✨ Talk Blonde to Me ✨
Okay. Welcome to Monday Night Live. Monday Night Live. Tub Jill T Tub Talk with Jill and Tim. Here we are.
SPEAKER_00And some people have asked why we call it Tub Talk. Why do we, Tim? Because we are in my tab. Everyone, we're in the tab, and we're going to talk to you. Tonight, we promise you we're going to talk blonde to you. Oh. It's so blonde. It's been a long few days, and so we're going to talk blonde, but we're going to um well, let's talk about why we haven't been here.
SPEAKER_01Like, what have we been doing? Go. Because people want to know. They're like, where have you guys been? We have so many questions. We have so many questions that have come in from people. We just haven't been able to get to all of you. Because what have you been doing?
SPEAKER_00Well, it's May, and it's going to be summer. And so if you can imagine, guys, I am going to be weekends at the dog house in Marysville, Utah. I am going to be serving you as you come to my little restaurant. And it's affordable and it's going to be really fun. So I've been so hot dogs. That's what we're talking about. Pure beef, fabulous hot dogs, amazing cheeseburgers. But guys, it's you're going to feel like home when you come. And the hot apple pie is amazing. So that's where I've been getting the dog house cleaned up again. So sure. Yep. So I've been gone, Jill, where have you been?
SPEAKER_01Oh, I've been up north. Oh my goodness, my son got his mission call for our church, the Church of Jesus Christ Latter-day Saints, and he is heading to Manchester, New Hampshire for the next two years, which covers Maine and Vermont and parts of upstate New York and Massachusetts. So we're excited about that. And I had a new grandbaby that joined us. So super fun. Tell me about the baby. Girl boy. Girl. Her name's Baylor. And she's my second grandbaby. Um, I have two granddaughters now, and um, she was a little chunky doo. She was eight pounds, 12 ounces. Yep. She was ready. She was ready to come out.
SPEAKER_00She just came from the heavens about what the world am I doing? I know. So fun. So, Jill, tell it what Tup Talk is. What have we been talking about?
SPEAKER_01Well, we've been talking about visualization, manifesting our dreams and goals. Um, and it's been a journey. I'm on day 52 with my manifestation.
SPEAKER_00Okay, yeah. So, guys, what we're gonna talk about tonight is um our if you can go back on our page and watch the last one that we did, we had a lot of reach outs about that. Because we have a saying if you say so, and your life is exactly what you're putting into it.
SPEAKER_01So if one of us are complaining, right, we call each other if Tam's complaining about what do you complain about, health, maybe? About your health, and I'm like, is that your story? Like, if you say so.
SPEAKER_00Right. Yeah, that is right. And so what we want to share with you is that if you're ready to have something really positive come to your life, number one, you have to hang around with positive people.
SPEAKER_01Because you are the sum of the five people you hang around with the most. Yeah.
SPEAKER_00When I get to hang out with her. Oh, it's a it's a rodeo around here, guys. But what we want to talk about tonight, Jill, kind of recap last week as we talked about manifesting, meditation. People get that a little bit mixed up. Kind of share with them.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, so meditation is when I'm laying in bed at night, visualizing my dreams and goals. Because I mentioned last week, I'll remind you, that the um the best time to manifest and to meditate is right before you fall asleep at night, right before you wake up, right when you wake up in the morning. Because that is the time when your subconscious mind is the most readily available to manifest. Okay, so that's kind of the meditation state. Like when you're in in that time of like falling asleep, waking up, you know, when you're kind of groggy, and that's when you're meditating. Like if you've ever done a meditation, I'm like this, but if you've ever done a meditation, then it's almost like you're getting into that zone of that groggy kind of space where you're but you're clear, you're really super clear on what you want. So, but that's the best time to manifest. So, manifesting is putting it out into the universe, out to God, saying, This is what I really, really want. And this is what I we deserve. One of my favorite quotes is God adores me and is anxious to give me all that I will receive. So being open to receiving is like it's like manifesting it out there, but the most important part too is you put it out there, but they are open to receive what God has to give back to you.
SPEAKER_00Okay, so question for you on that as I'm listening. Even though people manifest or want something to happen, visualize it. And if God is the power of this, do you always get what you think you want?
