SPEAKER_00

Hello everyone, my name is Chris Phillion Rose. I'm an author, mentor, life coach, motivational speaker, evangelist, musician, and activist. Today I'm going to be sharing my gratitude journal for the 8th of the 7th, 2026. Um I've been sharing my gratitude journal to share my feelings, my thoughts, my emotions, my thinking, and also how my day's been today. So um this is just the podcast to share my gratitude journals. Today um I think I did I wake up I think I woke up late. I woke up late again today. Um going to work in the morning has been quite a struggle for me because I I don't wake up on time in the morning, so even though um I have to go to work normally between nine o'clock and five o'clock in my role as a Pittsburgh coordinator. Sometimes I wake up late and then I have to travel to the office to obviously do my work. So I think today I woke up late today again. Um there's lots of reasons why I could wake up late, but I think it's to do with my medication that I take for mental health, and that normally um makes me sleep quite deeply. So when I take my medication, I sleep, and then I find it hard to sort of like wake up in the morning because of the medication. So something I need to work on and something I need to improve. Um today's been okay today. Um I've been in a few meetings, had to sort out some pit sport referrals, emails for my role as a piss sport coordinator, um, just sort of managing the role as a Pittsport coordinator, supporting the peers and the care of Pittsport workers, and um just having some meetings and attending some meetings, so um that's always important and it's always important to know that I'm trying my best to do my role as a Pittsburgh coordinator and um yeah, you know, I need to keep, you know, working towards just running the Pittsport service in the community, so very important and um I really appreciate the work I do, especially as a Pittsport coordinator, and just making that time and effort to continue the Pittsport coordinator work that I've been doing, helping the peers, helping the care of piss sporters, supporting the team, supporting the team managers, supporting my colleagues, and doing the role as a piss sport coordinator, so it's very important and um I really appreciate it. It's quite an important role to do, so I really appreciate it. Um today I created a new album and I it depends on the days when I can create a new album. Some days I can and some days I can't. So today I created a whole new album, which is a very specific title, which I kinda spoke about briefly on my I think it was like three three three to two days ago when I was talking about like no ambition and no materialism, and when I created the album just I think yesterday or the day before, called um no materialism, I wanted to create an album for today called No Ambition. So I'm not saying when I say no ambition, you can't be ambitious. I'm not I'm not trying to discourage the listeners or the viewers in that aspect of things. When I said no ambition, it means not striving or working hard towards things that are not important to you, so it doesn't mean you can't have things or do things, you you normally can, and that's okay. But with the no ambition, it's not working towards things that are not important to you, and that's the thing that I have I've explained it before briefly in many different podcasts and audios. A lot of people um they're ambitious, but it's not something that's important to them, or they're working for a reason that has no real relevance, so it's so hard. I've I've said this before in podcasts and audios to change people to have no ambition, no materialism, um no striving or working hard towards things that are not important to you. So it's so difficult to find you know um to basically find people who are not ambitious, who are not materialism. It's so difficult to find those types of people, it's very hard. Um I think majority of people have a desire to achieve and accomplish something, so it's so hard to find those people that like I said in the podcast previously before in my gratitude journal, who are just content, they're content with how their life is, they don't need to um necessarily work harder to s uh for something that isn't important to them, they're very content with how their life is and they appreciate the present moment, which I've always said is the actually living now, so it's so important. Um the album that I created today was called No Ambition, and I think with my music especially that I've been releasing for the last couple of years and months now, and I've said this before, briefly before, on my podcasts and audios, and also through videos, messages, talks, and um podcasts and books that I've written. All of my music has a spiritual essence to it. There's a spiritual reason why I do my music, especially with the album that I released today. No ambition. There's a spiritual hidden reason why I cre I created an album called No Ambition. I'm not saying you can't become who you want to become, I'm not saying you can't have what you want to have, I'm not saying you can't achieve what you want to achieve. My slight difference in what I share and what I talk about is no materialism, no ambition. Only when you find no materialism, no ambition, do you discover who