You guys, welcome back to another episode of the Fashion Verdict with your boy, you know, Zell Swag. You know, guys, you peeked my little fit today. I'm feeling fire, I feel like a little rock star. So um, let's go ahead and get into the hot take of the week. This week's hot take is just because it's tight, expensive, and designer, doesn't make it a look. Because style is intentional, style is confident. Now, y'all, y'all already know how I feel about this topic. Some of y'all be wearing outfits, but not service style. Y'all already know that. Y'all know that. You know you put on something and you feel like you just got it from off the mannequin, you're not serving style. Style is knowing when to stop adding shit. And some of y'all don't be knowing when to stop adding shit. Some of y'all be walking out and the outfit is wearing you. So we're gonna teach y'all how to wear the outfit. Let's go ahead and jump into the next segment. Let's talk Met Gala. Y'all, the Met Gala just dropped. We gotta discuss these looks on the red carpet. The theme was fashion is art, but clearly, some y'all thought it was a random bullshit exhibition. Let's get into some of these looks. Let's start off with the queen herself, Rihanna wearing Mason Mark Magella. I feel like she ate. Even though she didn't like a platinum's bird's nest, I feel like she ate. That's my girl. You can't say no wrong to her. Moving on. Let's go to ASAP Rocky. ASAP Rocky looked it so good in Chanel. Even though it gave me like Pope, meats, pimp. But I'll f with it. I don't give a f. I'll fuck with it. Oh my god, y'all. We got Venus Williams coming down the red carpet, looking like somebody took her own racket and smashed her in the head with it. I don't, I don't see the art in this. I'm not trying to see the art in this, and I will not see the art in this. Next, y'all, we have the queen herself. Beyonce was in custom Oliver Riesling. Now, let me tell you all, Beyonce has not been to the Matt Gala in 10 years. So, me, myself, I was anticipating. I couldn't wait to see what the Queen was gonna bring. And what I felt like she could have kept her ass at home another 10 years. Because that shit, uh-uh, all that skeleton shit, uh, leave that evil devil shit at home. Next, y'all, we got Cardi B. Cardi B was styled by Colin and Mark Jacobs. Now, I do see where they was going with the doll thing, but like, uh, it was a lot going on. I don't know if they took the silicone from out of her ass and decided to put it inside the dress. I I don't like it. But what I can say, I wish that like we could see more of her face. She has such a beautiful face. I would love to see her face. Maybe an updo or something like that. I don't know, but this look is like, I be party. We always rooting for you. I was rooting for you. We always rooting for you. But yeah, you didn't deliver. Next now, this next person ate the red carpet up. Janelle Monet. Janelle Monet ate it. She gets it. Pushing that envelope like she always does, tends across the boards. She understood the statement. She's one of those bitches that just get it. Some of y'all just don't get it. Okay, y'all, for this next person, y'all know I said I wanna see Van Gogh, Starry Nights on a gown. This girl, she did it! Emma Chambers, she did it. She said she did what we were looking for. I gotta give Emma 10 across the board because to me, this was the best look of the night. The best look of the night. She was wearing McGlare tens out of tens, tens out of tens, tens out of tens. You bitches come again. Now, I love me some Nicole Kidman. I love her, even though she the movies, shows, and shit be weird. But I love everyone. I watch every one. I love me some Nicole Kidman. She was wearing this nice Chanel ensemble, but I just don't see where's the fashion, the art, the body, nothing, girl. Just like you just got on Chanel. You could have worn this to the Grammys, the Emmys, the Oscars. Like, no, I just don't feel like this was it. And like, how can you be on the committee and you ain't committed to your own goddamn thing? Girl, get the ass out of here. All right, moving on, Kim Kardashian. Now, Kim Kardashian is someone else that I was excited to see because we she's always pushing the envelope, doing