SPEAKER_00

Hello everyone, my name is Christopher Leem Rose. I'm an author, mentor, life coach, motivational speaker, evangelist, musician, and activist. Today we're going to be sharing my gratitude journal for the 14th of the 7th, 2026, and I'm going to be sharing my thoughts, my feelings, my emotions, and how my day's been today. So today, um, it's been a good day. I've been working from home today because um uh I felt like it would be better to focus the work that I need to do from home. So I stayed at home, focused on the peer support referrals, the admin side of things for the peer support, and focused on talking with the peer support workers and the team. So I attended the Dyer meeting at 12 to 12.30, and I've just been at home working on my laptop on my computer to do the peer support referrals, emails, and some of my work for the peer support coordinator role. Um as a peer support coordinator, it's very important to see what's happening within your service, especially in the peer support service, and communicate with the peer support workers. So it's one of my um important things as a peer support coordinator to manage the team, help the peer support workers and the care of peer support workers, to support the Sutton IRH teams and be there um for meetings and um just share, you know, peer support and provide peer support for clients and carers in the communities. So very passionate about my work. I've been thinking of new ideas to improve the peer support service, so doing more presentations, having one more one-to-one sessions with clinicians, talking with team managers and team leaders about peer support, helping clients within the community and customers within the community, and carers within the community, and service users and patients, and just focusing on delivering excellent peer support service. So I think at the moment, in the peer support that's been happening recently for these last couple of weeks, the peer support referrals have been a bit slow. I haven't been seeing a lot of peer support referrals coming through to us, so that means I need to reconnect with the teams and re-engage with the teams. So that's something I'm gonna do and something I'm gonna look to do within the future. Um and as my role as a peer support coordinator, I need to make sure I focus on what's important for the service and supporting for the clients and the and the carers. So just making sure we deliver the best peer support and manage the work in peer support as best as we can. So, you know, I've just been working from home today. It's actually good to be working from home because I've been able to sort things out at home, but at the same time work, so that's been a good thing. Um, today I created um four, I think it was four, yeah, four beats for my new album Appreciation Two. So this is the sequel album to my original album called Appreciation One. Um the reason why I wanted to do a sequel was because now I'm at a different place in my life with appreciation. So my appreciation is about faith, spirituality, fate and religion, God, Jesus Christ and Jehovah, and um and Buddha. And um, you know, you know, my my faith and my spirituality is very important to me, and I appreciate life based on faith and spirituality. So I'm just gonna share the four beats that I made today. So um track seven, the appreciation of faith and spirituality, track eight, the appreciation of God Jesus Christ and Buddha, track nine, the flowering of spiritual consciousness, track ten, the sp the appreciation of spiritual eternity. So these tracks will be on the new album for the appreciation album too. And um, I'm gonna start working on it today, even though I've got a bit of time, so I'm gonna try and see how much I can do. That's the reason why I'm doing the podcast now and the audio now, so it gives you a bit more time to work on the music. But um, yeah, definitely, you know, with appreciation to it's gonna be an important album to release, and I want to make sure I do my best to get all the content of the music and the files and the folders ready, so that's something I'm gonna be working on today. Um, also, as well, I topped up my pension, so my set pension. I normally top it up daily with £18.75 with tax relief, and my current total value is £788.92, so it is growing. Um, continuing to add money in it daily, um, I'm gonna keep on doing that with any spare money that I have, and then I topped up my pension B um account of my pension of £18.75, and my total value in my pension B account is £2,630.20. So just gonna keep increasing the money in there, and hopefully I can get it to £3,000 just through contributions and putting money into it. Um also writ some learning lessons about today that I've learned from just being at home and just things that's been on my mind today that I've learned. So spiritual life lessons for today, the 14th of the 7th, 2026. Number one, stay in your lane, focus on your deference. That's what I'm trying to do within my life. That's all I'm trying to do, is just focus on my deference and stay in my lane. God's purpose is revealed through spiritual actions. So you see what God wants you to do in life through your spiritual actions, and God's purpose gets revealed to you that way. It's very important. Suffering pair adversity is a test of your character and integrity. So when you go through suffering pair adversity, you're testing your character and testing your integrity of a human being you are. And when you have gone through the worst life experiences or the most suffering pair adversity, that builds your character and builds your integrity. Focus on your spiritual life, work for God, very important. You have to focus on your spiritual life, God uh work for