Hello everyone, my name is Christopher Liam Rose. I'm an author, mentor, life coach, motivational speaker, evangelist, musician, and activist. Today we're going to be sharing my gratitude journal for the 6th of the 7th, 2026. I'm just gonna be sharing my thoughts, my feelings, my emotions, and how my days have been today. So today I've had work. I've just returned from annual leave. So I was working today from 9 o'clock to 5 o'clock today in Jubilee Health Centre as a Pittsport coordinator. I did wake up late today because my alarms didn't go off. So normally my alarms are meant to go off in the morning, but for some strange reason they never went off. So I got to work a bit late today, but I was able to go to work, do my work, attend my meetings, and um you know, sort out the peer support referrals, talk to the peers, and do my role. Um, I'm very passionate about the work I do as a peer support coordinator. It's work that I feel like I'm in my element in. Um I'm very passionate about it. You know, peer support is something that I really value, and it's really important to me to use my lived experience to help clients, customers, service users, and patients in their journey of mental health recovery. And I feel as a peer support lead, as a peer support coordinator, it's important to be an inspiration and a motivation for people who have had mental health difficulties and challenges, but have used that to rebuild their life and to find hope, meaning, control, and value through their life experiences. So, you know, as a piss support coordinator, it's very important I do my work, it's very important I help the peers and the care of peace support workers, it's very important I work with the team and you know provide outstanding work for all of um you know the team, you know, so the peer support workers, Sutton IRH teams, and also my team leaders, my team managers, and my colleagues as well, and also the piss support workers and the career piss support workers as well. So making sure, you know, as a pissable coordinator, I'm supporting everybody and doing my best within my role, um, which is always important to me as a Pittsburgh coordinator. Um, today also as well, I created a whole new album, took a bit of time to create because I was creating it in the morning. So this album is called No Materialism, and it's something that I learned from yesterday. Um, basically, when I was sharing about the ambition of becoming something in life and pursuing materialistic things, and I realized that in my journey and in my life, there's no materialism, I'm not focused on money, I'm not focused on ambition, I'm not focused on anything material, I'm not focused on possessions and belongings, so there's no materialism. So I wanted to create a spiritual album talking about that. So I created four beats for the album, um, which I basically created in the morning. So track one's called No Materialism, track two's called No Material, track three is called No Possessions, No Belongings, and track four is called No Spiritual Materialism. So these are the tracks that are on the album, and these are the tracks that I created today. So it's very important for me to create spiritual music as part of my journey and part of my life. I feel like as a spiritual musician, I have to create spiritual music, and my music has to have meaning and value to it, it has to be showing people about certain things in faith and spirituality. So this new album that I created and released today on DistroKid and Internet Archive is a very important album for me, as all my music is important albums for me because I create music all the time, and I'm always creating um music, so you know it's very important. I did this album, and um, it has a lot of meaning to me as well because it reflects my life and it reflects who I am as a person. So I did the artwork, I created the MP3 files, the wave files, and the flak files, and the full album files. So um, this album's only a four-track album, but um this forgotten my music legacy as a spiritual musician and the music that I'm creating. So I'm happy it's done, I'm happy it's released, and I had to spend some time after work to upload it to sort out the files, but it's done now, and I'm happy that it's available, and um, you know, people can obviously check out the music and listen to the music. So it's very important as a spiritual musician as well that your influence gets shown. So, especially within my music, I try to show the influence of faith and spirituality in all my music, so it's kind of conscious music that makes you think about life, spirituality, and faith. So, all my music has a spiritual change essence to it, and a spiritual alignment essence to it. So that's the music I'd create now, and that's the music I'm working towards. So it's very important I created that album. I'm happy about the album, and now it's released to the world, so it's always a positive thing to do that, and amazing thing to do that. So I'm grateful about that. Um, I've been listening to a book called Self Made by Bianca M and Byron C. So, this is about entrepreneurship, being a business owner, being an entrepreneur, and working for yourself as an entrepreneur and building companies and organizations. I think it's good to learn about business. You know, at some point I do want to set up some businesses and foundations and companies of my own. I actually have been thinking about setting up a journal business on eBay, so sell journals online, especially that I do audio journals and f physical copies of journals as well. So that's something that's been in my mind for a long time. I would I would like to share journals and help humanity and people to journal because I find journaling one of the most therapeutic, rewarding, and