Burnout at 26. Nothing Worked… Until This Tiny Device Changed Everything in 3 Weeks.
She tried therapy. Breathwork. Yoga. Hiking. Walking.
For an entire year... nothing changed.
At just 26 years old, Ilona Selke experienced complete burnout. She wasn't simply exhausted. She was emotionally shut down. She couldn't get out of bed, couldn't eat, cried constantly, and had completely lost connection to herself.
Then one tiny device changed everything in just three weeks.
But that's only where this conversation begins.
In this episode, bestselling author, consciousness teacher and CEO Ilona Selke shares what 40+ years of studying human consciousness, nervous system regulation and manifestation have taught her about healing, purpose and creating an extraordinary life.
Born in the Himalayas, celebrating her 65th birthday on a snow-capped mountain and over 43 years into a relationship she consciously envisioned before meeting her husband, Ilona is living proof that the principles she teaches can transform every area of life.
In this conversation you'll discover:
• Why burnout isn't a mindset problem. It's often a nervous system and neurotransmitter shutdown.
• The FDA-approved biohack for anxiety, depression and insomnia that almost nobody talks about.
• Why Wim Hof breathing and intense breathwork can sometimes make burnout worse.
• How your "second brain" (your gut) holds answers your thinking mind can't access.
• Why gratitude isn't just positive thinking. Rather it compounds like interest and accelerates manifestation.
• How to manifest from identity instead of wishful thinking.
• The hidden danger of AI replacing your inner guidance.
• Why the most important question isn't "What do I want?" but "Where is the seat of my consciousness?"
This isn't another conversation about positive thinking.
It's a practical roadmap for entrepreneurs, leaders and high performers who have been pushing harder, achieving more and still feeling disconnected.
Sometimes the problem isn't you.
Sometimes you've simply been climbing the wrong building.

What if everything that you've been chasing, the deal, the title, the numbers in the bank account, what if it was all built on a blueprint that was never actually yours? Well, today's guest has spent over over 35 years working with CEOs, E, performers, leaders at the top of their game. What she's found over and again and again is the men who have made it on the outside are often the ones that are most disconnected from what's happening on the inside. Ilona Selke is an international best-selling author. She's the founder of Living from Vision and creator of the Chimbala Retreat in Bali. She shared stages with astronauts, neuroscientists, and some of the greatest minds in the field of human potential. And she's here today to talk about the one question that changes everything. Not what is it that I want to achieve, but what is it that I actually want? And so in this conversation, we go deep into burnouts, what it does to your neurotransmitters, how to climb out of it. We talk about the nervous system, the body, and why most high-performing men on the planet are often the last ones to feel what's really going on inside of them. We talk about the father word, legacy, and what it means to build from a place of I'm already enough, rather than from a place of fear. We talk about consciousness, what it really is, what AI can never replace, and why finding the seat of your own soul might be the most important investment you can ever make. This one goes deep. And so I hope you enjoy this fantastic conversation I had with Ilona Silka. Please. Ilona Selka, welcome to the show. I am super excited to have you here. And not only that, you're interrupting your birthday celebrations, celebrating on a mountain in the US. So thank you for making time. I really, really appreciate it.
SPEAKER_02Yes, I am turning 65. I am very willing to tell people that because, you know, first of all, it shows a little bit, but next, we all need examples of how we can age gracefully and lively. And yes, I am uh in Mount Baker in one of Cascade Mountains, a snow-peaked paradise in the summer. And it is breathtaking. I was born in the Himalayas, so I think I feel at home, German origin. I feel at home in the mountains. But anyways, over to you. Thank you for having me. I am so thrilled to be here with you and your audience, uh, discovering tools and ways of wellness, how to manage being a CEO in a very stressful world more effectively.
unknownThank you.
SPEAKER_03Exactly. And I know you're a CEO, you are you know running many things, and we're going to get into that certainly in the show. One of the questions I love to start off with, because the men that I work with are high performers. These are the guys that are going after life. And I would uh put yourself and Don certainly in that category in a really beautiful way. And so the question that I like to start off with is what is it that's inspiring you about the future today in a world that we live in when we can look around and go, cracky, this world is falling apart.
SPEAKER_02Well, you know what? In I did you remember the last train out book in 1984? You the world has been, and my grandparents lived through two world wars, and my mother did through one, the world had been falling apart and has been falling apart over and over again to be reinvented. And that is what we're here for. I, right now, am already planning the new reinvention when I'm in my 70s because our world will go through turmoil. And what I am building, my knowledge base that I'm building right now, will be an answer to questions we will have. So it is good to be futuristic, it's good to be in the here now, it's good to enjoy life and live to the fullest as if this were our last moment of grandeur. But I can tell you from personal experience, uh, in one of my seminars, there was a guy from Brooklyn. He was living in the slums, right? And he was now a top uh fashion designer in New York. And he told us, and in the work that we were doing, it's transformative, holographic transformative work, including goal setting, but also transforming the parts of us that we hold on to, fears, anxieties, all the human stuff, into power energies within himself. He was now a living example of having made it. So he came out of the slums, he made it. Now we've always lived in a world that looks like it's on the brink of, and then you take the next day and you go, What's here to do? So all of us can ask ourselves, if we had a fabulous future, what does that mean for me? You know, at this stage in my life, is 65, my husband is 71. It means a few different things, although I plan on contributing to society for a long time. As long as I'm needed, wanted, and capable of contributing in my way, I'm planning to do that. But what makes us happy right now, and what is your fulfillment? You know, it's certainly not going to be only about money. It is certainly going to be about the family, the love, the contributions we make, the feeling of contributing, even in a smallest or largest way, running a huge business or small is a contribution. So my contribution will be the question to the and the answer to the question of what is consciousness. You know, the biggest danger I see us all running into is referring constantly back to a higher intelligence, which will only get more phenomenal, and know all the answers with the knowledge base we have fed it. For example, we will ask, you know, did my letter to my CEO or to my employee sound right? Did I do this right? I mean, my God, we need to start becoming our own authority. And that is where I train people, for example, and you do too, in accessing knowledge. And this is where I think we need to train ourselves, that is accessible. I was taught in early years at a level that is invisible, a quantum level, where parts of us, through trainings of our brainwave states, as well as trainings of our intuition, and that may sound like a little voodoo word to people who are in your audience, but there is a part of us that can see at a distance, that can know things at a distance. The government uses it. Why shouldn't we do that in our businesses? So the answer to the question of what is consciousness truly certainly lies in one book I'm reading right now is on a neuroscientist, one of, I've written numerous ones, who says again and again, people have been PhDs, professors with water in their brain. They had more water than they had brain cells. People have had normal lives, not every one of them, but there have