SPEAKER_01No, you don't. Like you can put it out there as much as you want, but sometimes God has a different plan or a better plan. And sometimes it's not what you think or you want, but it always ends up to be the best for sure.
SPEAKER_00So you receive the best. So we wanted to kind of show you guys there are people that are really crystal clear on what they want. They know exactly what they want. And I would not cloud my mind with a million things that you want, would you, Jill? No. Okay, so you're gonna be crystal clear on one or two things that are really important. Can they take relationship? Can they take financial family?
SPEAKER_01Yeah, I would choose five different areas in your life. I would do relationships, health and fitness, um, financial business slash business. Um, and then well, financial and business are kind of separate. They are. And then fun for sure, for fun. So spiritual, did I say spiritual? So spiritual health and fitness relationships, oh, I'm trying to reconnect. Um financial business and fun. Yeah, perfect.
SPEAKER_00So if you are clear on what you want, it is easier and more likely, yes, that it's going to happen. But if you become cloudy on what you want, if you're dancing around and not really knowing, if it's not so crystal clear that vision, what happens, Jill?
SPEAKER_01Well, it just doesn't happen. If you're not crystal clear about what it is, then it's almost like putting it out to God in the universe is being like, I think I want this, but I'm not quite sure. And so what are you gonna get back? I'm not quite sure what you really want, Jill or Tim.
SPEAKER_00Right. Yeah. So the crystal clear is so important that you guys get that in your five areas. And if no one's ever done this, Jill before, how do they start? How are they gonna start? Like, do I write it down? Do I in my shower, do I take lipstick and write down what I want?
SPEAKER_01Well, in my in my old shower, I had a dry erase board because that's where I get a lot of my inspiration is in the shower. And when I'm out for a walk for sure. Um, I have a dry erase markers right by my mirror, and I I write things on my mirror. I write my goals on my mirror, but I also have my vision board for sure. So, but it starts every day with the morning routine. But keep going with what you were saying.
SPEAKER_00Well, I know that when I was going through my cancer uh time, that I had a uh mirror hung on my shower door. It was clear, the uh door was clear. Yeah, but I could see the back of that mirror, so the back of the mirror was just white. Oh so I wrote down, I am blessed, I am grateful, I am helping.
SPEAKER_01But your affirmations. Yes.
SPEAKER_00And those were in my shower every day with me. I saw them. They were crystal clear because they were in front of me. Yeah. So that's an easy technique if people have a clear shower door. Oh, yeah. Buy one of those mirrors at Walmart, hang it on that door, and then right on the back when you're in there, what you're crystal clear about. I love that. What do you think about gratitude? Because I think it's a major player in this.
SPEAKER_01Gratitude is everything. Gratitude is the high one of the highest forms of vibration to God. So having an attitude of gratitude, no matter what you're going through, right? Um, but having the gratitude, whether things are working out in your favor or you don't think they're working out in your favor, but they really are, um, as long as you are staying in that vibration, right? And being up and being positive on that. And if you're if you're ever down, turn to gratitude. Go grab your gratitude journal if you don't have one, grab a notebook, just start writing down things that you're grateful for. I love to write my gratitude journal um daily. Yeah.
SPEAKER_00And put down everything that you've got. And even guys, at night, I I'd like to bring this in. It's Monday, Monday night. Magical Monday night. Here we go. And each day, thank you for saying that. I tell people when you pray, you ask for your magical miracle for that day. I do that every day when you do that. Talk to me about prayer, um, how you feel. I know at night when I pray, I am I pray in total gratitude. I am grateful for just an and I list it out and thank you so much for that. Do you do that?
SPEAKER_01I do, yeah. And even I pray as if it's happened or happening a lot of times. So I'm already projecting out there like Heavenly Father, thank you so much for and then something that I I have on my vision board. Or um, if I have a stressful day for work the next day with a ton of things going on or something, then I pray as if it's already happened. Um, and as I'm having a great, fantastic day, right?
SPEAKER_00Right. And Jill's gonna, we're gonna talk the next one when we do this, Jilly. We're gonna talk about a book on prayer that Jill is reading. Oh it's amazing. So good. But I'm gonna throw this in. Okay. And you guys, Jill and I never plan anything. When we get in this tab, we don't want to. I don't know what's she gonna say. If I wander, I apologize. But I know that yesterday I had an experience coming home from my summer house, uh a really frightening, weird experience. And I kind of I prayed, and I prayed that I would get home, and I prayed, I called on my angels just to whoever's around me, mom, get me home, get me home. And so I love all of this bringing God into the st the story of manifesting and meditating. So let's kind of talk about your morning ritual. What does it look like?
