Hello everyone, my name is Christopher Liam Rose. I'm an author, mentor, life coach, motivational speaker, evangelist, musician, activist. This is my gratitude journal for the 9th of the 5th, 2026. So today my weekend's gonna be busy today because I've got a bank shift at Peabody at Grathorn Road, so 1 08. So I'm gonna be working until 2 o'clock until 10 o'clock. So I'm gonna be busy this weekend and um obviously supporting customers within the Peabody service. Um, you know, as someone that's really into learning and understanding, I'm starting to realize that you know, when you're living a spiritual life and a faithful and truthful life, um everything seems to change, and um, you know, you see your life more drawn towards helping other people, giving back and making a difference. And sometimes in life, you know, what happened in your past with like for me definitely broken relationships, um, homelessness, uh, mental health difficulties, dyslexia, and just all the things that I've experienced and diabetes, you know, all these things make you to who you are as a person. So, you know, I'm not a perfect human being, I have made mistakes, but at the same time, I've learned to appreciate the now because I'm obviously I can't change the past, I can't change those broken relationships or you know, things that I did in the past, but you can always move forward into the future, focus on what's important to you, focus on what you're doing, and focus on you know what gives you meaning and value. And for me, what gives you meaning and value is helping other people, giving back, making a difference, doing music, and having my faith, and these are the three things that give me pure meaning and value, and in my life I try to focus on all those three areas helping other people, music and faith, because that's where I uh want to work towards, and that's what's important to me. So I've always found that in life it's like a journey. Um, sometimes in your life you don't know what's gonna happen in your life, you don't know if you're gonna make the right decision or the wrong decision, you don't know if you're gonna choose the wrong partners or the right partners, but don't worry about the past because it's already gone, it's dead and gone, so you can't do nothing about it. All you can do is move forward into the future. Who do you want to be, what do you want to create, how do you want to live your spiritual future, and what type of things you want to do in your life. And when you focus on that and focus on the present moment, and focus on okay, where am I now? What do I want to do? Who do I want to be, what do I want to create? It starts to make life more meaningful and valuable. And I'm starting to realize like, you know, I'm not perfect, but at the same time, I'm learning that it's okay not to be perfect and to honor your imperfections because it's the imperfections that make perfection. When you acknowledge, you know, you've made mistakes, you've hurt people, you've abused people, you've misbehaved, you've had broken relationships, you've had mental health difficulties, you have diabetes difficulties, physical health disabilities, and learning disabilities. None of those things make me who I am. I'm not a title of my past or my trauma or my mental health or my diabetes or my learning disabilities. I'm a human being living a spiritual life experience, and um so I just don't appreciate the present moment and where I am now in my life, and honestly, I'm very grateful for where I am. Um Jesus Christ, Jehovah and Buddha has blessed me quite a lot to get to this place, to have two career jobs, to be able to work, to be able to look after myself and take care of myself. So I'm just appreciated with that, and I appreciate what Jesus Christ and Jehovah and Buddha has done for me in my life and how my life has completely changed. So that's my gratitude journal for today. Thank you for listening. Take care now. Bye bye.
