Hello everyone, my name is Christopher Liam Rose. I'm an author, mentor, life coach, motivational speaker, evangelist, musician, activist. Today I'm gonna be sharing my gratitude journal for the 11th of the 7th, 2026. I'm just gonna be sharing my uh thoughts, my feelings, my emotions, and how my day's been today. So today um normally on a Saturday I work within my second career um job and employment as a bank support worker. I normally work two bank shifts on a Saturday morning and afternoon. So the organization that I work for is Peabody, who is the organization that gives me the bank shifts. So I worked two bank shifts today, so um from nine o'clock to one o'clock at 199 Mount Present Lane, and then from two o'clock to five o'clock at 911 Al Cole Street. So normally I have to support customers in the flats and their housing when I do my two bank shifts, which is normally on a Saturday. Um this is important because obviously in my main career role as a Pittsburgh coordinator, I don't have a caseload of clients that I support. So within this role, I have you know a few customers that I have to support in their flats, in their housing, in Peabody. So you always see different things when you go on your shift. No two shifts are the same. Um, you have to be mindful of the customers where they are in their flats and in their homes, if any maintenance needs to be done, if any repairs need to be done, you need to obviously talk to the customers, see how they're doing. You need to obviously um you know support them in what they're going through, especially when it comes to mental health and difficulties, and you need to also manage the service. So obviously, because I work into peabody services, I normally have to manage both um both services within um the Peabody company and organisation, so it's very important when I do do my bank shifts on the weekend that I'm mindful that I'm present and that I do my best as I'm there. And it's so important to support the customers and just be there in the service because um you know the customers need support, the customers need encouragement sometimes, need support and help, and having a member of staff there on the weekends is very important because normally in the Monday to Friday there's always staff available, but on the weekends it becomes a bit quiet in these services, so it's very important that I um you know I I make my presence there, I support the customers as best as I can, and um I try my best to do the role in the best way I can for the customers, so it's so important. Um today I've been working on a new music album. Um normally um nowadays when I commute and when I travel from either work or from different opportunities, I make music as I'm commuting and travelling. So there's an album that I've been thinking about for the last couple of weeks now, the last couple of months. And um I called this album, which is a spiritual album called No Mind. And the reason for the album is just because I believe there's no mind. I believe everything is like spiritual, and once you connect to the spirituality and the and the faith of life, and you discover that spiritual change and that spiritual enlightenment within your mind, then you realise there's no mind. You're basically awakened and you're free. And this this is an album I've been wanting to work on for a very long time. I just never had the time to do it because I was always sort of busy working and in opportunities. But um, I made I think I've made I can't remember how many beats I made specifically today. I made a few beats today, I'll just count and explain the beats. So I made six beats all together today for the album. Um, each different track has a different meaning and purpose to it. Um but this is for the new album of No Mind. So track five, the sacred no mind, track six, the spiritual truth, no mind, track seven, the spiritual nature, the spiritual energy, track eight, the spiritual eternity, track nine, the no life, track ten, Jehovah, Jesus Christ and Buddha. So um these are all the tracks that I created today. It actually took it took me a bit of time to create these um six beats and instrumentals because obviously as I was travelling and commuting, um, I was creating the beats and instrumentals on my way to work and in on my on the buses, on the trains, and on the tubes. So these are gonna be the new tracks for the new album. Um I spent a bit of time when I got back from church today just sorting out the files which I normally do for any album or project I release. Um I have to always do the MP3 files, the wave files, the flak files, the full album files, and the zip files, and that takes a bit of time to organise all the files because it's a lot of music that's being created. Um but normally every time I make a new album on a project I spend some time doing that. So I spent some time after I went to church today and just sorted that out, which was very important, and I have to do that to obviously release the new music on DistroKid and Internet Archive, so it's very important that I do that. So I've been um also thinking about as well um some of the things that I want to do in my life, you know, some of the things that I want. And I wrote in my jet my my physical journal today that I want to find a spiritual life partner, build new friendships and relationships. This will be important for me to do. Focus on meeting new people who have similar interests and hobbies to you. So that's something I basically want to do at some point. Um I wrote some spiritual life lessons about what I've been learning today, and um these spiritual life lessons I normally write in my journal as I'm going through my day sometimes, and because this is my gratitude journal, I'm very grateful for the lessons that I'm learning and the things that I'm sort of developing myself as well, so it's very important. So, um, spiritual life lesson number one: fail forward, learn as you go. I think that's an important point, especially in life, to just fail forward. You're not always gonna get it right all the time. There'll be days and situations that you may question yourself or doubt yourself, but remember to fail forward. It's okay to make mistakes when you're learning as you're going from the mistakes, and just learn and you know move forward. Failed relationships are new beginnings. This is an important one because for me I've had a lot of failed relationships. Um, all my failed relationships has brought me new beginnings because it showed me something about my life that I never knew before. So um failed relationships are new beginnings in just life development and spiritual development. Nothing happens by chance, everything is planned, and I think this is I think I've only learnt this one today actually. Because some things that I've been experiencing within my life, I don't think it's come by chance. I think in my life it was already planned. I was meant to do certain things not just in my work or in any opportunities but just in life itself. So this one I've just basically learnt today. Nothing happens by chance, everything is planned. It's like um they normally say that God has a plan for you, and once you discover that plan, your life then becomes into alignment of what God is moving you towards. So I think that's what's happened to me, even though um it may not feel like that sometimes, it may feel like is this part of God's plan for my life? Is this what I'm really meant to do? But um, nothing happens by chance, everything is planned. So you have to follow God's will and God's plan for your life is very important. How your life is now is how your life's sh it meant to be. So basically, however your life is now at this present moment, whether you're sleeping, whether you're eating, whether you're socializing, whether you're um chilling out, um, that's specifically how your life is meant to be at this present moment, and sometimes we have to live within the present moment to find God's grace and and and God's presence and mercy. Um moving forward is spiritual progression. This is something I've been doing music about, and something I've been learning. Moving forward is spiritual progression. So when you move forward, that is that spiritual progression. Always evolve spiritual change. Now, this is something I'm learning as well because when you evolve, you are changing spiritually and you're gaining some enlightenment, so it's about evolving yourself, you know, not being the same person that you were yesterday, and then going through spiritual change is very important. Nothing stays the same, everything changes. This is part of life, and it's quite true actually, because you know, it's like nothing's nothing stays the same, everything changes. Like, for example, how you was in the morning is not how you are in the evening, for example. Um, what you do day to day will change as time moves on, um sort of like how you live will also change. Everything's always changing, there's nothing that stays the same, and sometimes it's about appreciating life enough to just go through the changes and and learn from the changes, and don't like don't don't feel upset or worried about the changes of life because life is always gonna change. You're either moving forward and and trying to you know become the person you you want to be within your