However, this is the state of California. They've already announced they're going to be counting mailed-in ballots until June. Let's go figure.

I don't like to interrupt people's morning drink rituals, but we will be out in about three hours knocking doors for the rest of the day. We have updated list for those who haven't voted yet. And we've got some definite topics that are going to be good to talk about today. But be polite, don't go too long. If you do, we might give you a bell. And then obviously don't use any cuss words. I honestly think it shows a low vocabulary and a lack of intelligence, so don't do that. And my mom hates it, and she does appreciate the fact that I try and keep a clean show. So I I'm really glad that you guys do that. I want to thank you for that. So the question of the day, I believe, if Dr. A said it is, what is your morning drink? And so I will say that I have evolved into a morning ritual. I get up, I let my dog out of his crate because that's where he likes to sleep, and then I'll let him go outside and then either press brew on the coffee if I've done it the night before, or make the coffee and let it start brewing. Then I feed the dog, let the dog back in, get my coffee, and then the dog and I go for a walk. It's a good way to start a day, honestly. You're sitting there, and then while I'm on my walk, I listen to Texas Scorecard and the Daily Minute, which is just a nice little way to stay politically dialed into what's going on in my state. And then I keep my dog from destroying fences of other dogs that he would actually just lick if they met in person, but he's got to be ferocious and savage. Since the dog is on the other side of a fence, he's got to pretend that he's gonna kill the dog. It actually drives me crazy, but it's a good thing. And then when I come back, sometimes it's another cup of coffee, and then sometimes I just move straight to other caffeine products like Diet Dr. Pepper or Mountain Dew Zero. A? Well, I'm a little bit schizophrenic, and I love my optimized matcha green peas while my coffee fits and settles. So I do both every morning. I prefer French craft and I have a filled medium roast coffee that I am absolutely infatuated with. So I do that every morning and my day routine. It just depends on what time I haul my booty out of bed. Normally a morning person is jumping on my chest by 7 a.m. to remind me. I'm supposed to be eating right now, so he doesn't sleep in a crate. He sleeps curled up against my back and reminds me very promptly when it's his breakfast time. So if I'm not already up and making my coffee when it's his time, you know.

Yep, they are they are very good at that. So I don't mind that at all. The problem the dog has is that sleep erratic hours, sometimes to six o'clock, sometimes to five. Today it was 4 45. I was up. So I disturb his sleep, not the other way around. That's pretty much the way that goes. Alright, I think that's just about it in terms of the morning drink. So we're all coffee drinkers, no tea drinkers. So showing our separation from Britain. What about you, Nick? What's your morning drink?

Okay, so my morning, my answer to your question is coffee. I'm definitely a coffee guy, but my morning drink actually starts with a creatine with a couple other ingredients to get the day started, and about an hour and a half, and that's when I do a double espresso.

This man is serious about his caffeine. Now, when I was working for the airlines, it was always uh Grande Americano with an extra shot and room to start the day. So I am a big fan of espresso as well, and I definitely like to get that going. All right, everybody, it is high noon Eastern Standard Time. This is the reckoning, and one hour of unfiltered political truth starts now. On the night of June, 1944, Captain Dick Winters made a promise to himself, and that promise was that if he survived World War Eleven, he would find a farm and he would live in peace. Now, when I was in solitary confinement in the Parker County jail after being arrested for peacefully protesting this after the 2020 election, I told myself I wanted to find five acres of land in my native Texas and live in peace for the rest of my life. So what do I do? When I decide to move to a city which is rife with conflict, which has a 10% Muslim population, which is the number where they start getting jiggy and start seeking to subjugate Christian society. A city with massive H1B visa fraud problem, as a matter of fact, just a few offices down from the where I'm at right now. There is a fraudulent office. And a mayoral contest, which is exposing massive political and economic corruption. Just today, a judge Jill Willis ruled that the Collin County Republican Party Chair Byron Henry could place a temporary restraining order on three precinct chairs that work for him to prohibit an endorsement of one of the mayoral candidates, Rod Vilhauer. Now let's just play this out a little bit more, just to give you an idea of the corruption I'm seeing. The judge's husband is a man named Greg Willis. And where does he work, if you had to guess? Well, he works at the law firm that Mark Hill, the opposite candidate, works at. So let me get this straight. The party wants to endorse, the chair won't let them, because he's very good friends with both Mark Hill, who's running against Rodville Howard, as well as the the judge, I'm sorry, the judge's husband, and you just can't make this stuff up. And of course, the judge ruled in her husband's favor. Now, I'm calling on the state Republican Executive Committee today, and I know some of them do listen occasionally, to immediately remove Byron Henry as he has violated Republican Party bylaws. Also, I gotta tell you, every time you post in any of the local groups, North Texas Politics, Real Karen's of Frisco Politics, the let's see, Collin County Communist Walk, Collin County Community Watch, or LSD, I say, oh, Frisco and Censored, the one I started so we could actually get the truth out, you get the same group of clowns coming to attack you. First, it's the Cheney Harpey sisters. Okay, then you've got a guy named Jake Petra, Jared Ty, and Sean Merrill, all of whom either have contracts with the city or are real estate agents with ties to Mayor Cheney's real estate group. We need an independent investigative agency, not the FBI, because they're the Democrats' agency, not the American people. So I am thinking of the Texas Rangers to come in and look at Frisco. There is incredible corruption in this city, and right now we are sitting on a racial powder keg because of the Carmelo Anthony trial