God, so important. Be a learner and stay a student. Um always learn and always stay a student, very important. The spiritual empire, Rome wasn't built in a day. Take your time to build. So this is something I've been learning about. I think I want to make an album called The Spiritual Elm Empire, Rome Wasn't Built in a Day. So I wanna um create an album about that because I think it's a very good um acknowledgement of in life if you want to build something that lasts, you can't build it within a day, it takes time. So each day you take steps by steps to build what you want to build, and eventually you have a city or empire called Rome. So I want to make an album about that. It's been on my mind for the last couple of days. I haven't m made the track list or anything like that, but I think it's something I definitely want to do, and um yeah, it's just something I've been learning recently. Um, your fate is in your hands, you are the master of your fate, so your fate is in your hands. Anything in life that you want to do or become or be is in your hands, so your fate is in your hands. So, whatever you want to do, how you want to live, how you want to treat people, if you want to help other people, if you want to work for God, if you want to find God's purpose, if you want to live your spiritual calling, it's all in your hands. So you're the master of your fate, so focus on what you do, how you live, and how you help other people and be there for people, also as well. Time moves forward with you or without you. This is an important lesson I learnt today because I was thinking about my past uh suffering, pains, and adversity I've been through, and I realised that no matter how much suffering, pain, adversity I've been through, life is always moving forward, so you can't you can't stop what life is naturally doing, like it's always gonna be forward. So sometimes you have gone through the suffering pain and adversity, but life in its nature just moves forward gradually, and it's always always moving forward. So, no matter where you are in the world, what you're doing in the world, how your life is, life is just gonna keep on moving forward until the future. So, the only thing I would say is just focus on what you want to do, focus on what's important to you, and stay driven and motivated to just live your full potential, very important. And then the last lesson I learned today is you can only change now in the present moment. So, if you want a change to happen in your life, for example, if you want to become married, if you want a relationship, if you want finances or money, if you want a job on a career in a business, if you want a family and children, it can only be changed in the present moment now. So, whatever you want, think about what you want, go for what you want, and focus on taking actions every day that leads you closer to your future. So, for me, my main purpose is really helping other people, spiritual music and faith and spirituality. I try and focus my life in on those three areas. Those my those are the things that I've learned from my life, especially going through suffering pain and adversity, and um you know it's just so important to me to keep moving forward and remember that like um I can only change what I need to change now. It's not gonna happen in the future, it's not gonna happen in the past, it can only happen now. So, whatever I want to change and whatever I want to do, I need to do it now, and I need to do it in the present moment. And there are a few things that I want to change at the moment, especially my habits when it comes to my waking up. Um, that's something I I really need to work on because I've been struggling with waking up for a number of um months now, which is something I need to change. So instead of me just talking about it, I'm I need to take action towards it. So, one thing that I know that helps me, especially in the mornings, is to sleep earlier. If I sleep from like um 10 o'clock to 5 o'clock or 6 o'clock, I'll get enough sleep to feel energized because normally what happens for me is that I feel tired in the mornings. So, um, if I want to change that habit and change that in my life, I need to start taking actions towards it. So that's why I want to focus on uh going to bed earlier and planning my days as well, like not just waking up and not having a plan for the day, you know, focus on you know what's my plan for the day, what do I want to do, how do I want to live, and what some of the things I want to basically do throughout the day, so that's very important as well. And also, I learned as well that God's purpose is um revealing to me that I need to contribute, so in all parts of my life, there's that essence of contribute, you know, helping other people, giving back, making a difference, spiritual music and faith and spirituality. So as long as I contribute, um, I feel like I'll be making a difference, making a contribution, and um doing what Jehovah and Jesus Christ has called me to do and Buddha's called me to do. So, you know, I'm very passionate about my work. Um, I want to make a difference, I want to make a contribution, and um yeah, you know, just keep moving forward and keep going. So that's my gratitude journal for today. My only plans for this evening is to sort out the music. I may try to do some work on my presentation today if I've got the time, but if not, then I'll find time tomorrow or Thursday to do it. And um, yeah, I just need to keep moving forward and keep on going. So thank you for listening to my gratitude journal for today. Have a good day now. Bye bye now. Thanks, and keep listening to it because I'll be sharing it every day. So thank you for listening. Take care now. Bye bye, thanks.