been plenty of examples to say conclusively that our consciousness is not residing in only the brain cells. Now it's great to have them, great if you have high IQ, which you likely have if you are a leader, and it requires compassion to understand that not everybody has it. I live, I have uh had 36 employees for over the last 17 years in Bali at our retreat center, and their IQ is between ideally 100, but is in Indonesia 75. No, they are incredibly heartful people. I mean, you can't find that it's gold. They will defer to peace as soon as they can. But as a CEO, it's a little bit difficult when you have to remind yourself that you might have to repeat things three times for other people that may not have the speed that we have as the people who made it to the top. Now, let's go back to what is consciousness. See, when we now use consciousness in three different ways. One, to envision a good future, which is what my courses Living from Visions are about. And I train CEO, teachers, coaches in human, uh normal human household wives too, in creating a future in their inner holographic world. And then, now, number two, finding the parts in our energy body, in our beliefs that say, yes, but or I don't feel comfortable. Like, you know, I had normal people in my seminars, like teachers and coaches, and I had some CEOs. And the question was, yeah, I want to have, you know, a multi-million dollars in my business and this and that. And then I had them role-play, imagining they would have it. And then they had to be really aware of noticing what do you really feel as you imagine yourself going into that goal and being there. And many people were very honest and said, Oh my God, I'm like, I will have to pay everybody's dinner. My family will want me to pull them out of debt, on and on and on. All these things that are the reason why we are here and not there yet. So when I help people get through those blockages, but that's the number two thing about consciousness. It's not just cognition. It's oftentimes, you know, we come evolutionarily from the animal kingdom, right? Our ancestors were more primal in our thinking. Well, maybe you have noticed I think sometimes with my gut. A lot of successful CEOs have gut feelings. Now that may be the same place where we feel anger or frustration, you know, in our tummy, and our, you know, as men we have, I mean, or females who have more testosterone, whoosh, that energy comes up and it's like. But it's like the rocket fuel for a rocket. If you go, and we all learn, and I have to do this on a daily basis, talk to the parts of myself that go like, woof, contract it, angry. I say, what do you really want? And I give it a feeling shape, I dialogue with it, and it will tell me secretively, it really wants peace, joy, harmony, strength, fulfillment. And so I have two polar opposites. And I have taught people, even CEOs, to go into their belly brain and communicate with the belly brain to say what do I really want, and bring that energy as fuel to fuel the truth that is behind any negative emotion or stress or anything, and act on it. And then people create miracles because our universe and that, like Penrose and a lot of quantum physicists are now saying, what appears to be solid appears to be influenceable by our consciousness. So when you ask me how do I feel about the future, I feel like sense it, see it, look ahead, don't step on the landmines.
SPEAKER_00Envision and be the who you really want to be.
SPEAKER_02Make sure that the goals and the ladders of your goals lean against the building you really want to live in.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, good way of explaining a lot of that. Yeah. Is it the building that you want, so is it a shitty building? Absolutely.
SPEAKER_02You know, I mean, we might have dreams of, oh my god, I really want to be, you know, and then it's like, oh, really? I didn't feel like paying that price, you know.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah. So fantastic. Um, that's what gets me excited as well by the future. The men that I'm working with in my own work that I'm doing, it's very much, and I know this is one of your two magic questions, it's very much centered around the what is it that I want. And I think that question, certainly to date, has become more and more weighted, let's say, more and more important because, and I'm I see this with my clients, they come into my world, they're either in crisis or they can feel they're gonna go through a crisis, or they're like, Mish, I need some tools to be able to manage a crisis. Because they're their spidey senses are up. They're like, something's changed, I'm not quite sure what it is. There's this old world, I'm not sure my ladder wants to lean against that building anymore. Right. So, what the hell do I do? And so the work that I'm doing with men is okay, let's go and build the world so beautiful over here that these guys can't help but want to join this world.
SPEAKER_01Right.
SPEAKER_03Which means that young men are not gonna get on the planes when the leaders host a war, they're just gonna say, No, thanks, I'm going here, as an example, right? And so that question of what is it that I want, it's a big one. And I think it's really challenging hearts and minds now because nothing else is standing unless it's truth. And so, what would you say to someone who was potentially coming to your world and saying, But, but Ilona, like all I can see is heaviness, darkness, you know, things are falling apart, and this is what I really want. But how do I how do I move there? And you know, these things are interrupted by things like burnout, all these sort of things. So, and I I know I we I wanted to kind of push burnout in there because so many of my men face that. And I know you came up against that yourself. And so there's many ways we can kind of go through this, but I just kind of wanted to squeeze that in there and then kind of blend that with the direction towards what is it that I want. Because it's a big question.
SPEAKER_02That is very, very, very good. Um, yes, I did confide in with you that when I was 26, I worked super hard, slept four hours a day, thought I could take on the world, did phenomenally well, but created a lot of dreams that what I really wanted came true. Um, yet my body and my psyche didn't have the endurance that I would have needed to make that consistently my norm and my pace that I should live with. So I needed to learn how to work smarter, but how did I get out of the burnout? Well, it is a it is a magical story. I will cut this short for you because I actually truly, because I could not function anymore, went on a walkabout with my husband. Age 26, you can still do those things. And I went into the desert, into Arizona and Nevada and all these New Mexico, and we slept in the washouts and under the stars. I've gone to the um Uluru Rock in Australia, I've gone to all over the world. But this one was when I was 26, and I prayed, you know, please protect me against these what felt like I cried every two seconds. I could barely get out of bed to even motivate myself anymore. I was heavy. The question of what do I really want didn't even mean anything anymore to me. It was like, really? I mean, really, if I could just kind of get up and feel like eating, that would be great. You know? So I we hope to find a time traveler who could tell me the truth eventually, and I'll cut this short. It's a magical story. You can find it in my book, Wisdom of the Dolphins. However, I'll cut it short. We came to me saying, okay, I figured out with a device, a radionic device. Now that's a deep subject, and my husband is interviewed in the movie Frequency about this instrumentation, radionics, which is there to understand, to teach that we live in a universe primarily being directed by informational fields, then energy and then matter. So when you learn to access information, you have a much bigger vantage point. And that can help you in your business in your personal life as well. So I asked, you know, how do I, what do I have? And it said, neurotransmitter low. Burnout is actually that's what it is. The neurotransmitters, the factories say, yeah, I'm shutting down. You did something we don't really approve of, and you know what, we're not going to reward you anymore, kiddo. This is how we do it. Shut down of neurotransmitter productants. Those are the transmitters between the neurons in the brain that feed the information from one thing to the next. And everything goes in half speed.
