Hello everyone, my name is Christopher Liam Rose. I'm an author, mentor, life coach, motivational speaker, evangelist, musician and activist. Today I'm going to be sharing my gratitude journal for the 16th of the 7th, 2026. Um today um well in the morning I was finding it a bit difficult to wake up. Um I think I had like a negative evening last night and um my thoughts were racing. I was having a lot of feelings and emotions last night and um today I didn't really want to wake up in the morning. I just felt drained, um bit unhappy and was just struggling to wake up. Um I managed to get up um because I had to come to university to do some studying. Um and I just thought, you know, I need to do what I need to do and I can't let my feelings, thoughts, and emotions stop me from my day. Um I attended the MDT meeting for Carl Schort and Wellington RH team, which is for my role as a peer support coordinator in certain RH teams. Um normally when I um work in Jubilee Health Centre, which is in Wellington, I have to attend MDT meetings in the morning, so it normally run between nine o'clock and eleven o'clock. So I went to the MDT meeting on my phone and just joined it, even though I had to go to university, but I thought let me join just to show um my presence as a Peaceport coordinator for the team. Um today I went to university, so I'm at City St George's University. Um today I've just been working on my notes for my presentation. So at some point this week I'm gonna record my presentation. I've done all the notes now, and I'm gonna see if I can do it in ten minutes, even though it's a short amount of time. But um hopefully I'll be able to do a presentation in ten minutes. I've got my notes, I know what I need to say, I know what I want to share, so I'm just gonna record myself on Microsoft Teams or Zoom and do the presentation. So this will be important to do because my presentation is coming up in the next few weeks, so I need to make sure I'm prepared and know what I need to talk about. Um just spent a bit of time doing that today. Um I created four new beats for my new album is called Purpose. So I created all these beats on the bus, train, and um these uh four beats are part of the new album. So I created um track seven, Humanity Animals in the Universe, track eight, spiritual change, spiritual enlightenment, track nine, spiritual knowledge and wisdom, knowing track ten, God, spiritual creator. So this is for the new album, God purpose, and I'm gonna be finalizing all the files and tracks soon, maybe in the next couple of days, um, and releasing that on Distrocade in the archive as my new album, so I'm happy I've completed it now. Taking a couple of days to do it, but um it's a whole new album of music, and because I'm a spiritual musician, um I need to keep on making spiritual music, so that was good. Um today um I paid council tax of £50. I topped up my pension B with £18.75 and now I've got um two grand six hundred and eighty-nine pen eighty nine, which is growing from my contributions to my pensions, which is good. I topped up my SIP pension with Ava with £18.75, and now my total current value is £800.25.17, so that's good. Um it's always good to top up my pensions um for the future investment with me, so at least I've got money saved and topped up. Um I wrote some spiritual life lessons today that I've been learning, especially while I was at university, and I want to share these lessons. So spiritual life lesson number one mental health recovery is a journey and not a destination. There are gonna be days where it's difficult, there are gonna be times when it's hard, but it's the journey of embracing it and not thinking of a destination, and you just keep moving forward. Number two, your spiritual responses can change your life from what you've gone through. So the way you respond to any life experience can change how you live, and it's your spiritual responses, so always respond um with a spiritual aspect to it, and that can change negative life experiences into positive life experiences and transform your mindset. Feel what you feel and learn to let go. I think that's an important one. Feel what you feel and learn to let go. Um life is always moving forward and just feel what you feel and learn to let go. Um, number four, life moves forward, work with the life changes, so always work for the changes that come from life because life is always moving forward. Uh number five, your past trauma is your testimony. I think that's what I've learned on my journey. Your past trauma is your testimony, it's something I've really learned to I think it's true. Um, peace support and IPS is the future of mental health services. So I've been both a peace support worker and employment specialist as an IPS specialist, and um this is the future of mental health services, and I want to work more in both areas. Focus on living now and not in the past, so that's an important one. Suffering pain and adversity will give you um integrity and resilience. So the more you suffer, the more you pain, the more adversity you go through, the integrity and the resilience will come. Master your mind, master your fate. I think that's very important. All hard work takes effort, stay with the process. I feel this is a important learning. All hard work takes effort, but stay with the process. Helping other people, music, faith, spirituality. It's God's purpose for me. That's what I believe. Your fate is in your hands, move forward, true. Build relationships with yourself and God. So that's what I want to try and do now. Build a healthy relationship with myself and God. The life you want is faith and spirituality, or spiritual and faithful. So that's the life that I desire. And my mental health, diabetes, homelessness, sex here is your testimony. So all my life experiences make me who I am. So these are some of the spiritual life lessons I've learned today. And, you know, very important lessons. My plan for today is to upload the journal when I get home, sort out the flat, sort out the presentations, um, and then get ready for work tomorrow, because I've got work tomorrow, it's Friday, and also I need to upload the music onto the hard drive as well. So I've got a few things I need to do. So I'll do that when I get home. And um, yeah, it's just gonna be a busy afternoon when I get home. But thank you for listening to my gratitude, Journal. Remember, God has a purpose for you, God is with you, and always just keep moving forward. Okay, thanks now. Bye, thanks.