something different. Kim, I just feel like you played it to say. Now, North probably would have ate you up. North probably would have got the thing, but that's another story. But anyway, Kim, it's just like, I needed some energy. I needed something from you. She had on a custom Alan Jones piece. He's an artist, so I said she was on things, but I didn't like it. Next, we're moving on to Doja Cat. Somebody else that normally comes in and kills it. What'd she do? She fell flat. It's like Doja. Where you at? Doja was wearing Saint Laurent. I like it. It was plain. She didn't let the cat out the bag on this one. Moving on. Joey Kravis, I love Zoe. I do love Zoe. We all love Zoe. Don't you love Zoe? We love Zoe. But it's giving wrong party. Where are you going? This is like it's cute. You might want to wear that to the after party or something because it wasn't for the man. Gala, I don't know. You always wear some slippery dress or something too. Like, girl, spice it up. We need something more from you. Thank you, Zoe. Next, yo, we have Jordan Roth on the carpet. And when I say, y'all, fashion is art, this is fashion is art. But I ain't gonna lie, it scared the f out of me. Is that a demon on your back? Like, I don't know. Like, like it got weird. That shit got real weird, Jordan. But I ain't gonna lie, do you you look like you can just stay live right there in that fing museum? You don't gotta go nowhere else. He was wearing a custom robber won. When I tell you, Robert won that night because Robert shut the carpet down with a few looks. Yo, we got bad buddy on the carpet, and we're gonna cut right to it. Y'all see he came as somebody's goddamn grandpa, pop, pop, pop, pop, pop. I'm like, god damn, you coming as a grandpa? Like, you shut the Super Bowl down, now you coming as an old ass man. I don't get it. It's not for me to get. Yo, we have a legend coming down the red carpet, and it is Madonna. She's in Saint Laurent, and she, yes, she has a slave ship on her head. I don't know where the f she's going with this shit. I'm just like, God, you going to the Pirates of the Caribbean? Like, like, did she, did she f not even like that? Like, if she's about to be, like, I'm like, what the fuck? She got this thing, but fashion is art. She was on theme. You gotta give it to the icon. She was on theme. Moving on to Sam Smith, y'all. Sam Smith showed up looking like the bearded lady, y'all. I don't know what the f he was thinking, but he still was on theme. But fashion is art. So you gotta give to Sam Smith, even though he looked like he belonged in a circus. He kind of looked like Santana. I'm sorry to say this about a legend. Because we all know Serena Williams is a legend. She gray in tennis, the best in tennis. You can't stop her. You can't stop her. But when she gets on this red carpet, why the f you come looking like a can of glory green? Girl, you had me hungry on the carpet. We're moving on to Tyler, y'all. Make me sweat. Yeah, that's I wish she would have done that on the red carpet. I wish Tyler would have made me sweat. She's such a beautiful girl. I wish she would have did something. She did Wowmy, pretty girl, wrong party. I thought she was going to Trinidad or somewhere, about to go to the Caribbean and go do something. I'm like, I don't know. She just went there looking like a peacock. Girl, go. We got Dochi on the carpet. Chocolate, sexy, looking good, looking great, looking like Aladdin, the genie from Aladdin and shit. It's like, you look good, girl, but you're not on thing, boo. You could have worn that to the BET Awards in three weeks. Moving on. Yo, we have Heidi Klume on the carpet, y'all. Looking amazing on theme, on arrival, but she does look kind of scary. I'm not gonna lie. I thought when I was seeing her, I was gonna have to say trick-or-treat and I was gonna get a piece of candy or something. Moving on. Chat, we have Lala Anthony. Lala Anthony look amazing. I feel like she looking like a little wooden doll. Like all the little intricate roses and carvings, it look real wooden. She looks really good. Lala sad but bad. That's the insider between me and Lala. Yeah, a lot of you hugs can't say that. Y'all, next we have La Chi La Rie on the car. Y'all, okay, I might butcher her