SPEAKER_00

Hello everyone, my name is Christopher Liam Rose. I'm an author, mentor, life coach, motivational speaker, evangelist, musician, and activist. Today I'm going to be sharing my gratitude journal for the 9th of the 7th, 2026. I'm just going to be sharing my thoughts, my feelings, my emotions, and how my day's been today. So today has been a productive day. I woke up, I had to go to work today, so I had um work between 9 o'clock and 5 o'clock at Jubilee Health Centre as a peer support coordinator. So I've been working in my role now for nearly two years now as a Peaceport coordinator, helping the peer support workers, helping the care of peer support workers, helping the Sutton IRH teams, and supporting my colleagues. And it has been a very rewarding time in my role and a very good uh team that I'm a part of. And um I realize within the work I do, I'm very passionate about peer support, lived experience, and helping other people. And I feel like my work reflects my nature of who I am, and very passionate about you know transforming people's lives, changing people's lives, helping people to find who they really are and who they want to become in life. So um today has been good, today has been alright, and um I worked from 9 to 5 today within my Episcopal Coordinator role. Um there was a bit of sad news today that my one of my good colleagues called Dr. Banke, um, he's leaving our trust to move into a different position and a higher role. So he was one of the best doctors within our team. Um he will be sadly missed by the team because he was such a good doctor. But um, you know, it show it it shows that in life, you know, progression is very important, and you always have to um move forward in life and progress. So sometimes, you know, taking another step forward means something has to be left behind. So I appreciate what Dr. Banke has done, how he's supported the team, how he's been there for everybody, and um I wish him the very best. And we had a lunch and a celebration of his success in the role, and that was good, and it was good to be a part of the team and have lunch, and I wish him all the best. Um, today I created also two beats for my new album that I'm working on called The No Mind. So The No Mind is basically a spiritual album of no mind, so no thoughts, no thinking, no feelings, no emotions. So the first track I created was called No Mind, and the second track I created today was the no self, self says, and know thyself. So this is for the album The No Mind album, which is a spiritual album, and because my faith in spirituality is so important to me, this album is gonna take a bit of time to create because there's a lot of tracks that I need to create, but um this will be a spiritual album that's got very hidden meaning and very true value and meaning behind it, so it's like a purposeful album, and I'm gonna start working on it gradually every single day until it's completed. So, new album I'm working on again moving forward and keeping the progression going. Um I brought a new shirt today from Amazon, so I brought a new shirt, so it was meant to come today or tomorrow, but um obviously um the Amazon delivery didn't get back to me today, so it should probably be coming tomorrow. So, you know, hopefully I'll get my shirts and you know I have new shirts to wear, which is always a good thing, and um, yeah, you know, I definitely try to buy new clothes when I can when I have the opportunity to, and um yeah, I bought a new fannel shirt brown and white from Amazon.co.uk. I only spent about $11.99, which was good. So happy about that. I'm grateful for that. So I did some reflections about today of some of the things that I was learning today in my journal. So I like to share them on the podcast and the audio. So number one, God is spiritual, living spiritual truth, very important to me, and it matters to me very importantly. God is good, God is light. So God is the light of the world, and God is good. God is a good God and a just God. God created earth and heaven, so God is creator of earth and heaven, of all creation. Your morals, values, beliefs, principles are the foundation of your life. I think it's important for me because my morals and values, beliefs, and principles are all to do with faith and spirituality, so very important. God can only make you move forward. Um, I think it's the true statement that is God is the only one that can make you move forward. So you have to be in the will of God to move forward. Relationship is life to be related. So all human beings come from a relationship which is your parents. As a child, you're born into the world, and then as you grow up, live life, you have relationships. So, relationship is life to be related is part of life. Invest in spirituality and faith, very important, and that's what I'm trying to do at the moment. I need to invest more in spirituality and faith. Connect to your life experiences by looking back and seeing what has changed you. So, your life experiences in the past has changed you to how you are now. So, by looking back at your past life experiences, you can see how the change you become now has happened. So, that's quite important. Faith destroys life. I mean, sorry, fear destroys life. Um, be fearless. So, faith doesn't destroy life, fear destroys life, but be fearless, so always be fearless, and um, just remember faith fear destroys life, so you know when you have fear, it can destroy your life. So try to be fearless, and the faith will not destroy your life, it's the fear that destroys the faith. So don't have fear, live fearlessly. God knows your heart and your intuition and intentions, so God knows your heart and your intentions and your intuition. Only God knows what you truly want to become. Suffering pair adversity is a test of your faith and spirituality, so your faith and your spirituality will be tested through suffering pair adversity. If you pass the test, you don't gain spiritual change and spiritual enlightenment. You are the master of your fate. This is a very important one. You're the master of your fate. All human beings are the master of the fate. You're the one that can change your life, and you're the one that can make your life into the way it is. So you're the master of your fate. So use your life in the most productive way and positive way. Um, so those are some of my reflections from today. I also cooked corn pieces, rice, veg, red tie curry, chopped tomatoes for dinner today at 8 25, and the food was good and nice. And then I had my third therapy session with Caroline Um Skulls at um 8.45 to 9.45 with BetterHelp. We spoke about relationships and friendships, and we had quite a deep discussion about it, which I'm gonna share some notes that I've written about it as well. And um, you know, it's always good to have therapy and to learn things in therapy, and I do want to move forward in my life. I think I'm at that point in my life now where I