, went all the way to the top, and we were like, Whoa, yeah, well done. Nope, not finished there. Went onto the bar and started, did like 10 pull-ups and then went back down.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, man. She was she looked good though. Yeah. She was she was insane. She was insane.

SPEAKER_00

We tried to do it before anyone got there, so like, thank God. We were just there on our own. Do you know our manager? What?

SPEAKER_02

It was really early in the morning. We didn't. Yeah, really early. We weren't fueled.

SPEAKER_00

Exactly.

SPEAKER_02

Because I did it the next day and I was fueled.

SPEAKER_00

And you still didn't do it?

SPEAKER_02

No, I got to the top. No, you didn't.

SPEAKER_00

I told you I got to the top because I was talking to that girl, yeah. I told you I was like, did you video it?

SPEAKER_02

No.

SPEAKER_00

Oh.

SPEAKER_02

I said when you were speaking to that girl, I was like, oh, I've just got to the top. Oh, I didn't. We went.

SPEAKER_00

Oh, I didn't I don't even remember that. But our um manager was filming us for our when we did our race. She must have been stood there thinking, like, should I stop the recording? Like, this is really, really bad.

SPEAKER_02

It was bad, wasn't it?

SPEAKER_00

We pretty much just hung off it for like a second and then just stopped.

SPEAKER_02

It was awful.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. Um that was before we knew that everyone was going to be able to do it as well. We were like, oh, this is so hard, no one's gonna be able to do it.

SPEAKER_02

And then I saw every I think it just motivated me to do it.

SPEAKER_00

Everyone, pretty much everyone else did it.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

And then there was deadlift, we didn't even try.

unknown

No.

SPEAKER_00

But I think what was the height heaviest, like 200 and something?

SPEAKER_02

No more than that. Um the next day was crazy. Do you remember those?

SPEAKER_00

It wouldn't have been 300, it'd be 200 and something, surely.

SPEAKER_02

I don't know, I didn't see it. But anyway, there's there was lads in there with like four or five twenty-five kg plates on each side, whatever that is.

SPEAKER_00

Well, that would be like two hundred and twenty.

unknown

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

If it's four, could it be fifty plus fifty, a hundred, two hundred and twenty.

SPEAKER_02

Okay. Still mad that. Yeah. I would never be able to do that. My back would break.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02

Um but yeah, the gym was fun.

SPEAKER_00

The gym was fun.

SPEAKER_02

The gym was fun. Then we also there was food counters there. There was also Cookies. Cookies.

SPEAKER_00

SPEAKER_00

Um an oxygen thing we didn't try. Yeah, we needed to try that. But I've seen it on TikTok since. Also, my whole for you page is the Manchester event. Um, I've seen it, it's like oxygen, but it smells of strawberry and like you can switch the smells to different smells. I wonder what that was like. Everyone said it was really cool. Really? Mm-hmm. And I yeah.

SPEAKER_02

We should have tried that. I don't know why we didn't.

SPEAKER_00

I feel like we just didn't sit down for long enough. You have to actually sit there and breathe.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, we were chatting to everyone. Yeah. It was fun.

SPEAKER_00

One girl won 500 pounds on the grabber challenge.

SPEAKER_02

That's pretty cool. That is. I wonder if she spent it all in the shop. She did.

SPEAKER_00

I saw her TikTok.

SPEAKER_02

She spent it all in the shop.

SPEAKER_00

She spent um most of it. She bought her friend a set.

SPEAKER_02

Oh.

SPEAKER_00

And then she bought herself a set. And then I think she'd you can use it online as well. So she did the rest online.

SPEAKER_02

Bless.

SPEAKER_00

But she spent it already.

SPEAKER_02

I saw that that video. £500. £500.

SPEAKER_00

On a little grabby machine. I can't even get a like little st stuffed animal on whenever I got one of those.

SPEAKER_02

I wonder if it was actually like hard.

SPEAKER_00

I think you must have got something every time, but some of them say no luck, don't they? Well in the ball pit they did.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, but we didn't need to I didn't try that. I should have tried that.

SPEAKER_00

I feel like we we well, we were in the gym all morning, weren't we, both days?

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

And then we were just like walking around chatting to people. We didn't really do the bits and bobs.

SPEAKER_02

No. Also, that gym in Manchester, changing the topic slightly. Hail. Hail. Oh, I wish we had a gym like that here.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02

The outside light, the aesthetically looking It was just like clean.

SPEAKER_00

It was black, but like not dark because it had the light.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah. Wish we had that here. Because I look good in that gym. I looked in the mirror and I went, Poor, I actually look good.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, same. It was really good. And it gave you a tan.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

I don't know how.

SPEAKER_02

I'd love to go. Should we just should we just move there?

SPEAKER_00

You literally said to me, like, I we should come up here. I would come up here just to use this gym.

SPEAKER_02

I would train once a week. I'd go up there and just train and film.

SPEAKER_00

Once a week, two hour train to go and train. And then two hours back. Four-hour round trip to the gym.

SPEAKER_02

No, maybe I wouldn't do that.

SPEAKER_00

Maybe once a year.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah. It would be cool though. Yeah. But I did like that gym. That was that was pretty cool. Go into that every day with it.

SPEAKER_00

Our gym's having a revamp.

SPEAKER_02

SPEAKER_00

SPEAKER_00

I think that'll be cool.

SPEAKER_02

SPEAKER_00

I think it's gonna be darker.

SPEAKER_02

No, it's gonna be darker.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02

I reckon it's still gonna be yellow.

SPEAKER_00

SPEAKER_02

Oh.

SPEAKER_00

A bit more aesthetic.

SPEAKER_02

Is it?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. You know when it's got that sort of light on the ceiling, where it's got like the the shapes on the ceiling.

SPEAKER_02

Like the hexagon hexagons.

SPEAKER_00

Yep, that's the word. Is that the right word? Hexagon.

SPEAKER_02