life, what God has destined you to be, or you don't adapt to the changes of what's happening in day-to-day life, and and that that can be quite challenging sometimes and quite difficult, but um nothing stays the same, everything changes. Change is nature, learn to adapt to change, and that's important because change is nature. I think if something doesn't change, then it hasn't gone through nature, so sometimes we have to adapt to that change of nature. If God wants you to be a certain way or do something within life, normally you have to change to that nature, and if you don't change to that nature, then it's quite hard to find God's will and God's purpose for your life because you haven't adapted to the change, which is it becomes very difficult, but um, you know, change is basically nature, changes life. Um, the past is gone, move forward now. I think it goes back to what I said earlier. Moving forward is a spiritual progression, the past is gone, move forward now. All you can do is move forward, no matter where you have been in your life. This happened to me, that happened to me. It's part of life, of course, it's part of that truth of living, of course. But the reality is you can only move forward from what you've already experienced, so it's not about um it's it's a difficult thing to do, it's not about living in past trauma because that past trauma is already gone. Like how your past was is not how your um sort of your present or your future will be or always change, and because change is nature, you need to adapt to those changes. Faith and spirituality is a spiritual practice. So, faith and spirituality is a spiritual practice, you know. When you discover that faith and spirituality, um, you discover spiritual practice, which is very important, and um it's important to do spiritual practices for your faith and spirituality when you discover that, so you know, all human beings must discover that so in my gratitude journal, um earlier today, um basically after I finished um work, um, because um I normally like I said I worked too bank shows today, normally on a Saturday. Um I don't know what it was today, something told me to go to church. So I was sort of um at first I was thinking should I go to church today? Because I haven't been to church in the last maybe three to four weeks now because I've just been so busy um working um having opportunities and I thought should I go to church? So I just spend some time to go to church and spend time in church, and I thought I do have a busy evening after work because normally when I finish work I always got other things I need to do, but I know I thought you know I haven't been to church for like three to four weeks, so it'll be good to spend some time with the Lord, and um I made actually made an effort to go to church today, and normally that's not like me. Normally I'm very, very busy, or I've always got other things that I'm trying to do to prevent me from going to church, but um I went to church and um normally when I go to church, it's normally alone. Um when when when I normally go to my prayer centre, so there's a prayer centre that I go to um in Westminster Cathedral. I normally go there just to pray alone. Um I'm not gonna share specifically what I prayed today to the Lord because that's but that's my relationship between me and the Lord, and um, you know, I have to keep that sacred for me, so that's very important. I keep it sacred. But what I did learn from the prayer today is that I learned some insights as I was praying. So the insights that I learned as I was praying, um it always changes differently in time. Um sometimes I get small insights, sometimes I get significant insights. Normally, um when I'm doing the spiritual practices, these insights come. I learn things about life and gain a new awareness and the understanding of life, so it can either come through mindfulness or prayer or meditation or walking or journaling or silence, the six spiritual practices. But today I focused on the prayer and I had to make time to make the effort to pray. Um, it has been three to four weeks specifically since I've been in a church because I've been so busy and that's not like me. I normally on a if I wasn't working on a weekend, for example, I would go to church um every single weekend. It's just now I've got other opportunities that I've been involved in, which you know takes more of my time and takes more of my commitment. But that doesn't mean you don't make time for a spiritual practice, you always make time for a spiritual practice, and just just put it in your calendar, put it in your schedule, and when you do it, you see the benefits of how it affects you within your life, and that's something I'm learning now. So the spiritual insights and the prayer insights that I learnt today is that God is listening to my prayers. Um, something I I've learnt that from probably I don't know, I would say about 24. Um, when I do pray, um I pray like I said alone most of the time. I I don't normally pray with other people unless I'm in the corrugation, but majority of the time it's alone, and um I always know that God's listening to my prayers. It may not be straight away that God gives me the answer to what I'm seeking or what I'm trying to find or search for, but majority of the time God is with me and God is listening to my prayers, and God is basically trying to show me that you know it's important to be who you are, you know, it's important to discover that faith and spirituality, it's important to learn, you know what what's going to be important to you within your life, what are you gonna spend your time doing in your life doing, and how does that um relate to your morals, your values, your beliefs and principles, and how does your morals, values, and beliefs and principles relate to what you do day to day and how you live? And these are some of the insights that I know God is listening to my prayers because it's like a it's like a knowing sort of thing, you just know you don't need to um verbalize what God is doing in your life, it's normally a subtle feeling, you just know that God's there, um, his presence is there with you, um, you feel it all the time when you're alone or in a peaceful state of mind, and it's a knowing, you just know you're doing what God has called you to do, which is so important. So, um God is listening to my prayers. The second insight I got moving forward is God's purpose for me. Um, this one was an important one because there have been times in my life where I thought I would never move forward. Um when I did the prayer today I actually realized that um moving forward is God's purpose for me. I think that's what God is calling me to do just to move forward. I think for me, my life becomes more simple once I know I need to move forward. And moving forward can mean different things for different people. It could mean um You know, an opportunity, for example, it could mean a career, job, or employment, for example, it could mean a business, it could mean settling down with a family, it could be a new friendship or relationship, it could be socializing. For me, moving forward is a very simple thing, and it's to do with my faith and my spirituality. Moving forward with my faith in my spirituality, because for me, um my faith and spirituality makes me who I am, so I need to move forward in I won't call it that direction, I'll just call it in my life. That that that's that's all I need to do. If I focus on just my faith and my spirituality, then I will move forward, and as I move forward, God will show me things on my path to um just show me you know what my purpose is and basically what I need to do, so it's always that subtle feeling of just moving forward. I learned the number three insight and prayer in church and at home is important. I used to believe that you only can pray in church, and I had had that belief for a number of years, you know. The only way you can actually build that relationship with God is if you pray in church, and it has to be in like a spiritual or sacred place where you pray. But then I realize prayer can happen anytime, anywhere. You can pray right now, you can pray at home, you can pray when you're walking, you can pray when you're on the bus, you can pray when you're on the train or a tube, you can pray when you're in your car, you you can always pray. So don't make the habit of not praying, make time for it. If it's important to you, make time for it, and that's quite an important thing to learn. Always make time to pray, and that'll build your relationship with God in just faith and spirituality. The fourth insight I learned was learn to repent daily, and I think this is a game changer one that I learned today actually. Learn to repent daily. Um it's like if you don't repent daily, then you sort of live a certain way that's not in alignment with God. So I'm not saying to people that you can't become who you want to be because that's some people's aspiration and some people's motivation. Um, and I don't want to get too deep into this part of my insight. Normally, people's ambition or materialism is to focus on becoming something for themselves, right? Um, I don't think that God is like that. I think God's quite the opposite of that. He doesn't um want people to be ambitious, he doesn't want people