amazing things that I've developed over the years. And um, journaling has helped me to be basically an author, a writer, share my thoughts, my feelings, and emotions, not just in written word or written writing, but also in audio as well. So, you know, journaling is very important to me as a human being, and I want to help more people to journal, and I want to help more people to start journaling every single day and build their skills and their qualities through their journaling. So that's something I've been thinking about recently, and I do want to set up a business in that. Um obviously, a self-made book was just basically talking about like when you become an entrepreneur, you need to understand the market of your services and products and your competition. You need to understand most businesses start up with a setup cost, which is very hard to obtain. So the start-up costs, the capital, so you need to find different ways of generating income and finances for your business. And also learnt from the book as well. Um, when you set up a business, you need to know what you're doing, and you need to not make silly mistakes when you're starting a business. So try to stop any mistakes that you're doing in the business. Learn from other people's examples who have already been business owners or successful people, and as a you know, entrepreneur and a business owner, you know, you need to find your audience, you need to find your customers, and you need to supply products and services that are in demand. I also learnt as well that most successful businesses start off with a problem, so it's a problem that they're trying to solve in the world and society. So, for my one of my businesses that I want to set up is spiritually helping other people, and in this company, it's a humanitarian company that I want to set up. I've kind of started it a little bit already through podcasts and through videos, but I want to start with actually having a whole business in this field and in this area. Um, my main sort of problem that I'm trying to solve within it is to end suffering, pain, adversity for humanity, animals, and the universe. So, my only mission for my spiritually helping other people podcasts and videos on YouTube is to end suffering, pain, and adversity for humanity, animals, and the universe, and spread that importance of spiritually helping other people in the work you do. And like I said before, there's always those five levels of helping other people, you know, um, level one, volunteering, level two, jobs, careers, employment, level three, um, business and entrepreneurship, level four, faith and spiritual, level five, spiritually helping other people who helping other people, and there's also another two levels: level six, um, spiritually helping other people to spiritually change, and level number seven, spiritually helping other people in spiritual truth, so the spiritual enlightenment levels and helping other people. So, these are new books that I'm looking to write. I definitely want to write the book of seven levels of helping other people. I've already written the book of five levels of helping other people, but I learned another two levels to extend the work of helping other people, so you know, this is these are just some of the ideas that are in my mind, especially in music as well. I want to set up a music business, so reading and listening to business books is gonna be very beneficial for me, and I'll learn a lot from it. And um, you know, self-made book is a very good book that I've been reading and listening to as well, so it's good. Um, so the gratitude for today, I've been writing a few things in my journal as well about just what I've been learning. I did a 10-minute meditation this evening. Um, I just meditated for 10 minutes because I wanted to um had a busy morning and a busy afternoon, so just to get a little bit of silence was very important. And I wrote some notes that I learnt from my insights from the meditation today. So the first thing I wrote was the spiritual realms is real, so in life there is a spiritual realm, and it's it's actually a real realm, like of where you can discover who you are and the person you want to become and be. So um that was quite important to learn in the meditation. Number two, spiritual silence awakens spiritual enlightenment. So when you connect to spiritual silence, you connect to spiritual enlightenment because that silence brings clarity, it brings reassurance, and it helps you to discover who you are as a human being, which is very important. Number three, you can free yourself from suffering paid adversity through meditation and mindfulness. So, even in my experience, I've gone through a lot of suffering paired adversity, but now through my own spiritual practices of meditation and mindfulness, um, I'm so slowly starting to overcome that suffering pain and adversity that I've experienced. So that's very important in all meditation and mindfulness. Faith and spirituality is now, so finding faith and spirituality is within the now in the spiritual present moment, so that's very important. Spiritual silence has no time or space, so when you connect to spiritual silence, there's no time or space, it's just pure silence, it's just pure quietness, stillness. So there's no space and there's no time. Meditation and mindfulness is important in life, very important in life. The past is not the present, the present is not the future, the future is now. So basically, everything that happens in life is already now, so there's no past, there's no present, and there's no future. It's all right now in the living. Um spiritual energy is spiritual change, of course. Life is spiritual change, definitely so. Search for spiritual silence, peace in everyday life. So, in