SPEAKER_00

Hello everyone, my name is Christopher Liam Rose. I'm an author, mentor, life coach, motivational speaker, evangelist, musician, and activist. Today I'm going to be sharing my gratitude journal for the 7th of the 7th, 2026, and I'm just going to be sharing my feelings, my thoughts, my emotions, and how my day's been today. So today I had work, so um I think I woke up a bit late today, but I did attend work um in Jubilee Health Centre for my role as a Pittsport Coordinator. So um work was between 9 o'clock and 5 o'clock today. So I had to go in the office, uh, do my trip do my work, do my role as a Pittsport coordinator, um, doing the referrals, checking the emails, talking to the team, um, being a part of the um, you know, the team, especially when it comes to pissport referrals and the piss support service, so just trying to support the pissport workers and also support the team. So that's what I was doing today. Work was okay today. Um the weather's been very hot today, so it's been quite hot, hot day, um, which is good because when the weather's hot, um it normally brings out positive um feelings and emotions and makes you feel better, but at the same time the weather's so hot that you're sweating, that you're you need to keep it on keep yourself h hydrated, so that's something I had to do today, and um obviously while I was in the office I was just making sure that I was doing my work as well as um you know supporting the team of the Pittsport workers, the Care Pittsport Workers, and the Saturn IRH teams, so that was good. Um today I haven't been doing no music um because I wrote and produced a new album yesterday called the No Materialism. So um today I thought I'm just gonna take it easy today. Um do some reading and just um upload files and folders on Dropbox, so that's what I'm doing now. So I'm just uploading some files into Dropbox, music files, podcast files, video files, and audio files. So I'm just gonna plan to do that for the rest of today and the rest of the evening. Um also as well today. Um basically working in the community on just doing my piss support coordinator role work. I did top up some money into my pensions, which I normally do every week. So my pension B I topped up £12.50 with tax relief, and then my CEP pension Ava um pension I topped up £15 with tax relief. So I'm still putting in money into my pensions because I think you know, especially if I do reach that retirement age, or if I do reach an older age, I do want to make sure I have enough finances to support me in the future. So I'm just putting in money into my pensions is very important. I'm gonna keep on doing that regularly every week. Um today I realize that that change is difficult and moving forward is hard. Um, so that's something that I wrote today in my BetterHelp journal and mood journal. Um change is difficult, but moving forward is hard. So we have to keep pushing ourselves to move forward, and obviously, change is gonna be difficult because it's difficult to change who you are and how you live, so that's a very important thing. I wrote in my journals today, I need to stay fine, seek, search spiritual routine for my daily life. So I need to find a routine that's gonna help me to move forward, keep pushing through, keep going. So I wrote some spiritual life lessons that I learned today in my journal as I was on the train. So I'm gonna be sharing those spiritual life lessons. So number one changes life. Um, I think this is an important one because when you think about life, it's always changing. Like every moment of your life is going through a change. When you're walking, you're changing, when you're talking, you're changing, when you're thinking, you're changing, when you're sleeping, you're changing. And life is basically change, you know, changes life. So you have to appreciate the changes that come with life. Moving forward takes time, commitment, and patience. I think it does take time and commitment and patience to move forward, especially when you're trying to become who you want to be and live the life you want to live, so it's very important. Three, the past is gone. Live now in the spiritual present moment. Um, I think this is an important one because whatever happened in your past is in your past, it's not it's not now. So the most important thing is to live now in a spiritual present moment and focus on what you can do today. Number four, do not rush spiritual trusts and decisions. Never rush spiritual trusts and decisions. Always take your time and always be patient. Number five, patient is a virtue. When you are patient, it really is a virtue because you're not rushing or sort of working harder to achieve things that have no meaning and value. You're being patient about your life, what you do, where you go, how you live, and that's gonna bring out the virtue. Number six, spiritual living is the spiritual habits. So your spiritual habits make up your spiritual living. So if you have good spiritual habits, you have a good spiritual living. Um, number seven, learn and understand life experiences. Um, that's an important one because all life experiences has a lesson that you need to learn from. So by learning from all life experiences, you can sort of find out who you are as a person. Uh, number eight, spiritual growth comes from discomfort. I think everything in life has a change to it, and nothing in life changes without discomfort. So when you go through difficult times or challenging times, and you may feel a bit anxious or nervous or angry or frustrated, that discomfort will bring out that spiritual growth within you, and you'll discover more of who you are and what you're trying to do, and who you're trying to be. Number nine, spiritual truth is simple, live now. So, spiritual truth is simple, live now. That basically just means the truth is now, anything that happens in life is right now, so your past is not existing right now, your future is not existing right now. All that we have is the now, so the truth is simple and live now. So live in the present moment now, which is very important. Number 10, make time