you are, which I normally call the no self, selflessness, know thyself, and becoming who you want to be in a spiritual way. So it's very it's very hard to find those people because it goes back to what I've said previously before. So many people are materialistic, so many people are ambitious, so it's difficult to find the people that are opposite to that. It's very hard to find. An ambition, a motivation, aspiration, an encouragement, um a goal, a opportunity. So there's always something they're working towards. Um they're never sort of content with the now, so living in the present moment, and just being content with the now changes life, I think. It really changes life in all aspects of things. So I'm not saying to people you can't have ambition if you have that if you have that um gosh, gosh, gosh. If you have that striving personality and striving behavior to sort of go ambition, motivation, achievements and accomplishments, then I've always said you'll miss the present moment that way, because the present moment is all there is. Not when you're materialism, but just present, now, however your life is now, and focus on that. That's slight it's such a slight difference that is. Just focus on the now, not your past because you can't change your past, not your present because you have no control of how it's gonna be affected, not the future because you can't predict that, but just live now, right now, in the present, and it changes it changes it that slight change changes your perspective of life because it's just what it's such a subtle thing. Um, you know, it's not like um i I don't want to explain it in like a a rude way, it's not like I'm achieving this, I'm getting this, and get it's it's got nothing to do with just like how can I put it? Like like like the hard working of things. I'm achieving this, I'm getting that, I'm becoming more successful, I'm coming more prosperous, I'm more wealthier. It's it's got it's got nothing to do with that. That's that's uh like that's why you know my music's very spiritual, it's it's always been spiritual my music, and my music's saying no materialism, no ambition. So it's it's a different way of viewing things, it's very different. Um so today with my gratitude journal as well. Um I think I topped up some my I've always been topping up my pensions recently because um it's just something I do when I have the opportunity to. So I think I've topped up my pension on my set pension. I topped up today. I think I topped up was it um £15 on there, and then my pension B pension, I topped up uh £12.50 on there, and this is something I've learned as well, especially when it comes to finances. When you um so it depends if you have money or not, or how your financial situation is, but it's something I've learned on my journey and in my path. Money can be simple when you simplize how you use your money. So, say for example, if you I I don't want to go too deep into this because I've got other things to talk about. Say, for example, if you um I don't know, you work for a living, so you have an employment, you have a job, right? So you're earning money within that employment and within that work you're doing, so you're earning people normally say a living, and that living supports your life, so your car, your house, your mortgage, your rent, your food, your drinks, your holidays, possessions, um your clothes, your belongings, your um possessions, your um I don't know whatever other aspects of your life, right? Now finances become simple when you simplize it. So the way I normally I try to do this in my finances most of the time when I get opportunity to. So that could be to I don't know, for tithing, for offerings, or just to save your own money. So out of the thousand you put into your bank account, or the hundred you put into your bank account, you take away ten percent of what you've put in, so you always take away that ten percent. They normally say you pay yourself first, which is normally the definition of how I think it's the financial experts normally talk about it. Pay yourself first. So you pay yourself ten percent out of the savings that you have in your bank account. Normally, 10% is what they normally recommend. So 10% out of a thousand pounds would be a hundred pounds. That hundred pounds can be used for tithings, for offerings, or for savings into your bank account. But what do you do with the money that you take the ten percent away from? You use that to invest, you use that to save, you don't spend that money. That's that money should be in investments of spending, in um, like investments. So that's it's a simple it's a very simple way of just managing your money. I haven't got I don't normally talk about finances, that's why I'm not spending a lot of time talking about it. If you have a hundred pounds out of the money you take from your savings into your bank account, then save ten percent, which would be ten pounds. So that ten pounds it may be small to start off with. So you have ten pounds. Okay, I have ten pounds. What should I do with it? Save it or invest it. Save and invest the ten pounds that you take out of your savings from the hundred pounds. If it's not a hundred pounds and the thousand pounds that you've put into your bank account, that becomes an investment, that