SPEAKER_00

Hello everyone, my name is Christopher Lean Rose. I'm an author, mentor, life coach, motivational speaker, evangelist, musician, activist, and musician. In this gratitude journal, we're going to be sharing my gratitude journal for today, which is the 21st of the 7th, 2026. And I've been sharing my gratitude journal to process my thoughts, my feelings and emotions, and how my day's been today. So today I woke up late for work because um I was up late last night sorting out a new album called Fairlessness, and um I was sorting out the audio files for the album, so it took a bit of time in the evening to do that, and I was also uploading my previous album called Um Appreciation Free. So that took a lot of time to do, and also I did a very long um gratitude journal yesterday for um you know the gratitude journal, which I spec spoke about a lot of different things, especially compassion, kindness, um, generosity, patience, passion, and um, you know, what's gonna be very important for you in your life. Um today I had work today, so I had work from nine o'clock till five o'clock where I worked as a principal coordinator today within the Sutton IRH teams. Um I've been doing this work because it's important to me to work in mental health. And even today as I was at work, I had this nudge, I think it's a a nudge from God, to basically start not just working in mental health, but also working with homeless people because um it's it's been a part of my I I believe it's a part of my call and a part of my life purpose to work in mental health, to work with homeless people, and to work in faith and spirituality. So I think you know there is ways of how I can start working with homeless people, especially I want to specifically do outreach work, and I was having these nudges as I was in work today, and um work was okay, work was fine, I was just in the office and focusing on just doing the referrals for peer support, doing my emails. I attended a dime meeting which I normally attend every day, and just trying to work as a peer support coordinator within the office. Um today I wrote some things in my journal, especially my spiritual life lessons and things that I've been learning throughout the day. So I said in the journal, um my my my my physical journal, I'm realising today that faith and spirituality is important in daily living. Jehovah Jesus Christ Buddha wants me to learn and understand self-compassion. So that's something I wrote in my journal. I also wrote that focus on what you can control and do not focus on what what what you cannot control. I also wrote compassion is learning and understanding. So these are some of the lessons that I'm learning today. Um I also wrote a few specific lessons that I've been learning today just from um you know got having my day and doing and doing certain things within the day. Um also wrote my spiritual intentions for today as well, which was to complete the Fairlessness album, which I've just recently released on Districted and Internet Archive today. Um obviously record my gratitude journal, which I'm doing now. I haven't read my legal will yet, which I was meant to do, but I can find time to do it today. Um do a 10-minute meditation, which I've just done just specifically now, clean up the flat, and then I also created a whole new album called Suffering Pair Adversity is everything. So I've been very busy today. Um, it's been quite a full-on day, but I'm learning a lot and processing a lot of new things, so which is good. I wrote that the spiritual influence is the most important thing in faith and spirituality, faith and religion. I also wrote I have a spiritual choice and decision to make, which is how am I going to spiritually respond to feelings, emotions, thoughts, and thinking. Because sometimes, because of my mental health condition of schizophrenia, psychosis and depression, my thought, my feelings, my emotions, my thoughts change quite rapidly. So one thing I'm learning now is how do I respond, spiritually respond to my feelings, my emotions, my thoughts, my thinking, which is very important. I also wrote that seven spiritual practices on internal spiritual development that will affect the external. So when I practice the seven spiritual practices, prayer, meditation, mindfulness, walking, journaling, and silence and yoga, I'm changing the internal side of myself, which will affect the external. And also I wrote that change your spiritual responses change your life. So normally it's your spiritual responses that changes your life. So I wrote some spiritual life lessons today, and I also wanna say the tracks that I produced for my new album, Fearlessness. So I will share that first. So I produced I think it was how many tracks did I produce today? Was it four altogether, or was it was that yesterday? No, because I obviously um yeah, so I finished I finished the fearlessness album yesterday, but I was working on a new album today, so Suffering Pain, Adversity is Everything, and I produced four tracks for this album, which I'm just gonna share. So the first track is Suffering Is Everything, the second track track is Pain Is Everything, the third track is Adversity is Everything, and then the fourth track is Suffering Pain Adversity is everything. So this is something that I produced today a whole new album, which is fully produced now and it's done. At some point when I have the time, I'll upload it on DistroKid