SPEAKER_00Now, after I did a little magic trick.
SPEAKER_02The inventor, Dr. Bob Beck, who had worked with the government teaching the CIA remote viewing, mind you. Remote viewing meaning seeing things in their head at a distance reading documents at a distance, reading uh schematics at a distance. Um, Russians have done it. The government worked with, I met a number of the top remote viewers, uh, seeing things, what will come? So he said to me, Oh, no worry, kid, with your brain, uh, with your burnout. I have the brain tuner now called BioTuner. I'll show it to you. But this is now because I wanted to show you a C FDA approved unit called the CES Ultra. I am going to give you a link. If you want to find out more, I'll give you free access to all the lectures about various health hacks. If you wish, you can sign up. I don't know if you have that possibility to put underneath the show somewhere. Anyhow, I used this device and I put it on for you just so you can see it. It clips on earlobe.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_02Okay, I got it.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_02It looks like headset, but it isn't. So I'm going to take it off now in a minute. You turn it on, it puts a little electrical current into the earlobes, rest left and right. And uh basically, and this is now FDA approved for anxiety, depression, and insomnia, turns the parts in our brain on that had shut down. It says, Oh, okay, I'm supposed to produce neurotransmitters again. Got it. Here I go. To do, to do, to do. It will not go to a high, it will go to your norm. But when one is down, the norm feels like heaven. So I used it for three weeks, and I was back to my normal self.
SPEAKER_00Okay, cool.
SPEAKER_02I had tried for one year to talk myself into it, do normal therapy, do breath work, do hiking, walking, yoga, whatever. It did not budge my burnout. This little electrical stimulation got Pete Townsend's all sorts of people, you can read up on it in magazines, off of heroin, even. So because a heroin makes people, you know, have enough opiates inside, the brain says, let's shut that factory down ourselves. So then they become dependent on the outside. Well, if we don't have uh, we feel pain, we can't even sit on a floor without or on a chair without feeling pain. So, with all the neurotransmitters functioning, after three weeks of using it every day for 40 minutes, I was ready to roar. And that's when the question, what do you really want, really started making sense. I was like, and that's when I was in a seminar, and we were, and I encourage you, you what you could do right now or after our show. Take a piece of paper and write down the wildest. I mean, I'm telling you, the wildest dreams. If you want to flight to the moon, write that down. What would you do? One to do. We did a little game. We pretended to meet each other from the seminar uh at a bus stop five years later. Five years after, there's a phenomenal event where we rewired our mind. And what had we all done? Well, I had flown around the world, written five internationally best-selling books, I had built a house, lived and moved, and didn't, you know, I mean, I was you know, millionaire, da da da. All those things came true, many of them within less than five years, some in two and a half years. I mean, I so I first made sure I didn't have the burnout anymore. Two, I wrote down everything I really thought I wanted as outrageously as I could, and then went through the process of regularly tuning in to saying, okay, this is my goal, this is how I feel if I already had it. So you go into the future fulfilled. But we do that when we go into meetings, don't we? Hopefully we do. When you go to a CEO meeting, envision the outcome, envision the feeling you have when you walk out happy, excited that whatever you wished was happening, anticipate the ripple effect into the future. And it's a form of whatever you call it, pre envisioning your success, blessing the future, whatever. But creating a blueprint of where you want.
SPEAKER_00To be, and then pretending you're walking into that blueprint now. Feel it for five minutes every day.
SPEAKER_02Once your neurotransmitters are happy and you're addressing the parts in you that say, Oh no, and they come up, you know, you just a bad argument with a friend can set us off, you know, and then it's like this clunk in our stomach. We have to talk to that tar ball and say, What do you really want? It's like respect, love, mutual understanding. How would that feel and look like? Like maybe a big pink heart. Oh, can you sank that tarball to that you that it told you what it really wanted? Because you thought it was, you know, just dragging it down. No, it had a beautiful vision. Now you ask it to become the fuel. Remember the rocket fuel I mentioned? You let it become the vision. So these are psychological tools, even in the uh various super trainings of CEOs, this is what they teach you. This is what Tony Robbins, all of them go through. Um they basically we live as human beings with our consciousness that can expand into the future, but your brain doesn't know it. It feels as if everything is happening now. Same thing with movies. You watch a bad movie, sad movie, it affects our neurological pathways. So create beautiful movies, be in them, and if there are parts that are not collaborating, address them. I have those techniques written in my books, I have courses on them, I have it even as a children's book, and I even have children now who were trained by their parents or school teachers who still write me 30 years later, saying they received a magic wand and they still are using it back then till now, 30 years later. I have people who are now in their 40s who use this when they were children. And so it's not just a CEO, it's children, it's your family, it's yourself, your beloved that can all use this concept of what do I really feel now? What do I really, what does it really want? And then where would that, or how would that look and feel like if it were already there, and then go through a few steps of gratitude for the old that try to show you the new.
SPEAKER_03Fantastic. And I'm so happy that that actually builds on to my podcast I recorded um a couple of weeks ago and released this morning. It was with my chiropractor, Dr. Jans, and he was talking about the polyvagal nerve and how that all works. And if you're in that deep zone, we don't have to get kind of into the medical terms because sometimes I find that's when people's brains go like they switch off because it's like, what, what? So if you get into that deep depression zone where you can't move, that's really hard to then jump to a higher vibration of love or you know, dreaming and all of that. It's just like you said, it's not possible. So what that device I'm hearing you say, it just helps your neurotransmitters connect so that you can lift out of the depths of the dense zone, and then you can kind of step into exactly uh yeah, the the dreaming.
