We have some amazing news. Genzone just received the biggest award a Dubai setup consultant could get. This is an award that we received at the end of last year in 2025 for our achievements over the last four years of helping people establish themselves here in Dubai and of course internationally as well. We do have a focus on Dubai, but we do help people around the world, and we help people around the world, of course, move to Dubai, which is one of our favorite places for people looking to increase the quality of their life, reduce their taxes, have amazing safety, everything. And more importantly, we've been doing this and giving people a flawless experience from start to finish over these last four years. It's been our goal to always make sure that people are happy, make sure that people get a good experience, get the value that they're paying for when paying for a service, and getting good value. Because to be frank with you, I strongly believe that our pricing here at GenZone is extremely competitive, much lower than our competitors, and we give a way better experience than all of them. And there's a reason why here at GenZone, not only did we win this award, which I will mention, but we also have the highest renewal rate in Dubai, the highest satisfaction rate in Dubai. We have had zero of our clients lodge any complaints against us to the government authorities here in Dubai. And I cannot say the same for any of our competitors, especially in the top four, top three, which we are in. Nobody is on our level. So this is something that I'm super proud of that our team is showing up every day for our clients and give them the best experience from start to finish. And even after the experience is finished, after we set up your license, we're there to help you support you with your renewals, with your visa, all this stuff. Help you and give you the experience that I would personally use myself, that my team would personally use themselves, that I would be more than happy that my parents or my friends would have that same service and I would be proud that they would have that same experience for themselves. So the award we won is called the Platinum Award. As we've been here in Dubai, we've won multiple awards. We've won the Elite Award, which is just an entry-level award. We got this one back in 2023. In 2024, we won the gold award, which is actually a very strong award, showing that you're essentially in the top 20 of the best business consultants in the UAE. And then once you get the platinum award, now you're heading into the top 10 plus. Now, one thing about the gold award, there actually is an award before that that is the silver award, not to be confused with the platinum award, which is what we recently won. The silver award, we just skipped it because we grew so fast that we went to gold. Let me actually explain to you why these awards are issued and how they're issued. Number one, in terms of volume. So, Gen Zone, we set up around 50 to 70 companies per month in the UAE. So, in terms of volume, we absolutely help a lot of people do this every single month. And we do this every single day, multiple licenses per day. We have around five to ten people that come to our office physically to pick up their IDs every single day, and we have been doing this consistently. So that's the first thing volume. In some cases, maybe someone else can get it with a lower amount of volume, but they've been around for a lot longer. Now, the second thing is client satisfaction. Here at Gen Zone, we have never, like I mentioned, had a complaint lodged against us here at Gen Zone for not replying to people, not giving a good experience, overcharging. We've never had one of these happen. And I was actually speaking to one of the government officials probably around six, seven months ago, and she told us, Kevin, you guys are doing great, but as you're growing bigger and bigger, of course, you're going to have to manage more and more people. Just keep in mind that usually people at your size have people coming in, they're clients, of course, to the government offices and complaining about the services. Just keep in mind that this may happen to you. And I told her, absolutely not, this will not happen to me. Let's take a bet right now. I genuinely think that any size of clients, if you have a thousand clients, two thousand clients, three thousand clients, if you build the right team to support these clients, they will never have to complain. And if they have to complain, take that as a learning experience and improve their service from there moving forward. So I told her that, and that still hasn't happened. And I'm very proud of that. And I'm very proud that I don't think it will ever happen because we're always there to support clients. If it's on the weekend, we will still reply to our clients. It doesn't matter if it's at 8 p.m. at night, 9 p.m. at night. If we're awake, we will reply to you, we will get back to you within a reason, of course, right? So that's why we're building this company to make it the best company in Dubai for Dubai company formation, real estate, citizenship by investment. We take our values and move it to every industry. Now, the third thing that makes someone get an award like this is the values and the culture that a company at this level would have to get to this point. Of course, the free zones in Dubai only award the highest level companies that they have a great relationship with, they're not going to give awards to companies that are not well representing their brand. Dubai is an international brand around the world that everyone knows and loves. And if you're not representing the brand the right way, then this is not going to be, you know, appreciated by the Dubai free zones. And last year I made a similar video when we won our gold award, and I want to reinstate the same values that we have from back then. The same people running your business are the same people that are running your business today. The same people that care about you are the same people that care about you today. I have a lot of clients who are going to watch this and already have their company set up. Great. I want to tell you that you're always going to have good support. And I'm never going to let our clients have a bad experience. Of course, things can happen. It's possible that here and there there might be some miscommunication between us, you, but I will always do our best as a collective group. It's not just me in the company. We're a big team at this point. We're over 16 team members, but I will always make sure that all of our team members share the same values that I have: the values of giving you a good experience, making sure that you're happy, doing our best to make you happy. Of course, within reason, in some cases, I understand that there might be something that happens, but we're always going to be there to do our best. That is one thing. We want to be an extension of you, someone who genuinely cares about you and someone who wants to see your success, not only in Dubai company setup, but outside of that as well. We want to see you happy with your business thriving. We want to make sure that your business bank accounts are still operational. We had a client the other day who had an issue with his business bank account. I wanted to make sure that I got it resolved. This client set up with us over three years ago. Some people would just not reply, but that's not what we do. Just because I can't charge you more money doesn't mean that we're not going to support you. That's why we are here.