for the murder of Austin Metcalf, which we will discuss today. Always wanted to wade into controversy. It's simply amazing to me that I have moved to a city with this much going on when I swore to myself all I wanted was some cows, a dog, a good woman, and to live in peace. However, now that I am here, I'm going to do what I always do. I'm going to get in the fight. I'm going to fight for what is true and just. I'm going to tell the truth at all times, and I will withstand the slings and arrows of morons, defamers, and idiots who continue to write, recite the false J6 narrative and the lies that were told about me by the puppet press and the criminal and illegitimate Biden regime. I do have a message though for my fellow American men that live in this city and across the country. God did not call you to be weak. Your weakness is what is killing this country. He did not call you to be scared. He asked you simply to do two things to stand and to be courageous. That's it. So that's what I intend to do in Frisco, Texas. That's what I intend to do in the 2028 election. So I'm asking all of you, please, pray for my city and for peace to come to this very chaotic town. If only I knew somebody that ran a 5013 that talks about judicial reform and judicial accountability. Oh, wait, I do my wife. This is going to be a case study. The problem, Grizzly, that we have right now is that the election, early voting begins today, the election is the 13th. And so all they're doing is playing for time. And you and I both know that the wheels of justice turn very slowly. That's why, even honestly, if the state Republican Executive Committee was to call an emergency meeting, that's going to take a few days of early voting. So this is simply a play for time by the corrupt Collin County Chair, Byron Henry, to try and get, in my opinion, the corrupt mayoral candidate, Mark Hill, elected, because many people have been told that he's going to put our current corrupt mayor on the Economic Development Committee. So again, we're just going to see a continuation. It is a nonstop feedback loop. And the guy that gives me the most group, most grief on this on this Facebook, I'm sorry, he's a convicted animal abuser, and he has this sweetheart deal with the for warehouses, as I understand it, from the city. So we're digging into that right now. Again, it you just can't make this stuff up. All right. What we've noticed over the past few weeks, and this is a little bit behind the scenes on the show, is that the audience grows as we go along. So normally, if it started with a bang in terms of audience, I would be running with the Carmelo Anthony right out of the gate. But we got a couple of things to, or one thing, to talk about first before we get to that. And then the other thing today we're going to talk about is a little bit of a J6 update. And then I believe Dr. A is going to talk about the mostly peaceful protests that went on in New Jersey this weekend. Go ahead, ma'am.

Outstanding. All right. So when I first saw the images of the Eiffel Tower burning, which I'm told are mostly doctored now, they did burn around the base of it. Pulled are mostly doctored now. They did burn around the base of it. But there are some images you can see if you Google it where the whole tower is up in flames. And I don't think that's accurate. I thought they they're finally getting their just res desserts for putting this many people in. But as it turns out, that's not really why they were protesting. Excuse me. However, in case you did need further justification for not taking your wife to the city of lights as it used to be known, the hordes of migrants gave you another boost as they rampaged across the city and the Shamiza, smashing structure, setting vehicles ablaze, breaking windows of occupied cars, trying to pull defenseless women out of the car, and unleashing various other forms of mayhem. Now, why were they doing this? Was it a fight, a religious flight to their prophet Muhammad, may war be upon him? No. They were attacking French society to show joy over the fact that a soccer team, PSG, had defeated Arsenal via a penalty shootout in the Champions League final. Good lord. Now, again, we can't really say anything. Look at some of the riots we see after our teams went kind of ridiculous, too. I've never understood you win, so you destroy something. It just doesn't make sense. Anyway, police deployed tear gas and clashes around Paris. More than 400 people were arrested by Sunday's early hours, and at least 180 of those were in Paris. Now, seven police officers were injured, so it's good that many people weren't hurt. Now, only in France would a football club's victory spark riot, lamented conservative lead Amaureen Le Pen. Only in France does everyone feel compelled to lock themselves in their home on the evening of a victory to avoid being confronted with violence. I do miss the days where you taught sportsmanship. Quick little side note I was exiting Cowboys Stadium one time, and then the Redskins had beat the Dallas Cowboys. And so there were some massively unhappy people. Oh, wait, I'm sorry. That's not PC. The commanders. No, they're always going to be the Redskins to me. So the Redskins had beat the Cowboys. And some drunk dude went and knocked a Redskins hat off of a Redskin fan. And before he could do anything else to that old man, Cowboys fans have pinned the guy that knocked the Redskins hat off. I went and picked the hat up and handed it to the man and said, I'm truly sorry about that. Why? Because it was a golden opportunity to teach my son about sportsmanship. Whether you win or lose, you shake their hands, you get up and you vow to do better next time. And that's the way the game is supposed to be played. You don't write, burn, and try and pull defenseless women out of a car. Now, Champsy lysee, as I said, for those of you that don't know, it has the Arctic Triomphe and it has a lot of shops along it. And when I went to go see it back in the days, I think it was the Cretaceous period where velociraptors roamed the earth, I think it was 1991. It was actually really nice. That was the one street that I would say in Paris that was kept fairly clean. The cleanest city in the world I'd ever been in by far, without doubt, is Berlin. To be fair, though, I have not been in Geneva and I've heard that's clean. We shall see. Now, France, in my opinion, is now in a position where they cannot control the invaders they've allowed in, and it's only going to get worse. So let's look at why it's going to get worse. Today only one in ten, I'm sorry, one in ten