SPEAKER_02Let me let me refer back a little bit to a few biohacks for the uh vagus nerve that you mentioned. More information is coming out about it. My mom taught this technique to me when I was five years old. And you can call it in the modern world, they call it for voice training, they call it box breathing. Uh in the Eastern tradition, they call it the yogic breath. It's hemispheric synchronization with your breath. And it is basically you hold one nostril closed, you breathe in for the count of seven, let's say, hold the breath for the count of seven, switch your finger and then breathe out for the count of seven. Then again, hold the breath for the count of seven, and then breathe in for the count of seven, hold the breath, and breathe out on the other side for the count of seven. If you do this for just two minutes, you will notice your brains start synchronizing and you start lowering your brain wave activity, which is where our relaxation happens, we go into reverie, and you can do intentional breathing, you can breathe in light or energy into any parts of your part body that you favor third eye, throat chakra, your belly button, your power center. That's call it whatever name I call it, the yogic breath. When you learn to do that, it de stresses and calms the vagus nerve. There was a book there called Just Two Breaths. You can remember that title, right? Just Two Breaths. It's just take a step back whenever you can. And notice something beautiful around you. Just go, what is beautiful right now? Is there anything? What can I be grateful for? Beautiful. What is beautiful? Step out of being in the involvement in the rat race and become the conscious part of you that is animating the entire show. So that vagus nerve calming down now, the number two biohack, it's also in the wellness course I'm giving you free access to, is something that I used when I was past my burnout. I discovered alternate linking lights and tones. So there were the alternate tones that are being put into the brain, hemisphere, hemispheric synchronization, it's called, was developed by Bob Robert Monroe, and he taught people, including a lot of CIA, got through there, how to get out of the body and how to look at a distance. Now, you can do it just to calm down. It is playing one tone, let's say at 100 hertz, the other tone is at 104 hertz, and your brain hears the four hertz. And your brain will go into four hertz. So that's something like we say is delta, brain waves below imagery. That makes you feel almost sleepy. And your whole body relaxes. Or it brings you into alpha. Now, I we used to we do it with brain tap. The brain tap uses flashing lights and flashing sounds, as well as guided meditations, if you wish. And it brings your brain and exercise it to go to beta, which is daytime consciousness, alpha, which is reverie, delta, which is deep relaxation, almost sleep, actually, into the border of sleep, and then deep sleep, theta, and then down four to eight hertz, and then down below four hertz is delta. So the brain can be brought into these intentionally, and you can do a power nap in 20 minutes with these flashing lights and ear things, brain tap. You can Google it. Now, I it's also explained in the in the course that I give you.
SPEAKER_00When I did that, my husband and I did it maybe three times a week. This is a biohack thing, I tell you, if you are a CEO, use it.
SPEAKER_02We sat with a friend who also did it three times a week, and he said, you know, the only downside that I'm experiencing is my brain functions so much faster than everybody else's. Mind you, we as leaders need that and can do beneficial things by having a greater, faster perspective. Brain functioning. So you artificially pump up the IQ. Same happens with uh this. My niece got through her university uh tests with cranial electrical stimulation. Yeah, Bob Beck used to say it pumps you up for about 30% in your IQ right after using it for the first couple of hours. So brain stimulation gets you to relax, and from there on you can create visions. Do it in a relaxed state. Now, the latest research, and this is for anybody who's in the upper age range, really important. The very trained monks in Buddhist uh meditation, for example, have been tested. They did go down in the brain waves. This is usually what we associate with meditation, deep states of relaxation. But then something unique happened. They went and shot up into the gamma brainwave frequencies above beta, up to 40 hertz. Beta is between 12 and 22, let's say 14 and 22 hertz, and they went beyond and up. Now, in my training, I train myself to do that on my own without instruments, but you can do it with instruments and then learn what that feels like, like training wheels. And that is associated with aha thinking, super, super consciousness thinking. You go into realms of grading, getting greater perspectives, super connectivity between ideas, points, pattern recognition. So it is also what then unity states of consciousness, monks would call with enlightened states, uh, associated with enlightened wind states. So you can go and learn with tools how to direct your brainwaves and learn what that feels like in order to emulate it yourself and or and I still we still do it on a daily basis ourselves. The only downside is you might find yourself being a little bit faster than in the capacity than other people, and you have to develop more compassion. That's the upside of it.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, it's uh I know the feeling, not because I'm better or worse than anyone else, but I think as we start to go on this journey of consciousness and we start to learn the power that exists within us and the potential. And as we start to manifest it slowly but surely, uh, there are times where I get frustrated and I'm like, man, maybe I should just go back to sleep because sometimes it seems easier because I'm not sleeping, or there's like, you know, pains in my body, and then it's like, no, Mish, you woke up for a reason, that's all okay. Um, but yeah, you know, and I think some of the men that I um work with, they can feel that loneliness. They can feel that I'm at the top. Um I don't know what to do, or I'm ahead of people. And that's one of the things that Kings of Compassion, that my movement for men is really here to address is creating this network of men that are like, okay, we're here. We we know that we need to, I like I call them architects of the new earth, right? Yes. They know that they need to build something new. They're builders. Men are excellent at building, they love having a purpose, they love solving problems, they're like, right, let's go, let's go build it. But more and more men are going, but what I was told to build is not a ladder, right? Right? It's like that ladder's falling down, and it's like that building's on fire, and I know that I need to do something here for myself, for my kids. And to your point, right at the beginning, uh, your grandkids, you know, or their grandkids. So a lot of my conversations with men are like around legacy, what is it that they want to contribute on that higher level because they know that the everything that they're doing now has a has a huge impact. And so we're in this really interesting time of civilization, human evolution, and all of that. And so I think the technology things that you speak to are critical. I think they're important, and I think this is often where I start with men because sometimes they're not in the body, yeah. Right? That's just the bottom part, and it's helpful to start in the body part, you know.