name. Look, I'm learning. I'm trying to learn. I don't know how to say shit. We have La Chi Larie on the carpet, and she looked at, I mean, I was just wild. She was one of the first people that I seen on the carpet. Like, she arrived early, and I just remember being wild. I was like, if everyone coming like this, this is about to be a great Met Gala. Her dress was inspired by the victory of Sam O'Thrace. So I like it. I love that she ace. We have Jay-Z just in this classes too. Like, I'm not gonna lie, I don't care too much. He didn't do too much, but what I am happy, what I am happy about, what I am happy about, I'm happy that he came out with combed hair. He gets a 10 in my book. You guys, we got Jeremy Pope on the red carpet. Shut it down. I'm saying this is the best dressed male of the night. He was styled by Law and Vivian Westwood. When I tell y'all this is a 10, please don't try it again. Y'all, we have Wisdom K. When I say I love Wisdom K, I'm a fan. You're a fan. We all fans. I love Wisdom K. And this suit eats the fitting, the sculpture of it. Like I loved it, but I just thought he would have done. He does better on Instagram posts. He literally dressed better, he dressed better for the Meg Gala on his Instagram post. Wisdom, I need you to come harder, bro. You can do it. We all know you can do it. We seen you do it. Another fire look, I thought for a man was Luke Evans and his interpretation of Tom from Finland, the artist, the queer artist, you guys. Like, so he really ate this. I done seen these paintings all over West Hollywood. If you've been out in West Hollywood, you probably done seen one of these paintings. Now, I love it. He ate it and tens and tens across the board. All right, y'all, that was the Met Gala re-report. I got one last thing to say. Tonight, proof, fashion is art. But some of y'all need to stop finger painting and leave it to the professionals. So, you guys, we're gonna go ahead and go to the swag team on the scene. This week question, I'm asking everybody, what makes an iconic reality TV look? You guys know I know how to make an iconic reality TV look. I done made plenty for myself and plenty for others. So we're gonna ask the people outside how they feel okay. I got a question for you. What makes a reality TV look rememberable? Ooh, the accessories.
SPEAKER_00Accessories, yeah, you give me a good accessory, I'ma forget your storyline. I like your accessories. Thank you, thank you. You give me a good accessory, I'm gonna forget your storyline, but I'm gonna remember your earrings. Okay, okay, like it.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, I like that. What makes a reality TV look rememberable? Like when you see somebody on TV like, oh yeah, that was five.
SPEAKER_05Um, definitely I feel like if they make it their own. I like glitz and glam, but try to make things hot, like make things that situate your body, but not too flashy. Definitely the real hot squad, I feel like they are.
SPEAKER_02What makes a reality TV look rememberable?
SPEAKER_04Um, something that I've never seen before. So it's either custom or the person actually flash. Okay. People want to show that I can tell they from that city, I guess. Or if you do something in Jersey, I can tell they from Jersey. Right, I can tell like that. I can go. Yeah, I can go ahead and sound like that.
SPEAKER_02We'll make a reality TV look remember. Okay, okay, bad. Bad remember. That's a good one, 20 outfit. I think I'm agreeing with them. Oh my god! What is that? Oh shit, it's designer on trial! Y'all let's see what designer is on trial today. Today, designer on trial, we're putting Fashion Nova on trial. Let's be real. Fashion Over built the reality TV body time era. Tight dresses, curves, and Instagram looks. But the question is, did they elevate everyone's style or make everybody look the same? I believe that they gave everybody a look, but they also gave everybody the same identity. So are we blaming the brand or are we blaming the IG baddies that styled it up? The question is up to you. This week we report, we're going to Reality TV edition. So we're going to these little reality TV stars, Instagrams, and see what they cooking up and they style and they fashion.
SPEAKER_03Can we do that?