Frenchmen is a Muslim. And the total fertility rate for native-born French women is approximately 1.48 children per woman as of recent data around 2023. Women born abroad are having children at a rate of 2.3 children per woman. Okay, this is replacement. For a society to continue just at zero population growth, it must have 2.11 children per fertile woman. So per academic modeling, assuming a mid-level immigration rate into France, has France becoming majority Muslim in 2035. That's less than a decade away. The city I live in, Frisco, Texas, has 12,000 Muslims or about a point five percent. Soon they will start making demands of my cowardly man, and the city council just approved a third mosque, so it's only gonna get worse. Must confront this demonic political system and stop its proliferation. I want to see these mosques turned back into churches and all vestiges of Islam removed from Texas. No Hillal Meat, no Burkas, nothing. Is Islam a problem? Here's my question to the audience. In other states, and do you feel that any politician we currently have in office, other than French, who is running for railroad commissioner here in Texas, is up to dealing with the problem? So I'll start with you, Rock. You and Southern are both in the lovely state of Florida. We've got Ray in the People's Republic of California. So go ahead, Rox.

I don't know what you think is happening in Florida, but we have a great governor who protects our state. And so this is why I live in the state. No, we do not actually even little parts of it with the Democratic hold, like even some of them teaching Democrats working on Republicans here more than any other state. But no, I don't this is I'm in a very heavily military zone. So if I saw Sharia law popping around here, I don't think that would happen very quickly or without a lot of uproar from the military community.

Oh, we're in Oklahoma County. Yeah, it's like the tri-base area, and then like you go 30 minutes one way, 30 minutes the other, you've got all the other bases of every other branch and every other military thing you can think of.

Literally, we own most of the beach down to the city. So Pensacola, you've got the where the naval flying training is, the home of the Blue Angels. You've got Herbal Herbert Herlbert Field, which at one time was uh the U.S. Air Force's Special Operations Command. Then you've got Eglund, which is uh there's a testing unit there, as well as I can't remember which fighter wing it was, an F-15 unit. And that's where I got my F-15 right. So that was pretty close. Go ahead.

Well, Larry, it is still the special operations field, and we have a seventh group and the reverse uh reservists, the active reserves here as well, and do filled. But we have pretty much everything we have. I think when I left medically retired a couple years ago, we have like nine MACCOMs here, and every single branch because it's a good thing. So this is where EOD techs are trained, which means every single branch in our NATO nationals to come here also from here. One of the biggest training schools in the country, and there's other places, of course, too. But we have pretty much everything here. Nine MACCOMs, everything, even when I'm talking with COVID, we have every single commander kernel, so much craft. All around us, we have to control all of it because we have 924,000 square miles for EOD duty alone, and that's not even counting the navy, which is the ocean front that we have. Anything that such as the water they're in control of. So we literally work with all the branches across all fields here.

Now, let's talk about the meat of the mission today. We've covered the motherhood, we've talked a little bit of this. Now I want to dig into Carmelo Anthony, who I believe the left will try and turn into their new George Floyd. Now, let me tell you that I know Southern, who I don't see in the notes anymore, has covered this in great detail. So, Southern, if I am saying anything wrong, please interrupt me. All right, and we will go from there because I don't want to misstate any facts. Now, there is nothing that quite motivates the left like a perceived instance of racism, which they can escalate to try and divide our country along racial lines. They used it as the backbone of the color revolution they weighed against the American people in 2020. And they used it as the precursor to steal the 2020 election. And I think they're gonna do everything in their power to again turn this into another color revolution. So I believe this trial in my little town of Frisco does have national implications, and therefore, absolutely no shot that the mainstream media will cover it fairly. So I am going to give full credit right from the start to someone that I believe will cover it fairly, someone that has covered it fairly and that has been on this story from the very beginning, and that is Sarah Field. And for her trouble, she has been slandered, swatted, maligned, defamed, and yet she's staying on this story. So let's lay out the facts, and this comes directly from the police report. That is my source. On April 2025, police officers who responded to a call they received at 1001 hours to a local stadium to respond to a stabbing. The suspect was a 17-year-old black male in a gray hoodie and blue sweatpant. They subsequently learned his name was Carmelo Anthony. The victim was under a memorial high school tent. Hopefully, the photo of that is in the pill note. And from the arresting officer's report, when he approached Carmelo, he said I was protecting myself without prompting. The officer found no weapons on Carmelo on his initial search, and then Carmelo told the officer he put his hands on. The officer then handcuffed Carmelo. And the officer stated to When Carmelo overheard the officer stating to another officer that he had the alleged suspect. Carmelo said, and listen to this, I'm not alleged. I did it. That's from the flower. I'm sorry, the Frisco Police Department arrest report on page Sarah Fields has posted. When the officer put Carmelo in the car, he and another officer noticed blood on Carmelo Anthony's left middle finger. And Carmelo then asked, Is he going to be okay? Alright, so now we've got that's what was said to him. And I am praying to Almighty God that the officer mirandized him properly. Alright, then the officers found the knife in the stand. Okay, not the same guys that had arrested him, different officer, and an eyewitness to the altercation. The eyewitness said Austin had told Carmelo to leave as he was under the memorial tent. And then Carmelo grabbed his bag, opened it, and