SPEAKER_00

Hello everyone, my name is Christopher Liam Rose. I'm an author, mentor, life coach, motivational speaker, evangelist, musician, and activist. Today I'm going to be sharing my gratitude journal for the 30th of the 6th, 2026. I'm just going to be sharing my thoughts, my feelings, my emotions, and how my day's been today. So today I had work. I woke up around 8:56, which is okay, but it does mean I would be late to work. So I was late to work today in the morning. Had to commute from Batsey Park to Wallington, which took about an hour to get to work. So I got to work around I'll say 10:30 to 10:40. Today I've been working in the office. The office has been good today. Just been focusing on principal referrals, emails. Had to attend a few meetings in the office. So the dye meeting and another meeting called The Excellency of Community Care. So that was good. Obviously, attending the meetings, talking to the team, talking to my staff that I work with, my colleagues and my team, and working with the peers as always, trying to support the peers in the work that I do because obviously I'm a Pittsburgh coordinator. So working with the peers is very important in the work I do. Also, as well, um, I realize that I need to sort of build my foundations in my life. So the things that are very important to me, I need to focus on it, build it, and start working towards it. So especially when it comes to my health, my well-being, my mental health, and my spiritual development. And uh also realize as well that life is always moving forward, so there's no point of worrying about the past and things that didn't work out. It's all all you can do is move forward and keep pushing and trying to achieve your goals, your dreams and desires. So, you know, I'm not a perfect human being. I have made mistakes, I have done things that are wrong and not correct, um, and a bit not pure neither. Um, but I feel like you know, um life is about learning and life is about understanding. So even though I'm not a perfect human being, that doesn't mean my failures and my mistakes should stop me from trying to be happy and trying to live a life that's important to me. So I realize that Jehovah Jesus Christ and Buddha wants me to contribute in some way and wants me to help other people, do spiritual music and live in my faithful spirituality. So I have to remember that no matter what happens to me in life, the good and the bads, and the ups and the downs and the positives and negatives, I need to stay true to my morals, my values, my beliefs, my principles, and keep moving forward because life is a long journey of ups and downs, positive and negatives, feelings and emotions and thoughts and thinking, but the way you respond to it makes all the difference. So I'm trying to be more mindful of my thoughts and my thinking. Um sometimes my mind goes into the past, sometimes it goes into the present, sometimes it goes to the future. But you know, I think past trauma makes you think negative thoughts, and those negative thoughts can obviously come into your present, and those present thoughts can react the way you feel and how you cope with things. So I'm just trying to remember that I'm not perfect, but the past is the past. Um, I can't change the past, the people that I hurt, the wrongs that I did, the mistakes that I made, the challenges that I went through, the problems that I've had and faced. I can't change that, but I can move forward, live my life, and do what is right now, and live in the spiritual present moment and try to move forward. I also learned as well that I do want a relationship, I do want to be with a spiritual life partner. I think it's okay for me to be in a relationship so long as I'm not attached to the person, and I think that's gonna take a lot of learning and understanding. But it has been 12 to 13 years since I've been in a relationship, which is a very long time for me. But I needed that time to find who I was, discover myself, and find who I truly am. So, you know, if a relationship does come along my path as I've become spiritual and faithful and truthful, then you know there's no reason why I shouldn't have a relationship. And I actually learned as well, it's okay to want things, it's okay to have certain things in your life that's important to you, and things that you value, and things that are meaningful to you. So starting to learn that you know, life is like an ongoing journey, and the more you learn, the more lessons you understand, and the more you grow and develop is the way your life changes, and and you become the person you want to be. So just living more spiritually, mindfully, faithfully, and truthfully is very important. I also like as well today, as well as that work that's spiritual change in a spiritual light, and it really makes up life. So, you know, God has a purpose for all human beings, and we're all put here for a reason. And sometimes in life we have to find what that reason is. I think for me, in my journey, as I look back on my past and look at where I am today, I think I was led to help other people, give back and make a difference, do spiritual music and live in faith and spirituality, and that's the path that I think I was meant to do. I'm in life. Um, you know, God has a way of showing you your life experiences through your past and through your present and through your future. And I think parts of my past led me to how I am now, and as much as I've had a painful life and a horrible situation to happen, you know, it made me who I am. So, you know, some things I do regret, I do have regrets, I do have have made mistakes, and I have done wrong like abuse of people, um, hurt a lot of people, violence, drugs, gangs, corruption, women, destruction, losing homes or possessions, belongings, musical equipment, going through fires. So I've had a lot of different situations happen to me, which is part of my journey, but the way I respond to it makes all the difference, and how I live through it and what I'm gonna learn and understand from my life experiences, which is part of that spiritual change and spiritual enlightenment. Also, today as well, I created um two new music beats for SGR Stars beats. Currently, at