SPEAKER_00

Hello everyone, my name is Christopher Lean Rose. I'm an author, mentor, life coach, mobile show speaker, evangelist, musician and activist. In the Christopher Lean Rose Gratitude Journal, we're going to be talking about feelings and emotions, my day, and what I'm grateful for. The gratitude journal for today is for the 13th of the 5th, 2026. So today I feel good. Um I feel like I'm helping other people, giving back, making a difference, and making a contribution. Obviously, my diabetes normally plays up in the afternoon, so I do have more low energy levels in the afternoon due to my diabetes. But other than that, I'm just trying to keep myself energized, focused on my work. I'm currently at Jubilee Health Centre at the moment from 9 to 5, and um I'm looking forward for tomorrow as well because um I've got to start my new peer support supervision training. So I'm going back to university to study, so this is going to be a good thing for me because um I've always been interested in peer support, and um you know, every time I have the opportunity to go to university, it's like a milestone to me, you know, of where I've come from as a human being, and just learning and understanding more about peace support is really beneficial. So I'm looking forward to that. As far as today, I'm just grateful for being able to live, do what I want to do. You know, even though my work is demanding and hard work, I still am able to contribute, help other people give back and make a difference. I'm grateful that I'm able to keep the spirituality and keep the faith within my life. So live the no-self, self-persist and know thyself. I'm grateful for all the opportunities I get to see. So I'm able to help other people, give back and make a difference. Um focus on things that are very important to me, like helping other people, music and faith. And I'm just grateful for just life itself, you know, Jesus Christ, your home has been good to me. Even though my life experiences hasn't been perfect, and that I've had broken relationships, and I have had, you know, a lot of setbacks and a lot of disappointments, but you know, suffering pain and adversity brings qualities of humility, love and peace. So I'm grateful for the suffering I've been through, I'm grateful for the pain and adversity I've gone through, and this is gonna make me into a stronger person and a more spiritual, faithful person. So most of the time within my work, I'm always helping other people, giving back and making a difference. And obviously, I work in mental health as a Pittsburgh coordinator with the Sutton and Team RH teams. So my work is very important to me. Um it gives me purpose, it gives me meaning, it gives me value. You know, within the future, I do welcome entrepreneurial and more spiritual and faithful. So those are future aspirations, dreams, and desires to go towards. So that's my gratitude joining for today. Thank you for listening. Take care now. Bye bye.