becomes a saving, and like I said before, it can be used for tithings, offerings, or how to save your money. That simple way of uh I've got many other lessons that I've learned when it comes to finances, which I don't really want to talk about because it's not part of my conversations, really. But that slight difference makes all the difference, and for me, just I've already just been doing this recently, it hasn't been a long time. Just slowly putting in £10 every day. I normally do it daily, so £10 a day, £15 a day, sometimes £20 a day. Into I normally say my pensions, I do give offerings, I haven't given tithes just yet, but I do give offerings, so just putting in that £10, that £15, £20 slowly builds up. It's like a gradual process. So you do it regularly: £10, £15, £100, £200, whatever you can afford out of your finances with your employment, and then slowly that increases into more finances. That's the way you can start off with having no finances into having savings, and then we have savings. What's important to do? The savings are not there just to keep on saving. That's not the way. The savings are there, which is money you've already accumulated from your employment, to invest, so you invest some money into you know things that are you know you want to invest in, so you work. I I don't want to go too deep into it, like I'm saying in the podcast and all the you work that small ten pound, twenty pound, fifteen pound, um, you know, of your savings, use that money to invest, and that's how your money can slow it just it takes a bit of time for it to slowly grow, but just in a gradual just takes a couple of I'll say a couple of months to see this the growth of it. Always normally I normally recommend 10%. If it's not 10%, then I'll say 15% if you can afford it. It goes to those people who can afford it. So that's something that I learned with my money today. So like I said, I gave I think it was um £15, and then I paid another topped up another £50.50, so that's something I did today. I also I actually brought something today from Amazon. So I brought some Chino trousers. I I've I've been buying the same not the same colour of the chemo trousers, but different colours of the Chino trousers from Amazon. I actually like the way they are, so I've been just purchasing a few trousers and I don't normally I don't want to go into a financial topic. I don't normally spend money buying things, it's it's just not how I am, but you know, I did buy some Chino trousers and two um flannel shirts from eBay, so no, sorry, from Amazon, sorry, so um yeah, so that that's fine, I guess. Um so with my gratitude journal, I wrote some reflections. I think I was on the bus of the train while I was writing these reflections, and these are just reflections, and also maybe at work as well, these are just reflections that I learned from today. Normally, normally within my journals, I try to reflect most of the time, so spend time in reflection, learning, understanding, and just basically processing the information that I've learned and understood, right? So let's begin. So, number one, the known mind is a spiritual awakening, and I think this I learned this one in meditation specifically. Um, the no mind is the spiritual awakening, and the known mind is very spiritual. It's not saying that like you don't have a mind. I don't wanna I don't want to confuse the listeners. I'm not saying you don't have a mind, every human being has a mind. What I'm explaining is the no mind is a spiritual awakening, so when you transcend the thoughts and the thinking, so that's what I normally mean by no mind is a spiritual awakening. Number two, do not have attachments to anything. I learned this I I've learned this quite a lot in my life, and I think it kind of reflects with the music that I'm making at the moment, and also what I'm learning in life. Have no attachments to anything, don't be attached to your name, your possessions, your holidays, your belongings, your home, your car, your motorbike, your clothes, your income, or any other attachments, just don't be attached, it's quite a important learning actually. Number three, faith and spirituality is the spiritual path. This one is always an important thing for me to learn. It's definitely the faith and spirituality, which is the spiritual path, which takes time to learn. Um, you know, faith and spirituality is different from you know, like materialism or ambition, it's not the same, you know. Spiritual people are not ambitious, spiritual people do not focus on materialism, so it's trying to change that mentality and that mindset of not worrying about money but focusing on your faith and your spirituality, and your faith in spirituality is the spiritual path, so it's so important. Number four you only live once, so make your life count. Um this is an important learning because the reality is we all live once. So the question that I normally have to myself when I share this in my podcast and audios how am I gonna make my life count? What am I gonna do in life? Who am I gonna become? What am I gonna do? How am I gonna live? How I'm gonna be. And you only live once, so make your life count. You've got to make it count. It's got whatever you do in your life's gotta be important to you. Number five live today, live