the moment, I'm not making no new albums at the moment, I'm just focused on building up a catalogue of beats. So I made the music of Eternal and the Music of Sacred. So these are two new beats that I made today. Um, I'm quite creative as a musician when I produce beats, so I've created quite a lot of beats at the moment, and um these beats will go eventually online when I post them online to the SGR Stars beats, uh Distrouskid uh streaming stores, so Apple Music, Tidal, uh Um Amazon Music, Spotify. So I'll be doing that at some point, but right now I'm just focusing on building the catalogue, at least 50 beats to about a hundred beats, so then when I'm ready to release them, I will, and that will take a bit of time, but I'm not there's no rush for it, so I'm just trying to build a collection of beats. So I have a lot of variety of beats to share on my uh SGR Stars Beats account. Um also I'm learning as well that you know you need to do what's the things that are important to you, you know, not not all the relationships you be in will be the one, not all the people that will come into your life will stay in your life, and not all the learning and understanding that you do will make you who you are. Sometimes in life it's about the being, spending time and just doing things that's important to you. You know, it could be just taking a walk in a park, it could be being with your family and children, it could be being with your partner, it could be doing something like a hobby or interest. So you need to have that balance of work, but also of you know, doing is very important, but being is also very important. Sometimes we can get too busy in the doing that we neglect the being, and the being is okay, you know. You don't always need to be working Monday to Friday, nine to five, you know, six or seven days a week. You can have time to yourself to reflect, journal, meditate, prayer, mindfulness, walking, silence, yoga, and just things that are very important to you. So, you know, I'm starting to learn now that you know, as much as I want to do, do, do, you know, I need to also be as well. And it's okay to do things that you enjoy, and things that refill your cup and make you feel complete and whole. So also I learned as well that therapy is healing, and therapy can happen in lots of different ways. You can meet people that can give you therapy, like a therapist or a counselor, a psychologist, or psychiatrist, or you can have therapy in the things that you do. So the work that you do, which is meaningful, can be your own therapy. Or for me, like the podcast that I'm doing at the moment for my gratitude journals, this is like therapy to me because I'm able to talk about my feelings and emotions and my thoughts, how my days have been, and what I'm learning throughout my days. So this is kind of like my own therapy session to myself, which is very amazing and very good. I also learned as well that you know, if you subscribe to your home and Buddha, you know, wants you to live your life. You know, it's not about the past, it's not about the present, it's not about the future, it's about living the life that you want to live and doing the things that you want to do and being the person you want to be. So focusing on what's important to you, what do you value, what are your interests, what are your hobbies, what are you passionate about, what do you love, what do you care about, what are your morals, your values, your beliefs, and your principles, and living that and you know, continuing to move forward. Also learn as well the no-self, selfness and know thyself is very, very important in faith, spirituality, faith, and religion. And I think you know, as as I move forward in life, the no-self-selfness and know thyself is an okay thing to have. You know, it's okay to know who you are as a human being, to know your failures, your successes, your mistakes, your regrets, your wrongs, your goods, your positives, your bads, your negatives, your positives. That's all good to have a whole aspect of your life. And I also learned as well that a spiritual um response is how you really change your life because life is gonna have suffering, pain, adversity within it, and we're all gonna experience some form of suffering, pain, adversity. But the way you spiritually respond to it makes all the difference. So start to learn now, don't just react to your feelings and emotions, even when you have negative feelings and emotions, don't relax react to your thoughts that come into your mind, just be an observer and a watcher of what's going on with your mind and your body. The mind connects to the body, and the feelings and emotions connect to your heart. So be mindful of what you're thinking, be mindful of what you're saying, be mindful of what you're doing and being, be mindful of how you react to every situation, and that will change a lot of things in your life, and you can slowly move forward into the future. So these are just some of the things that I'm doing today, um, and learning today as well. Um, but my plan for this evening is to I want to write my book on spiritual silence. So I think I'm on I think the 11th or 12th chapter now. So I'm gonna be doing some book writing, um, or 13th chapter, I'm not too sure which chapter I'm on, but I want to do some book writing, I want to just chill out for a bit, um, watch some Master Chef, so that Master Chef cooking program, uh, listen to some music, watch some videos on YouTube from Christian Naughty or Doughew and Mills, and just enjoy my evening and do something productive. And I'm always grateful for my relationship with Jehovah Jesus Christ and Buddha. That's always my gratitude. I'm grateful I'm grateful and thankful for the people that have helped me, Paul Durrington, Dr. Karen Mitchigan, Christian Naughty, and Doug Heroed Mills for getting me on the path of where I am. And I'm grateful to life for just giving me the opportunities to do what I do and live how I want to live on my terms. And um, you know, the spiritual foundations is very important to me, and I want to build my foundations. So that's my gratitude journal for today. Thank you for listening. Have a good day now. Bye bye. Thanks.
