Hi everybody. So today marks our hundredth episode. Can you believe it? I am, you know, when I first started, yes, my heart was to go deep into detail with everything that I knew and share that knowledge because that's something I'm passionate about. But I am still amazed that we got this far. And honestly, I would not have reached this number of episodes without all your support. Everyone who takes time out of their day, whether it's in the morning or coming back from work, and takes time to actually listen. I truly, truly appreciate it. And I hope that I've helped you in one way or another, whether it's been just learning about your body or learning about disease processes. I know it's not always been easy. Some of the stuff we've talked about is kind of like really hardcore biology, right? But I feel so strongly that these are things that are important for us to know and understand. Because there's no greater value in terms of the health world, world of health, than to take ownership of your own health. And taking ownership of your own health means understanding what's happening with your body, understanding those processes and not solely relying on your provider. And I'm saying this as a medical provider. So thank you for you know walking this journey with me. And I'm so excited for what's to come. Like you said, now we're diving into metabolism and we're gonna go back to mitochondria again. And then eventually we're gonna dive into the world of the immune system. And that's gonna be another fun topic. But seriously, guys, I I'm so appreciative. I enjoy having you listen to the podcast. And if you have anything you'd like us to talk about, please send me a DM. Find us on Instagram, send us messages. And if you have any other topics or questions or things that you would like us to tackle, I'd be more than happy to. I love talking a lot. And it's a typical naturopath. Um, well, we call it a default where we talk, we love teaching, it's just part of who we are. So I get excited when people reach out and they've got questions or topics that they would love us to cover while we're embarking on decoding disease. So, yes, thank you again, and I'm so excited to see you next episode where we'll continue to talk about metabolism.