for six spiritual practices. So the six spiritual practices are prayer, meditation, mindfulness, walking, journaling, silence. So I need to make time for the six spiritual practices. Number eleven, life is a teacher, be a student. So life is a teacher, be a student, be a student of life itself. Let life teach you the lessons that you need to learn. Very important. Number 12. Life is a school, learn the spiritual lessons. So this is an important one because life is teaching you spiritual lessons to learn, and life is a school, so it's like you're only gonna learn about your life through living it, and that you're only gonna know more about your life through living more of your life. So basically learn from life experiences and learn that life is now and living the now, very important. Number 13, God is giving you spiritual guidance. I think there's definitely spiritual guidance within the world and society today, and um God is giving that spiritual guidance of finding who you are, very important. Number fourteen, live today. Tomorrow is not promise. So live today. Tomorrow isn't promise, so you've got to live today. Number 15, focus on the new version of you, so focus on the new version of who you are, not the old version of who you are. Very important. Number sixteen, life is spiritual. I think this is this is the thing that I've learned through life. Life is spiritual, um, but it depends how you discover that spirituality and faith. But truthfully, life is spiritual, and um you know, we all need faith and spirituality to have that within our lives, very important. Breathing is life's source for living. Learn about breathing. So I was reading a book called Yoga Anonymous, um, which is basically a book about how yoga poses, breathing, and yoga exercises improve the body and the mind and the spirit and the soul and the body, and um in the book it was basically talking about the when you breathe in and out, inhale in and inhale and exhale out. Um, that's basically keeping your organs in order because the breath of life itself is your breathing. So if you have like shallow breathing, then you're gonna have negative feelings and emotions. If you have positive breathing, which is more fluid, more um just constantly fluid through your your body and your breath, then you have um more positive energy and more positive feelings. So normally life difficulties come from just like not connecting to the breath and not connecting to just living now, breathe now, live now, and just focus on today and focus on the present. So the breathing techniques can help you to be more centered, be more guided, especially in yoga, can help you to connect to yourself, especially when you're doing the present exercises, you're connecting to your body and your mind and your spirit and your soul. So, you know, yoga is very important. I got that um lesson today, which I wrote in the notes from the book, and just focus on your breathing, and your life will change that way. And also, I learned today as well that you know, whatever you want to do in life, it's gonna take commitment, it's gonna take dedication, it's gonna take time, it's gonna take effort, it's gonna take commitment, and it's gonna take persistence and resilience. So, you know, that's not saying you can't become who you want to be or you can't do what you want to do. It means that life is a journey that has its ups and downs. You know, you go through different life experiences, different challenges, you learn things about yourself along the journey and along life itself. But just remember that focus on the present moment, focus on the now. The past is already gone, so there's no point of worrying about the past, the future you can't predict, so there's no point of trying to find a way to predict your future and just live in the present moment now, stay connected to the present moment and live for the now. Um, also today I learned that God has a purpose for me. I believe that God wants me to do certain things while I'm here, you know. I think this podcast is part of that purpose of me sharing um my gratitude journal, and I think part of my purpose as well is to sort of live in faith and spirituality, and God will teach you lessons along your journey and show you things with which I normally call spiritual insights of who you are. So we connect to that, you connect to who you are, and then you know, God will obviously guide you more and be with you more. So um I think for me it's really about just appreciation of my faith and my spirituality, um, connecting to the spiritual present moment which is living now. Not thinking about the past, even though those thoughts can come, but that past is not what you're living now, and not thinking about the future of who you're gonna become and what you're gonna do, because that's not here right now. So all you can do is really live in the now, live in the present, and focus on you know what's important to you now. So, um a gratitude journal, I'm grateful to Jesus Christ, Jehovah and Buddha for helping me so much to change. And like I said in the journal today, change is difficult and moving forward is hard, but with change and with moving forward, you can become who you want to be. And then also um I'm grateful for the people that helped me to get to this point. So Paul Durrington, Dr. Karen Mitchigan, Christian Augy, and Doug Hood Mills. So they're my spiritual heroes in the work I do. Uh and the reason why my life is the way it is. And I've changed quite a lot in a short period of time. And um you know, they're my heroes in the work I do. So my graduate journey of today is simple, just live in the now. I think that's the most important lesson that I've learned from today. Just live now. Um, don't worry about the past and don't worry about the future, just live now. And uh focus on, you know, what's important to you. So thank you for listening now. Um, I hope this helps. And thank you for the listeners whoever listen and check out the podcast, much appreciated. As always, thank you for checking out the podcast and audio. Alright, take care now. Bye bye. Thanks. Bye.