said, Touch me and see what happens. Austin then did what a high schooler would probably do. He touched Carmelo, and then Carmelo told Anthony to punch him and see what happened. Now, a short time after that, Carmelo, according to the eyewitness, stabbed him with a black knife once in the chest and then ran away. Austin grabbed his chest and asked for help at 1045, and despite the best efforts of medics that arrived quickly, as well as hospital staff, Austin passed away. This was one of 34 alleged witnesses. Now, Sarah Fields posted the police report, and the very next day she had received a ton of racist tweets. On the 10th of April, the politicization ramped up a night when Carmelo Anthony's family hired attorney Kent T. Cole, who is general counsel to Next Generation Action Network Foundation, N G A N. Now, this is a BLM support 501c3. And if you follow Sarah's postings on this, this is a very corrupt organization that I am shocked is allowed to still operate. This fraudulent foundation is run and was founded by a man named Dominique Alexander, who claimed he was Carmelo Anthony's family advocate and is also a known felon with a history of fraud, forgery, corruption, battery of a woman, and conviction for child abuse. Now, Dominique also has a history of provoking violent protesting, arriving at people's homes to protest an intimidating juror. This man, Dominique Alexander, was responsible for organizing the protest in Dallas that ended with Micah Johnson killing five police officers. Carmelo Anthony's newly hired attorney, Kim Cole, is Dominique Alexander's attorney. Now, Dominique Alexander spoke as his advocate, stating that the bond was too high. They had initially set a $1 million bond. And he defended initially Carmelo's argument of self-defense. He said that Carmelo's family was dealing with racism and bigotry. And apparently, in this press conference, he stated this phrase about a dozen times. I did not listen to the whole thing. When asked about the knife carried by Carmelo, he justified Carmelo's right to hold the knife by comparing his case to George Zimmerman and the reckoning zone Kyle Rittenhouse. He then told a blatant lie and said that Austin Metcalf's brother said in a media interview that Carmelo had told Austin, don't put your hands on me. Now, not only were these words never stated, but the arrest report relays the exact words which put your hands on me and see what happened. And that is important, and I'll cover why when we get into Texas law. So the phrasing of those two things really is important to the case. So eight days later, after Austin was killed, race is being injected into the case by the same man whose riot had which he had sponsored, had led to the death of five Dallas police officers. Now, under the J6 raindrop theory, he should have never been free. That's a different story. All right, now on April 14th, Carmelo Anthony was released on a 250K bond and required to wear a Biden manic. For those of you that don't know, that's what I call GPS ankle monitor because I was forced to wear one for, I guess, 214 days pretrial and probably about 30 something afterwards. Now, the family on April 14th also started to sell justice for Carmelo merchandise. Well, I'm praying for justice for his victim. Now, on April 17th, the race baiter Dominique Alexander had a press conference where Austin Metcalf's father, Jeff, showed up. Now, I gotta tell you, I just talked about being brave, standing tall and being courageous, and that took a lot of courage to walk into a press conference for the man who had killed your son. So rather than deal with it, the race baiter Dominique Alexander pitched a hissy fit and would not start until Dominique, I'm sorry, until Jeff Metcalfe had left. Now, Southern, correct me if I'm wrong, but the police did advise him to leave, correct? Yes. Okay, thank you, ma'am. All right. So we're still in April of 2025. On the 19th, Sarah reported that Carmelo Anthony's family was spending the money on how they were spending the money that had come in for Carmelo's legal defense fund. They had argued that they didn't have the money to pay for a $1 million bond, so the judge had dropped it to $250K. But with some of that money, the family had already leased an $800,000 home. And then there are reports of a lot of other things, but that's the only one I think we've got a pretty good, I'm going to call it document trail on. Now, on the 19th of April, Jake Lang, who I am going to tell you right now, I will always believe is a paid federal instigator, inserted himself into the situation and accused Jeff Metcalfe on a phone call being weak and suffering from white guilt when he tried to hold a rally where I think less than two dozen people showed up. Now, I've always had serious reservations about Jake Lang. Ever since I discovered what he did on J6, he swung a baseball bat at a police officer's head. In my opinion, even though he was denied due process, there's no question of that, he should have not emerged scot-free. If I was President Trump, I would have commuted his sentence rather than given him a full part. That way he is still guilty of the felony of trying to hurt a police officer. Now, Jake has continued his rampage across the country, including my beloved city of Frisco just last week or two weeks ago. All right, where he came to chide the city council for selling us out. And then two things can be true at the same time. Jake can be an instigator and the city council can be selling us out. But I believe that Jake is nothing but a paid confidential human source for either the FBI or one of their tentacle organizations. But let's move him out of the story for now and let's get back to what's important. And that is the behavior of the left so far and the murder of Austin. So on the 22nd of April, Jeff Metcalf and his family were swatted, and the judge allowed Carmelo Anthony to move, even though the Frisco Police Department had said he had received no threat. Again, that fits into the usual pattern because we see the left doxing and threatening both the Metcalf family as well as Sarah, and then leaving in peace to Carmelo, and the right not doing anything to him. So on May the 13th, 2025, Frisco ISD's Board of Trustees made the decision to allow Carmelo to graduate. Now, if you go into what Sarah posted, there are a whole host of reasons they could have used to not allow him to graduate. And again, this is conjecture. But my belief is that the president of the Frisco ISD Board of Trustees, a man by the name of Mark Hill, let him graduate because he would, or he knew he would need the