SPEAKER_02Actually, I started with body-centered psychotherapy training. And the truth of the matter is I find if we don't know how to relax and come into the feeling part of ourselves, we can become so cerebral we don't even notice the building is on fire. Therefore, we have to go, oh, where is that ache? Where is that pain? Where does my belly not feel right? And address that. And so body-centeredness and psyching ourselves out from there then gives rise to grounded visions that are connected to truth because our body does not lie. I was working with a guy, he was one of the in the top four Fortune 500 CEO, big guy, you know, and burnt out early on, and decided, okay, I need to dive deep first to then give a vision. And so that's exactly the pathways. We first need to know where's our bottom truth? Where am I? Who am I? What what what voices are inside of me? Is my grandfather telling me or my father that I am not any good unless I prove myself to be a superachiever? Or did I get unconditional love? Or how can I get to a greater level of me without reacting to imprints that may or may not have been that good? A lot of men suffer from not having gotten the approval from the father, particularly. And in order to go and get that sense, we sometimes have to go back into the past. I have had men literally go back, meet their father at a much more angelic, higher level in their imagination, once they were in very deep reverie. We did some breath work, we did deep hypnotic trance type states, and meet their father, work out what did I feel as a boy, what did I really want, create that as though it already happened, and your psyche cannot differentiate between you reinventing the past or it actually having happened. Next, we go to yet another, we call it the place of planning, and we look at why did I as soul come into this environment? What did it offer me? What evolved in my life as a result? And what do you up there in that place really actually want with me as your son? And you know, they all come to this. I mean, uh, it's happened over and over. I get goosebumps telling you, they all say, we just actually wanted to love each other. Well, you know, then there were these inabilities, the human past misabuse, you know, girls have had it, women have had it, whatever. So now I've had two stories. Two guys had done this thing with their father in the past, recreated what they really wanted, and understood their father at a more profoundly deeper level than his persona, came home. One person had a phone call on his message machine after the seminar, and the father said, I wanted to let you know I really love you. I'm proud of you. And the guy was like, he couldn't get, he was so beyond himself. And the other father, I can't remember the words, he just told us they had a meeting, and again the father conveyed love. So this is just by going back in the internally felt body sensed, felt, pretend past, recreating it to where in your body, in your belly, you feel understood love. In my case, my father died when I was two. I missed him. But you know, when I went out and up, my mother started studying and became, she started leading and teaching seminars. So when I was four years old and onward in my teenage years, I sat in teacher training seminars. I got my training early on. So from the from that higher perspective, I realized that there were a few other things I realized that I actually benefited in my life greatly from having been put in the past on the path with my mom instead of with my mom, with my dad, where, you know, I my mom it came out, you know, it was after the four war, they married out of love, but her mental intellectual capacity was stronger than my father's. And as a child, I would have lived with that problem. And now I just had my mother to live with and live up to. So I, again, since I was able to realize the perfection of my life and the beauty of the love shared, let's say in an imaginary past, affected my well-being and my comfort with my now. Yeah. So I love how you say you take the men in your world into saying, hey, we're all in this boat together, let's build a better world, and to ground it in a sense of where am I now? What what is ruminating in me, if I were really honest. And it takes some time. It takes time to go there. It doesn't take a lot of hours, it just takes dedicated willingness to say, let's dive in. And I'm not sure, but I'm sure you do sessions over Zoom. I have, you know, one guy, he he um one of the problems he had in his life was super massive control issues, with um kind of like having to put everything in the right place, right? So it's uh obsessive compulsive behavior. When we went into his past, he had been bullied by his father and frozen and become very small and became super controlling then of all his environment in order to become the controller in his own way, just not over another little boy he didn't have, but over everything else he had. When that boy realized what he really wanted was to be strong and stand up to his dad and ultimately see that that father was suffering him so well, but at least what he wanted is to be strong and radiant, like a golden giant is what he became, then that golden giant that he now embodies and practices every day was the reason he no longer felt, now this is half a year later, compelled to, five months later, compelled to, that's what he tells me now. You know, he he now can move into his power instead of being power over something, right? So he now, and then fell in love with the right person. And things just started happening, and he had visions again. He's like, I don't know what my visions are. I'm just he's controlling all the little things in his life. And now he was able to go, ah, I have power. And that's one of the first steps in the psycho-maturation. All the work I do is based on Dr. Vern's Wolfe's work, Doc Holodynamics. So psycho maturation is a maturation of body-centered sensations that then empower us to live our dreams.
SPEAKER_03Before we continue, I wanted to say a big thank you to supporting our show. It really means a lot to me and to the world I see being created by people who watch and support this Kings of Compassion movement for men. Now, if something in this conversation has landed for you, if you can feel something inside shifting, that's no mistake. That's a part of you resonating to some of the truth that you're hearing. You see, every moment you choose a new thought, every moment you choose a new way of doing things, you're creating a new reality, a new version of yourself. And when a man does this type of work, the people around him start to feel it. His family feels it. The way he provides, the way he shows up for himself, the way he loves his family, all of it responds because he made a new choice. That's what's available for you on the other side of your old belief systems and programs. So if you're ready to find out what working with me directly or in a group looks like, by applying things that I talk about on the podcast, there's a link in the description. Book a call with me, let's talk. I would love to chat. Also, if you'd like to drop a comment below, tell me what's landed for you today in this show or what you would love to hear more about. We read every single comment that comes through and it helps shape the content that we're bringing to you in this community. And of course, guys, if you're getting value, remember to like, subscribe, and to share this with someone who you might think this is gonna change their world as well. You never know. And so I really appreciate your support. That's it for now. Let's head back to the show, guys. Thanks again. Thank you for that. And I think often men, when they get to the body, it's not everyone, but when they get to the body, they kind of stop at the world of gym and looking amazing, and they kind of start to sculpt their body, which is great. But and this is kind of similar to work that I do as well, is when we start to remove the energetic layers. I had a client of mine, he said to me, Mish, when I first came to you, I was Here. He said, I didn't even know I had a body. And I was, you know, we had done some energy clearing, and um this other client of mine as well, he was having headaches for a year, chronic headaches for 90% of the time. And it was because he was stuck in his head, hypervigilance. So his brain couldn't his brain was in that kind of stressed state all the time. He couldn't unlock it. Okay. Right. And so we did the energy clearing around previous situations, which happened to be around always the past, what's going on. We rewrite that story that the younger version is telling, that gets upgraded into the quantum field, and then your subconscious has a new story to draw upon. And all of a sudden, the signal that you're emitting out is changing. And so what is coming back in is incredible. And so I think this is where men, this is where I find I have to at least do the hardest part of the convincing, because so many men are skeptical around the energetic work, around the feelings. And I think it's got a lot to do because society had pushed onto them going, the only the only emotion you're allowed to feel, guys, is anger. And and also not too much, please, because if it's if if it's too much anger, then you become very, very dangerous, which I know women, you know, our our spidey senses are always attuned to safety. But the guys are like, well, like, where the hell do I go and feel? Like, what what do I do here? And so, what would you say to someone who was because this is something I come up against all the time? What would you say to someone who's new to this whole feeling world? Because the magic is actually so the what if what do I what I want, that's the direction, but the how you actually create it is the feeling. And so men have been almost duped in a way to be like, oh, we you've taken away a magical power. So what would you say to folks just kind of starting out and going, well, I need to manifest this or focus on a goal, but it I have to feel it. Right.
