Hello everyone, my name is Christopher Liam Rose. I'm an author, mentor, life coach, motivational speaker, evangelist, musician, and activist. Today I'm going to be sharing my gratitude journal for the 4th of the 7th, 2026. I'm just gonna be sharing my feelings, my thoughts, and my emotions, and how my day's been today. So today has been a very, very busy day. Um I had two bank shifts that I needed to do today for Peabody. So my first bank shift was at 9 o'clock to 1 o'clock at 9 11 my present lane, and I had to do a bank shift supporting the customers in their flats and their homes and doing that work. Um I try my best when I work as a bank support worker to support the customers, especially with issues that were going on with them and things that they need help with. So um obviously I was engaging with the customers, engaging with the uh customers within the service, and doing my role within that bank shift, so I completed it. Then my second bank shift was at 9-11 alcohol between 2 o'clock and 5 o'clock, and um I worked at 9 11 al cola in Peabody, which is in East London, so Dor Dawston. Um obviously um working in 9-11 Alcola is good. Um that's a different service to the 199 Mount Present Lane, but um it's more of a high-risk service users and clock customers within um the service. Uh I did my best to support the customers, did the welfare checks, um, checked the buildings, checked the um, you know, did my notes and did my um you know, cleaning up the service as well. So that was good. Um it's always good to uh finish your bank shifts and do them properly, and I always make sure I write the most detailed notes of my bank shifts that I do. I try to be more thorough, more professional, um more of a focused approach, especially on the customers in both services, and try my best to support them as best as I can. Um the good thing about this work is that it's alone working, so I'm not working as part of a team, just working by myself, supporting the customers within the service. So um I've had a lot of bank shifts from that service, which is good, and I'm learning a lot about just customers, frontline work, and how to be a better bank support worker, so that was really good. I was able to finish my shifts and do my shifts, so that was great. I created a brand new album today. I spent a bit of time in the morning and created it, and it's called the Disruptive Entrepreneur. So, this is a whole new album that I made. I made four tracks and four beats for the album. So the first uh beat I made was the the Disruptive Entrepreneur, the second beat I made was the spiritual entrepreneurial entrepreneurial, um the third was the spiritual entrepreneurship, and then the fourth was the spiritual entrepreneurs, and um I try my best to create music when I'm going to work or traveling because it's a good time for me to do music and to create, especially on the commutes when they're long commutes. So I try and use my mobile phone to create the different beats and instrumentals, which is really good. So I'm happy with the album. When I came back from work today, um I just spent some time finalizing the album, so the artwork, the track list, um, the files for the album, so the wave, the mp3, and the flak, and and the full album files, and then uploaded it on to DistroKid and Internet Archive. So that took a bit of time because there was a lot of work I had to do for the album, but I managed to do it. Um it's now released, it's now available on streaming stores, hopefully, in all streaming stores within the next couple of days, and it's a new album that I created. Um, you know, spiritual music has always been important to me in my life, and I value the importance of the spiritual music. I'm a very passionate person when it comes to music, and music is my love, music is my passion, music is my hobby, music is my interest, and I was a musician before I was helping other people, so you know, music's a big passion of mine. I love creating music, especially beats and instrumentals, and also songwriting as well, and rapping. Um, so and also sometimes singing if I get the opportunity to. So, you know, music is a very big part of my life. Um, I do value music, I do appreciate music, and I love all aspects of being a musician, and especially a spiritual musician that makes the spiritual music, so it's always good to create a new album um from scratch, from just an idea into execution and into reality. Um, you know, Jesus Christ Jehovah and Buddha helped me to create this album today because I was obviously busy in the morning traveling and commuting, but I was still able to create a piece of work that lives on in time, so that's always a positive thing, and it's always a great thing. And obviously, the spiritual music that I create is my legacy on earth, you know, all the albums, all the mixtapes, all the EPs, all the singles, all the albums I create is part of my legacy, and um, you know, my music is very important to me, and I am a spiritual musician and a spiritual artist, so it's very important. Um I also booked a um therapy session, my third therapy session with my therapist Caroline Skulls, um, on the 9th of the 7th, 2026, I think which is a Thursday, between 8:45 and 9.45. Um, I've been having therapy for mental health and my well-being to talk about mental health difficulties, past trauma, and childhood abuse. So my therapy is very important to me, and I'm trying to unpack all the different parts of my life and you know go through the therapy in a professional way in a professional manner. So that was good, and um, you know, it's important to to have therapy. Also, within my workers where I gave a client £10 as emergency finances because they're unable to have any money for food and drinks. Normally I don't give money to clients, um, it's just not something I do, but this client in particular always needs money because he's always running out of money, so I think I need to do some work with him when it comes to money management and managing his finances and his income, so that's something I can work with the client with, and I'll try my best in the future to not give money to clients at all because um you know