and Internet Archive when I have the time. So it's a whole new album that I spent some time at work producing the tracks today, and also on the trains and the buses. So um, yeah, this will be a new album that I release hopefully within the future. Um, today I've wrote some spiritual life lessons about what I've learnt today. So take your life seriously and work towards important things for you. That's very important for me to learn and discover. Suffering Pair Adversity is everything. Like I said, that's that's the album that I wrote today, and I I have to remember that that the suffering pain adversity is everything. Your life experiences is created by your spiritual choices and decisions. You know, your spiritual choices and decisions make up your life experiences, so be wise and make the right spiritual choices and decisions. The life you want needs to be built, the foundations I must do. So if anything I want in my life, I have to build it, and the foundations is how I build that within my life. The past is gone, live now in the spiritual present moment. So, you know, the past is already gone. I can't change my past, but I can live in the spiritual present moment now. Um, journaling is self-therapy. You know, I I have been journaling for 12 to 13 years, and now I'm doing audio uh journals, it's it's definitely therapy, and it's a way for me to process my thoughts, my feelings, my emotions, and my thinking, so it's it's really important. Invest in learning and understanding. I think that's the one thing I need to start investing in. Learning and understanding is very important. Knowledge and wisdom is power, so it's not just the knowledge that is the power, it's the wisdom that comes from the knowledge. So knowledge and wisdom is power. So when you have knowledge and wisdom, you have a power that gives you authority to do certain things in life. Self-knowing is know thyself, so that's quite important. Moving forward is important, it's always been important to move forward and keep on going. Build your life, create the life. Um, so build your life, create your life. You have to build your life to create your life. Whatever you want to do in life has to be built, and if you build your life, you'll create your life. Life happens with moving forward, step by step. So everything you want to do in life comes from step by step. You know, life is a continuous movement into the future, so um, life is always happening with moving forward. So, when you move forward, your step-by-step actions will be shown within your life, which is very important. The foundations is how to build your life. So, the foundations is how to build your life. You need to build your foundations, how you live your life, what you do day to day, and those foundations are very important. Suffering pain and diversity is temporary, moving forward is God's purpose. So, you know, suffering pain and diversity is temporary, it definitely is everything because when you've gone through it, you develop the qualities of compassion, loving, kindness, generosity, care, and it makes you into a humble person. So moving forward is God's purpose for me. That's that's what I think God's purpose is for me to move forward. 100% authenticity, so I have to be a hundred percent authentic at all times and continue to be authentic in everything that I do. Those are some of the spiritual life lessons I've learned today. I've um I completed a peer support refresher training presentation, which was at work today, so I had to do that at work. I sent the team the peer support um comp competence framework for mental health, peer support, all the different parts, part one, part two, part three through email, which was quite important for me to do today. Like I said before, I'm always topping up my set pensions and my um online pensions. So I topped up £18.75 tax relief for my set pension Ava, um around $2.45 today online, and my current value is £877.21, so it's still growing slowly. Every day I add money to it, and I I make the effort to do that, it's quite important. I topped up £12.50 in my pension B pension at uh £250, and the current value at the moment is £4,335.96. So my pension on pension B is growing as well, so the money's increasing. I purchased a yellow black checkered shirt from Amazon today and I spent 15 about 20 to 15 pounds on that. Like I said, I created the uh Fearless album today, which is one of my goals for today, which I've uploaded on Distro Kid an internet archive, which I've done spent some of my evening doing that today. Um created a whole new album called Suffering Pair Adversities Everything, so that'll be a new album I'll release in the future. Um I uploaded um appreciation wave files and appreciation trilogy full album files because sometimes on Distro Kid when you upload music it doesn't go through, so sometimes you have to re-upload it before it goes through. So that's what I did in the evening today, and then I did a 10-minute uh meditation uh mindfulness today at home. I normally do it in the evenings because that's when I have the time, and I had some meditation insights um from the meditation, and I meditated from 9 o'clock till 9 10, so normally 10 minutes. So here are some of the meditation insights that I found from meditation. Spiritual silence is this is the spiritual nature and the spiritual energy. It comes from spiritual silence, so you discover spiritual nature and the spiritual