to be materialistic or materialism. He wants people to first know who they are within life and discover that first. Once you know who you are in life, and life is a continuous movement of change, you embrace the changes that life brings to you, you embrace the movement forward that life brings to you, and whatever path that leads you down, or opportunities that lead you in, that's part of God's purpose for your own life to move you forward and to keep you going. So the reality is that learn to repent daily. Um I think for me I don't do that. I actually don't do that myself, you know. I'm learning I'm only learning this today. I I don't I don't repent daily at all. I may sort of like have negative days or low moods, but I don't repent daily. I don't try to self just feel low or upset or angry about something or frustrated. Self feeling like that or those thoughts and feelings come into me. I should just repent it. I don't want to feel like this Lord, I don't want to live like this Lord, I don't want to behave like this Lord, I don't want to um focus on those negative thoughts or low moods and just repent, and then the repentance will bring the freedom and deliberately because if you repent daily you're changing the old into the new, and it takes like I said before, it normally takes time to do that, it's not a quick process, so um something I basically need to do myself. I I haven't been doing it, um, and it this is part of learning as well and understanding. But repent daily, always repent, and it's okay to get things wrong, it's okay to have doubts, it's okay to have insecurities, but I think spiritual people don't want those things. We don't want the insecurities, the challenges, the suffering, the pains and adversities, the problems. We want to free ourselves from it, find um liberation, find freedom. So we must repent daily. I think it's important. So my um fifth spiritual insight from a prayer today. God sees your heart, follow God's will. I think this is an important one. God always knows who you're gonna become. God knew from day one who you was gonna become. God already knew that. God knew that your life was gonna be in a certain path and a certain direction. I'm not talking about like materialism or ambition. That's not what I'm talking about. I'm talking about God already knew who he was gonna become. He knew what path you were gonna live, he knew what path you were gonna go down, he knew what path you were gonna do within your life, he knew what mistakes you were gonna make, he knew you was gonna repent, he knew you was gonna be frustrated, angry, bitter, resentful, he knew you was gonna go through your own suffering pain adversity. He already knew that. And with God's plan for your life, he puts that all into your life to make you realize him. So it's not like um, say for example, if you go through suffering, pain and adversity, and then you are still staying within the suffering pain adversity because your mind hasn't hasn't been revealed to you who God is, then normally for those human beings that live like that, they stay stuck in suffering, pain, and adversity because they haven't seen the God that's already in all of life, which is a natural process to learn and a natural thing to find. But um I think a lot of people at the moment they're very vulnerable, you know, and um sometimes their vulnerability can delude their mind into thinking things that are not really there, so it's not just people who go through suffering pain and adversity. I think this is for all human beings. Um normally people go, but um, this has happened to me, this is my situation, this is my circumstances, and I'm saying it's okay to have those life experiences and you know feel those feelings and emotions of what's happened, but God normally reveals in his own way who you are, like he reveals that to you, you he reveals what you're basically meant to do within your life, and all all human beings have a different purpose. We all serve a living God, a living God has a purpose for all human beings. As a human being, it's it's down for us to decide decide and make a choice and decision if we want to follow what God has put in our heart, which is something that God's put in your heart. It's not like I said before, it's not man that's put it in your heart. It's God, God's already when when when God made you into the human being you are, and it goes back to what I just said briefly, he already knew your mistakes, he knew what you were gonna do in life, he knew um how you were gonna live, he knew what choices and decisions you were gonna make, he knew how you was gonna you know have a family if you if you do have a family or have a relationship or have friendships or children, for example. He already knew that and he puts in what I think what what people find hard to realise with God's blessing and God's presence you don't have to do anything within you. It's like it's like what Jesus Christ said the kingdom of God is already within you, you already have the kingdom of God within you. It's just a lot of people can't see that because that it's normally it's normally their vulnerability or their mind is um clouded with other things which is not they're not seeing the truth, they're not seeing the God within them. Um and that's a difficult thing because if you don't see that you you it's it's difficult, it's very difficult to just see that God already knows your heart, He knows what person you was gonna be. Um and then when it comes to becoming something, it's not becoming something because of like ambition or materialism, and I think it's hard for people to learn that because they think I have to be ambitious, I have to be material materialism or materialistic, and that's not God's purpose for your life. God's purpose for your life is to discover who you are. Um if you don't discover who you are when you're alive, um, which is important, then you'll never see God's like blessing or God's grace or God's mercy or God's beauty. And God has a beauty. God has a beauty that it it's it's hidden for people because they can't discover it, because they don't they don't spend enough time finding who they are, you know, what's my purpose, what what what am I called to do in life, who am I meant to become, what is my essence, what what what is it, what are my morals, what are my values, what are my beliefs, what are my um what are my principles you know what what what is important to me and normally I've always said normally when you find the questions of what are my morals what my values what are my beliefs what are my principles what is important to me once you just take as much time as you can to just spend thinking about that and and learning it for yourself, only then God can reveal the beauty of life itself. There is a beauty of God, and the beauty of God is knowing who you are, which is normally the know-self, selflessness and know that self. Once you know who you are, then you know what God's purpose for you your life is, and like it goes back to what I said earlier: God already knew your mistakes, God already knew what you was gonna what you was going to do or not going to do. God already knew how you was going to live or not going to live. God already knew that He's put that in your life already. So um the tricky thing is is that you can't it's it's difficult, it's very difficult to discover this, but I'll share it. You can't you can't be ambitious, you can't live in materialism, and you can't worry about the past. Once you stop worrying about the past, not living in materialism, and not being ambitious, which is qualities we all must develop within ourselves to discover what God's purpose for our life is, then slowly it normally happens. It's like a nature thing. I wouldn't call it I wouldn't call it a faithful spirituality thing because that gets too complicated for human beings. And normally we'll just call it nature itself. Nature becomes part of who you are, and when you're a part of nature, you don't just it's hard to explain this, but you don't just you don't just live life without discovering who you are, you don't spend your whole life like it happens to so many people and it's it's a very strange thing, isn't it? It's like they spend their whole life without discovering that and then the question is is what why why are you saying discover that? Because you have to discover who you are if you want to know God's purpose for your life, and all human beings have a purpose, and each human being's perfect purpose will be different to another human being. There's no two human beings that have the same purpose. Your purpose could be to raise your family if you have children and a family, for example. Your purpose could be to become an entrepreneur if that's something you're interested in. Your purpose to have have a career, have financial stability, your purpose can be just to volunteer. There's no definition or label to what your purpose is. I think for human beings discover what I'm talking about. Human beings have multiple purposes, it's not just one thing, and when I say multiple purposes, it's like you can do this, you can do that, you can do this, and you can do that. But when I say has that human beings have multiple purposes, I'm not calling that ambition because you're not ambitious to live your life, you're not