SPEAKER_02So let's go ahead and start off with, um, we got Bambi. Now, Bambi looks good. Like, with that little silk number on, one thing about Bambi, she everything that she wears looks so effortless. Like, it just looks, she looks looks amazing. Like this little silk slip dress number, looking amazing. Tall, long leg, looking like a motto. Stepping out like a motto. Oh, y'all, next up, oh, ooh, okay, Spice. Uh, I don't know if she was going to court, but I know I'm about to judge that bitch's outfit right here because you look crazy, Spice. This looks like I'm so tired of seeing this look. Not no shape, no shade to you, Spice, but I'm tired of, I hate these blazer jacket cake moments. It's like, are you a blue butterfly? Are you trying to fly away? Like, I don't, I don't, I just don't like this. Spice, you're a beautiful girl. Mm-mm. No more of those. None of the cake blazer shits. We we're done with that. Oh now, now this is funny. They pull up saucy Santana. Y'all already know our history. We ain't gonna start there. I don't know. He looks like he's some King of Dracula in here. I don't know. Those shoes are like he stole them from out of the gutters of New York. They look like little rats on his feet. I'm not feeling this. This, you know, he loves his little Rick Owens and he thinks he be in his fashion, his little hair, little, all that. I'm not a fan of this. I I've seen him way better than that, you know, when he was next to me. But uh, yeah, all of that, uh just give it too much. It's just he's one of the people that I think that try to overdo it a little bit. If you can just, maybe if you would have took the shoes away and threw on like maybe a sneaker or something, or oh no. I just feel like the shoes don't go with that look. The shoes gotta go. Oh my god, we have Carly Red. She finally has something Asia appropriate. Um, it looks like it's probably from Fashion Over. She probably got paid a couple dollars to post this, and um, yeah, I don't got much to say about it. Long as she wears something age appropriate, because normally she got her ass out when she got grandkids watching her. So I don't know. Erica Minna, Erica Minna. Girl, you are lost. She got this pink hair, she has on a schoolgirl look. I don't know if she's trying to hop on a Jeffree Epps theme flight or what. It's like, girl, what the fuck? I don't know. Erica just she's just a pretty girl with no style. We y'all know that girl that's like super pretty, but then you like girl, what the fuck you got on? You too cute for that. And Erica is that. Y'all, and that is our re-report of the week. And yes, we did reality TV stars. So, yeah, you guys, I have a guest here that is near and dear to my heart. You guys probably know her from gracing your screens for years with style and elegance. She's a West Coast hottie, she's a baddie, and she's one of my besties, Bambi.
unknownHey.
SPEAKER_02Hi, how you doing?
SPEAKER_01I'm good. How you doing?
SPEAKER_02I'm doing good. Welcome to the Fashion Verdict.
SPEAKER_01I am on your show, friend.
SPEAKER_02Girl, you on my show.
SPEAKER_01Oh my goodness.
SPEAKER_02This is my show.
SPEAKER_01This is your show, period.
SPEAKER_02I know. It's crazy, right?
SPEAKER_01It's so crazy. But I you know what? Like, it doesn't surprise me. It feels very, very real. It feels like this should have probably happened a long time ago.
SPEAKER_02Right.
SPEAKER_01I'm just so happy for you.
SPEAKER_02Right. The time is now. But girl, let me just go ahead and hop into this because I got some good questions for you. Okay. Um, I just want to just pick your brain about fashion and see what your like style code is. Like, you know what I'm saying? Yeah. Be honest. How long does it take you to get dressed when you're going outside versus like when you're getting ready for the cameras, like going filming or some shit?
SPEAKER_01It's really the same. So, like, when I'm going to film, I probably actually get dressed faster because I don't know. I don't even really think about it. I'm just like I just go in there and I just go for it. And I'm super duper quick. And I think you know that because like you call me on a random time and be like, hey, let's go to lunch. And I'm like, oh god, like I'm going to the jail. I come out looking so good. So then I just I just go in there, I just throw in something real quick. Like I am the friend who gets ready the fastest.
SPEAKER_02Right, you definitely all the time. I would say that you definitely do get ready the fastest. Like, just like even when we be filming, like, I don't have to worry about waiting on you, you know, like we have people that were. We don't we we the we the nerds we be on.
SPEAKER_01We do be on time to dress and fly.
SPEAKER_02So that's why it don't take that long to get fly.
SPEAKER_01It really does not at all. I think for the people who takes forever to get dressed, sometimes they probably just be overthinking it, and then they still come out looking crazy. So, like you gonna overthink this outfit to death, and then you're gonna walk out here looking like you shouldn't just like it. You should put it in there.
SPEAKER_02Uh so um, so do you got like an outfit that you can just think of in your head that you would that you don't wear on the show or on just on TV in general that you be like, I wanna wear that again.
SPEAKER_01All of them.
SPEAKER_02You know what? Because people be acting like that they can't wear stuff, rewear stuff.
SPEAKER_01I do, I rewear stuff, and then I will like I don't know, like switch it up a little bit. Because you you know, one of my things is like I like wearing sweats. Sneakers, sneakers, sweats, yes. So, you know, I might have on some sweats with a crop top one day, I might have on some sweats one day with an oversized t-shirt.
SPEAKER_02Right. Uh with a little blouse or something like that. One thing about you, you you are you are one of those girls that make sweats look so elegant. Like you make it, you throw it with a heel on, with a little, a little boot, a little something. I'm like, okay, look at that.
