Patrick Klinger is a veteran sports and marketing executive, seven-time Emmy Award winner, and founder of the Capital Club. After leading marketing efforts for organizations including the Minnesota Twins, he now serves as President and CEO of the Saint Paul Festival & Heritage Foundation, where he is focused on preserving and growing one of Minnesota's most cherished traditions, the Saint Paul Winter Carnival.