all aspects of your life, there should be silence and peace, and you should find that in everyday life, in all activities that you do, and I think that's very important to learn, especially when you have those low moods and those challenging times, you know. God has a spiritual purpose for you. Um, this is something I've been writing about in my journal for the last couple of days now. I do feel like God has a spiritual purpose for me, which I need to find, seek, search spiritual truth to discover it. Um, spiritual awakening has no death, just spiritual silence. So, spiritual awakening has no death, it's just spiritual silence. So, even though in our physical body we may pass away, but when you connect to the spiritual silence, you realize that there's no death in spiritual silence because silence has no physical um material um attachments to it, so there's no death in spiritual silence, it's just the the energy of life itself, so that's quite important. And then spiritual silence is emptiness. So, when I was meditating today, I felt my mind go into a place of emptiness. There was no time, there's no space, there's just spiritual silence, stillness. I felt like my mind was transcending into emptiness of just no label, no name, no identity, no home, no possessions, no belongings, no materialism, just nothingness, and just emptiness, which was quite amazing to achieve that in the meditation, actually, today. So, those are my notes for meditation. And I actually wrote some notes about the reflections that I've had today. Today's been quite a good day, um, quite a positive day today, and quite a productive day. So, some of the notes that I wrote for my reflections is uh meditation and mindfulness is important and spiritual practice, of course. No materialism, no ambition. So, the next album that I want to start creating is no ambition to go along the site the lines of no materialism, live now. I think that's an important life statement and quote that I wrote, Live Now. Faith and spirituality is in this the spiritual present moment, which is right now. Moving forward is spiritual progression, so every day you take necessary steps forward in spiritual progression. Make time for six spiritual practices. So I need to make more time for meditation, prayer, and mindfulness, and and walking and journaling and silence. Um, you are what you learn. I think that's an important uh message that I learned today. You are what you learn, and then spiritual habits make up your life experiences. So, say, for example, if you want to change something in your life, you know, it could be a spiritual goal, it could be a financial goal, it could be a relationship goal, it could be um a health goal, but it's your habits that you do through your day that's gonna make up your life experience. So, if you do want to change something in your life or become something in your life, then you need to take spiritual habits to help you make that change that you want to see. So, especially in life, um, you know, we we should be moving towards something important to us, whatever that is, and by taking you know, and having the time to make those habits to make that happen, you know, it will help you to find that's change that you want to see within yourself, and it could be a health goal, could be a relationship goal, it could be a financial goal, could be a spiritual goal, but you know, spiritual habits help you to make up your life experiences. And normally in life, it's your habits that make up your life experiences, the habits that you do day to day, how you live, how you behave, how you eat, how you drink, um, your sort of mentality, your personality, your behavior, your characteristics, your thoughts, your feelings, your emotions, um, your feelings, and you know, how do you process life? How do you learn from life? So, you know, the spiritual habits make up your life experiences, which is quite true, actually. So, these are some of the things I'm grateful for, and some of the notes that I've written in my journal today, and also as well, I'm just thankful to Jesus Christ, Jehovah, and Buddha, for giving me the opportunities that I have. You know, I'm not a perfect human being, I have made mistakes, and I have hurt and abused people, so I'm definitely not a perfect human being, but I feel like Jehovah, Jesus Christ, and Buddha is helping me so much to be how I am. Um, especially learning about meditation and mindfulness, and um also just being able to create things of meaning and value. So I do appreciate my relationship with Jehovah, Jesus Christ and Buddha, and to having the opportunities that I have, which is so significant and so important to me. So very grateful. Um grateful to my spiritual heroes that have put me on this path in life. Um, Paul Darrington, Dr. Karen Michigan, Christian Augusty, and Doug Hewitt Mills. So my four spiritual heroes are my role models in life, they're the people that I respect the most, that I have the most aspiration for and admiration for, and the people that have put me on this path. So I do appreciate them, and um, you know, I wouldn't be where I am if I didn't have my spiritual heroes in my life, and um, and obviously my relationship and my faith and spirituality with Jehovah Jesus Christ and Buddha. So this is just a heartfelt um gratitude journal today. I think yesterday I was a little bit in a frustrated mood yesterday, but I think today's a bit better. But um, yeah, I think that's it for today. I'm just grateful, and um obviously I want to keep moving forward, keep progressing, and um just remember that you know, live now and focus on what's important to you. So thank you for listening to my gratitude journal for this evening, whoever listens, and uh take care now. Have a good day. Bye bye. Thanks.