now. Now, this is something I've been I've been I think I've been mentioning this in my gratitude journals that for the last couple of days now, but I it keeps I think every day as I'm learning and understanding, it keeps it's like a reminder to me live today, live now. So It's not about going have a past because that's already gone. It's not about living in the future because you can't predict that. It's about living today, like right now. Live now. Not a past that's already gone and not the future that you can't predict, but just live now. Live right now. Live your life now. Live now. It's a constant, it's a subtle reminder to live now. Focus on the now. Don't focus on where you're going or what you're doing or how you're being. Just focus on now. Just focus right now. And let that be the motivation. Okay number six. Spiritual intentions will be your life experience. This is an important one and very true. Spiritual intentions will be your life experience. Normally it's about your intentions. You know what what are you working towards? You know what is your intention? If you have spiritual intentions that lead to your life experiences, so your spiritual intentions will lead to your life experiences. Life experiences is different. We have spiritual intentions, which is different from just saying, I'm going to eat food today, I'm going to go out. Um is it's a completely different intention. Normally with a spiritual intention, it leads you to help other people, give back, make a difference, make a contribution, serve others. So that spiritual intention leads to your life experiences, and that's and when you have a spiritual intention, your life becomes it. Learning comes from understanding. I think it's a lesson of life itself. Learning comes from understanding. Say for example, if you don't understand that you need to have spirituality and faith, then it means you haven't understood that. If you don't learn, then how would you know? If you don't know, then how would you understand? If you don't understand, then you don't get it. So that learning the understanding is very important. Number eight. The past is gone. Live in the present. This is a very important learning, and it's still a learning that I need to I think for me. I still need to learn this learning because it's so important. The past is a memory in your mind that you had from something you experienced, right? So that's normally what the past is, right? So it's a memory. Simple fact. When you think about the past, if you uh I this can be complicated for different human beings. If you think about the past of your life, which is a memory, yeah, you were living a different life in the past. That past is not your present now. Does that make sense? So your past, you know, you could be I don't know, entrepreneur, you could be married, you could be in a relationship, you could have children, you could be I don't know. There's so many different things that happened in the past, but that past is already gone. You can't change that past, can you? So all you can do is live in the present, which is now. So live and now it goes back to what I said earlier where live today, live now. Focus on the present, don't focus on the past because it's already gone. You can't do nothing about it. Think we're on number nine or number ten now. Materialism no attachments. This is this is tricky for people, very tricky. Um materialism, no attachments. No materialism means you don't work towards things, which is a is a very simple observation and motivation. So no materialism means you don't work towards things, and things could be finances, relationships, holidays, food drinks, cars, motorbike, houses, cars, clothes, possessions, um items, belongings, things. So no materialism, no attachments, because the reality is with the materialism, which I think, like I said before, I think in a podcast before in my gratitude journal. I think it's like 99% of people are stuck on materialism, they're really stuck on it, which is a horrible number, but it's quite true when you think about it actually. When you live in materialism, you get attachments. I think I've explained I explained this briefly, I think, in the podcast before, just recently. When you have materialism, you have attachments. The attachments could be the materialism, the materialism can equal to attachments, and then what does the materialism and the attachments do? It brings ambition. That's why I mentioned in a podcast, I think it was yesterday or the day before, no ambition, no materialism, no attachments. When you have no ambition, no materialism, no attachments, the things of your life don't become important, and those things can be complicated for different human beings. It could be friends, family, relationships, cars, houses, clothes, possessions, holidays, food, drinks. These are all the attachments that the mind gets attached to, which which is basically the materialism. The materialism will lead to the ambition. The ambition will lead to more materialism and then you'll have more attachments. So the attachments, the materialism equal to more ambition. The ambition works you harder to achieve more materialism. The materialism makes you more driven to get more materialism, and that leads to a never ending cycle of attachment. The