SPEAKER_00

Hello everyone, my name is Christopher Leon Rose. I'm an author, mentor, life coach, motivational speaker, evangelist musician and activist. Today we're going to be showing my gratitude journal for the 27th of the 6th, 2026, and I'm just going to be sharing my thoughts, my feelings, my emotions, and how my days have been today. So today I had to do a bank shift for my second career job as a bank support worker for Peabody. I had two shifts that I had to do today. So one shift was at 9 o'clock to 1.30 at Mount Present Lane. And my second bank shift today was from 2 to 8 o'clock at 9 11 Alcola Street. So I had two bank shifts that I had to do today. That's it basically took up my whole day. Um working about 10 hours today altogether. Um but then two bank shifts. So there is responsibility because you're alone working, and also you have to be mindful of customers, you know, anything can happen to them rather than their flats and in their homes. So you need to be mindful, you need to be vigilant, and you need to be aware of what's going on within the the clo customers' flats and in their homes, and also their mental health and their well-being. So work was good today. Um was quite a productive day at work. I did a lot of things at work, got a lot of things done, um, met some of the customers in person, which was always good to meet customers and talk to them, and completed the two bank shows, which is always an achievement to complete two bank shows, especially with the weather today. It was so hot, you know, so sunny, so hot, but I was able to complete a bank shows, and that was one of my goals for today, so that's a good achievement and a good um motivation. So also while I was um at work, I basically created some new music, so I created um three new tracks on my way home from work. So this is for the SGR Styles beats. So the first track I created, the music of spiritual, the second track, the music of the world, the third track, the music of society. So my plan is with SGR Star Beats is to build a catalogue of music. So I'm gonna try and just produce lots of single tracks and just build up the catalogue until I have a big catalogue of music, and then what I'm planning to do is release it on District and SoundCloud and SoundClick and all of my streaming services, so like Apple Music, Spotify, Title, um, Amazon Music. So that's basically my plan with SGR Stars Beats. I eventually want to create a music production company where I can be a music producer and create music for any rapper, singer, songwriter, or artist or musician. So that's something I've been thinking about today, and something I'm probably gonna look more into, so that's a very important thing for me to do. Um I also sorted out my World document, which I had to sort out because it was I I spent a lot of time just reading over it on today because I had a bit of time at work, and um, you know, sometimes you ha when it comes to serious documents, you have to make sure it's correct. So instead of me writing all of the changes that I need to do on a separate piece of paper, I highlighted the words and added a comment on what needs to be changed in the document. So I sent that to my will writer, his name is Robert uh Bates, and obviously he's gonna be writing my will for me and correcting all of the changes that I want in the will. Obviously, the reason why I wanted the will is because if anything happens to me in life, I want to make sure that my family has my belongings and my possessions and my you know books and my videos and my audios and my music and my intellectual property and anything that I have within my home and within my flat. So, you know, I think it's important to create a will, especially when life is precious and um we don't know how long we're gonna live and survive. So, you know, just being prepared for that day, you know, is very important to have a will. And I've been thinking about it for a long time and I'm happy I'm getting it sorted out, and once it's done, I don't have to worry about it anymore, so that's why I'm trying to focus on doing it and getting it done. Um today after work I feel grateful for finishing the two bank shifts. I just felt a bit tired today. I felt a bit drained. I think doing a 10-hour shift today was quite long. Um I do feel quite I still feel a bit tired now, even though I finish around eight o'clock, so I still feel a bit tired. Um, but that's okay because tomorrow I'm gonna be meeting my friend Govinda um in the community and just spend some time in catching up because I haven't met her for a long time. She's one of my good friends, so it'll be good to catch up. But at the same time, I need that rest as well because I've had a busy week, a long week as well. So just to be chilling, eating, catching up will be good for me to have that, so looking forward to it. Um I also did a 10-minute meditation, silent meditation today at 10 50 to 11 o'clock. Um, meditation's very important to me, especially for my faith in spirituality. I'm starting to realise when I meditate, I get insights into life and I learn things about myself. So I wrote down some spiritual insights that I had. So my first one was Live Life Fully. I think this is something I noticed even from a long time ago. You know, I need to live life fully and be truly to myself at all times. Death is not the end, it's the beginning. So when we eventually pass away and die, it's the beginning of a new life in a different realm. So it's not the end, it's just the beginning. Your homelessness is your testimony. So, what I've been through when I went through homelessness in the failure for September 2014, when I lost my home and all my possessions in the fire, that is my testimony. That's what's gonna make me who I am, and I need to start inspiring people through my life and through my work. No mind, no thoughts. I felt that today as I was meditating, my mind became clear, and I have it I I wasn't having any thoughts or feelings or emotions. It was just my mind was just quite clear with no thoughts. Um, spiritual silence has spiritual answers, so you know, in spiritual silence, you find spiritual answers to your own problems and situations, which is brilliant. Meditate daily. This is something I need to get into the habit of doing. I haven't been doing it daily. I do it when I can, but I need to get into the habit of that. Um learn about yoga and meditation, that's something I want to do. I was thinking about yoga today and also meditation, so I need to learn more about it. A peaceful mind will lead to a peaceful life. So if your mind is peaceful, then your life is peaceful, but you have to tame your mind by doing meditation and mindfulness and prayer. So that's why you know I need to s basically start doing my six spiritual habits and spiritual practices, which are prayer, meditation, mindfulness, walking, journaling, and silence. So, you know, prayer, meditation, mindfulness, walking, journaling, and silence. The six spiritual practices and the six spiritual habits that I need to start developing. I think if I can develop it within my daily routine, um I'll have more of a peaceful mind, which will lead to a more peaceful life. So those are some of my um spiritual insights that I had today. And my plan for this evening is just to get to bed now because I've got to get up early in the morning to meet Govinda, so I'm just gonna finish the podcast and audio uploading it online, and then just gonna get to bed. I do feel a bit tired today because I have worked ten hours today in the hot the hot weather, so you know sleeping will do me a lot of good, and I'm just gonna rest, so um but I'm grateful to Jehovah, Jesus Christ and Buddha for helping me all this time to get to this point. I'm grateful for my spiritual heroes, Paul Darrington, Dr. Karen Michigan, Christian Naughty, and Darkhead Mills for being my sources of inspiration in faith, spirituality, fate and religion. And I'm just thankful to life and appreciate life for having opportunities to work, um, look after myself, be independent and take care of myself. So I'm very grateful. And um I thank you all for listening to the podcast and audience this evening and hope this helps. And this is just my gratitude journal. I hope it helps. Okay, thank you now. Bye now. Thanks, bye.