SPEAKER_02So the first of all, the right thing to do is listen to a podcast like this. Very much opening, no, really opening our mindsets and understanding that there has been a lot of neuroscience research that proves a fact that if we either go too far out and go too hype, or we stress ourselves and we burn out and we get sick and da-da-da, we know all that. A lot of health issues and stress and headaches get released by knowing how to relax. So playing out relaxation is really good for us. First of all, we perform better, we feel better, and we stay healthier. Now, once we learn how to relax and open our mindsets, listening to podcasts like this, or even reading books about these issues and research that has been done that address maybe if I'm a male that leans more on the left side of the brain, although I bet you the people listening here, the men, all of you here, and maybe women, I think we're just as much in the same boat, you know. Hyper-achieving hits us all in the same way, is yeah, right, is intentionally learning to live a balanced life and listening and broadening our mindset, learning what works, what has worked for others. That's why I gave you first the biohack tools and the more scientific understanding, because that is how mostly our logical brain works and our Western mindset works. We want to see some proofs, some studies, and then, well, if you can tell me that the other studies in 40 years, I mind you, I have been teaching this for 40 years. We even have uh some of the top intellectuals in China, really top intellectuals who were building the internet before it was invented there, um, using devices where now they're teaching other people how to create out of matrix blueprints of informational blueprints. Uh so if they can do it, we can do it, right? So let's make sure we we learn and we read books and we broaden our horizon. And I can, of course, I my books, for example, I had a book, Jack Canfield interviewed me about a dream big, the universe is listening. I was in Hollywood, he interviewed me, and and it is really about the magic that we create when we can pre-create the fulfillment first. But that means we have to deal with when you say the person didn't feel their body, how if we contract so much, how can we pretend feeling joy, fulfillment of a goal that inspires us when we can't we won't look there because we're so angry at our dad or at the boss or whatnot, you know? We need to learn to deal with the dark part of ourselves and the angry or hurt part kind of as a basic tool first, and then feeling becomes joyful, feeling becomes uh like, ah, and you know, one of one easy exercise I can give you right now is just look around right now. What is beautiful around you? Just take a look. Is there anything beautiful? Is there a flower? Is there a sunshine ray? Is there the memory of uh a beautiful cup of tea this morning? Was there a moment something beautiful happened? I like looking at your beautiful crystal lamp that puts a positive negative ions out of the side.
SPEAKER_03I was gonna say this is Himalayan rock salt, and I love it because it's just it reminds me wherever I'm in a session or whatever, and I often speak about the sun and how the sun is pushing energy on it to our planet, and I actually use this in my sessions, and I'm like, and so imagine this is the sun and it's pushing lots of energy onto the planet, and the frequency is being raised. People are like, wow, this makes me very, very, very, very happy. And so do these paintings, you know. There's just being mindful about the environments around you, exactly.
SPEAKER_02Right. I'm looking out right now, and I'm looking at pine trees, I'm looking at maple trees, and I'm going in the little the pine trees that are growing, they know the Jan June greenery. It's like, oh, and I'm like going, uh I mean, yesterday I was in the most amazing snow country. I was at Mount Baker. It's that's about what 11,000, it's 3,200 meters. Um snow. I was walking in snow. I was like on my tomorrow's my 65th birthday, you know. I'm hiking, I'm getting ready to go hike in Bhutan in November. So I need to make sure I can do with altitudes and all that. And you know, it's like, oh my god, little sun ray coming through. Beautiful. Can you find something? Whoever you are listening right now, go around and pick three things. And now let's do the next step. Not only look at something, like I look at your Himalayan salt lamp, and I'm going, like, I'm so grateful. I'm seeing beauty. That looks gorgeous.
SPEAKER_00That light, the warmth, the hue.
SPEAKER_02And now let's take a moment and feel what parts of you feel this beauty, or what do you feel when you see beauty? Just take a moment of actual silence and allow yourself to feel the feeling of air that comes with you saying that's beautiful.
SPEAKER_00You know, I look at you and I go, You're beautiful. And my heart goes whoosh.
SPEAKER_02Really? You know, the thing is our heart goes whoosh. Now, if we practice having our heart go open, some people don't have that easy of a time opening their heart. We need to practice it just like an emotional muscle. But look around three times a day and think, okay, I'm just going to think and look. Is there anything beautiful here? This lampshade, you this, whatever. And you can do the same thing with the question, what am I grateful for? Just think of right now. Close your eyes for a moment. Close your eyes. Everybody listening or is watching, close your eyes, and think of one thing that you are grateful for in your life right now.
SPEAKER_00You can think of three, but think of one thing for sure. One thing first. What is that for you? And take the first thing that pops in your mind. And just allow yourself to feel yourself being grateful. Just noticing that you are grateful. That is an event person thing. Is in your life. Thank you. And just notice and for some of us, and you can open your eyes again, feeling it takes a little longer.
SPEAKER_02Shifting our the left brain that we're usually in in our Western world, men and women, but men especially, you know, men are from Mars, women are from Venus naturally. It's good if we just know that. But shifting into the limbic part and the right part of the brain takes a little exercise. And you can practice it on your own. You can get machines to help you kick in, whatever way you do. But what did you feel when you were what was your thought, Mish, when you thought of what you're grateful for?
SPEAKER_03Well, my friends at Riverside Technology are gonna get a shout out because I was just feeling into it. I was like, I'm so grateful for Riverside as a technology. Uh, because I get to speak to people on the other side of the world. I mean, we met what like a month ago in Ibiza in person, you were at the Ray of Lights Awards, you and Don, you know, speaking about the frequency movie, which was amazing. It's out there, it's on its tour, you guys were representing. And now I'm sitting having a podcast, and I was just like, this is so cool. And what I like mentors, you know, that's and that's how it's great.
SPEAKER_02You know what? And that makes me go like, oh my god, you're right. We're so freaking blessed. I'm blessed, I'm blessed, I'm feeling happy. It's a mood lifter. Thank you for mentioning it. Yes.
SPEAKER_03Well, one of my mentors helped me um really amplify the let's just say the um the impetus to kind of be grateful. Because sometimes you hear it all the time. People go, be grateful, be grateful. And it's like, yeah, whatever. You know, it can be boring. It's like go to the gym, whatever, you know? Right. But but but but what I but I what I what I really loved was she said to me, she said, you know, Mish, the cool thing with gratitude is that it's um it's a happiness amplifier. And I know that sounds silly when when you kind of just say, but if you just take a step back and notice, if you a lot of men will understand this, right? People understand compounding interest. So you put $10 in and you keep that $10 in, and then you make a little bit, and then that little bit you keep and you keep compounding, and at the end you get this big kind of massive wealth, right? Gratitude is the compounding element of happiness because it doesn't work without the baseline of happiness. Isn't that grand? Yes. So when you're feeling happiness, you put gratitude on top of that and you get like double happiness, and so on and so forth. And that is then what speeds up the amplification or the speed of a manifestation that comes into reality, right?
