Hello everyone, my name is Christopher Liam Rose. This is my gratitude journal for the 5th of the 5th, 2026. Today's been a really good day. I was at work as a peer support coordinator doing my final uh shift before my annual leave. So I had to sort out emails, peer support referrals, um go into a lot of meetings in the day, and then sort of wrap up for my annual leave. So I had to sort out things with the peers, sort out things with the team, so um, which was good, which was fine. And then I came home, um been working on uploading music, so my video music albums onto DistroTrid. When I was on the train, I worked on a brand new track for Spirit Spiritually Changing the World of Society. The first track, which is the title of the track as well, that I worked on, Spiritually Changing the World of Society. Um I'm actually falling in love with music, and I've always been a musician by heart and skills and craft, and every time I think about music, it makes me happy. And um been listening to a lot of rap music today, like Wiley, uh Justin Timberlake, and a few hip hop artists, and I realize that I do have a passion for music. I always desire to create music and make music, and um music is just one of my passions, it's something that I really love. I I love all aspects of music, I love the songwriting side of music, I love the music production, I love um the performing side of music. I just really love music because it's something that's always been a part of me and something that I'm very passionate about. Um within the future, I do want to start performing again, I do want to start actually recording my music and selling it online because um I probably have produced and written around, I don't know, maybe a hundred to two hundred albums over the years, and I've got so much material of music to share, and um I've always wanted to perform, and I've always wanted to be on stages performing my music and sharing um the fans, uh family and friends, my music, and all the people that I can reach and touch. Um I think this is a future aspiration and dream and desire of mine, and I still, in some part of my life, want to be a musician, but at the same time, I've got other dreams and desires as well that I want to work towards like an evangelist and activist and um author. So with all these dreams and desires, um, I need to focus on what's more important, and music is definitely a passion of mine, evangelist is definitely a passion of mine, activists is definitely a passion of mine. So I need to try and spend my time doing what's important to me. So I've always said I want to do helping other people, music and faith. As long as my life is going in that direction of helping other people, music and faith, then I realize I'll be making my contribution in the world and making my difference. But um with so many dreams and aspirations and goals, it's very hard to focus on one thing at a time because I've got I'm a multi-passionate person and I've got so many different dreams and designs that I want to do. But um I realize as well that you know music is a gift and music is the art, and I'm very creative. I've always been creative, human being, and um, you know, I need to get back into creating songs and music and and performing also as well, but I also need to do things in evangelism and activism for Christianity and Buddhism. So try and um you know, manage both you know the evangelism and activism as well. So thank you for listening to my journal today. Take care now. Bye, thanks.
