So I'm just gonna be talking for my gratitude channel for today. Um today I'm just feeling you know a little bit hmm for a bit mindful and I feel a bit um you know like just thinking quite deeply right now. Um there's a lot of things to be grateful for, you know, I'm grateful to being able to do what I I can do, you know, especially for the work I'm being able to do um in helping other people. Um I'm grateful that I'm able to just um be alone sometimes when I need to be alone and focus on the things that are very important to me. I'm grateful that you know I continue to do the work of helping other people, giving back and making a difference, and throughout my life I'm always contributing and making a difference. Um obviously, you know, sometimes I have to think about you know is the work that I'm doing worth it, is it worth um you know helping other people, giving back and making a difference, and you know, trying to focus on like where do I see myself and where do I want to be, but at the same time being content for for where I am. Um you know I as I was having my bath today and just being on the bath and just being in the water, I realize you know, all the life experiences I've been through and all the difficulties I've faced and um you know I have been through some like serious life experiences and serious challenges within my life and I feel like the suffering pair of adversity I've gone through has made me who I am, but that doesn't mean I you know um don't have my ups and downs and some days I may not find it easy to process and deal with, but um at the same time I have to focus on where I'm going, um focus on you know what's very important to me. I'm grateful that I can live life on my own terms, do exactly what I need to do in helping other people, giving back and making a difference, and I'm just grateful that Jehovah, Jesus Christ and Buddha saved me, you know, many years ago because um my life definitely wouldn't be the way it is if I didn't get saved, so you know, at some amazing way, you know, I'm grateful even though it is I'm feeling a little bit, you know, like um a little bit sad, a little bit unhappy with the suffering pain and adversity I've experienced, but at the same time, you know, if you don't go through things that are gonna challenge you and make you learn and understand, then sometimes you don't build the resilience and the persistence that you need to build. So even though yeah, I am feeling grateful, I am feeling sad, I am feeling a bit unhappy, but at the same time I feel good that you know I am helping other people, I am giving back, and um you know my life, my contributions are not just based on me, it's not just based on you know um everything to do with me, it's more based on others and how I support people. So I think with suffering pain adversity, it makes you stronger, even though yeah, I have been through a lot, I have gone through a lot of life experiences at such a young age, but you know, these experiences make you stronger, keeps you persistent, keeps you resilient, and sometimes when you are going through the feelings and emotions of just life itself, and you move changes and you start to think about your life and all the things that happened. Um the one thing I've learned in my journey and in my time, and you know, just the things I've learned over the years is that moving forward is a process, and when you keep moving forward and you know, you try to remember where you come from, you know, also you know how far you've actually you know come from in your life from from where you was and you appreciate that it may not be the most like um wow we fantastic appreciation, but you appreciate just your journey and what you've had to go through, what you've had to experience and where you are today. So yeah, I think with this gratitude journal for this evening, it's a bit of a mixture of emotions and feelings, but um you know I c I gotta keep moving forward. Um I can't look back on what's happened and uh I think just focus on what's important to me and focus on you know my contributions and you know my contributions are very important to me, so I need to just continue to push through. Um these days do come, it's not every day it's gonna be happy, feeling emotion. Some days will be tough, some days will be okay, some days will be challenging, some days you'll think. So um I just gotta remember why I do what I do and um keep moving forward and you know just focus on what's important to me and focus on my contribution. So um that's the end of this graph gratitude channel for today, and uh just felt like sharing that. Okay, thanks.