want to move forward, I want to find a relationship, and um it's important to me to find somebody and to be in a relationship as well. So, here's some of the learnings that I've done in my therapy session today. So, if I want to find, seek, search for a spiritual life partner, I need to start making the effort to put myself out there and go towards finding someone. Um, very important. I can have an intimate relationship with with a spiritual life partner. So, very important. So, spiritual life partner must have the core morals, values, principles to be in a spiritual relationship. So, what I'm looking for at the moment is a spiritual relationship with a spiritual life partner. They must have the morals, values, and principles and beliefs to be in that spiritual relationship, which is very important to me. So I need to write down what I am looking for in a spiritual life partner and a spiritual relationship, that's true. I need to start meeting new people and building a social network and relationship network. Something I need to do. Nothing in life comes by chance. You need to go out there and make the effort to find, seek, search for someone to be with, of course. My faith and spirituality is important to me, and I need to be with a spiritual life partner where we are aligned. I think alignment is so important, and it's important in what I'm looking for. Alignment is more than attraction, very important. Spiritual dating is something I want to start doing. I do want to start doing that. I need to meet and engage with new people in faith and spirituality. That's what I want to do. Relationships is with two people coming together to co-produce in the relationship, but they are whole as individuals. So finding someone that knows themselves would be very important to me, and and we co-create and we co-produce. Focus on what's important to you and find seek search for spiritual life partner that we can co-create and co-produce in a spiritual relationship. Very important. Spiritual life partner needs to be spiritual and faithful, of course. So be a hundred percent authentically yourself. Be true to yourself in spiritual dating, always be true to yourself. Attending more social events where you can meet new people. That's what I want to start doing. God has a special someone for you, but you need to find seat search for the spiritual life partner. I think that's what I need to do. Relationships and friendships work when you co-create and co-produce. So it's true. God made Adam and Eve, so relationships is part of spiritual living. So in the Bible in Genesis, you read that God and Ad God made Adam and Eve in the Bible, and that was the first human relationships ever recorded in in the Bible. So you know, man wanted a man and God were united in a relationship. So everything starts from a relationship. Even your parents had a relationship to have you. Stay true to your morals, values, and principles, beliefs at all times. Very important. Write down three columns of what you're looking for in a spiritual life partner. One, the non-negotiables, two, the essentials, three, the desirables. Spend time in prayer, meditation, walking, journaling, silence, the six spiritual practices. While I'm doing spiritual dating, that will help me to connect to my intuition and my guidance. Life is what you make it. Make your life count. Very important. Relationships and friendships will improve your happiness and fulfillment. True. Rome wasn't built in a day, it took time and patience to build the empire and the city. Moving forward is a progress. That's true. God wants you to be faithful and truthful. And I always have to be faithful and truthful. I need to spend time in Christian and Buddhist environments. That's what I need to do. Start reading social network books and videos. Stay true to your core morals, values, and beliefs. Relationships and friendships is a is a work in progress. So everything happens in a work in progress, you know. Your life is not going to change unless you make some changes. That's true. Do not rush the spiritual dating process. So don't rush looking for a partner. Stay true to faith and spirituality, which I need to do. So these are some of the notes that I've written from my therapy session for today on the 9th of the 7th, 2026, between 8:45 and 9.45. Normally, what I do with my therapy sessions, I make notes of what I'm learning in my therapy. Stuff I've been doing for the last couple of therapy sessions now is actually been helping me on what I want to work on and what I want to improve. So right now I want to focus on relationships, and um you know I need to start working on that and building that and making things happen. Um so my gratitude for today is that I'm appreciate I appreciate Jehovah, Jesus Christ, and Buddha for giving me the opportunity to um live faithfully and spiritually. Um grateful to my spiritual heroes, Paul Dorrington, Dr. Karen Mitchigan, Christian Naughty, and Doug Heon Mills for being my heroes in life and showing me the way and guiding me in life. And also in my life, I'm very faithful and spiritual. So I do appreciate my relationship with Jehovah Jesus Christ and Buddha, and um I just want to be living my life and moving forward now. I think I spent a lot of time in self-development and personal development for the last 13 years of my life now. I spent time building my habits, building my skills, building my abilities, building my qualities, and finding who I am. But I think it's now that time in my life where I move forward and keep going and um can't change my past relationships, can't change what happened in the past, but I can move forward and become the person I need to be in the future. So, you know, I just want to move forward now. That's my only motivation really to move forward. And when I meet when I mean moving forward, I don't have an ambition to move forward or a desire to move forward in that sort of way. I want to move forward because it's just a natural progression of my life, so you know, moving forward is everything to me, and I I really do want to move forward, so I think I need to start working towards it and start taking the actions. So I'm just grateful for life as well. You know, I feel like my life has been good, even though I've had hardships and disappointments, but you know, God is a good God, and God has been there for me, and God has helped me in so many different ways. So I think God wants to push me to the next level, and I I want to go to the next level, and I'm ready for it. And um, you know, I'm just ready to, you know, give my life to God, focus on what I can do, focus on how I can live and be, and um you know, make my impact in helping other people, the spiritual music and faith and spirituality. So thank you for listening to my gratitude journal for today. Um, these are some of my learnings of today and reflections, and thank you for listening now. Take care now. Bye bye. Thanks, bye.