SPEAKER_03I love it.
SPEAKER_02Like you really do embody like that West Coast like girl style. Like you didn't came, even though you didn't came to Atlanta, you didn't like get into like their like trendy trend things that they do. Like, you know what I'm saying? You really like you holding the West Coast down.
SPEAKER_01I appreciate that. I really do. I mean, it's it's really just kind of like a way of life for us. And I know people they used to be so confused when I first moved here, and I would wear my Uggs with like my little shorts. And they like, well, where the hell are you going? But in LA, that's really a thing. Like, we we would always just throw on like a little mini skirt and put on our Uggs because the weather is so vibrant. It really gives that out there, and it's starting to do that here too, so we can be a little bit more flexible in our fashions. I love that.
SPEAKER_02But just a short story of something that I would never throw away. Um, I was with Malaysia. We had gone to this uh, I guess it was like a Larry Hoover benefit. I didn't care about that. It was Kanye and Drake. You know, they be beefing sometimes. So like these are my two all-time like my favorite artists. So they had merch there that said like free Larry Hoover sweatshirts, and it had like jeans that said free Larry Hoover down the back. I was like, ah my god, I gotta take this. This is like a moment in the world. Larry Hoover freedom to eat backwards to this backwards, girl. I just got the hoodie because I thought I can't do too much. Like, I you know, I was like, I like to buy one piece and put my own little thing to it. But like, yeah, I got the uh the uh hoodie and it was just in front of the at the concert, I was crying and everything. So the hoodie means so much to me. I would never. Hey, Kanye, I need you to go ahead and side my hoodie. You and Drake.
SPEAKER_01Oh my goodness. That is so funny. Okay, so um I do have one piece that I would never, ever, ever get rid of. And they are some um breakaway sweatpants, like with the warm-up sweats from Kobe. So, you know, I was like, well, am still out of the house.
SPEAKER_02Oh, like from Kobe?
SPEAKER_01Like they're Kobe's.
SPEAKER_02Oh, yeah, Kobe's, yeah, the brand, yeah.
SPEAKER_01No, no, no. His actual warm-up sweatpants, like before the game. Yeah. So, you know, they come out in their little warm-up sweatsuits. And so one of my um my friends, he was like working. I don't know if he was like being a ball boy or something, but this was so long ago. And um, I was just like the biggest Kobe fan ever. Like, ever, ever, ever. I have so many Kobe stories. Malaysia can tell you one too. But um, anyways, he brought me those, and I did not wash them for probably like a whole year, but they're still in my closet right now, and I think they're from Kobe when he wore number eight. So um, if you know, you know. Yeah, yeah, that's that's the Kobe. Super super.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, that's yeah, that's black mamba.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. And some days I I'll put them on and I put on like a little crop top, and I got on my little Kobe Laker pants. Yeah.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. Yeah, that's like I like that. I like it. Yeah. Okay, girl. So you know I ain't gonna have you. I mean, I don't get into that little mess. No, I got a little mess, but it's still, we're still gonna keep it fashion and keep it style because that's what it that's what it's about. But we still be around a lot of dusty bitches. So we're gonna discuss some.
SPEAKER_01Okay.
SPEAKER_02Um, I got so this this is straight up about the cast fashion.
SPEAKER_01Okay.
SPEAKER_02So I'm gonna give my opinion. I'm you can give one, I'm gonna give one, okay? Okay. Okay, it's a okay. So the question is who always seemed that they ate, but you be like, mmm.
SPEAKER_01Oh my gosh, that is so messy.
SPEAKER_02That is so messy, but it's true because Okay, you want me to go first? I'm gonna go first. Carly Ray, come to the front.
SPEAKER_01I'm telling you, I know this is gonna sound like bullying, but I was gonna actually, she's the first one. You gotta come to the front. Yeah.
SPEAKER_02Um, I think because of she she takes so long. She's one of the people who takes so long. When you're filming with her, she takes incredibly a long time. Yeah. And she gets there and she has on like a denim two-piece.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. Or like nothing. Or like a Gucci uh Oh, let me tell you this one time.