votes, and he already knew he was going to be running for the mayor of Frisco. He did this because he needed that voting block. All right. And he knew, because they said it out loud, that Dominique Alexander was going to organize mass protests against Frisco if they did not let Carmelo Anthony graduate. Now, a man that does not have the courage stand on principle in front of a braying mob and not allow a man who again not convicted you, but boy, it sure does look like it, violated the law, should never be mayor. Now, in June, Race again came into this equation. Tiffany Billion, a and that's not her real name, on social media, false claim to possess video evidence, all right, that should Hunter Medcal was responsible for Austin's death, and that she saw individuals fighting. Sarah said, as an investigative journalist with over five years of evidence and open court requests, I've examined Miss Macadillion claims and found them to be baseless. This report details her misrepresentations, legal misunderstanding, and the harm inflicted on the Metcalf family supported by documented evidence. Again, I told you Sarah is doing the Lord's work on this case and giving us the fact. Again, I uh Sarah is putting her opinion in, but she's backing that opinion up with receipts. All right, now a Cullen County grand jury formally indicted Austin, I'm sorry, Austin, Carmelo, on first degree murder on June 24th, 2025. And he will be tried as an adult under Texas law. Because Texas law treats 17-year-olds as adults for this type of situation. Now, some good news. A protective order has been issued by the judge, or was it was issued in June of last year to protect the minors testifying in the case from being doxxed. Smart thinking. Because there was a video, and there was also a video last June made available for public viewing through the ISD, but the images on it made individual recognition impossible, and it really didn't tell an accurate story. All right, so on August the 30th of last year, the witness in Southern interrupt me for a second. Were these two witnesses minors? Okay. So two underage minor witnesses were docked by Tiffany Billions despite the judge's order. Tiffany Billions' goal is to dox the coaching, the witnesses, and do everything she can to generate a mistrial. It was to have the trial move, but given that it started today, she obviously failed at that. Now, Sarah then publicly shamed the Frisco Independent School District's Board of Trustees into allowing Austin Metcalfe to posthumously graduate, which he did on May 22nd of this year. And uh, Nick, I have it in my bookmarks if you can find it, but if you could post the video, Austin Metcalf's brother picked up his diploma for him, and the audience gave him a standing ovation. So again, that's something that is edifying to me, and I think you should see as we start this dark path through this trial. Now, the trial begins today, so I want you to think like the defense team for a second, okay? So put off your justice hat and start thinking like an attorney because we both know the law and justice they do not coincide. They are absolutely not the same thing. All right, so on the surface, based off events in the police report, one would think he might have a claim to self-defense. Maybe. So what does Texas law say about self-defense? Now, Texas is a standard ground, no duty to retreat state. Texas Penal Code 9.31 and 9.32 allow deadly force to be used if the person reasonably believes it is immediately necessary to protect against unlawful force or imminent death/slash serious bodily injury with no duty to retreat in many situations. However, there are things that disqualify it. The first is provide provocation. If you provoke the confrontation, for example, by taunting with touch, punch me and see what happens while armed and reaching for a weapon, you generally cannot claim self-defense unless you clearly withdraw and communicate it. Proportionality, deadly force, i.e., a knife to the chest, resulting in a fatality, is not justified against a push or a grab in most cases. Absent a reasonable fear of serious injury or death, a single stab to the heart after verbal taunting and minor physical contact does not align with imminent fear of great bodily injury. Again, think about it yourself in this situation. You push somebody, they should not have the right to kill you because you can't hurt them. Now, again, circumstances could be different. Are you on the edge of a cliff? These are things lawyers would actually say. All right, so the last thing is are you the initial aggressor? And this one will be probably discussed quite a bit. Anthony brought a knife and quickly accessed it in response to a seating dispute, with witnesses framing him as escalating into a verbal argument and then lethal violence. Now, I believe there is a Frisco policy to where you're not allowed to sit in the other team's area. And again, if it's underneath a tent, I think it and again, Southern, correct me if I'm wrong, but I want to say centennial. Where did Carmelo go to school? And he went to another high school, and he's underneath the memorial tent. So again, you just don't do that in this day and age. Again, I think back to the times that I would walk over and shake hands with guys, hey, have a good race or something like that. So it kind of bothered me. Now, so we'll why you know what I why I just walked through that is I believe there's a very low probability for the defense attorneys to be successful with self-defense as an argument. So the only play they really have, and again, think like Carmelo Anthony's defense lawyer, is to do everything they can to make this about race as much as possible, and do everything they can to get as many minorities sitting in that jury box as is possible and play the race card again and again and again. Think about this. Again, I'm not a detective, I'm not an attorney, but this seems pretty slam-dunk to 23 eyewitnesses. A confession, and I believe that confession is on police officer body cam. I've got the murder weapon, I've got blood on his hands, which I they haven't said anything about DNA. But if that DNA belongs to Austin Metcalf, I don't know what to say. This one looks pretty slammed up, and I'm pretty sure a reasonable jury would can would come to the conclusion that he's guilty. So again, thinking like a defense attorney, this is why I believe they're gonna try and play this out in the press as much as possible. So let me interrupt myself, Southern, because I didn't think of this when I was writing it. But has the judge issued a gag order on counsel?