attachment leads to egotism and leads to constantly thinking about money, houses, cars, relationships, friendships, and the things that have no real meaning has no real value, it's not really important. Number eleven Invest in faith and spirituality. Wow, invest in faith and spirituality. This is very important because we need to invest in faith and spirituality. I think a lot of the difficulties happen in life at the moment is because people didn't have faith in spirituality. So normally faith in spirituality has to be learned in some way and understood. Faith and spirituality doesn't come when you have the most. Like because that if you have faith in spirituality when you have the most, that leads to materialism, the attachments, like I said earlier, the ambition. So it's the humble people that can learn that faith and spirituality is an investment. If you invest in your faith and spirituality, your life will go further, and you wouldn't have to um we say work harder for it to go further, it just naturally happens. You don't you don't have to I'm successful, I'm rich, I'm wealthy, I've got this. It all all of those is just the labels that people put on themselves. I'm successful, I'm rich, and it is it is the labels that people put on themselves because they they they're attached to their I don't want to complicate the the the audio today or the podcast, it's just attached. That's basically where it is. Number 12, I think. Quran do the six spiritual practices daily. Um I haven't written a book about this yet. I'm still in the process of doing that at some point. I will um I have written a book about the five spiritual practices. There's so there's five spiritual practices that basically invest in your faith and spirituality. So I'll explain the five and then I'll explain the six. I think that'll be important. So the five spiritual practices are prayer, meditation, mindfulness, walking, and journaling. Only recently I added I think there'll be a few more spiritual practices to do, and the sixth one is silence. So prayer, meditation, mindfulness, walking, journal, and silence, six spiritual practices. The six spiritual practices are meant to be done daily, daily you do your six spiritual practices, which is so important. So some more reflections learn understanding is life, and I think learning and understanding it's life itself when you learn and understand. Spiritual growth is spiritual progress. This is a tricky one because people say spiritual growth is spiritual progress. You're not saying growth is progress. Look, spiritual growth means you have that faith in spirituality, so you grow in your faith and spirituality, you don't grow in um I'm a millionaire, I'm successful, I'm wealthy, I'm prosperous, and this those are the labels that people put on themselves to feel some security in who they're becoming or what they're trying to achieve. So growth doesn't come from materialism, growth doesn't come from ambition, growth comes from spiritual development, spiritual growth, investing in your faith and spirituality. This spiritual growth leads to spiritual progression. Number I don't know what number on now, just going. Um reflection and reflectivity is important. Only recently I learned that reflection and reflective reflectivity is important. Before I used to just think it's reflection, but reflectivity is learning about the actions you've taken and reflecting on how you can improve it. So reflection is reflecting on how you reflect about the situation. Reflectivity is doing the actions that you took on, reflecting on it, and learning from it and understanding it and seeing how you can improve it. So there's a slight difference between reflection and reflectivity. Yes, it's a little bit different, so it's quite powerful actually. I normally would say to do both reflection and reflectivity, so important. Meditation and mindfulness is spiritual silence. Meditation and mindfulness is spiritual silence. Um normally when you meditate in a certain way, and it I don't think people are meditating at the moment or practice that spiritual practice, but normally when you meditate, your mind becomes clear, your thoughts become clear, your learning and understanding grows, you become more spiritual that way. If you can find the meditation that you do and the silence that comes from it, the silence that comes from it will reflect your life experience, and that silence brings love and peace. So with love and peace can come from meditation. I never thought meditation can transform life in so many different ways, it transforms everything when you do it and practice it. Takes a certain level of commitment, time, dedication, effort to practice it, but it can change certain things, just allow it to change you, allow it to help you, allow it to give you that spiritual silence is so important. This is an important one that's coming next. You are the world, the world is you. So if you um this, I I only wrote this one. I think I was on the trainer. I wrote this because you are the world, the world is you. This is a very simple way of explaining this, which is you are the world, right? So, as a human being, you're born into the world, but as a human being, you are the world, so your life experiences is your world, yeah. Because obviously, each person