SPEAKER_02You remember that one time I told you she showed up. She showed up, listen, she showed up in sweats. She saw exactly what I had on. She showed up in sweats and she came in with a suitcase, a big suitcase, two suitcase. I'm like, what is going on? Like, she saw I had on a dental, nice little uh denim outfit from Thug Club, my hair looking all good and everything. Just got done taking pictures. Period. You know, this bitch went in the bathroom and put on a whole denim outfit. She had on denim boots like mine. I was like. You remember her because we took pictures? Like, oh yeah, remember you was like, oh yeah. No, she went in the bathroom. You had a denim picked out. She's like, oh, you got on denim outfit? Oh, okay, I'm about to go.
SPEAKER_01But oh wow.
SPEAKER_02So she just did that so we can look like we was like besties, like, so she can like try to embarrass me. But no, you embarrass yourself because I I set you the fuck down and that scene went my house.
SPEAKER_05Like spice, that if, oh, you know, Carly ain't gonna be there for me. But no, I'm gonna go Carly over and go f with her enemy.
SPEAKER_02Oh, well, I was a little bit messy bringing Bunny in the studio with spice. But at the end of the day, business is business. I'm trying to bring it back to music. You want to talk about the messy, and all I'm trying to say is we're in them studio and we cooking up some mother work.
SPEAKER_05Before you bitches and he can do that, and I heard that he still is.
SPEAKER_02I done heard from the highest to the lowest, this man is still outside. That man's in his 20s. Carly's in her 70s. Do you think that he's gonna be in the house with you, grandma, ma? We all know he loves a dusty bitch. So leave a dusty bitch. I am so. But yeah, that's who I choose. So you Carly too?
SPEAKER_01I I choose Carly too, but I mean, some of her choices just don't really fit like her um age range. I I wouldn't even necessarily say that. I'm just saying, like, you know, like you gotta find out what is flattering to your body because she has a a cute body, she has a cute shape. Um, but sometimes the the fits just don't really like those little. Yeah, I don't know.
SPEAKER_02The fits don't be fitting, yeah. Yeah, no. Okay, so who you think is overdressed?
SPEAKER_01Overdressed?
SPEAKER_02I can I can say mine. I'm just gonna go ahead and say it. And I think because she just like, because I don't know if it'd be costumey sometimes. I know like she's like an international.
SPEAKER_01Oh my god, why do we have the same brain?
SPEAKER_02No for both. And and you know what I'm about to say. Okay, let's say it on the counter. One, two, three. Spice up!
SPEAKER_01Yes, no, because it it'd be like the thick um like metals on the gowns and the the fabrics and you know but like I I know like sometimes, like, because I mean I mean I don't know Jamaican culture like that.
SPEAKER_02So I don't know like if she's like if that's like a part of her culture. I'm not sure. Like, but um sometimes it can come off real costumey over here. Like you know what I'm saying? Yeah. And I think it's like prom. I like spicy when she's grace.
SPEAKER_01Okay.
SPEAKER_02When she's doing grace, like when she got the black hair, uh-huh and she's like, you know what I'm saying? But like sometimes it do be it be.
SPEAKER_01It looks like it gives like going to prom a lot.
SPEAKER_02No, yeah. She's always at a um at a recital or something.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, keep saying yada.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, can't say yada. Uh okay, so who you think is always underdressed?
SPEAKER_01Underdress?
SPEAKER_02Let me think.
SPEAKER_01Um, let me not say, okay, I have a good one because Sierra is gonna put on some sneakers with anything. But Sierra has a very polished like style, right?
SPEAKER_02Like they're gonna be Chanel sneakers.
SPEAKER_01She looks very neat all the time. Like everything is super neat, super clean, but she's gonna have on this fly ass outfit and put on some sneakers. Sneakers, some gonna throw it off. Yeah, I'm gonna go. Put on, put on the side.
SPEAKER_02You know what with Sierra, I think it is. I she's from Atlanta.
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
SPEAKER_02She's just from Atlanta, you just got it, she's from Atlanta.
SPEAKER_01She really is.
SPEAKER_02Like you just look at that.