Okay, so that is actually really good news, and that might prevent what I think is going to happen. And I don't blame the defense team. Their job is to win an acquittal by any means necessary. All right, in an adversarial court system, you know, they're gonna play to win. I get I respect it and thank God for it. I was very fortunate that I had a lawyer that fought like hell for me. All right. So now why do I think this is going to become bigger than it is right now? This gets into their need for another color revolution. All right, I believe they are trying with all their little might. And when I say their little might, I am being deliberately demeaning to the demonic left in this country. They are trying with all of their might to make these Antifa protests where we're all supposed to feel sorry for a bunch of illegal invaders, grow into a color revolution. It's not playing with the American people. The American people aren't buying into their narrative. So, because they have been unsuccessful with that, Dr. A will talk about that briefly later. It's they're gonna have to have something. They need a color revolution type event before the midterm election. All right, this is the situation that fits their narrative. They always believe, regardless of facts, and remember the left doesn't care about the facts, only the narrative, and only advancing their political power. It's the only thing they care about. So they are absolutely going to use this incident where a black man killed a white man for their advantage. I have often told you on this show that I want the reckoning to be a post-racial show. Mean, but I also say fight on the battlefield you're on and not on the one you you were on. That's why I'm bringing race into this situation alone, because I think they're gonna do it, and I'm warning you that's what they're going to do. Now, again, it is my most fervent hope that the facts of this case are presented to a jury, and the jury renders the only real verdict they can based off the evidence in the police report, and that is a guilty verdict. And before I throw it to questions and comments, I want to thank Sarah Field. Again, I know she's controversial with some people, she's not to me. I love her report. She calls balls and strikes the way she sees. All right. That's just I like a reporter that does that, and she is certainly one that does. So if you are not following Sarah Field, you absolutely should, because I think she's going to be giving us a daily summary of the trial. She can't have her cell phone in the court, so it's going to come at the end of the day. I'll probably read it tomorrow morning with my coffee after I've walked my dog. So my question is, Southern, and I'm going to start with you because I know you've dug a lot into this case. Is there anything I've left out, Jermaine, specific to the Carmelo Anthony Austin Metcalf situation that you think is particularly relevant? Because I'm obviously approaching it with my set of understanding. And that was like the gist of the whole case. Okay. So is there what is there any way you see that that Carmelo Anthony, given what I read about the penal code there, that Carmelo Anthony can escape with a not guilty verdict? Anything you've seen, and again, if you look on Facebook right now, the left's already trying to spin it up. Justice for Carmelo, justice for all people. So is there anything, Southern, you see, any way out of this for him?

I really hope that Carmelo Anthony's lawyers try and play games in Judge Roach's because it's not gonna go well for the game, I'm I'm close to this. Southern, you've been involved in this as well. And then is there any possibility and you don't have to agree with the left is unable to blow this into a national problem?