has a different understanding, learning, processing things, right? When it comes to spiritual intentions and spiritual actions, you are the world, the world is you. So this only a few people can understand this. When you've gone through a change, and when you have gone through a change, then you can say to yourself, You are the world, the world is you. Your intentions and your actions reflect your life experiences of the world you're creating. I think it was a couple of I think maybe a couple of months and that months months ago or a couple of weeks, I can't even remember when it was. I created an album again, another album. I can't remember specifically when I created this album, but I called the album I called it the future is created. So let me explain this just briefly. I just want to spend like a few minutes on this. When you are the world, the world is you, and when you understand that the future is created, it can transform your life in every single way. Because a lot of people say, Well, um mental health, depression, anxiety, stress, challenges, situations, circumstances, suffering, pain, adversity, um disappointment, struggles, hardships, challenges, difficulties. Do the six spiritual practices prayer, meditation, mindfulness, walking, journal, and silence. Go on a spiritual change. Once you spiritually change, you are the world, the world is you. Your life experiences reflect the person you're becoming. Your life experiences reflect the world you're creating. Your life experiences become who you are, your life experiences once you change, and once you go through that change, it reflects it actually reflects you because there's no human being that can say they're in the world, and they're not a reflection of it, and aspects of you're all human beings are creating the world that they want to create family, friends, relationships, houses, cars, money, finances, businesses, volunteering, entrepreneurship, employment, um, jobs, careers. As human beings, we are already creating it because it's part of our nature, it's part of our life. There's no human being that isn't. So the hard lesson is once you change, go through a process of change, then you can say to yourself, You are the world, the world is you. All your actions, all your motivations, all and I'm not gonna say ambition, I'll just say all your um say dreams and desires will change slowly. It's it's a slow process, a very slow process, but um it goes back to what I did the album about the future is created. So I just want to spend a little bit more just before we move on. You can change your future, you can change your life, you can impact others in some way, but you have to take responsibility, you have to say to yourself, Okay, you know how am I gonna change? How am I gonna learn? How am I gonna understand? How can I do that? Spend time thinking about it and focus on it. Change your thinking, change your life. So important. And you have to change your thinking to change your life. Spiritual actions is your spiritual legacy. Your spiritual actions is your spiritual legacy. People say is your legacy your house? Is your legacy your employment? Is your legacy your business? Is your legacy a volunteering? Is your legacy your money? Your spiritual actions is your legacy, so it's your spiritual actions. So the question is what is spiritual actions? In a simple way to word it, making the world into a better place. What what is your spiritual actions? Making the world into a better place. Those are your spiritual actions. Living in the moment of change to find spiritual truth. This one is because even I find this quite difficult actually. Living in the moment of change to find spiritual truth. Now life is always changing, your relationships are changing, your children are changing, you are changing, your finances are changing, your house is changing, your cars are changing, your income is changing, your employment is changing, your business is changing, your volunteering is changing, you are changing, right? So when you live in the moment, which is now, yeah, of change, which the moment is actually changing as you're living, find spiritual truth in. That change so it's true actually. Nothing in life stays the same, even if things take a slow time to change. Everything changes, life is always changing, nothing stays the same. The only difference is who are the people that embrace the change? Who are the people that live now? Who are the people that are living in the moment of change? Change brings uncertainty, of course. It brings uncertainty because you don't know in each moment how your life's changing. But change can be the liberation and the freedom of life when you just yourself going, but it's too difficult today. I'm struggling today. Um do you know what something's going on and just embrace it, embrace the change, see how you're changing, see what lessons you can learn from the change in the moment because life is always moving. If life stayed the same, then every human being that went through um pain or suffering and adversity would stay in that same place. But that's not how God works, that's not how life works, that's not how reality works. Normally, everything's moving forward in life. Everything is. It's just can you pay attention to it? Can you embrace that