SPEAKER_01She she's definitely from Atlanta, but it's kind of like a more um, I don't know, she has she has some what do you call it? Like texture to her style. Like it ain't just straight frumpy. You know what I'm saying? Like a lot of the Atlanta girls, no shade. Like, when they dress down, it don't really give like expensive. But when Sierra dresses down, it looks expensive. She likes it looks expensive.
SPEAKER_02She got like a very like uh like leisure wear. Like she's got that leisure, like she got that down pack, like you know what I'm saying?
SPEAKER_01Yeah, so if we all come in and a dress, her ass is probably gonna have on some pants and a top and some sneakers. Right.
SPEAKER_02She might have on like some pants, like a little cute top, and like a glove. Exactly. Like a little glove or something. But yeah, okay. So this next thing that we're about to hop into, this is a straight rapid fire. So you just gotta blurt out the names of You're not even gonna give me like options. I just have to like Yes, this is the first that comes up in your mind, girl.
SPEAKER_01Oh my goodness.
SPEAKER_02This is easy, it's gonna be easy. This is it's gonna be quick. No thinking. Okay. Don't think about it. Oh my god. Just say it.
SPEAKER_01Just say it.
SPEAKER_02All right best dress.
SPEAKER_01The bam.
SPEAKER_02Boom. Worst dress. Most improved.
SPEAKER_01Most improved. Um Ashley.
SPEAKER_02Oh yeah, Ashley, yeah. Um most likely to start a trend.
SPEAKER_01The bam.
SPEAKER_02The bam. Um most consistent.
SPEAKER_01I can I put you in this too? Or is it?
SPEAKER_02Yeah, you don't gotta put me in it because you know I'm winning everything.
SPEAKER_01I I feel like I'm um I don't, you know, I can't really think of too many times where I had a bad day.
SPEAKER_02Right. So bam, bam, and bam. Okay. Okay, no, you don't have bad days. You don't have bad days. Do you ever just feel pressure like when it comes like getting ready or dressed or anything like that?
SPEAKER_01Because you know I never feel, and I think that's why it works for me most of the time, because I don't never feel pressure. Like if something breaks when I'm getting ready, I'll be like, you know, I'm gonna put something else on.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, like I when I hey, some break when I'm getting, I'm losing it. I'm like, oh my God, I'm falling out. I done had this look in my head. I'm just like, oh no, I ain't gonna do that.
SPEAKER_01Sometimes when you have a look in your head and it don't really come outright, then that's probably the only time I might be a little disappointed. But I don't never have moments where I'm just like under pressure and I'm cracking and I'm just like, oh my God, I gotta get this look. Like, I'm just like, nah, this finna work. Right, right.
SPEAKER_02It's gonna hit. It's gonna hit. What's a behind the scenes fashion struggle that like people would never know?
SPEAKER_01Like trying to remember if you wore this outfit on TV.
SPEAKER_02Oh my god, girl.
SPEAKER_01If you took pictures in it, if you filmed in it, and then you'll have stuff in your closet from like years and years and years ago. And you know, just trying to remember like where did I wear it? I know I wore it.
SPEAKER_02Like I wore it, like I'll be like, my thing is like, did I wear it with this person?
SPEAKER_01Exactly.
SPEAKER_02I know I don't want to, I'm I'm so like that. Like, I don't even want to wear the same shoe around you.
SPEAKER_01Like, if I like to go to the show, the last time I saw you, like yeah, the last time I saw you.
SPEAKER_02You got them Louis on last time. Uh-uh. Not me, boo. That's why I first pair Air Forces. You never know where I got them. No, for real.
SPEAKER_01And then people are so shady because, like you said, if you even for women, like if we wear the same bag like twice or three times around the same person, they're gonna be like, oh, she always got that bag on.
SPEAKER_02I know girls like that. I ain't gonna lie. I didn't, I I'm that's me. I say that. She got that same bag. But dang, she always got that same dusty ass Louie. But you know what?
SPEAKER_01I I will get a bag and I will get another one and I will get another one. But the one that I got like four bags ago, I will have that thing on repeat, and you will think that is like my top newest bag.
SPEAKER_02Right.
SPEAKER_01I don't know. Once I get something and I love it, I just it just gets too bad. Me too.