ambitious to chase materialism. No no well spiritual people I would say and faithful people are not ambitious to do that. You you can't you can't you can't be ambitious to want to earn money. That can't be ambition. It shouldn't be ambition. You can't have the ambition or the motivation to just live life the way you want to live it. Materialism because that shouldn't be ambition and that shouldn't be your motivation. For I was I'll put this in the audio today, I think it's so important before I move on. For at least um I would say I'll put this in the definition, I think there's a figure to it. I'll say for at least I'll say about 98% of human beings haven't discovered their purpose yet. And that might be quite a significant amount of people that haven't discovered their purpose because they didn't pay attention to what God was teaching them, they didn't pay attention what to what God was showing them, they didn't pay attention to what is God's purpose for my own life, what does he want me to do? So it goes back to what I just said for the 98% of people that haven't found their purpose. The purpose is not about um and I'll say it's not about like materialism or ambition. Materialism and ambition motivates people, yes it does, it always motivates people, you know, materialism and ambition. When you have materialism and ambition, you're not faithful and you're not spiritual and truthful. So normally what I recommend and what I say is that a change will have to happen before you stop this living of ambition and you stop this living of materialism. Only recently I made two albums talking about it. Only the last couple of I think it was the last couple of days now. It's only been a couple of days when I've made two albums talking about it. It's called No Materialism, no ambition. God's purpose for your life is to discover who you are, and that's for all human beings, and that like I said, if if if 98% of people don't know that because they haven't spent the time developing themselves, then I normally will recommend you have to be the opposite one. You have to be someone that wants to go. Do you know what I don't want to just think about friends, family, relationships, children, vacations, cars, houses, holidays, finances, food, drinks, bills, opportunities, money, finances, clothes, possessions, belongings, um, materialistic things, and ambition. You you have to change that. And if you don't change that, then you may not discover the beauty of what God's trying to show you. God shows people a beauty that's already inside of them. We all have it. We all destined to have it. Every human being is, even people that are not perfect. Gonna move on. So um my next spiritual insight. The prayer life is spiritual development. So the prayer life is the spiritual development, the prayer life is spiritual development. Normally, when you communicate with God, depending on who you are, God will answer your prayer. God doesn't answer prayers for people you don't communicate with him. Does that make sense? So if you don't spend time in communication with God, then how can God answer your prayer? It's like, say for example, you spoke to I'll just say, like a teacher, for example, right? If you don't ask the teacher the questions that you want to ask, how can the teacher teach you what you need to know? Say, for example, a master. If a master doesn't teach the servant or the student what they know because the student never asks, then how is they meant how how are they meant to teach that? So, what God is trying to do for you is to show you that you need to communicate with him. Every human being does. Most human beings spend their times on their mobile phones or socializing or doing something that's not prayer. I don't say meditational mindfulness, there I said doing something that is not prayer. They don't pray, they don't go to church, they don't there's like a million millions of calculations of what people are not doing. But prayer is spiritual development, so the more you praise, the more spiritual you become. Stay faithful and stay and truthful. So if you get to that point, stay faithful and truthful, very important. And then the last point that I learned from today from our prayers, prayer is communication with God. Do this daily. This is a changing thing for even for me as I'm sharing it as well, because it's very life-changing. Yeah. So don't pray when it's convenient for you. Don't pray, for example. Be different for different people, but this is normally an example. Don't pray when everything is comfortable. If you keep praying when everything is comfortable, and then something rocks the dismakes you uncomfortable, then you're gonna go through your suffering pain and adversity. So the reason why I wrote this in my journalist today, even for my remembrance as well, prayer is communication with God. Do this daily, do it when it's not comfortable. Do it when you have commitments, do it when you need to pray just for the sake of praying in a very precise way. Don't do it when you're comfortable. If you do it when you're comfortable, then you're not gonna you can't listen to God that way. God normally teaches you through your listening. Communicate and then listen. Ask God to show you what He wants you to see and and find. If you do it when you're comfortable, then you're not it's it's not gonna work like that. So you don't have to do it when you're comfortable. Do it daily, do it whatever opportunity or chance you get to do it. Not when you're just comfortable, not when oh, but I'm praying and it's nice to praise it. That's not the way to pray. Prayer is daily communication. It goes back to my example, isn't it? If a teacher has a student, but the student doesn't ask the teacher about certain questions they need to know. How can the teacher give the student the answer? And that's how God works. If you don't communicate with God and spend time with Him in whatever way you can, each human being will have a different way of how to spend time with God, and I'm not here to tell a human being what's your way, what's your understanding, what do you do, because that'll be judgmental, and I I'm actually not like that, but each human being will have their way of communicating with God, right? In their own way, it could be meditation or mindfulness or yoga or journaling or um walking or it's just there's a number of things, it could be many things of how um you know human beings communicate with God, but in my understanding of things, which is just my understanding of things, prayer I've always said is the first spiritual practice. Prayer is the first spiritual practice, so make the time to pray. Um it's amazing how much more you will learn just by praying daily. It's amazing. Um and it takes time, you know. It's one of those spiritual habits that you can't rush, you can't rush the process, and you can't do it when you're comfortable. If you do it when you're comfortable, like for example, you prayed when you're wealthy. For example, I'm wealthy, I'm rich, you know. Look at me, I'm prosperous, I'm successful. God doesn't communicate that way because God's God's not looking at your your heart for the wealth or the riches or the fame you have. That's not God doesn't care about that. God doesn't care about fame, God doesn't care about riches, God doesn't care about wealth. Those are human things. So don't pray when you're comfortable, and that's what a lot of people do. They pray when they've become successful, they pray when they're prosperous, they pray when they're wealthy, they pray when they're rich, they pray when they have a lot of fame and fortune. Pray in all seasons of your life, so not just the happy seasons but also the sad, not just the positive but also the negative, not just the um like um the joyful times but also the sadness. Prayer is continuous, prayer is daily, and you find your own way of how you pray. Sometimes and I I'll show this just before we finish as well because I can go on for hours. Sometimes when you pray, you don't even have to necessarily talk. God God how God is God God God already knows you're communicating with him, so you don't have to it's like you don't have to just like always talk in order to communicate with God. That's not how God works. God God knew you was going to do it before you was going to do it. God already knew it's you don't have to you don't have to it's like you don't have to nothing surprises God, you understand? Like God already knew. God God will know your intentions, God will know your heart, God will know. And if you pray, God already knew you was gonna pray. If you communicate, God already knew you was gonna communicate. Nothing surprises God, so you don't have to um it's like you don't even sometimes in prayer you don't even have to communicate, just just making that just showing God you you're willing to do it, just willing. So not necessarily always communicating, just willing, just just showing that willingness, yeah, which I normally call faithfulness, yeah. God sees your intentions that way, and that's when God sees your heart, and God sees your heart because God wants you to do certain things where you're here. God actually, um, how how how can I put it this way? God it's very it's very hard to discover this, but it's very true, and I'll finish it. I can go to my