Moving on to the next segment, as I did not see any hands. And again, guys, you're welcome to grab a mic, nick axe, anybody and come up and talk about this issue from your perspective. I want to talk a little bit about January 6th and some of the developments that have gone on from there. Now, let's see. Today I believe it's the first of June, so that means three days from is the two-year anniversary of my liberation from a Biden gulag. My penned tweet on my profile is the speech that I gave when I got out of prison. Again, I'm just gonna simply say this. I do encourage you to listen to it. A lot of thought went into it. I was hoping that maybe 10,000 people would see it. We thought that would be a home run, and it's about two million people have actually looked at it. So you're getting fresh from the Biden gulag and still with more consequences to pay. You know, my thoughts on what I had endured while inside. So a few things on January the 6th. And guys, feel free to talk about this, you know, to interrupt at any point in time. Uh a little bit more free-flowing in this segment. First, I don't think we're ever going to see the truth. We know that the FBI and Congress have deleted over 11,000 hours of video. We know that they shredded documents. Uh, the J6N Select Committee. I spoke with a Congress I will not name out of respect and because he's a good Republican, that said there is no appetite in Congress to actually investigate this. Why? Because for many of them, it's their war. They were heroic. They did heroic things standing up against a bunch of people that wanted to walk through a building. Got your message, Rox. If you drop, I'll bring it back up. So I just told you I don't think we'll ever see the truth. Now, I think in that 11,000 hours of video, we would have seen agents that were inside the Capitol prior to the Ray-Eps breach dressed in full Trump gears. They can't explain that one away. That is the ultimate smoking gun showing that this government organized from the get-go. Now, how does this impact me personally? That 11,000 hours, I'll tell you. All right. They have the video right before I walked into a an uh a hallway that showed a man, Nathan deGraves, assault undercover Capitol Police Officer Nairobi Timberlake. They have that video. And then when I walked into that hallway, there was a guy that started chasing Officer Timberlake, who was dressed in a coat and top. And I grabbed that guy and stopped him from doing it. And then you see me talking to the guy I had grabbed and getting in the way in between Nathan de Grave and Officer Timberlake, protecting Officer Timberlake. Now the narrative on me is you try to hurt police. Again, people believe video before they believe any amount of words. So them hiding that video continues to hurt me to this day. They have the video right before, they have the video right after it, but they got rid of that particular point, which again deprives me of my Brady rights under our Constitution. So it does not now there are a couple of things that are moving forward. One, all right, the steal is becoming more and more obvious. Georgia has already been revealed to be completely compromised. We think Arizona is as well. We're gonna get to Pennsylvania and Michigan. Again, we know those states were stolen also. All right, so let's look at two truths or two things that the FBI sat on that if they were real, they would have gone just whole hog to find the people. All right, because I want you to think back to the dragnet, and again, maybe many of you can't, because again, I'm a dinosaur and have lived in the Cretaceous period. But when what was that guy's name? Uh the white supremacist Matt uh Timothy McVeigh bombed the federal building in Oklahoma City, there was a full dragnet and they had everything on him fairly quickly. And yet they didn't find anything on the Capitol pipe bomb planner for years, despite a half a million dollar reward allegedly out from. So when a reporter, Steve Baker, posted that I think it's this lady named Shawnee Kirk based off of gate analysis, all of a sudden Cash Patel and Pam Bondi and Dan Bongino roll out the autistic black guy as the patent. All right, now again, we've been through this in a different sense. We've been through the gate analysis. Gate analysis has 95% accuracy. Why was it particularly effective with Officer Kirchhoff? Because she had a specific injury which made her walk in a certain way. Okay, so that gate analysis said there was a 95% chance she was the pipe bomber. Okay, but she also failed two FBI polygraphs when questioned about being a pipe bomber and the reliability of a modern polygraph. The lowest number I could find was 84%. There are higher numbers. So again, me being a math guy, I took the 95% probability it was and the 84% probability of her failing the lie detector test, and mathematically, that means that Shawnee Kirchhoff, there are 99% probable mathematical probability that she's the pipe bomber. Yet we're supposed to believe it is an autistic black man that bought bomb parts before Donald Trump was even present. Come on, deep skin. I feel like they're spitting in our face. They're not even giving us a credible alternative to believe now. They're just saying you're gonna believe whatever we tell you. Why? Because we're the FBI. It is so implausible. I am telling you, I would almost bet the house that this guy is gonna his shoe size doesn't matter. His gait doesn't matter. The guy can't speak. He was grilled by the FBI with legal representation for four hours, and that's where he alleged admitted the autistic guy. That's the best the FBI can do. All right, so now let's talk about something else. That's the pipe bomb hook. The gallows. All right, again, we've all seen the visual image, and I didn't put this one in here, but of the dome with the capital framed in the news so perfectly. So let's talk about this because I believe we're getting nearer to identifying the gallows building. Now, a little caution on the source. Many think Tony Saruga is an operative of the deep state, and he has predicted many things that have not come true. But according to him, a group called Voices Against Corrupt, I'm sorry, Voice Against Corrupt has received a tip identifying the leader of the group that built the gallows, more commonly known as Mr. Coffee. Now, the gallows were portrayed by the FBI and others in J6's trial, to include my own, as a fully functioning execution device. So they obviously maintained all the boards, they kept all of that as evidence, knowing they were going to use it in trial. Right. No, they destroyed it and burned it within 24 hours. That's your F. The same guy that hosed down the building on July 13th, where the dude took the shot at President Trump, the same guys that cremated his body before we could see what drugs they're pumping into him. Let's get back to the gallows. They were not a functional execution device. They were scaled down, structurally unserious prop. They were about eight to ten feet tall, built from what appeared to be common lump, two by fours, and plywood, hastily assembled with visible hardware store brackets. I have the picture that is