SPEAKER_02I do this, I do the same thing too. Like I get, I grab a bag like and I love it so much, I will just outdo it. Like you like, damn, nigga, you and y'all know I got all the bags. Exactly. Y'all know I'm bagged up. Period. But it's like this bag is my baby right now. Yeah, you gotta get like you gotta give your bags like their own personal love and care. Yes, like their own time.
SPEAKER_01You really do.
SPEAKER_02Like you got to.
SPEAKER_01And they all have a story and a memory, you know?
SPEAKER_02Yeah, they do. Yeah, I I feel that. We talking about bags like babies. No, for real. But um, so years and years, years from now, when BAM is is is grandma bam, your kids is out, what do you want them to just to remember when it comes to just like just like your style and just your presence?
SPEAKER_01I I want people to look at me years from now and to not really be able to know what era we're in. Because I am not a person who follows trends.
SPEAKER_03Right.
SPEAKER_01So I just wear what's cool, was comfortable, and most of the time I feel like it's timeless. And so when when you look back on me, you you're not gonna be like, oh, that was 2001. Like you're you're not gonna know. You know what I'm saying? Because I just switch it up so much.
SPEAKER_02Wow, damn. Like she this is like she can award this right now. In 3030. Yes, exactly.
SPEAKER_01This bitch in 3030. I'm in 3030, period. Yes.
SPEAKER_02Um, so do you got any upcoming projects or anything you got going on? Anything like that?
SPEAKER_01Well, I am hopping into the wellness realm. Okay. And I have created an entire wellness brand called Element 78. Congratulations.
SPEAKER_02I will be coming to do yoga and Pilates, yes, Pilates. I'm coming to the Pilates.
SPEAKER_01It's gonna be like a um Pilates for the Hoddies. Exactly. Pilates for the Hoddies, like a reformer Pilates studio where um it's powered by an AI instructor. So okay. It's gonna be a smart studio. I have an appearance.
SPEAKER_02Mimi, that's all she works. She works in AI. Really? Yeah.
SPEAKER_01Oh, I love that. I would definitely have a conversation with you.
SPEAKER_02That's all she does, is AI all day.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, I love that.
SPEAKER_02I think that she might be AI.
SPEAKER_01She probably is. Like, I'm not sure. She listened to the channel.
SPEAKER_02We might have to check us.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. So yeah, just hopping into the wellness realm. Um, as you know, like I don't drink anymore. And so I'm just trying to girl, that's good for you.
SPEAKER_02I know. I know that's good for you. Y'all, I'm not gonna lie. At Bambi's birthday, I ordered a whole tower of uh, what was it? Oh, those espresso. I ordered a whole, it had 12 special shots on there. Yeah. And me and our other friend, I ain't gonna I'm gonna leave her name out. Yep. GM. Y'all went to the street. Oh, we took the we went to town right in front of her in Malaysia. Girl, y'all be over there, be uh y'all keep y'all, we gonna drink over here on this side of the table.
SPEAKER_01But you know, that's what I love, the balance. You know what I'm saying? So with this element 78, it's like on those times where we just want to get together and we want to have some smoothies and some fresh juice and we want to work out and pop it, that's what we're gonna do.
SPEAKER_02Right.
SPEAKER_01So I love that. Yes.
SPEAKER_02I love that for you. But I really do appreciate you know I love you. You're close to Mars, so I really do appreciate you coming here.
SPEAKER_01I I love it. I love you. I'm so proud of you. I know this thing is going to um do what it's supposed to do. And it's just gonna be one of those staples when we want to see what's going on in fashion, we're gonna tune in and see what you got to say.
SPEAKER_02Right, and that's that's what I'm hoping. I appreciate you. I love you so much.
SPEAKER_01And um, I think we need to end with a prayer.
SPEAKER_02Right.
SPEAKER_01Go ahead. Take us out of here.
SPEAKER_02Lord, please, when we see these dusty bitches out, make sure that they are together. They looks are together from H to T. That's head to toe.
SPEAKER_01Okay, in Jesus' name, and we're gonna win.
SPEAKER_02In Jesus' name. Amen.
SPEAKER_01Amen.
SPEAKER_02Jesus knows my heart. Y'all for the final verdict. That's it. How much it costs, how many labels you got on. It's about how you wear it. And if you wear it with confidence, that shit's gonna hit every time. So our next episode. See y'all later.