gratitude channel a little bit longer, but I just want to keep this last bit into the podcast for today and the audio, and I'm very grateful to the Lord that I've always grateful, and I I really am God shows himself through life experiences. I've said this before, God shows himself through life experiences. So it's not say for example, say okay, so if say say for example, you know, you um I just put it in the definition because it's important. Say for example, you had like suffering, pain, adversity within your life, right? And you you went through a lot of suffering, pain, and adversity. This is just an example I'm using, yeah. And then God will think you went through so much suffering, pain, and adversity, and that would be part of your life because you've gone through it, and then for a lot of those people who have gone through suffering, pain, and adversity, and it happens to millions and billions of people, they stay trapped in it, it's like it's like a prison to them, it's like a burden to them because it their mind is trapped on something that's already non existent, right? But God will see you went through suffering pain and adversity, he actually went through it. Who did you become at the end of it? How did you grow from it? How did you learn from it? What skills and abilities did you gain from it? So only God can do that type of a change in your life, only God can. So the reason why I normally mention faith and spirituality in all of my just even my gratitude journals in majority of the things I talk about because faith and spirituality is the start of the journey, it's always the start, it's not the destination because the destination is different from the journey. Faith and spirituality is the beginning. Once you have faith and spirituality at the beginning, that will make you see your end, and your end will be what God wants it to be, not what you want it to be, not how you view it to be, not how but but God are you telling me to do this and do that? God may be asking you certain things to do, but only God knows your ending. God knows your ending. You you you don't know your ending. Do you understand what I'm saying, viewers? You don't know your ending. No if if people like I think I explained this in a podcast before. I I I remember talking about this pr in a podcast before, I can't remember what podcast or audio it was, but I remember talking about it before. Uh and I think I said I'll finish it after this point because I can go on for hours about this. If human if human beings knew their life experiences, which God always shows you, right? If human beings knew life experiences, yeah. If if they do, if it's possible to to find that why don't they do what God has called them to do when they're alive? I repeat it again. It's so important. If human beings know their life experiences which God will show you through teaching you that, God only God can show you your life experiences, only God knows the end of it. Why don't human beings do it while they're alive? Why do they do what God's called them to do? The reality is to that question is very simple, and it's a very simple answer to that. Human beings don't know what God has called them to do. It's it it it it becomes the most important thing to learn in life. Human beings don't know what God has called them to do. They don't know, they don't they haven't discovered it yet. So uh I'm just gonna show this quite briefly at the end now because I can go on for hours. I keep saying I'm gonna sort of finish this gratitude journal and I I do want to finish it. And this will be the best way to just finish this gratitude journal for today. Think think about all your life experiences you've had in your life. So think about your successes, think about your failures, think about your joys, think about your happiness, think about your fulfillment, think about your prosperity, think about your fame, think about your fortune, think about your possessions, think about your belongings, think about your holidays, think about your partners or relationships, think about your children, think of all the things you have in your life, and for each human being it'll be a different type of thing they can think about. As you think about it, think about in what part in your life did you do what God called you to do. So I repeat that again because it's so important. Think about all your life experiences your family, your friends, your children, your partner, your wife, your boyfriend, your girlfriend, your husband, your wife, your children, your possessions, your belongings, your holidays, your vacations, your business, your career, your employment, your volunteering, your opportunities, your occupation, your vocation, your education, your university, your degrees, your school, your college, your friendships, your socializing, your food, your drinks. Think about all these life experiences that you've had in your life. Think about them all. Think about every single one in different ways with for these people for people to discover what I'm talking about. Think just think about it now. Think about it as I share it now. Think about it. Think about all of them. You had success, you had joy, you had happiness, you had fulfillment, you had gratitude, you have spirituality, you had faith. Think about all of the experiences you've experienced. Think about them all, all each one, the weddings, the children, the possessions, the holidays, the food, the drinks. Think about every single life experience you have in your life, in all aspects of your life. Think about them all because it's so important. And think to yourself, which is so important to learn, in what part or what area within your life did you do what God called you to do? That's why I said specifically in the audio 98% of human beings they just don't know. They don't know. And then the reality is they can't they can't answer that question. You're saying that all my life experiences doesn't have no meaning and value to it? I didn't say that did I? I said think about all the life experiences you've had, and all of them will be different for each human being. But think about in every single life experience you've had, what part or what area, or what time, or what place did you do what God called you to do in any of those experiences? For most human beings, they go, but I'm I'm I'm a family person, I've got children, okay, but what did what the what what did you do what God wanted you to do? Where where is your calling? The word I would use is where is your calling? What what did God call you to do? Where's your spiritual life purpose and spiritual assignment on earth? What were you destined to do? Why are you alive is the question. Why are you here? Where's your purpose? Where's your meaning? What is your value? What what what what what's gonna make you discover's purpose for your life? What what would it do? What how how would you find it? How would you discover it? For um 98% of people they can't answer that question. It's not it's gonna be a question they can never answer. They'll say, but my life experiences have been I've had the best marriage, I've had the best children, I had the best car and houses, I had the most fame and fortune, I had the riches, the wealth, I had the money, I had the relationships, but you never did what God called you to do because God God's calling is different from all of your life experiences. God doesn't call people based on what's happened to them. God calls people based on who they're becoming. So it depends on who you're becoming that makes the biggest difference from your life experiences. God doesn't call you from just specifically, you know, all my life I've done this. There's a call on there's a there's a there's a there's a beauty on God that's very hidden. It's very hidden. You you won't find it easily. And if people say they'll find it easily, I think take a don't don't don't read it in a book or or watch a YouTube video or watch a sermon to discover that you will you will never find it. It's it's it's hidden. It's a hidden beauty. You can't you can't you can't find it just by talking about it. You can't you even can't even find it just by doing like simple things, it's very hidden. So it goes back to what I'm saying. Think about all the life experiences you've had in your life, the family, the friends, the relationships, the car, the money, the house, the possessions, the food, the drinks, the holidays. And think in any of those life experiences, in any of those, where was you fulfilling your purpose? Where was you fulfilling your calling? Where where were you in God's will? Where where where was you doing what God was calling you to do on earth in all of those experiences? And then I'll just share this briefly because it's so important. What happens and it this happens it happens happen basically this will happen eventually to everybody, everybody will go through the same experience. But I'm gonna explain this as carefully as I can at the very end because it's so important. It's not scary, it's not scary to learn this, it's not scary, and I don't I don't want the listeners to feel like I'm being that's and I'm trying to scare them off or make them feel frightened in some way. I don't want you to feel frightened and I don't want you to feel scared. Now I think I can't remember where I was to I was actually uh let me just find this something. I was I think I think I was um I can't remember where I was. I I was um yeah I think I was in the train or the tube or something, and I and I and I and I saw something. I thought I think there was one thing I w I just want to share this in the podcast and audio is so important. There was one thing about I think it was a footballer, if I'm not mistaken, a footballer, um something happened to them, right? A footballer today or something like that. I'm not gonna read the name or anything because that's a bit too much, but just a footballer, right? Um footballer think it was South Africa or something like that. It was something like that.