energy. Spiritual silence is one of the most important spiritual practices, and I like I said, um, the seven spiritual practices prayer, meditation, mindfulness, walking, journaling, silence, and yoga are all part of those spiritual practices. You need spiritual silence in daily life. Um, that's an important one. You need to have that silence within your mind in daily life, it's very important. The known mind has no thoughts, no feelings, no emotions, no thinking. So it's free, it's liberated, and there's just no thoughts or no thinking or feelings or emotions. So that's where you've become spiritual, which is really important. Severing spiritual practice daily, you know. I definitely need to continue to do spiritual practices daily, it's important. Positivity and creativity is natural for you. So that's this is a natural part of who I am. Always keep creating and staying spiritual, so it's very important in my life to be positive and creative. I need to always just keep on creating and staying spiritual, very important. Moving forward is God's purpose for your life, so that's what I feel God's called me to do to move forward. Um, the spiritual legacy is your spiritual influence. The influence that I I say here is you know what impact have you made, what difference have you made? Have you helped other people do spiritual music and and live in faith and spirituality? So your spiritual influence is your spiritual legacy. No mind has no time, no space, so with no mind has no time, no space. You are born to create, that's your gift. I believe my gift is to create, and I've always noticed this since I was a young, you know, um person. Um, you know, my gift is to create, and that's what I focus on every single day. I'm very creative, and then the seven spiritual practices is just spiritual awakening. So I need to focus my time on doing the seven spiritual practices because that will be my spiritual awakening and finding who I am. And for me, I think what God's trying to make me do in my life is just discover who I am as a human being, you know, my gifts, my talents, my skills, my qualities, my abilities, and um learn that for myself in life and discover know thyself, the no self and selflessness. So that's what I'm trying to do. It's always a journey, it never ends because it's an on continuous journey of discovering more about yourself, but um, I believe that's God's purpose for me, and I need I need to keep on going and moving forward. Um, so yeah, that's my gratitude journal for today. Um, I'm very grateful always to um my relationship with Jehovah, Jesus Christ, and Buddha for um spiritually transforming my life from homelessness and mental health difficulties into helping other people, the spiritual music and faith and spirituality. So for me, there's a God's purpose on my life, and that spiritual side of my life and my faith side uh keeps me moving forward. So I'm very grateful to Jehovah Jesus Christ and Buddha for what they've done for me. My life has changed, I'm I'm a whole different person, I'm a new creation, and um it's only because of the mercy of the Lord that I've able to do what I can do, so it's really amazing, and I'm very, very fortunate and grateful, and you know, I have to appreciate that and remember that. And as always, I'm very grateful to my spiritual heroes that have put me on this path in life. So, Paul Doranton, Dr. Karen Michigan, Christian Naughty, and Doug Hewitt Mills. So, you know, I'm grateful for their influence, I'm grateful for how they've helped me with their teachings, and um, I just want to keep on moving forward, doing spiritually spiritually helping other people, doing spiritual music, and faith and spirituality. So that's my purpose, that's my calling, that's what I want to do, and I have to keep on moving forward and try my best to do what God's purpose is for my life. Um, so that's my virtue journal for this evening. Um, I I do appreciate my seven spiritual practices prayer, meditation, mindfulness, walk in, journal, and silence. And I feel when I meditate, especially when I do meditation at home, I feel like I'm connecting to the spirit realm. And the spirit realm I normally call the no-mind realm, and that's where you're free, you're liberated, you're able to just connect to your spirituality and your faith, and it's very important to have that in daily life. And I think that spiritual silence is precious, it's sacred, and um, I think the more that I work, work, work, I slowly realise that I need to connect to the spiritual silence, so the spiritual silence becomes more important, and that's gonna help me to move forward because when your mind's silent, where it doesn't have thoughts, feelings, and emotions or feelings or thinking, then you connect to the true nature of who you are, you know, the person that 100% authentically who you are, and the true self. And um, I believe the true self is the no mind, no self, know thyself, and connecting to that every single day of your life is very important. So, thank you for listening to my gratitude journal, whoever listens to this one. This is quite a short one today. Um, yesterday's one was nearly I think it was like three hours because I was talking quite deeply about compassion, love, and kindness, empathy, and trying to do you know what God's called us to do. So, thank you for listening. Um, have a good evening now, whatever you plan to do, and take care now. Bye bye, thanks.