change? That's and it's uns the change is always uncertain because in the present moment you don't know how you're changing. No no no human being does. So can you embrace that change? Instead of like um worrying and getting upset, can you just embrace the change and and just live it? Live that change that you're going through in the present moment. Because, for example, this moment will be different from the next moment, the next moment will be different from the next moment, the next moment after that will be different from the next moment. So it's always moving, changing as it's moving. So just embrace embrace the change. Your past is your life in the present moment. Oh, sorry, your past is not your life in the present moment. Sorry, so your past is not your life in the present moment. The reason, the reason why I've I've explained this before, and I'm not saying I haven't been there myself, I probably have been there myself many times in my life. Your past is not your present moment now because what's happened in the past is not how you're living now. People say, but I had this relationship, I was in this marriage, I had this job, I was in this career. Everything that happened in the past is not in the present moment right now. I know that's a bit strange, I know it's a bit shocking, but it's true. Think about your past and think about is there anything in your past that's in your present moment now? It could be people, it could be employment, it could be a business, it could be a volunteering, it could be a possession like a car or a motorbike or clothes. Is there anything in your past that's actually in this precise moment in your present moment right now? The question is no, there's nothing in your past that's in your present moment right now. So why worry about something that doesn't exist? Why spend your time being upset about something that doesn't exist? It doesn't exist, it's not hair. Every human being has, I'm just saying it's it doesn't exist now. Yeah. This is an important one, and I'm happy I wrote this in the journal today. God teaches through life experiences. So God teaches through life experiences not your past life experiences, not your future life experiences, but the present moment life experiences right now. God teaches through life experiences. So don't worry about the past, don't worry about the future, even don't worry about the present. Just live. Live. God will show you who you are through living. Slowly, takes time, takes patience, but slowly you'll see, you'll see. Now there's no there's no change that doesn't happen now. If you don't change, it means you didn't change now. If you don't learn and understand, it means you didn't change now to learn and understand. If you don't learn and process things, it means you didn't learn and process things right now. So it's now that's important, it's always the now, not yesterday, not the day before yesterday, not the day before that day, not in the future days, not none of that matters. Just now, living now. Your life is like a story, the story of your life. Your life is like a story, the story of your life. That's how your life should be. Your life is like a story. No one knows all the aspects of this story. It's it's a moving progression. So your life is like a story. Only you can change your future through spiritual intentions and spiritual actions. That's the reality of life. Only you can change your future through spiritual intentions and spiritual actions. So the spiritual intentions and spiritual actions will change your life, and only you can do it. This is where it gets complicated because they'll say a teacher needs to teach how to do it. I already said that God um teaches through life experiences, not the past, not the future, but the now. So the question is if you want your life to change, you will have to change now. That's that's the reality. If if you that's if you want your life to change. If you don't want your life to change, then you wouldn't change now. So if you want your life to change, then you have to change now, and it it takes time, it's it's a bit patient. You have to be patient for your life to change. You know, it's very patient, but it's possible though, it's definitely possible. And then the final um so many notes today. I've actually written quite a lot of notes today, which is quite impressive actually, just to myself, anyway. The future is now. I think oh goodness, oh yes, yes, yes, yes, the future is now. So this is just an important learning. The future is now. So with my gratitude journal, um, I think I've shared my notes for today. You know, I'm learning so many lessons as I keep moving forward. I think the most important thing for me today, I actually learned this as I think I was watching a TBN um shannel just recently, actually, today actually, and I learned that and this is what I think this is what I'm trying to find in my life, and maybe it might be different for other people, but it's okay if it's different for other people. I learned that some people know themselves. Some people know themselves, they know themselves, yeah. And um this it's this what's the word for it? It's this um this self-knowing, I would normally call it self-knowing. It's like you're not perfect, I didn't say people are perfect, but it's