SPEAKER_00South South Africa um news Yeah, so yeah I I think I found what I was looking for.
SPEAKER_01So basically there was there was this um there was sorry my my phone sh it's been doing this since it's been recorded, sorry about that. It does that sometimes when it gets late. There was a footballer that basically just recently lost his life. He I think it was like either today or yesterday, right? Um I think I don't wanna give the name because that's I think that's going too deep into it. Um the footballer was basically 25 years old, very young, so he's he's already he's gone, 25, young, you know, just uh uh look look so young, 25, already, he's gone. He he's transitioned, yeah. And then I read something else about I think it was a TV presenter. I think this was either today or yesterday, I can't even remember when it was TV presenter, yeah, yeah. Was it today? Was it today? Um and yes, um, and there was a I'm not I that the reason I'm not going into the names because I don't I don't want to scare the listeners, right? There was a there's a TV presenter, um 68, who just lost his life, right? And then I think the other day I I think there was a singer on a prime minister or something like that. I read or I saw on the news. Um Prime Minister, Prime Minister, um was that MP or um MP Prime Minister uh news um UK Parliament uh what was the name again? I'm not gonna share the name, just trying to get I just want this at the very end of this podcast to make my point across. Yeah, and there was a formal European. Prime Minister MP that basically lost her life, right? So this happened a few days ago, right? And she was 78, right? And then if I'm not mistaken, there was a singer who just recently lost their life. Um, singer news, and yes, there was a singer that just recently lost their life, 75, right? Now, why why am I going into this topic right now? I'm I'm not even gonna spend too long talking about I'm just I just want to get this clear, right? Now 98% of people have not discovered the purpose that God has called them to do, right? I do believe it's that number. I do believe it's 98%, right? Now I'm not I'm not judging those people that have passed away already, right? Because that's that's not my plan, that's not you know, I'm I'm very sad, I'm saddened for those people, I'm very upset about it because you know pe you know just just losing their life so so so young and so quickly, it's very it's very disturbing, it's very heartfelt, you know, it's very sad, right? But the point that I'm trying to get across, and these and I've actually mentioned I think four to five people already, just in the this is in the the last basically at least a week within the time period, within a week time period, right now why why am I showing this because it's so important? You've only got one life to find God's purpose for you. All human beings have that one life, right? So the reality is make that one life count. If you make that one life count, and you have to make it count. You do what God has called you to do, and there's no excuses with it, there's no arguments with it. You don't want to reach the end of your life, and you didn't call you didn't do what God called you to do. That's what you do not want. I'm not saying these people did or they didn't, that's a judgmental thing. I'm not I that's it's too rude, and I'm not going to do that in the podcast and audio. That's that's disrespectful, and I will not do that. My point is, if God's called you to do something, you must do it, whatever it is. And why do I say in the podcast and audio? This is my gratitude channel so important, right? Why did I say, Look, God doesn't want you to not know who you are as a human being. That's not what God wants. If God didn't not want you to know who you are as a human being, then he wouldn't give you life experiences to teach you something. Your life experiences are meant to teach you something. Even the most difficult life experiences which you've just shared now. These are part of lessons within this is this is life. Life is life is moving, right? Life life doesn't stay still, it's always moving, right? It's always gonna be moving, right? And then the reality is when I say life is always moving, all human beings are going to the same destination, right? This I don't want to scare people, I don't want to frighten people, don't get upset from the fact of life itself, it's just the reality of life. We can't avoid it, right? But there's one thing we can do, there's one thing we can do, and this is the only thing we really can do. We can do what God has called us to do within his will. If you are if you're in God's will, then you'll do certain things. If you're not, then things happen. Life is always gonna move forward anyway, whether we like it or not. The only difference is those people that live in God's will and does what God's called them to do, and those people that do not. No judgment, no like but why didn't they do it? Why they had the opportunity to why didn't they? Death answers the questions that life cannot answer. Only death answers those questions. Life has a purpose to it, yeah. Uh I've spent a bit of time going into it, right? Your purpose of your life is to know who you are, while you're alive. That's the purpose of your life. If you don't know who you are while you're alive, then you pass away without knowing who you are. And uh, just gonna explain this uh just as briefly as I can because I I want this message to get across. I'm I'm not I don't I don't want people to get scared of this message, and I know it's a very long podcast. My my podcast is anomally long, I'm just trying to get a point across, right? Life has death in life, right? So, in the reality of life, scary, we all know it's scary, yes, we're all frightened of it, yes, we all have anxious feelings towards it, yes. We all don't want it to happen in life, yes, but we don't get that choice, do we? Life has death within it, so that's life itself, it always has death within it. So there's no human being that ain't going to die, for example, right? It doesn't matter if they live. I I I don't want to go into the people that just recently lost their life because that's judgmental. Like I said, I'm not going to do that. Doesn't matter how long you live, it could be 50 years, 70 years, 80 years, 90 years, 100 years, 30 years, 20 years, you are all going to die anyway. Death is a part of life. So instead of being afraid of the inevitable, right? Which everyone is, they're scared of it. They're scared of, but I don't want to die, I don't want to lose my relationships, don't want to lose my friendships, I don't want to lose my family, I don't want that they're just scared, they're completely scared, and it's natural, it's natural to feel like that, of course, because it's going into the unknown. While you're alive, you you you have to do what God has called you to do. There's a purpose in life. So that purpose, you you how do you how do you find that purpose? You find faith and spirituality, and how do you find faith and spirituality? By finding and seeking and searching for who you are as a human being. Only then you can say to yourself, but but if I'm gonna die anyway, like how am I gonna prevent it? You don't you you don't become scared of it. It's like a you you you you're you're you're you you you you you you you you you you find like a freedom and liberation from it. I'm not saying it still doesn't happen, that's not what I'm trying to say, because I don't want to scare people and make them feel frightened. I'm saying you can find a freedom and liberation to it. And then and I just gonna share this very briefly at the very end of my gratitude journal for today, and I could have gone on for hours. Death is not the ending, yeah? People say, but I'm terminally gone. Death is not the ending. Death is the beginning. What what do I what do I mean by death is not the ending and death is the beginning? This is what I mean by it. And it's a very simple thing and I'm just gonna share this very briefly. I could have gone on for hours today. When you when you I'll put it to you this way, when you die to self, that's the word that spiritual people you normally use. Spiritual people normally use when you die to self. When you die to self, yeah, you discover faith, spirituality, fate, and religion. But what's the reality? You have to die to self. Dying to self doesn't mean you pass away, and I know I I actually went through I think was it four to five people that just recently lost their lives, but it doesn't mean you pass away, it means you live now within life. The nature that