SPEAKER_00

Hi everyone, my name is Christopher Liam Rose. I'm an author, mentor, life coach, motivational speaker, evangelist musician, and activist. Today we're going to be sharing my gratitude journal for the 3rd of the 7th, 2026. So I'm just going to be sharing my feelings, my thoughts, my emotions, and how my day's been today. So today has been good. I woke up kinda early today, which was a good thing. I had to go to university, uh, City St George's University to finish my presentation. So right now at the moment I'm working on a peer support presentation for my course um module peer support supervision. So I spent some time today in university getting some of the information, um, talking about my um presentation on um my slides, obviously trying to create the document and trying to create the presentation slides. Um I learned today that I work better in quietness and stillness, and in a very calm environment and silent environment. So doing the presentation was good. I completed what I needed to do. I think it's to the best of my ability, and I've tried my best to add as much information as I can. So that was good, and it was good to um complete the presentation. The only thing I need to do now is just update the references and update the uh notes that I need to read for the presentation. So I've got a few notes that I'm gonna share, so I'll be good, and I'm happy I've done that. Um today I created a new album called Moving Forward is Everything. So this is like a spiritual album about moving forward. I believe in life, life is about moving forward, and moving forward is everything. So it's not about your past, it's not about your present, it's not about your future, it's just about moving forward, keeping working towards your goals, your dreams, your desires, and focusing on what's important to you. So the spiritual album album took me some time to create today. I think I made four beats altogether today, which was good, and um we completed the album and I've uploaded it on DistroKid and also uploaded it now as I speak on Internet Archives, so just trying to get album um completed and released, so that's a good thing. Um it's always good to work on new music and work on new albums because you know music has been a big part of my life for many years, and um I really value doing music and I really appreciate music, so you know um I'm happy to be doing music and I'm happy to be um you know uh creating music, so that's always a good thing. I also realize as well today that I need to focus on my life and become more serious, especially with the spirituality and faith, and just focus on my well-being, my mental health, and you know what I want to do in life and who I want to become because um life is very short, life is very precious, and um just learning about who you are, what you want to do, who you want to become, how you want to live and how you want to be is very important. And I believe that for me, you know, just finding that uh faith and spirituality, faith in religion helps me to guide me on the right path. You know, sometimes we could go down wrong paths in life that can affect us and make us feel vulnerable and make us feel depressed, but it's always a good learning just to remember just to be present, um, be still, uh focus on what's important to you, focus on what we're trying to work towards, and focus on what your goals are, what your dreams and desires are. And for me, I've got so many dreams and desires that I want to fulfill, and so many things that I want to do in life, so it's about you know making sure I work towards it and um do my best to live life faithfully and spiritually, and you know, the most important thing is to help other people, give back, make a difference, and contribute as well, which I find very important, and also to create as well, because I'm a very creative person, I'm a very spiritual person, so creativity has been something that's very important to me. So, you know, focusing on what's important to me, focusing on what Jesus Christ, Jehovah, Buddha, wants me to do, and staying true to my path, and staying true to my calling, and focusing on just being the most authentic self I can be, and being true to myself and living life where um you know I'm able to help other people give back and make a difference, create spiritual music, and also just um live in faith with spirituality. I've also been reading a book called Living Your Yoga, which is a very spiritual book about yoga, and I learned a lot about yoga that it connects you to the spirit and connects you to yourself, the true self, and how yoga can be a spiritual practice that helps you to find who you are. So I do want to practice some um yoga and meditation at some point and develop that spiritual practice, you know. Um, I've always been a spiritual person, always been a faithful person, and I think to do yoga practice will definitely help me in my day-to-day life, give me flexibility, give me strength, give me spirituality and faith, and keep me on my spiritual path. So, yoga is something I really want to do and start practicing. And I think I'm gonna practice it in the mornings when I wake up. So I brought about nine different yoga and spiritual yoga books recently from eBay. I'm just gonna be reading through the books, learning a bit of information, and learning about um yoga and spiritual yoga, which is a basically like a trip spiritual transcendence of yourself to the know-self, selflessness, and know that self, which I'm very aware of, but the spiritual practices connect me more to it, which is good. Um I also cooked today, I cooked