Inner language with Ellis
Inner language is for everyone going through a change.
About outgrowing versions of yourself, questioning your direction, and learning to trust what you feel when life no longer makes sense.
Through honest reflections and personal stories, I explore what it means to navigate fear, intuition, identity, and change, without needing to have it all figured out.
This is for you if you feel stuck between who you were and who you’re becoming. If you’re questioning your choices, your path, or even yourself… you’re not alone in that.
Inner Language is about learning to understand yourself, so you can start moving again.

Why do we feel like we’re constantly running out of time?
Like by a certain age we should already know who we are, what career we want, where we’re going, who we’ll end up with, and what our “plan” is?
In this episode, I talk about the invisible timelines we grow up with, where this pressure actually comes from, and why uncertainty is not a failure, it’s part of being human.
I share my own experience with feeling stuck between expectations and intuition, and how I learned to question the voices in my head:
“Is this actually my belief… or one I adopted from someone else?”
We’ll talk about:
- age pressure and feeling “behind”
- career expectations and changing direction
- why people are afraid of uncertainty
- the pressure to always know your next step
- making unconventional choices
- trusting your own voice over outside opinions
This episode is for anyone who feels like they’re late, lost, or doing life “wrong.” Maybe you don’t need to have it all figured out. Maybe you just need permission to choose yourself.
And if you’ve been waiting for a sign to go after the thing that feels scary, weird, or different… this is it. 🤍