like the self-knowing, right? It transforms life, and I think that's that's what I'm trying to find myself, you know, knowing more of who I am, you know, not just what I do day to day or how my career is or how my business is or how my work is, but not not that just knowing who I am, finding myself in life. What should I do? How should I live? How should I be? Though those slight questions is always coming into my mind, you know, what should I do? How shall I live? How should I be? And when you know yourself, yeah, that's a very important thing. So I think even with my gratitude journals, I think even down to the beginning of my gratitude journals, it's just been a place my place of learning. You know, everyone has their way of um learning, I guess, and processing information, but even with my gratitude journals, it's just my way of learning, processing the things that I'm learning. So it's know thyself like knowing who you are, it's very important. So um I think that's what I learned today. I actually learnt it today. I normally I wouldn't say that at the end of my graduate journal, but I think I actually learnt today that more people know themselves. It's so it's so it's so humbling to know that it's so humbling. Um I was actually inspired when I was listening to some of the I was inspired by the messages and and the things that I was just watching on TBN, you know. And obviously it's a Christian channel, but it was so much learning, like but um yeah, obviously knowing yourself is very important and it takes time, so um I think I'm finished with my gratitude journal today. I think do you know what? Like, I'm still gonna share, I'm still gonna try my best to record every day. Um, because it does take a bit of my time to record, um, but I'm I'm I'm gonna be committed to it, I'm gonna I'm gonna stay persistent with it. And um yeah, just like learning understanding and finding that faith and spirituality, you know, it's a game changer that one is it changes everything. But you have to move forward to know who you are, and that that's a difficult thing, very difficult, but it's possible though, just takes a bit of effort and time to get to that point. So, thank you for listening today. Um, any anyone that's listening, I really do appreciate it because these are my gratitude journals I share daily, and um just remember that God has a purpose for you, God, God is with you wherever you are listening, um checking out the podcast and audio, God has a purpose for you. And um when you know that God has a purpose for you, which is all human beings, where's our mission? Where's our job? Where's our career? Where is our business? Where's our volunteering? The titles don't matter that much, but what it means when God has a purpose for you, all we need to do is discover that. That's all we need to do, discover what our purpose is. When you learn what your purpose is, when you understand what your purpose is, what does it mean? You can live it now, and then the live and now comes to what I've said before. The spiritual legacy is now. Your spiritual legacy is now means your spiritual actions and your spiritual intentions. All human beings want to live a certain way, all human beings want to have certain things, all human beings desire certain things in their life, which is a natural part of living and a natural part of life to dream and to desire. But don't be one of those people that have the materialism, and don't be one of those people that have the ambition. Try your best to find a way, if you know what God's purpose is for your life, to have no materialism, no ambition, no attachments, and no motivations. That's where you find the spiritual side of your path, and the faithful side of your path. So the reality is faith and spirituality is everything. Your faith and spirituality makes you who you are. If you discover that, and that's a look, I've only I've only learned this from being younger, you know. I've I've learned this at a very young age, I'm still young now. But faith and spirituality, um, you know, you we all have to discover that. So I encourage the listeners, I encourage the viewers whoever's listening, and I hope people do listen and check it out. Find who you are. If you find who you are, make the effort, make the time to discover that within yourself. Don't be one of those people that don't want to learn and don't want to understand. Don't be one of those people that don't read books or don't journal, and don't be one of those people that don't do the six spiritual practices prayer, meditation, mindfulness, walking, journaling, and silence. Be those people who find who they are, your purpose in life, your meaning in life, your value. If you find that, then it goes back to what I just said. God has a purpose for you. And the one thing I've learned in all my especially recently with my gratitude journals that I've learned all this time, God is moving you forward. He wants you to just become who you really are destined to be. God is always moving you forward. The past don't focus on it. The future, don't focus on it, but the present, don't even focus on it. Live now, moment by moment, step by step. Now so I think I've finished for today. Thank you for listening. I could have gone on, but it's okay. Live now. Okay, thank you. But