SPEAKER_01Okay, yeah. Oh, I love my morning routine. Okay, so I'm just gonna briefly go over it because we can go into depth about it another time. But I have an acronym called PASTE, P-A-S-T-E. And if I paste my morning together, then my whole day is pasted together. So I get up and I um so the P is for prayer, and I'll go into depth more another time. So P is for prayer, A is for affirmations, the S is for scriptures or spiritually spiritually related books. Um, and the T is for texting. So I love to grata text people every single day. So if you're one of those people that you've gotten uh a text from me, just know that I'm thinking of you. Um, and the E is for eating and exercise. It that that is the eating and exercise makes all the difference. And well, all five of these things make the difference in the day. Um and I do mirror work and other things, and I can go into depth about it another time. But when I do those five things every single morning, um, it just makes or breaks my day. And you would think, oh my gosh, Jill, I don't have time to do all of those things. Well, when I was driving carpool when my kids were in school, they were saying affirmations with me. We were praying in the car, um, or you can listen to your scriptures, um, or a spiritually related book while you're out exercising. Like it it can take 20 minutes if you need it to just take 20 minutes. And it's been a game changer for the last, I don't know, 10 plus years that I've been pasting my lot my day together every single morning.
SPEAKER_00And you know what's kind of interesting? I was talking to a friend today, and she was saying, you know, there's two types. We have Eastern medicine and western medicine. Western medicine is doctors, prescriptions, eastern medicine is more natural and all of that. And she said, you know, I realize now that you have to have both, you have to combine those two together. And so if you're going through something, each one will um make the other one better. Right. And so when you look at this, on some of you might say, you know, I meditate and I visualize, but you haven't hooked prayer in there. So to me, see, it's like meditating and visualization, but that prayer is so powerful. Well, it's it makes all the difference.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, so it makes all the difference. So they've got that. Yeah. So anyway, Jillie, tomorrow night. Oh, yeah, tomorrow night, we're gonna be back in the tub at 7 p.m. mountain time with Miss Marella, our therapist, because wheel we all need a little help.
SPEAKER_00We do, right? And we're gonna invite you guys in instead of paying 120, 150 an hour. Yeah. Text us in your questions that you want to ask Morella. We love to talk about relationships. Oh, I think I'm not talking about relationships. She's tired, she's worn out. You know what? I want to tell you guys.
SPEAKER_01I know I it won't be about my relationship. So send us some send us some questions in about your relationship. Right.
SPEAKER_00And you know, I always remind Jill, I'm kind of like the grandma of the bunch. I'm the oldest. Your relationships, guys, as you get older, they get tighter. Yeah. And you find out who really is in your corner and who do you want in your corner as you go through aging. So that's gonna be really fun. Yeah, that is so fun. So we're gonna be here tomorrow night. We're gonna stay on this topic. I want you to work on this for tomorrow, if you say so. If you say so. So many tell Jill and I everything that's wrong, and our response is if you say so.
SPEAKER_01So focus on everything that's right. And if you're having a hard time focusing, if if you don't feel like anything is going right in your life, then turn to gratitude because that makes all the gratitude and prayer and bringing God into your life. That makes all the difference for sure.
SPEAKER_00Well, thanks for joining us. I hope we're giving you, we're always talking blonde to you, but we hope we're giving you things that can get you to the next step, the next level. Absolutely. And so we will be back here tomorrow night, 7 p.m. Mountain. Yes. And please text us your questions.
SPEAKER_01We've got some questions. We've got some that have rolled in um over the past couple weeks that we haven't addressed, but we would love more. It's gonna be so fun tomorrow night with Morella.
SPEAKER_00Mondays. Yeah. So happy Monday night, guys. It's gonna be a great long three-day weekend for Memorial Day. Yeah. So we'll see you tomorrow night. Love you all, and we can't wait to be back on live with you.
SPEAKER_01All right. You guys, and remember, let's finish. And remember. All right, you guys, good night. Have a good night.