comes from that living is what God wants all human beings to have that nature of it, not the ambition, not the materialism, but the nature of that. There's a there's a grace, there's a beauty of dying to self. Dying to self is knowing yourself. How can dying to self mean knowing yourself? It doesn't logically make sense, it does really make sense. And it goes back to what I said earlier. I said I said it very carefully earlier earlier. I said, look, think think about all your life experiences, think about them all, because it's every human being has their own life experiences. Think where was you living in God's purpose in all of those experiences? But I was happy, I was joyful, I had a family, I had a related. Death has the answers that we don't want to know, right? We don't want to know it. We don't we don't we don't we don't want to really see how important it is to die to self. We don't want to see it. We don't we don't want to. We want to live comfortably, we want to live happily, we want to live joyfully, we want to live freely, we want to live liberated, we want to live awakened. We never want to say to ourselves, do you know what? I'm gonna give up something, I'm going to stop doing something, I'm gonna sacrifice something, I'm gonna maybe suffer something, I'm going to maybe lose something, I'm going to maybe learn something and understand something. Maybe I'm going to develop my skills, develop my qualities, develop my abilities. We're so afraid of the losing, we're so afraid of the suffering, we're so afraid of the sacrificing, we're so afraid of the dying that we never die to self while we are alive. When you die to self when you are alive, it's a liberation, it's a freedom, you're not, you're not, you're not you're you you connect with nature that way. Nature, yes, nature. God keeps people alive that are doing his will. Because they're sharing the kingdom of God, of course, but they're also died to self. They're not they're not worried about themselves. They don't they have no ambition, they have no materialism, they have no self motivation, they're very the very um is is I haven't to be honest, I've I've worked with hundreds and thousands of human beings in in the last couple of years. I've I've worked with so many people, and I can I can only say this from my own experience. I still haven't found someone that's died to self. I just repeat it before we finish for today. I've worked with hundreds of thousands of people within my career and my jobs and my opportunities. I I really have, and I'm not just saying that I don't want to get into the topic of just helping other people, giving back, and making a difference. I think it's good for my gratitude journalist, of course, but um I I don't want to and I would have spent time in it, but it's okay to not do that. I've I've I I've I've worked with hundreds of thousands of people within my life, and I'm young, yeah. The one thing I've learned in all the people I've worked with, especially with my working career and my opportunities. They've never died to self. And I know look I don't it's sound it's like it's saying die to self, it doesn't make sense, does it? Like what do you mean? What are you talking about? Die to self what are you talking about? I I can't die to self because I have to live, isn't it? It's that it's that it's that losing, sacrificing, suffering, dying that brings the beauty of God. Only then you'll know what God has in purpose for you, and it's I've I've learned this not because I'm perfect, because I'm not perfect. I've got tattoos, I've got long hair, I've made mistakes. Of course, every every human being's made their own mistakes and have to live with that, of course. But it's that losing, it's that sacrificing, it's that suffering, and it's that dying that brings the beauty of God, and then people get confused with but but why is that so important? Isn't isn't God's purpose for your life more important than anything else? Isn't God's purpose for your life more important than anything you can have in your life experiences? Isn't your purpose for God more important than that? Isn't isn't it not? In your life, isn't your purpose for God more important than anything you can have? Any experience you can experience, any joy you can have, any fulfillment you can gain, any success and accomplishment you can achieve. Isn't your purpose for God more important than that? So I'm gonna finish my gratitude journal there, and my message is just simple. I I could have gone on for a few more hours, but I have to end that at some point. My message is simple. It's this this is my gratitude journal, and obviously, the reason why I've started to share my gratitude journal online specifically is is because my my reason is very simple, it's a very simple reason, and I I get opportunity to do this, right? It's a way of processing my thoughts, my feelings, and emotions on the days that I have, which is my own way of doing it. Before I wasn't doing audios of my gratitude journals, I was I was journaling, I've journaled every single day for the last um probably I would say like 13 to 12 years. So I've I've journalled, I've been journaling for that amount of time, 12 to 13 years, right? A lot uh look so I've got too many journals that I can't even read because I've been journaling for that amount of time, right? But it goes back to what I normally say all the time through all of my journals, and I that's that's I'm not saying I'm not saying, for example, um in my own understanding and learning of things, you will journal for the same amount of time that I've journaled because that that may not happen in your case. Do you understand? Every human being is different. I'm not saying you'll journal for 12 to 13 years of your life and have those books as a remembrance of your journey that you've been on. You may not get to that opportunity, you may not have that chance, you may not get that get to that point. But it's very simple for me, and it goes back to the reason why I shared those people. Um it's not judged, I didn't share it in a judgmental way because I haven't disclosed their names, because that that would have been rude if I did that. That's that's not that's not godly if I if I disclosed their names. That would have been very rude and very disrespectful. That's why I didn't do that in the podcast and audio. But the the the whole the whole reason of why I share that is because you've only all human beings have one life, yeah, and this is this is what this is what gets this message across to me very simply. All human beings have one life. You only have one life, yeah. Whether you have a marriage, whether you have children, whether you're successful, whether you're prosperous, whether you're rich. It's the same thing, you only have one life, and you've got to make that life count. But what is the counting of life itself? What is that? What is that essence of what I'm talking about? God's purpose for your own life. Only you can discover that. You can't, for example, I don't I could I could go on for hours talking about this. I really can go on for hours. You can't you can't you can't like sort of like how can I win it? You can't you can't be in like a marriage to discover your own purpose. You can't be in relationships to discover your own purpose, you can't be with friends and socializing to discover your own purpose, you can't be in careers, employment, jobs, opportunities to discover your own purpose. You can't be in business, vocation, occupations, or volunteering to discover your own purpose. You have to discover your own purpose. It's not it's not based on another human being, it's not it's not based on somebody else, it's for you. God has a purpose for you. That that that's that's that that's that's what I'm trying to get across to my audios. God has a purpose for you. He already has the purpose for you. It's been it's been in your life from the very beginning of when you were born. It's already it's it's in you basically. The view is if you listen to what I'm saying very carefully now, it's already in you. The only thing is you need to tap into it and discover it and live it, and that's a different story, it's a different way of living, it's a different way of behaving, it's a different way of um like living your life, it's different, it's very different So my gratitude journal is simple for today. I need to say you know, I I I wanna go on longer, I actually want to go on longer, but I'm mindful of time as well. Um yeah, I'm always mindful of time, I really am. Um I think for me what what I find important is just I think knowing who you are b begins the journey. So knowing who you are begins the journey. Once you know who you are, then God will start showing life experiences that reflect your knowing of who you are. And then when God shows you life experiences that f reflect your knowing of who you are, that's when you can live it. And um it goes back to what I said earlier. Um when it comes to death, it it it it wouldn't be scary, it wouldn't be frightening because you already knew who you were when you was an earth. So it's sort of weird to say that actually, but a journey as you go. Go on, the places you get to to visit, um, the lives you get to change in in the spiritual realms, yeah, that becomes fulfilling. And it doesn't it's not it's