hopefully in the pill right now. All right. So the noose hung from a crossbeam that would have snapped under any real one. The platform, such as it was, lacked any trapdoor mechanism, no counter, no releases, no structural engineering of any kind to make it a functioning gallery. Now, anybody that's built anything knows the difference between something built to kill me and something built for the in this was the now. Just in case I was confused about the builders attached a structure or attached a sign to it said, and let me quote here this is art. A detail that the media scrubbed from pretty much every article written about these gallows. They would only put in tightly cropped images with the gallows with the capital inside the background, implying scale and menace. They completely omitted that this is art sign in their broadcast and print coverage, in the same way that they never showed you the people marching through open doors. They only showed you the violence that some probably their own agent and or confidential human sources was instigating. So the prosecutorial use of this gallows during hundreds of trials withheld the sign in the miniature scale from juries. The House Administration Subcommittee on Oversight, Chairman Louder Milk, okay, the Republican obtained and released capital surveillance foot that shows a precise timeline of this gallows. At 6 a.m., a group of five individuals assembled on the National Mall hours before the rally even started. Before the crowd had even gathered. A white van arrived and three individuals unloaded prefabricated wooden pieces on wheel from a full-size van parked on the north side of Constitution Avenue. A taxi arrived then with two individuals, additional individuals, which parked at first and season between 6 30 and 7 15. They constructed the platform and the two main pillars, leaving off the crossbeam in the news. At 1 PM, the group returned, now five strong, and the leader having changed from a trench coat, fedora, and scarf into a baseball, installed the cross in the bright orange new. Precise at the time that the Ray Epps breach began, and at the same time that the J5 pipe bombs were scheduled to be discovered. Military precision on timing again. Now, immediately after all five men leave the grounds and are never seen again. The man identified in surveillance footage as the apparently wore a getup that basically screams he's a theater kid, a long trench coat, a white scarf, a fedora hat, and a walking cane. Trump people don't wear that to the rally. This is central casting for the mysterious provocator. Now, again, as I said, he changed his baseball cap before the 1 p.m. news installation. This is consistent with someone who understood camp were going to be watched, and he wanted to maintain and manage his visual signature. So let's go back to that coffee shop for a second. Because if that doesn't make your antenna go, you're probably a Democrat, a member of Collin County community, or just an overall boner. All right. This detail should tell you that the fix is in. That was the only shop open at that episode. And that shop sat directly across from the J. Edgar Hoover bill. And they knew Ed Martin, the attorney that represented over 100 J6 defendants, the man that President Trump put in charge of the weaponization committee, only to see him be provided with no budget and no staff by Todd, a Democrat, has been very blunt on that. Either these men were FBI agents or they wanted to appear they were FBI agents. This coffee run wasn't random, all right? They went where a new one was open, and you don't accidentally end up from the grounds of the Capitol in front of the FBI headquarters and know exactly where you're going. So, why hasn't the FBI even tried to get these guys? That's a question that Chairman Loudermilk opened at. Chairman Louddermilk said that the FBI has no suspect. They can track down grandmas in Alaska that prayed, but they can't find guys that built a gallows? All right. The January 6th committee, which had access to all the CT TV foot, never released information about the building, about when or by whom the gallows were built. They simply showed the finished image, spliced it in with Hang Mike Pence chin, which I never heard, by the way. I'm not certain they even existed. I'm just gonna say that out loud. I don't think they did. And then they felt that they left the implication to do the work. Now, if the gallows were genuinely built by Trump supporters as a murder threat, identifying and prosecuting these builders would have been the single most damning piece of evidence in the entire J6 narrative. Instead, we are left with central propaganda. That's all it is. Okay, despite being caught on camera, despite arriving in a traceable white, despite one of them wearing a costume that makes him identifiable at 100 yards, our crack FBI cannot find this guy. Look, I'm just simply saying facial recognition with the graduating classes of Quantico, and I could probably do it in about 10 minutes. But it gets worse. GPS trackers have now shown from that day that two of the five men regularly use a key card required for secure parking in the garage with access to the J. Edgar Hoo building. So now two of them are Fed FB agents or informants. This garage only has vehicular entrances from the 9th Street, North 10th Street, Northwest, directly, not directly from Pennsylvania Avenue, which is the public facility. It's a secure restricted facility. All right. So that's what we've got going on. Nick, I just saw that thing. All right. I have realized and come to peace with the fact that J6 will never it will never end for those of us that were involved in it. Even though I'm not in prison, and I'm not even convicted, the reputational damage is lifelong. So I am hiring probably a company that will put a dollar amount on the defamatory stories that persist to this. Many J6ers are struggling to find jobs, and due to bureaucratic resistance, I had to get my congressman involved to get my FAA medical license. And I'm gonna have to do it again to get the revocation of my license, pilot's licenses removed. This is one of the reasons J6ers are in need of restorative justice, and to that end, President Trump has donated $1.776 billion for victims of the Biden weaponization. And the discussions around this, its structure, how it's going to pay out, are ongoing. I was told by somebody involved that we should have structure by July 4th. Now the DOJ has now formally removed every press release about J6 defendants and declared the J6 prosecutions political persecution. Couple of things on if they're political persecution, how do you not pay people for it? And why do you not arrest the persecutors? So again, that's a good question because the two do not match. And then there's another one. You think justice was served today. Any illegal settlement doesn't mean it's a just settlement. So let's go to what John Dutton said a just settlement was. He said, Let me tell you what fair means. Fair means one side got exactly what they wanted in a way that the other side can't complain about. There is absolutely no such thing as fair. And I honestly truly believe that.
