Hello everyone, my name is Christopher Leon Rose. I'm an author, mentor, life coach, Mo Visual Speaker, Evangelist, Musician, and Activist. In this Christopher Leon Rose Gratitude Journal, we're going to be talking about just um you know what I've been learning, what I've been understanding, and a little bit about the lifelessness of Lent. So the gratitude journal for today is for the 10th of the 5th, 2026. So today, um, you know, I feel okay, but obviously I had like a difficult day yesterday, um, evening. Um, was going through a lot of sort of frustration and anxiety. Um, but today I feel more grateful, I feel more spiritual, I'll be and I feel more truthful. Um I realized an important life lesson yesterday, which was life is always moving forward into the future. And no matter what you do in your life, um, you know, which is the choice and decisions you make, life is always gonna move forward anyway. So it's better to be a part of life and a part of the changes of life with moving forward than to try to resist it or to try to not let things happen to you. So it's important to realize that no matter where you are in your life and on your path, always move with time and space and always move with life because life is always moving forward, nothing stays the same, you know, the past life experiences don't exist anymore, your past traumas don't exist anymore, the frustrations, angers, and bitterness don't exist anymore. It's all to do with your mind and your thoughts. So if you change the way you react to reality, which is understanding that you're here for a reason, you're here for a spiritual life purpose, you're here for a spiritual call and a spiritual divine assignment, and align your actions, align your choices, and align your decisions with the present moment, then all of life changes because um there's no human being that hasn't gone through suffering and adversity in life, and there's no human being that doesn't have difficult things that experience. But when you view life in a different way, when you see it in a different way, you see that life lessons, life challenges, suffering adversity, hardships are actually opportunities for you to move forward to keep becoming the person you want to be and living the life you want to live. So right now I'm grateful for just being alive. Um, I I've had so many different life experiences that happen to me, and um to be honest, I'm just grateful for being alive, I'm grateful for being able to do what I can do in helping other people, giving back and making a difference. I'm grateful to my church, I'm grateful to my monasteries and my ministries, I'm grateful to just the way my life is, even though I'm not a perfect human being, which is fine. And I'm just gonna live in the present moment now and just focus on what I can do today, make choices and decisions today to help me move forward into the present moment and constantly think about my future in a way that I want to create a life of meaning and value, and I want to do something that is very important to me. So focusing on just how I can do that, how I can achieve that, and how can I move towards my goals, my dreams, my aspirations and desires. And no matter what happens to me in life, life is gonna move forward anyway, whether I like it or not. Time and space doesn't wait, it's constantly moving forward, whether you make actions, choices, and decisions or not, you can't stop time, you can't stop space, you can't stop reality. So the important thing is make the present moment your friend, be in the present moment, don't worry about the past too much, don't worry about the future too much, just focus on the here and now. What can you do today to move you forward? What actions can you do today to move you into your future, and focus on how do you need to live? What how do you need to change your thinking, your thoughts, your behavior, your mentality, your personality, your characteristics, and think about what are the best actions to take right now, and how can I move forward. So that's my gratitude journal for today. I also went to church this morning, which was okay even though I was late. But um, at least I went to church, at least I've showed up. Um, and um yeah, that's my gratitude journal for today. So thank you for listening. Take care now. Bye now. Thanks.