it's just not a professional thing to do, and I shouldn't be doing it. Um also today is what I cooked. I cooked some egg noodles, vegetables, spinach, and tomato sauce, and Brussels no and um and sprouts, so that was good. Um, you know, the food, egg noodles is basically something new that I've been eating at the moment, but I'm actually enjoying the food, it's really healthy, it's really light, and it gives me a lot of energy when I eat it. So, you know, I was happy to cook that today and you know make some you know just food for myself, which is always good after my uh music uploading, so that was good. And then I basically wrote some spiritual life lessons from today, so a hundred percent uh authenticity. So I need to be authentic with myself at all times, always do a hundred percent authenticity, and um always show the truth in my life and be who I am, living your morals, your values, your beliefs, and your principles. This is very important for me because because I have like a traumatic past and a challenging upbringing and childhood, but living my morals and values and beliefs and principles is important in my life today, so I need to try and always live spiritually, faithfully, and truthfully. Uh free, stay true to your meaning. You know, my meaning of what gets me into the helping other people work, the spiritual music, and also faith and spirituality is the people that help me. So Paul Doranton, Dr. Karen Michigan, Christian Naughty, and Doug Heward Mills. And that's my reasons for living my meaning because um I've been helped in my life, I've been supported, and um I can only find meaning through you know moving forward and keeping on going. So, you know, I'm very grateful to the people that helped me and supported me and put me on this path. Live forward, do not look back. That's an important one because um sometimes I do look back in my life about the mistakes that I made and the regrets, but at the same time I need to live forward, so always just move forward and keep going. Um live for the now, because obviously the now is all there is, and do not look back in the past. Life is about spiritual progress progress. So I think life is about spiritual progress, especially when you've come from humble beginnings. So, you know, I c I've come from mental health difficulties or homelessness, so you know, and I've seen how much I've achieved already in my life at a short period of time. So just imagine in the future how much more I would achieve. So that's gonna be an important thing for me as well. Uh, learn and understand from life, you know, that's very important to always learn and understand from life. Work hard is silent, yeah. Especially when you work hard and you do things for others and help other people and do spiritual music and faith and spirituality. It's really silence because um not everyone's seeing what you're doing, but you know you're putting the effort and doing the work that's very meaningful and purposeful. Um, number eight, suffering, pain, and adversity gives you spiritual life lessons. You know, in my life, that's what's made me who I am. It's basically the suffering pain and adversity of experience. It's giving me the spiritual life lessons of the know-self, selflessness, and know that self, faith, spirituality, fate, and religion. So it's very important to go through suffering pain and adversity. It's also taught me about Jehovah Jesus Christ and Buddha within my life as well. Um, the work you do is purposeful. Um, I think all the work I do is purposeful. So I need to just start my path, my spiritual calling, spiritual life purpose, and spiritual divine assignment. The light is within you. So I've I believe I've got a light within me to inspire, to motivate people, and to encourage people, and the light is within you already. Yeah, you already have the light. Faith, spirituality, faith, and religion is life. So when you discover your faith, your spirituality, your faith, and religion, you discover life itself and the meaning of life and the value of life, and also you discover discover the appreciation and the passion and the love for life. So, you know, faith, spirituality, faith, and religion is life. And then the last one, which is very important to me, God has a purpose for you. You know, I know I've come from probably the most negative life experiences you can imagine, but I still believe God has a purpose for me, and God wants me to fulfill certain things while I'm here. So, you know, I need to make sure I stir my path, stir my spiritual calling, and do what the Lord God wants me to do at all times, and just be a hundred percent authentic myself at all times. And those are some of the spiritual life lessons I've learned today, which is very, very important. Um, I'm always learning new things, and um, I cleaned up my flat today as well, did a bit of hoovering because my flat was dirty, and um, yeah, and also my gratitude journal as well for today. Um just grateful for having the opportunities to do what I do. I'm able to work, I'm able to look after myself independently, I'm able to cook and have healthy vegetarian food, and I'm able to help other people, do spiritual music, and live in faith and spirituality. So I'm very grateful about that, which the Lord Jehovah Jesus Christ Buddha has blessed me with, and my spiritual heroes of Paul Dorrington, Dr. Carol Mitchigan, Christian Augusty and Doug Hood Mills. So, you know, for me, really it's about moving forward, you know, keeping on going and staying true to my spiritual life calling, spiritual life purpose, and my spiritual divine assignment. And I believe, you know, especially connecting to the no-self, selflessness, and know that self is very important as well. So I'm very grateful. I appreciate life. I appreciate me recording this um late uh gratitude journal for today. But um anyone who's listening, thank you for listening, and thank you for checking out my podcast, my content, and um just remember that God has a purpose for you, and just stay on your stay, stay focused, stay driven, stay motivated, and keep moving forward. Okay, thank you for listening now. Take care now, but bye now. Thanks, bye.
