Hello everyone, my name is Christopher Liam Rose. I'm an author, mentor, life coach, motivational speaker, evangelist, musician, and activist. Today I'm going to be sharing my gratitude journal for the 2nd of the 7th, 2026. I'm just gonna be sharing my thoughts, my feelings, my emotions, and how my day's been today. So today has been a very productive day, a very good day actually, a very productive and wonderful day. Um I woke up kinda early today because I had a lot of things to do today, and um I basically had a contractor fix my balcony door because it wasn't working and it was broken, so it needs to be fixed, so that was good. I also um had a therapy session, my second therapy session with my therapist Caroline um on BetterHelp uh app and website, so that was good. We basically talk about uh mental health recovery, um my past of the homelessness that I went through when I lost my home and normal possessions in the 30th of September 2014. Um we spoke about that. Spoke about family callings of my life, you know, how I'm a different person to who I was before, you know, my upbringing, my childhood, and just things about my life, which was quite a deep conversation, but you know, I felt like I could talk to her, and my therapist is a good therapist, and she really helps me to just learn more about myself and understand myself, so that was good and therapy was good. Um I also today have spent a lot of time in the library today because I've been um studying and working on my presentation uh for my course, the peer support supervision course of the groups. So I have to do a presentation talking about what I did within the um peer support uh supervision that I had with my peers a couple of weeks ago. So it takes a lot of time to study and to get the research and to get the information, but I realized today when I put my mind on something and I focus on it and I make the effort and the time to do it, a lot of things can happen and I can get things achieved that way. So it's very good to like you know, study, learn, grow, develop, and learn new things about myself. So you know I'm definitely able to study in university and college, and I'm looking forward from when I do my counsellor studies and when I'm actually on the course because this is like a preparation for that because um I do want to go back to college, I do want to study, I do want to learn, and I do want to grow, so that's always a beneficial thing and a good thing to know and have. Um today I wrote a few notes um that I just learn as I was finishing my work today in the library. So one is work hard in silence, it's always an important thing to work hard in silence. Quietness and hard work pays off, that's a very important thing. When you have a goal, work towards it, that's very important. You need time to focus focus and work, very important. Learning and understanding is everything. When you learn and understand, then your life gets better, and you become the person you want to be. University is good to learn in. Yeah, I I do believe university is a great way to learn, and libraries have a lot of resources, so there's a lot of like books, audiobooks, videos, podcasts, um, things in the library which you can learn from and grow from, which is really brilliant. Um also I learned today that your past doesn't equal your future, so you can be who you want to be in the world and live the life you want to live. And it's important to realise and remember that life is always moving forward, so even though you may have had like life challenges and life experiences, um, life moves forward and it continues to move forward, so you can become who you want to be and be the person you want to be and live the life you want to live. I'm starting to realise now that God is good and God wants me to prosper and do well, and um especially from where I come from, what's happened to me, so I realize that I'm able to live my life on my terms, help other people, give back, do spiritual music, and live in faith and spirituality. And I also realize that I have to keep moving forward and the moving forward is what brings the progression. So always move forward, don't look back, and keep pressing towards your goals. And um I just realise as well, you know, I'm in a good situation and you know I need to keep moving forward and keep on going. So thank you for listening to my podcast and audio today. Hope it helped. And uh thank you for listening. Take care now. Bye, thanks.