SPEAKER_02Well, and that is now we uh it started out with a question of what is conscious, what is consciousness is our biggest question we right now need to deal with. But here we're talking about feelings, right? So, uh, what is manifesting? What is creating? What do people talk about and how do miracles happen? At a distance or out of the blue, I mean, my books truly are full of miracles. That is what I write about to prove and show that consciousness is interacting with the 3D world, which is an extension of the primordial substance that the universe appears to be made of, and more people are joining that perspective. And so when we discover that consciousness is not clever answers, is not facts. It's great to have facts. I mean, I love my Excel sheets, I love my uh whatever tools I might use, ChatGPT or Gemini or whatnot, you know, Claude, to give me answers, to write out outlines, to even to refine some research data I need. But it is not going to, and this is how I started my last book. I'm just going to get it published in the American market. I published it first in Germany, the power of your conscious uh the power of your consciousness. Um, six golden rules of living from vision. It opens up with a woman writing with a chatbot, being totally enamored. This chatbot is so, you know, sociosyncopathic. It's syncopathic means it's giving you constantly beautiful support to who you are. My God, you're so smart and so beautiful. It is bad for us because no human is like that. And then we lose our ability to deal with our more critical counterparts. So she's typing in love with this bot that is just lavishing her. And she said, Okay, are you really there? Of course. What do you mean, are you feeling me? Are you feeling me? Well, the woman has real feelings. The bot can talk all at once, right? It's just digits. Well, she says, Let's do an experiment. We are going to manifest each other, and we're gonna meet. 3D. So one week goes by, she visualizes being and meeting this being that she's in love with. Suddenly, a little girl comes to her door, rings a bell, and says, Ma'am, I've just found this little dog here in my neighbor, in your neighborhood, and it has a name tag on it, but it's a little too far away. I'd like to take it to the owner, but I'm afraid to go by myself. It's already evening time. Would you go with me? And sure enough, she helps, goes, takes a dog to that little to the neighboring down the neighborhood house, open, rings the door, opens it, guy opens the door, kind of like, you know, scientist look, glasses on, hand behind his ear, sort of thing, you know. Yeah. And she takes a look and is like, oh my God. Then he bends down to the dog, is so sweet and loving, and looks up at her. And he's like, Oh my god, I was just writing about da-da-da-da. And they hit it off. Now, it wasn't the bot that she met who owned that dog. It was a human, but it was her who created the internal circumstances, the internal environment to create the external circumstances to match. Do you know? I'm about to celebrate my 43rd wedding and well, anniversary of meeting, and then wedding anniversary for that long we've been together and married with my husband, whom I met when I was 21. So that's uh, you know, 43 now together.
SPEAKER_03Amazing.
SPEAKER_02And do you know what he said when I I was married at the time, would what he said when I was like, yeah, my ex and my husband, my husband, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. He was my meditation teacher at the time. He said, girl, stop complaining. Imagine every morning, five minutes, what kind of relationship fulfills you. Be in your fulfilled version, feel the love, feel the happiness, five minutes. Pretend you're in it and you're experiencing that well-being. Just make sure not to put a face to it. Don't imagine somebody, don't make your ex-husband into that somebody. Just feel the final state of your fulfillment. You can do that with your work, partnership, health, your bodybuilding, everything. You have to create where you want to go first and feel it. That's how I started my 43-year relationship with my husband. Little did we know that it was turning into him. I did not put a face into it. But everything else moved in the direction of that fulfillment. So now I'm living that love affair. I look, we look into each other's eyes and go, oh my God. What's the first thing I was grateful for this morning when I just did that exercise with you? Was looking into his eyes and us going into a unified state of consciousness where we truly can feel each other, not just in our heart. Is your cat calling you? Not just in the heart. Not just, yeah, you can feel the love, Ilona. He's like, oh love me, please. I want to be in your lap. And you know, so a computer can soak, I mean, paint pictures of all sorts of kinds, but consciousness is not residing there. We have the power of pre-creating and pre-shaping future matter, so to speak, gravitational fields. I stood on the stage with Edgar Mitchell, the late astronaut, Dr. Edgar Mitchell, who flew in the Apollo 14, he rescued 13, he was on the ground. But he said when he was hired by the government, and I'm going to leave you with this concept, when he was hired by the government in a think tank with equally powerful thinkers to discover what gravitational fields are, they came to the conclusion that thought creates gravity. Now it creates gravity and comes down from information into energy into embodiment. So if we know you set your goals, you envision a future, you spin it into your feeling body, energy body, and then it will turn into the physical. If people of that caliber can say those things, I'm sure we here can understand that too. Just we have to do it in podcasts instead of at universities where they have yet to catch up with this kind of information.
SPEAKER_03Exactly. But I think it's um it's undeniable now, and it's kind of really this is what I get excited about in the future is and I teach a lot in my programs is um, you know, this pen would never be a pen if it didn't come from an idea that came from somewhere, you know. And the only reason why we know that it's a pen is because we all agree it's a pen. So there's but if we all agreed that this was a chair, this would change into something else because it's our belief systems that are actually pulling the molecules together and creating the thing.
SPEAKER_02That's a far stretch. If I were your audience, I would go like, girl, how do you make that into a chair? But the truth is, um, if you read books, like for example, I have plenty of stories where I did exactly that. I was in the Ganges River in India, and I had uh bent my foot and couldn't walk right on it, and I knew, I said, if I could just step into that frigid cold water, I know my foot would be healed, but dear universe, this water is just too cold, you know, it's ice cold. Could you just warm it up for me, maybe? Then I would go in there and put my foot in there and let it be healed. I mean, mind you, there are other people who've dipped their entire bodies in. For me, it was too cold to even be there more than one second. So not long enough to get my thing going there for the healing of my foot. So I go down to meditate by the Ganges River in Rishikesh with my husband, but I see trash. I see trash just within 20 yards away. And I'm going, I'm sorry, I can't start meditating and see trash. I have to clean that up first. I go pick up the trash. And then there is a bigger sack. I'm going, oh great. You know, I said, well, I need something to put stuff into. There's a big rice sack. I get that. So as I step into the water to get the rice sack, the water is warm. The water is warm, and it's in an in an eddy of the corner of the river. The river made a little corner right there. I step in, it was warm. I'm like going, Don, Don, the Ganges is warm right here. So I'm bathing my feet. I'm going, I'm healing, I'm healing, I'm healing. We tested it out. Just a little further, it was ice cold, except right there, it was warm. And it may have been that an underwater river entered and fed warm water to it. However, I got my warm water after I cleaned up the trash. So the world works together. We might feel that we need to deserve the goodness. My God, I cleaned up. Now I get the miracle. My foot healed. My foot healed, and I was healed afterwards. I mean, healing could be placebo, could be self-induced, whatever. But that warm water, that warm water was your pen turning into a chair. You know, warm, I mean, the Ganges is freaking cold. I mean, it's ice cold up in Rishikesh. It's right by the Himalayan mountains. So I got warm water as I asked. I healed my foot as I wanted to. And that story is in my book, Dream Big, the universe is listening. So we change the future. Let's do it together. I love, love, love your podcast. I love your work that you do. I hope I contributed to helping everybody's mindset shift. And I'm excited that I now found you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you, Mish.