some um egg noodles, spinach, vegetable tomato sauce, which the deal is really nice there. Actually, normally I wouldn't put tomato sauce or chopped tomatoes into noodles, but when I ate it, it just tasted very refreshing and very nice. So I think as a dish I'll probably cook more, and um, you know, eating noodles is a good thing because I normally eat a lot of rice, so having a change from you know rice to noodles is a good thing, and it's healthy food, spinach as well, with vegetables like broccoli, like uh Brussels sprouts, so that was good. So the food was good and I really enjoyed it, yeah. Um I also um today I actually topped up some money in my pension B account and my SEP account, which is my pensions account. So pension B has all my pensions in it, and my SEP pension account is my private pension, so I've been adding money into it when I get the opportunity to. So I added £15 into my SEP pension Ava account, and added uh £18.75 to my pension B account, and honestly, my money is growing as I'm changing and evolving, and also I'm learning as well. So, you know, my pension will be very important to me in the future, so I want to invest in it, and I also want to start building a portfolio of investments in companies, stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and ETF. So that's something I'm looking to do in the future. So I'm just on my purpose in the sense of trying to increase my finances, increase my wealth, and increase my um stability, which is very important. Um I wrote some spiritual life lessons from today that I learned just that you know, as I've been just been at home after university chilling. So I wrote that discipline is the key to self-mastery. I think when you have a routine and when you're disciplined, that's the key to self-mastery. You have to stick to what you need to do day to day. Once you have a goal, once you have a vision, once you have a purpose, and once you have a dream and desire, stick to it, that will become self-mastery, especially when it comes to doing things that you're meant to do in a day. Always take action, always keep planning, and always keep moving forward, which is very important. I read that moving forward is everything, so I do believe moving forward is everything. That's why I created an album today talking about it and creating music about it, because you know, moving forward is the way that life grows, is the way that you develop, and it's the way that you find who you are as well. Life is about spiritual growth. I think you know, spiritual growth is important to grow spiritually, faithfully, very important in your life, so um, very important. Self-mastery is important in spiritual development. Like I said, the word spiritual growth and spiritual development, we need self-mastery to have that faith and spirituality and continue to live within it, so it's very important. Yoga is a spiritual practice which connects to the true self. So, as I was reading on the book, living in your yoga, um, I realized that yoga transcends the self to the no-self by developing that spiritual practice with yourself, with your mind, with your body and your soul, your spirit, you find who you are as a human being. So, you know, yoga is something I want to practice. I want to start doing exercising in the morning, which is quite an important thing for me. So, you know, I definitely want to connect to the true self. Learn as you go. You know, I do believe learning and understanding is everything, so learning as you go is very important. Read books, listen to podcasts, listen to audios, keep learning, keep growing, and and keep involving as a human being, which is important. Work hard, stay focused. I'm always trying to do that in my life, and your life is now, not the past. You know, it's true with that statement. Your life is now, not the past. Life is always lived in the present moment. You may have a past of relationships or breakups or suffering pain and adversity, but that's not how your life is right at this present moment. You're living, you're breathing, you're having life, you're having strength, and you're having your life. So focus on the now. Don't worry about the past, don't worry about the future, just live in the present. And these are some of the life lessons that I've learned today. And also, I just want to say thank you to Jesus Christ, Jehovah, and Buddha for helping me so much. You know, my life is transformed in every single way. I'm a more faithful spiritual person. You know, I feel like my life is moving in a good direction, you know, from my dreams and desires and my goals, and my life purposes being realized. So, you know, I just want to thank Jehovah, Jesus Christ, and Buddha for their help. And thank the people that have helped me to do this gratitude journal, to have my voice being heard, to have my influence being shown. Um, and that's with Paul Dorenton, Dr. Cameron Mitchell, and Christian Naughty, and Doug Here Mills. And as I move forward in the podcast and the audios, I'm learning more about myself as well. So just that sense of having that space to myself to record my podcast and audios, and hopefully, someone will benefit from the gratitude journals that I shares. So I hope that helps, and I hope you enjoyed the podcast and audio today. Thank you for listening. Whoever listens to this podcast and audio, and just remember God is with you, God wants to help you, God wants to support you, and keep living in faith and spirituality and find who you really are, which is very important. So thanks now. Bye bye, have a good day, have a good evening. Bye. Thanks.
