Hello everyone, my name is Christopher Liam Rose. I'm an author, mentor, life coach, motivational speaker, evangelist, musician, activist. In my gratitude journal for the 16th of the 5th, 2026. I'm just gonna share some of my feelings and thoughts and um how my day's been today. So um the day was a busy day because normally on the weekends I work in my second job in Peabody as a bank support worker supporting customers in their homes and in their flats. Um so I was working in 20 Broccoli Park today, which is in the Lewisham area. Um obviously um today was just a busy day. I was a bit tired because um on Monday to Friday I had a very, very busy week this week, and um I've been working, you know, six days a week full non-stop. So from Monday to basically Saturday, I've been working. Um obviously um it's important to you know meet new people and um be a part of different teams and different services, which is good. Um also as well, um I was able to support some customers today, um do some work, um and just think about like the importance of what I do, you know, because um helping other people, giving back has always been my life, work, and vocation. Um very passionate about helping other people and giving back. And um you know, I think this is my calling in life. Um, I think this is what I'm meant to be doing, and I think um the more I help other people give back and make a difference, the more I feel like I'm connected to this type of work. Um obviously, as well, um my diabetes has been playing up recently. I think it's because I've been a bit tired and I haven't had much rest throughout the week, so um my diabetes has been playing up quite a lot. I know now that sometimes certain drinks can help my diabetes, like fizzy drinks can help, but it has to be non-diet uh fizzy drinks that actually calms down my diabetes a little bit, which obviously helped today. Um, and also I have been feeling a little bit drained because um yeah, it's just been a busy, a busy week this week, a very, very busy week, and um haven't had much time to myself just to process the week and just to reflect and gather my thoughts. But obviously, I'm grateful for today. You know, I survived, which is the main thing. I got through the shift at the end, I was able to have dinner, I brought Uber Eats, some tofu with green uh peas and black sauce, bean sauce, which was good, with uh egg-fried rice, which was nice. Um, so it's always good to treat yourself when you're doing a long shift because I did an eight-hour shift today, so it's quite long. Um, but I'm happy I got through it, happy I survived it, happy I did it, um, happy I supported some customers, happy I did some notes, and um, you know, let the work continue. Um, also as well, I'm grateful for where I've come from as a human being, like just knowing my process and knowing my journey, you know, from homelessness into helping other people, giving back, making a difference. You know, it's very inspirational to me, it's very motivational. Um, I think now that I've now finished the shift and it's just gone on to 12 o'clock now, I'm just gonna look after myself, do a few things that I need to do that I wasn't able to do t on Saturday because obviously I was so um busy, but um now it's time for my self-care and my rest and my relaxation. So I'm just gonna look after myself, drink some coffee, do a bit of work, just take care of myself now because I've helped others, I've given back, I've made a difference, and now it's time for my self-care, looking after myself, and I'm just supporting myself at home and um like just reflecting on the day as well. So I'm very grateful always to Jesus Christ, Jehovah and Buddha for giving me these opportunities. You know, it is a blessing coming from where I come from to have these opportunities, and I just hope I can continue to help other people, give back and make a difference, and focus on my spiritual calling, my spiritual life purpose, and a spiritual divine assignment.