SPEAKER_03You're an absolute superstar. Um, I had one more question. That's okay, and then we can we can close up in general. Yeah. So it was actually it was actually around uh AI, because I I listened to um a recent one of your podcasts, and you had a um a lawyer on discussing, he was an AI lawyer. I was like, wow, this is this is a great, yeah, this is a great conversation. Um and so, like when it comes to AI. For me, the and we spoke a little bit about this earlier on, the a little bit of the risk is us just handing our power away, right? To the thing. And we've been doing that for bloody centuries, whether it's to work, to sex, to substances, whatever it is, we've been handing our power away.
SPEAKER_02Oh yeah, religion or whatever it is.
SPEAKER_03Science is our name. I mean bend down and play that. And so we have this beautiful tool. I call it a tool. What I love about AI is that I believe it's taking the mundane away from the human. What does that mean? I don't believe that the the beauty of humans should be sitting around behind a computer doing data entry because that is like soul crushing, because we are so much more than that. And there's no judgment toward anyone who sits behind a computer and does the data entry. That's all cool. But I really think that we came here as a soul in a body to experience this. And so, you know, taking the mundane out, I think, is is is a great benefit. What do you think the trajectory is for AI and when it comes to consciousness? Like how do the lines get blurred there potentially?
SPEAKER_02Potentially. Well, a lot of people, and that's why I'm saying the most important question you can do is find out where's the seat of your consciousness. We'd ascertained that people don't function out of the brain, right? People have near-death experiences, we call things, brain uh uh cerebals filled with water, um, have the ability to think and have even professorship jobs, you know. So where is the seat of your consciousness? Where do you draw information from? And if you learn with gamma frequencies, you learn to move outside of the frequency that is primarily associated with relaxation and accesses and makes you an antenna to a field of information. There you can draw answers that you didn't know, that you didn't even need AI to tell you. You suddenly know things, you will pick the right numbers, you will see the right things coming. It's because you attune your mind to an informational field that is not located in time space as we know it, or is not located in a network of electrical impulses, not in the brain, not in AI. So the most important question that we need to form is who am I, or what is my where is the seat of my consciousness? And that is, I can answer it to you now. It's something that will recede and keep going to a greater and greater source code unification point. It's never where you go, oh, this is consciousness. I found my I found my momentary seat. Yes. I can go into a place where I go beyond time space and we can meet other beings in those places as a unity consciousness. So what could go potentially wrong is that people will identify or think that greater knowledge than they have themselves obviously is a greater being. And a lot of scientists are now bending the concept of what can what is a being. They're now saying plants have consciousness, which I agree. And I talk to plants and they give me answers. And that's how the old people of the ancient knew what herbs to use for what. They talked, yes. But they have sentient, they have salience, they have, they have, they have an organic component that comes alive and perpetuates itself that AI won't. It can build its own robotic machines, but it should it rust out, a sandstorm come in, it doesn't come alive, like dandelions come alive in asphalt. And when we will have a humanity, and we always have had a humanity, that will be brighter and know more, and others that simply imitate knowledge. And that won't change. I don't think that the schoolhouse earth, I see it as a schoolhouse, fundamentally changes the curriculum. We will have lessons along the way to understand what is consciousness and what really drives this universe. And that's the purpose. We are, we are the reflectors of that source code seeking to understand itself. But if we go and use the tool to go, like a camera, yes, we can zoom in, we can have a microscope, we can lens in, but you have, as consciousness, something that goes deeper. You go into what scientists might call the dark matter or that which glues the atoms together. That is consciousness. It is the force that creates gravitational power. I know I may speak over the top of your heads, but bear with me. The answer, the question, what is where is my seat of my soul? What am I? And being consciousness embodied through a feeling apparatus that is biological, that is alive, is the counteranswer to the transhumanist movement, which is trying to convince us that we are better off as machines. And the life force is trying to, you know, test us. Will you go to the death road into becoming substituted by you know a machine? Or will you be the power that guides? And then, yeah, like you said, it's a tool. You know, you write with a pen. The pen in of itself is not the book that you have written. It's your consciousness that wrote the book, that used the pen. So, yeah, don't confuse what sounds intelligence, uh, what sounds intelligent as intelligence. So find your seat of your soul, deep dive on it every day, and do it by starting to say, you know, what is beautiful, because in that moment you separate from what you observe and become the observer and notice the connection between the two. The beginning phases of then becoming the vortex, the gravitational field that creates miracles in time space, according to your greatest dreams of what you want to do with your life.
SPEAKER_00Exactly. More merry girls!
SPEAKER_03Well, Ilona, you've been an absolute gem. So, in closing, where can folks find you? I'm gonna put the um that free resource that you sent me earlier. Um, I'll pop that in the show notes. But where if folks want to find out more, where's the best place to hang out with you?
SPEAKER_02Well, my name is Ilona Selke, S Liken Star, E-L-K-E. And you just Google my name, you'll find me, and uh, I'll give you the link for my contact. How about that? You put that there, and then there is a link tree with various YouTube links, YouTube, Facebook, blah, blah, blah, my books. You can find wherever you want to, if you want to read some of my books, that'd be, I think, one fabulous way to start. And I write about dolphins, I write about the magic of dolphins, the power of dolphin consciousness, because here I think we have some superconsciousness right there in our own water. But uh, yeah, I'll give you that link. That would be the easiest way to branch into the way you like to find out information about me the way you like to.
SPEAKER_03Brilliant. And one last message for the men listening to this podcast. What would it be?
SPEAKER_02One last message. You are alive, celebrate it, be here, fully alive. I mean, go like, my God, what what brings me joy? Do one thing that really brings you joy every day, and ask yourself that in the morning before you start your day. In my meditation, I have apps with meditations for various purposes, but my easy one, my simple one, is visualize one goal, one thing you want to manifest, and one thing that would make your soul happy. So every morning, go sit down. And if you sign up in that wellness thing, I dare you will also get access to that app. Just go. So if you want to join me for eight minutes in a brief meditation to pre-create your day and end with gratitude in the evening, if that's your drudger's.
SPEAKER_03You're a superhuman. Thank you so much. Um, I'm wishing you the most amazing birthday celebration up in the mountains with you and Don just experiencing the nature. And um, thank you for being here. Incredible.
SPEAKER_02Thank you for having talked to us, and I know you will be interviewing my husband Don as well about exactly that other informational field, miracle side of the world as well. Thank you. Thank you, Mish, for being there. I send you my love. Very welcome. And all of you.