not saying that you know um you can't sort of live, you can live, you can have the life you want and and live the way you really want to live, however that is for you and how however you choose to live, but the reality is and this is just a reality of all human beings. There's no human beings that live to thousands of years, there's no human beings that live to um you know hundreds of years, it's not gonna happen. So once you appreciate the changes of life, and it's a change of life itself, yeah, it's a it's you have to appreciate it, yeah. You have to have that, and it's that it's actually it actually goes back to the album that I've raised just I've only just created this album today. It actually goes back to it. You have to have the no mind. The no mind is a spiritual mind, a sacred mind. It's the no mind. When there's no mind, there's no self. When there's no self, there's no suffering pain and adversity, when there's no mind. Doesn't mean you don't have life experiences because God God's put them in your life to teach you something. So you do, of course. But the no mind is no self. There's ne there's no self when you have no mind. So you don't have suffering, pain, adversity, you don't you're not you're not suffering, you're not going through adversity, you're not going through pain. But then with God's purpose for your life, it'll be unique to you, it'll be unique to your own experience of your life, it'll be unique. It will it's not gonna be the same. You can't I can't say that, like for example, my gratitude journals will be the same for someone else that does gratitude journals because it wouldn't, because we're different human beings. So if for example someone else decides to do gratitude journals online the way I have, then I would say they decided to do gratitude journals online the way I have, but I don't think people do that. If someone builds a successful business and then becomes a serial entrepreneur, then that was their path in their chosen field. If someone, for example, I don't know, um wants a family, a marriage, and children, then they chose it in their own path for their own life. Life becomes simple once you know yourself. Once you know yourself, then you have no mind. When you have no mind, there's no self. You're not you don't have a self. How how how how can you say you don't have a self because I'm living? I'm not I'm not saying that people is ain't living, of course they are. I'm not saying that people they're not living, they are of course, everyone is, isn't it? The no mind is no self. The no self is faith and spirituality, fate, and religion. That's what the no self is based on. Only when you have faith, spirituality, faith, and religion then you know yourself, and that's a is it's very hard to find, but that that faith that spirituality and religion makes you know yourself, and that knowing that self but like the question that I normally will have is where's the freedom then? Where where's the freedom in life? Is the freedom in life where we always have the ambitions, the motivations, the materialistic desires, the dreams, the aspirations, or is there more beauty of life of just knowing yourself? And I think a beauty comes from just knowing yourself, you don't you don't need anything, you don't you have no um ambition, you have no um materialism, it doesn't exist in your life, and that brings a freedom, it brings a freedom that's very sacred. I've normally said that spiritual silence is the answer to that question. Spiritual silence is the answer to that question, yes. When you have silence in your life, then you're free. Only when you have silence in your life then you're free because the mind becomes silent. When the mind when the mind becomes silent, then it has no thoughts, it has no beliefs, it has no ideas, it has no um images, it has no um like um aspirations or motivations or dreams and desires or ambitions or materialism or materialism or or so many things more things I can mention. You have the it's out of your mind. It doesn't it the word that people normally say it doesn't exist, the ambition, the materialism, it doesn't exist. You're free from that. You're free from it. You you become free, yeah. So I think for me with my gratitude journals, and I'm happy of to be honest, I'm actually happy of I get the opportunity to do this because very rare that I will have the opportunity to do this. I think my motivation is it's just doing what God's called you to do. If you do what God's called you to do, then that's all you need to do. You don't need to um you're not ambitious to do it, you're not you're not even you're not you're not ambitious to do it, you you're not you're not chasing materialism to do it because it's naturally out of your mind, you don't you're not you're not worried about it at all, it's not it's not part of your life. But um I think people need to discover that for themselves. Um you know how can I can I actually find freedom in life? Can I find can I find what God's called me to do while I'm alive and find it and not let another person tell me what it is for my own personal life, just for me to search for that and to find it for myself. And if I can find and search it for myself, then I don't need a teacher other than God, I don't need a book other than God, I don't need anything other than God if I can find it for myself. If you can find it for yourself, then you have no mind, you have no ambition, you have no materialism, and um wow, it gives you freedom, it gives you liberation when you get to that point. And the last thing I'm gonna say before I finish is that it's just this changes unless you go for a spiritual change and find spiritual enlightenment. Spiritual change and spiritual enlightenment is the know-self, selflessness, and know their self. When you know yourself, you know what God's called you to do. Um, it's gonna be different for all human beings. We all have a different path in life, and basically what we're trying to do for the Lord in our own way, of course. But um discover yourself, spend the time. You know, it could be prayer, it could be meditation, it could be journaling, it could be walking, it could be silence, it could be yoga, it could be family, friends. Discover the time, spend the time to find who you are. You spend the time to find who you are, then God will find you. God will God will God God seeks those people that know themselves. That's what God seeks. God God doesn't seek people who are like ambitious or materialistic. I don't I don't think God will never seek those types of people because it's not part of God's nature. God God's nature is is truth, God's nature is um faith, spirituality, faith, and religion. God's nature is um spirituality, faith. So God will never seek for people who are ambitious or materialistic. So until that changes within your life, then your life doesn't change until until that changes. Um you can spend a lot of time focusing on materialism and the ambition of your life, but it all comes to an end at some point, like for all human beings' life. So that way of living is a very destructive way of living, it's very destructive. Um I don't want to scare the listeners and the viewers anymore from what I've discussed, but um just discover yourself, learn learn about yourself, spend the time. It could be I don't know, journaling, prayer, meditation, mindfulness, walking, silence, however you want to spend the time to find yourself. Make the effort to find yourself. If you make the effort to find yourself, then God will find you, and when God finds you, then it goes back to what I said earlier. Your life experiences will reflect what God's already done for you, and God has that for everybody. There's no there is no human being that doesn't have the essence of God's presence in it. Every human being does. But God is nature. When you know that God is nature, then are human beings not a part of nature? Are human beings not a part of life itself? Are human beings not a part of civilization itself? All human beings are a part of nature and life, all human beings are. Another person can't teach you that. Only God can show you that. So God has to show you. When God shows you, then that's when you live it within your life, your your actions change, your daily life changes, and what you do within your life changes. But um it's it's a very subtle thing, very subtle, it takes some time, takes some time. Um I've could I could have gone on for like three hours today or four hours. I actually was in the mood to go on even longer, but you know, these are just my um graduate journals. Um, I have to say my appreciation as always. Um you know, I'm grateful to Jehovah, Jesus Christ, and Buddha for giving me these opportunities. I'm grateful for my heroes, my spiritual heroes as always, Paul Dorrington, Dr. Karen Michigan, Christian Naughty, and Doug Hood Mills for showing me the b my myself, you know. Um I'm grateful for my opportunities, I'm grateful for the work I do, I'm grateful for the home I have and how I'm able to be free, be liberated, and uh just discover who I am and I'm grateful for it. So um that's it for today. Uh I could have gone on, but um I think I've spent enough time on this topic today. Um Yeah. Okay, thank you for listening now. Um I'm gonna ha end it there. Thanks now. Bye bye, thanks.
